The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The individual whom did the procedure was a bit dry and not very welcoming. She didn’t seem friendly at all. I also felt a little miss lead at the free consultation. She mentioned that I was getting the procedure done at a discount, when in reality looking at pricing, I paid the full amount. Also, the TikToc advertisement also said 80% off.. Definitely did not get 80% off anywhere in the price that I got screwed to pay.

I wish I could remember my aesthetician name but she was amazing!!! My prior experiences I have had the goo all over the place and pillows stuffed everywhere and was uncomfortable. She was very neat and cleaned each area as she went. And although painful she took the time to massage the areas after each session where as before they barely did anything. She discussed the benefits of each area and took the time to listen to what my contouring goals were. She was professional and if I do this again will request her. Also the new location is fabulous!

I have been going to ideal image for a couple of years now. I have had several areas treated. I have never once had a bad experience at any of my sessions. The staff is always amicable and professional. Lesly and Lisa, who work at the front desk, are incredible. They are always very welcoming and happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. Abby, Andrea, Nicole, and Stephanie, providers at ideal image, are amazing! They are highly knowledgeable in what they do, and I have not found another company that can match their knowledge and professionalism. She was very thorough and professional. The three ladies at the front desk (Yessenia, Clara and Amy) were very kind and helpful. Very professional and accommodating, before during and after my appointment. Was a pleasant cool sculpting experience. I’m already seeing some results after 3 weeks. However I know my fullest results will not be visible for 8-12 weeks!!!! I plan on having more until I reach my goal! No invasive surgery!!!!!! Yay!!!!!🌸😃🌸

Gotta be honest and say that Scheduling is difficult due to the fact that they only have one Ideal Image locally, but they are really good at finding a way to work you in, whether it's a cancellation or separating out the combined treatment areas. They really do work with you!

My experience as a whole has been frustrating. I have had 3 laser hair removal treatments since August. I always schedule before I leave the office, but never fails a week out or even the week of my appointment I am rescheduled by the office. That delays my treatments and causes interruption in treatment plan. I have had 3 treatments and have a different technician every time. My technician is always friendly but I like consistency and again I feel like it may affect my treatment outcome. The facility itself is always nice and clean on the inside, however my first impression when I drove up it the facility looks closed and uninviting. There are so many facilities that offer the same services and I wouldn't necessarily recommend ideal imaging to my friends over other med spas.

**Update** After some admittedly anger driven facebook comments, I finally received a call from Alexandra with corporate customer service. She was understanding and assured me I was being heard, and said she would be personally seeing to the matter of having my next appointment expedited. She claimed that she assured I would receive the services as far as the contract was concerned even if this went beyond the 16month agreement period; I am somewhat skeptical of this but we shall see. I will tentatively add an additional star to this review for this interaction alone. This review is not aimed towards the technicians, but rather the overall organization. It seems as though once payment is made, it’s no longer the company’s problem if you get bang for your buck. Scheduling an appointment is near impossible, and once you manage to get a slot, their staff shortage means it is very likely you will get a call the day of to say your technician has called out and they need to reschedule.. this happened with my last appointment and again this morning.. time to wait another 2 months!! Take your money elsewhere if your contract gives you a limited time in which you can schedule appointments. **Update** I received a reply to my review letting me know someone would be reaching out. I did receive a call the following day while I was at work so was not able to answer, but I called the number that was left by ‘Marilyn’ as soon as I could, only to be transferred left and right, before someone finally said Marilyn was not available, and would call me back. Fine. A WEEK LATER I had still not heard back, so I called again, this time I was told Marilyn was out all week and would be returning the following day, so once again I waited. Another week has gone by and I have yet to hear from or be able to speak to someone regarding my concerns. Last I heard I was ‘waitlisted’ - whatever that means. I will continue to wait until my December appointment and pray that I not get another phone call the day of to let me know it’s cancelled….

today was my first laser hair removal session and stephanie made the process way less scary than i thought it would be. she was so kind and attentive! she took time to listen to my questions and gave me answers. i felt very comfortable with her and think she did an amazing job. all of the other staff was also very sweet and made sure i was doing okay after treatment. setting up my next appointment was a breeze and i felt very welcomed! overall i had a great experience which i appreciate :)

The set up for appointment was great and quick. The staff seems stressed at the front desk. The staff member who did the consultation and the nurse who measured were nice and answered all my questions. My wait time post changing into the shorts was too long. The plan itself seemed good...a little surprised by 4-5 hour procedure time, and the results of other patients looked great, but I was strongly taken back by the price of the procedure. I honestly would have thought 10% of that. I should have done more research on cost prior to the visit or would have appreciated some estimates online. There's no way I would suggest this to a friend until they were already considering a surgical alternative.

I received both BBL and facial fillers at the OKC Ideal Image location. My hands that had the BBL look ten years younger. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I had many dark age spots that are almost completely faded. My mouth has always had a down turn look, like I’m constantly frowning when my face is at rest. After facial fillers, my lips now have a natural looking smile at rest and the surrounding area is much more youthful looking. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. I purchased laser hair removal and after 9 sessions and almost two years, I understand the reason behind the price. Ideal image has medically trained staff, from PAs to nurses that give you services knowing what they are doing. I have olive skin and dark thick hair, this type of hair and complexion require different treatment than a light skin, light hair person. Ideal image made sure i had the appropriate treatment for my type of skin. The results are AMAZING, not to mention that the price includes a lifetime membership that would allow me to get touch ups for only a co-pay. I highly recommend this place and definitely recommend the treatment. Laser hair removal is one of the best things I've done for myself.
