Julie and her staff were great to work with and her staff helping me load the tub on my trailer. I told Julie what I was looking for on the phone and she guided me to the Dr Wellness X-6. I made arrangements for early pickup on a Saturday and I was up and running in the same day adding 220 service to the tub. I am impressed by the quality of the tub compared to my previous tub, it is a clean build when removing the maintenance side panel. The foam doesn't encase the jets and plumbing like my previous tub. It takes a little while to learn what all the knobs and pump settings control, plenty of Jets and power. Two things to improve I'd prefer if all the frame was pressure treated besides the bottom and the manual could be better such as it doesn't say where to fill to and no pictures or what side panel to access the drain valve.

I visit the aqua living spa in Chalmette, La. And the service I received from Jennifer was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. No pressure sales, she allowed us to take our time and even allowed us to sit in the tub to get the feel. I felt in love with this company and would not think about buying from anyone other than Aqua Living. I will refer all my family and friends to this company. I would love to express the wonderful experience I had at Aqua Living factory Outlet. Julie, the stores manager was such a fantastic person to work with. I saw the Aqua Living commercial and realized there was a store not far from where we live. We decided to go by and check it out. The manager Julie was wonderful from start to finish. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, offered us water or a soda, then took the time to really listen to what we were looking for in a hot tub and the things that we felt were important to us. She then pointed us in the right direction of some spas we may be interested in. It probably was one of the easiest, most pleasant sales experiences I have ever had on any purchase.

By March, I had narrowed my options down to two AquaLiving spas in the $5k range after being completely ignored by widely known local competitors. Julie Ricks walked me along the process of ordering my custom made Dr. Wellness X-6. I encourage you to go look at these extraordinary tubs in person. Sit in an empty spa in the showroom. It'll help you decide which one is for you. I went in for a lower end model that I had my eye on, but when I sat in the Dr. Wellness X-6 I knew it was going to be the best hydromassage machine and worth going over my budget. It takes time to have a custom spa built. Trust me when I say that patience pays off. Certainly, a machine that provides maximum relaxation is worth the short 3 month wait. Post-Covid and global supply chain logistics have held up production a bit more than usual for them and the demand for their incredible products surged lately. Be patient, quality takes time. Now, I sit here on my patio listening to these relaxing but powerful 81 jets, a waterfall, LED lights and music... the endless hours of relaxation ahead makes this worth the wait and every penny spent. I highly recommend backyard delivery with Cliff and his crew. It's worth not having to call your buddies in to move it into the right place at your home. I even found a reliable and trustworthy electrician (who is chief electrician at the aquarium, BTW. He knew his stuff!) So, run to Chalmette. Talk to Julie. Place your order and get vacation relaxation vibes in your life every day.
