The young woman that gave me a facial was pleasant, and helped me to have a calm, relaxing experience. About the time she did a couple extractions, I asked about the blackheads on my nose. She said they're not, just large pores. So, I'm a lil confused since that night after my shower (5 hrs or less after my facial) I was able to easily extract them (some blackheads & white heads). Maybe due to the extra heat, or the facial removed some dry skin, idk. But I would have thought she would be able to tell the difference of enlarged empty pores (not needing any extraction) vs pores with debris that could be extracted. I realize my skin is in poor condition. That is why I wen to find out specifically what products to use or to avoid in order to improve my over all skin as well as to reduce/ help clear up any blackheads, white heads. I do not expect it to happen over night, but was hoping to have had any removed or acknowledged & directions on how I can resolve them. Maybe I didn't ask the right questions. I am not sure. But over all a relaxing experience.

Words cannot describe how fantastic this place is! I called on a Thursday at 5pm and they had me in the next day at 4pm! I had never had any facial treatments done before so i was very nervous. I came in and within 10 minutes we had all the paperwork done and I was off with the AMAZING Kristen Kean! Kristen was so very patient with me. She answered all of my many questions and guided me to an amazing facial treatment. I am so thrilled with the results! I went in because I have issues with dry skin on my nose and black heads, NOT ANYMORE! My nose is flawless and my skin is literally as soft as a baby's bottom! One other thing that i really appreciated about Kristen is she asked what cleaning products i currently used and if I liked them. When I told her what kind i was using, she didn't talk them down or try to sell me something entirely different. She simply said she is happy that i have found something that works well with my skin and that if i ever needed any recommendations on other products she would be happy to help. I am used to people always trying to up-sale and make me spend way more money than intended, but Kristen made it very clear that her only goal was to help me feel better about my skin. I also bought a Clarisonic brush and I adore that as well! I cant wait for my next appointment with Kristen! This place is superb!
