This is such a great med spa. I get hydra facials and microneedling here. The technician is skilled and friendly. It's evident that they care about the client, and their outcome. The front desk receptionist and owner are also really sweet. Communication is easy - I've asked them all sorts of silly questions and they always patiently reply! Booking is also easy, and they have good package deals. I'm glad I found a med spa I can trust.

I had a really great experience at the Riviere Med Spa. The ladies were all really nice and patient. Unfortunately I had to go in too many times for lip filler adjustments because my lip just wasn’t wanting to stay symmetrical. But that is just my lip having issues. I would gladly go again in the future and I would refer this spa to anyone.

want to give a big shout out to the team at Riviere Med Spa. I got a hydra facial done and must say was super impressed with the professional and caring attitude. They took care of all little details prior to service like my skin information, proper room temperature for comfort and all covid protocol. The service itself was awesome and I could see distinct improvement in my uneven skin tone. They also do a post service follow up which is very comforting and reassuring. Highly recommended.

Jessi, one of their certified nurse injectors was wonderful. I just started coming here and I had not had my Botox in my forehead redone in around 8 months. She spent a good amount of time talking to me about exactly what I was looking for and what my areas of concern were and then explained to me in detail her game plan for addressing them. So far it’s turned out wonderful, my forehead is smooth, my brows are lifted and my eyes look more open! I was nervous to try a new place but it’s been a great experience

For years I’ve struggled with TMJ and lock jaw, ear pain and inability to fully smile or open my mouth due to so much swelling. My first consult I was explained everything that was going to happen in detail as well on some info on Botox and what it should look like should I decide to go elsewhere in the future. I was told I’d expect to see results in about 3-5 days. I noticed immediate results after about an hour or two I was finally able to open my mouth to an extent I was not able to before!! I signed up for their program $199 a month and can go in for one treatment a month. First session I went in for microneedling, I’ve had it done twice. As well as body tone, and laser hair removal. For each treatment I was explained thoroughly what to expect in regards to treatment and healing process. Over all I’m extremely happy with the staff at Reviere, having a bad experience at a previous Medspa I was hesitant at first but they have all treated me with so much respect and care that I would happily refer friends and family there. Medspa is always clean and taken care of. Don’t hesitate to call and make an appointment you will not regret it.

I am in LOVE with rivière med spa! I’ve been seeing Rachel since January of 2021!!! I have always had thin lips that made me feel insecure, I went in for lip fillers as my very first procedure ever! We tried the Versa product which was trash in my opinion, it created a very bumpy and uneven texture in my lips. As a newbie I was concerned about the way this filler looked on me. Respectfully I brought this to the attention of Rachel, god has given her the patience of an Angel. She listened to my concerns and even took blame (she was not to blame at all fyi) so they corrected the filler and instead of Versa we went ahead with Juvéderm filler. I was worried about how I would be perceived as a client if I brought up my bumpy lips. But alas my head was cleared when Rachel offered the new product in combination with a complimentary b12 shot vitamin (I am a postal employee and get burnt out on energy asap) I wanted to include this to their awesomeness at attending clients frustrations and concerns. I am with a heavy heart to include that a Rachel is no longer at this facility but the new girl named Jessie is wonderful! After that I was very happy with the facility. I have come back after this for even more dermafiller from Jessie. Jessie injected my cheeks so I can maintain my youthful look:) it has definitely changed my life, I don’t feel so bad about the way I look anymore! The bags under my eyes have diminished and I am maintaining my youthful looks! Thank you Rivière med spa! I love you so much!!!!

This is one of my favorite med spas ever!!! Every time I come I feel completely cared for by Dr. Rachael. She took care of me when I needed help and no one else was available. She fixed me up and has made me beautiful on several other occasions. The fact that she is a doctor is so reassuring. She also has the most amazing, friendly personality!! I haven't been lucky enough to meet any of the other staff here, but I would recommend Riviere to anyone! They follow through and check in on you after treatments which is amazing. I've always felt cared for and will continue to be a patron :-) The environment is also beautifully designed. It's like stepping onto the set of star trek every time I go!!!! oxoxoxox

Great experience! The spa looked very clean and sanitary. They offered me a sparkling water when I arrived and a clean mask to wear on my freshly injected face as I left. This was my first time getting injections and Rachael was really great about listening to my goals and letting me know what I need to achieve them. My first impression of this was " wow this is very clean". I have had botox in the past, but did not have a good experience. From the moment I walked through the door, Lauri was such a delight by explaining the different treatments and products they offered to introducing me to my injector, Nina. Nina was very patient with me as I asked questions about the different neurotoxins I had to choose from. She had a delicate and precise injection style( which made me trust her). I am very happy with my treatments that I returned for a hydra facial a week later! These ladies are fun, and make you feel confident leaving their spa.

Within the last month, I have been to Tina for lip/cheek filler, and Jade for dermaplaning. Both were fantastic! I have gotten lip filler before, and Tina was knowledgeable, gentle, and honest during a consultation. She really wants to make sure that you are not only happy, but that the filler placed compliments your face. Jade had my skin simply glowing. Everyone working here is friendly and super pleasant. Not to mention, the facility is lovely. I am already booked for my next appointment!

I fell in love with Rivière Med Spa the moment I scheduled my appointment, and went in for it. The staff is so welcoming and personable, I would be friends and hangout with them in the outside world. After they have met you once, they know and recognize who you are, both, on the phone (calling and texting), and in person. I have been in for Botox multiple times and have had excellent experiences each time. My doctor is very respectful of what the patient wants, makes professional suggestions and decisions, but does not push you to do more than you want. Furthermore, if you end up wanting a bit more, or think you might need a touch up in the weeks after, they are quick to get you in to do that! Honestly, they are really quick to get you in for any appointment the same week you call. I have also been in for a hydrafacial treatment and going in for my next one very soon, as it is amazing and really cleanses deep in your face, and has a tightening and brightening effect! Lastly, I have had SO many questions about my skin and different things I can do to take care of a variety of different issues (i.e. facial cleansing and maintenance, products that help to achieve the same results as you would from an invasive procedure - much more costly than the non-invasive options RMS have available, etc.). I have never used such amazing skin products they have available, and I truly trust their opinion on what is best for me as an individual… if they do not think a product will work, they will tell you. I am never worried that they are just selling products or services for the money, but do what is truly best for the client, even if that means you pay less during your visit. Ultimately, I would HIGHLY suggest anyone to go to them, as I have never had a negative experience the many times I have been in. They are so professional, truly talented at what they do, and have expansive knowledge about any skin or other related issues - my doctor even took the time to do research to verify what she thought was medically best concerning a procedure and if it was safe for my skin with a condition I have. In the end, she was correct, verified by, both, research and consulting other doctors - the procedure was not safe to use with the skin condition I have, so she let me know that, again, her concern was not making money, but what was medically ethical and safe for me. Just everything they do is above and beyond. I will never choose any other Med spa than Rivière, as I have never been to one that is of this caliber of care (professional and personal), respect, trustworthiness, and results! She looked at my file and called me ahead of time to remind me to eat a snack and drink water before I arrived. I just had an amazing derma planing facial at Riviere Med Spa, the aestheticians are very experienced with the technique and let you know what to expect. Although, I must admit, my first time I was a nervous wreck. During the following weekend, I was face timing with my friend, while sitting outside in my patio(NOTE: Not a stitch of makeup on). My friend said “your face looks so dewy and bright” I shrugged it off and she said, really what did you do? After all, your friends are your BEST truth tellers and without hesitation said, I need to do that! You see I was one of those clients, who was told the old myth about removing facial hair. But that is a MYTH! I am so happy with the result and Rivière Med Spa is where you need to book your next facial. Love love love Riviere Med Spa! I’ve had lip fillers, painless laser hair removal and Botox for TMJ and a Botox brow lift here. - lips turned out flawless! It was my 5th time getting them, so mostly maintenance, but Racheal did exactly what I wanted, and used a nerve block so it was less painful than I traditionally have had. - the painless laser hair removal was exactly that. PAINLESS. Highly advise, I’ve had traditional and this is the way to go. Easy and fast. Pro tip : Show up with the area shaved the day of! - Botox for my TMJ was effective and I no longer grind my teeth at night as long as I keep my upkeep on my Botox. I get 25-30 units on each side. - Botox for uneven brows to lift my one lower brow was also super effective! I get 2-3 units on my left brow. If you have a brow dip/ uneven brows, GO FOR IT. I’ll be back I’m sure for many more treatments. ;)

My initial laser hair removal treatment used a machine with a cryo blast for cooling. I had a reaction to the cryo and talked to Riviere about it afterwards. They could not have been more kind and sincere. I expressed my hesitancy to come back for follow up treatments but they were very reassuring based on new equipment that did not use cryo. Not only that but they said this new machine was pain free. They offered a test area to prove their words so I returned. I am so glad that I did. The new machine truly is painless hair removal. Unbelievable! It has me referring everyone I know as well as considering other areas for hair removal. Not only is the machine pain free but the staff is professional and understanding. They have experience with the tools and services they offer so they can speak openly and honestly from a client’s perspective. And they treat you like a VIP which is always nice.
