The staff at Ideal Image (White Bridge Road) is an impressive group of people! They are very nice, helpful, knowledgeable & professional. I had a positive experience. Brittany kindly greeted me, asked if I need anything & did a great job of working with my schedule to set appointments. When I needed to reschedule, she said it was no problem then promptly took care of it. She kept me on the waiting list & called when something opened up sooner that worked with my schedule. Brittany created my quote & worked with my budget. Dani & Vinny are experts on the services on which they’ve been highly trained. They did a great job of explaining what to expect & asked if I have any questions. They made me feel comfortable. I also enjoyed chatting with them on a personal level during the services. They earned my trust so I asked for their opinions about future services & they’ve given me helpful advice. I enjoyed my experience there & am happy with my results! I give them my highest recommendation!

I am on my fourth treatment and this last one I had done I had the pleasure of having Vinny do my laser hair removal procedure! And I will ask for him every time now he was amazing, communicated with me the whole time was so welcoming and he made sure he covered EVERY INCH of the area which was a first for me I took a couple minutes longer than the rest of my appointment but I’d trade that for perfection anytime!! So if you chose ideal image I 100% recommended Vinny!

So worth it! I did Cool Sculpting for my stomach and I'm already down 4 inches in 3 weeks. Also decided to do and Laser full body. I already saw a difference from my first session. She also takes her time and gets to know you as a client as well, which makes it so fun to come and see her. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Haven't noticed much difference with the coolsculpting, but maybe it takes some time to show any affects. One week update: Coolsculpting definitely helps. You're not going to get a fully ripped out gym look, but it helps with what you have. I'm not heavy set or thick, I'm actually 42yrs old, 5'10 and 156lbs. I'm in the gym a lot usually, but with work and the holidays, I lost that tone look not being in the gym for 2 months. Getting the sculpting brought that back. Now it's up to us to maintain that great look afterwards, unless you've got the finances to keep doing it monthly...lol... would recommend trying it for all body types.

I paid for 5 areas of laser hair removal, and the terms of my contract say I need to have it completed in 16 months. I wasn’t even able to get an appointment until 2 months after I paid! Then, I am only scheduling 2 sessions out at a time, and I accidentally booked my February appointment for when I would be out of town, and there was no hope of rescheduling sooner than the appointment that is already booked for March! So now, there is no way I’m going to get all of my appointments in within the 16 month window.

I arrived on time for my 2:30pm appt., and spoke to the receptionist, who told me she let the tech know I was there. 25 minutes later, no one had spoken to me, so I told the receptionist I was leaving and wanted to reschedule; she told me the room was being readied at that time, but I was not interested in waiting more. The, a tech came in to say 'that room's not available' - it turned out the room was NOT being prepped, but was in fact still IN USE. So, it took 30 minutes to tell me I would STILL BE WAITING. VERY poor customer service. UPDATE: My rescheduled appointment was a couple of weeks later, and was much better; this review was originally one star. My provider wasDeena, who was excellent; she explained the procedure very clearly and was friendly and helpful. UPDATE: The staff are always exceptional.

I was met by a courteous employee but she was not friendly. The reviews gushed about how wonderful their experience was and how nice the staff was. My nurse preformed her job well but that was it. I was told initially that I needed my whole face done and paid for that but only had my lip, chin, and one spot on my cheek lasered. I feel I have been grossly overcharged. I was also told initially that the hairs would fall out between 7-10 days. At the time of my appointment I was told that it would take 7-21 days for the hair to fall out. And that I might experience some redness and bumps. I did not realize the bumps would be as big as green peas on my face. Initially I was told that the location was Green Hills but the location is near that but on White Bridge Road in West Nashville. It is near Green Hills but that is not the address. Overall, I feel I have been charged too much and I feel like the service provided was not what I expected and I will not recommend Ideal Image. You can have this done elsewhere for MUCH cheaper.

Hannah was my nurse and she made everything so easy, calm and PAINLESS. I was scared to death but she made my 1st experience fun and enjoyable. The other 2 ladies in the room were also so sweet. One was a lead nurse and I have to say I was very happy to see how she trains and explained things. Very refreshing to see someone that loves to train and teach without being harsh or hateful. Deena and Hannah were great - I’m a newbie to fillers and they made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with Botox (wrong placement, etc) and I could tell that they knew what they were doing. True professionals. Once the manager understood the situation, she took matters into her own hand and arranged my appointments. She worked around the issue, and I still had my appointment worked around. Having someone hear my concerns and address them made all the difference in the world. She could have ignored the complaint: instead, she fixed it. I feel much better knowing that the head nurse is truly paying attention to the customers. Previous Post: This place is booked out two months or more in advance. It’s hard to plan that much, and when calling to ask to be in a waitlist, it feels pointless. When I explained in May that I could do any time during the summer and to be put on the waitlist, I was told that they would let me know. Come August, and nothing. I have a hard time believing that no one in two months cancelled. Then, when I asked to reschedule because the date I had chosen for August, in MAY, was a conflict. They told me that they could reschedule for October or November! What’s the point of appointments that are way in advance when you already have to wait 3 months to see any results. I would look for somewhere that has a larger facility or more people to assist. As it is, you’re looking for at least 1/2 a year until you hopefully get what you pay for.

My technician did a great job explaining what was to come and what would happen every step of my appointment. She had to make a change on what procedures I was able to get and I was disappointed but understood why I couldn't get what I originally wanted and what I needed to do if I still wanted those items added back in. Was able to schedule my follow up appointment with no issues.

I had Botox and the visit went well but the person that did my procedure seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t make it easy for me to ask questions. It was my first visit so I had wanted to know more about the procedures and what they thought would be beneficial to me. I asked a couple of questions but when when someone is in a hurry to leave it’s hard to remember much less ask all the questions you have. But she was very nice.

If you're wanting to have lip filler or injectables done, this is the place to go! Deena is a rock star when it comes to fillers/injectables. Hannah recently did my lips and she is amazing! My lips are perfect!!! I always recommend Ideal Image. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Especially if you've never had it done and are nervous, go to Ideal Image. There's some serious talent in that building.

Kaylee was wonderful! The last time I had a treatment at this location which was a couple weeks ago, the technician was rushing me because they were booked, but it shouldn’t matter because I booked this appointment and it’s my time. We all have different pain tolerances and she didn’t care to give me a few short seconds to recover from my pain from the laser. She was really pushy and very uncaring. On the other hand, today Kaylee did the opposite. She was very caring and whatever I needed to do to get through another treatment, she was there to help me. She cared for me and asked me if I was okay to move in or if I needed a break. She also offered an ice pack. Last time I had to ask for one. She was very understand and made my experience there an amazing one. She is the only reason I didn’t cancel my treatment with ideal image today. I was very upset about joe my last treatment went, but she definitely changed my mind. I will continue my treatments at the Nashville location but only with her as my technician. Kaylee is a wonderful worker and she really cares. She deserves a reward for doing her job and more! Thank you kaylee again for being so kind and caring.

My provider was excellent - she answered all my questions, was very descriptive about what I should expect each step of the way, and she was even able to squeeze in an additional treatment area to save me having to come back next week for treatment. Although my experience when I got to the provider was great, the check-in process was not smooth at all. I looked up the phone number to call online, and it didn't match the number posted on the door, so I ended up calling both numbers because I was afraid no one would see I was checked in. No one answered the phone both times I called, and I waited almost 15 minutes for a call back to say they checked me in and would let me know when my provider was ready. I realize the pandemic has caused a lot of changes, but I would have thought that nearly a year into COVID, the processes would be smoother by now.

The moment I stepped into Ideal Image I was greeted by the nicest front office coordinator, Heather. She was happy to see me and remembered me from my visit a couple of months ago. She asked me how I liked my last treatment and was genuinely interested. Felt like I was seeing an old friend. Little things like asking if I would like something to drink and bringing the consent form to my chair to sign made me feel welcome and like a guest. I had a BBL treatment by the nurse practitioner, Alex. She immediately made me feel comfortable and eased any concerns I had about the procedure. She explained exactly how the treatment would be performed and what I should expect prior to the treatment. During the treatment she continued to explain what I should expect step by step. That's a great feeling of security since you have eye protective goggles on and can't see what's happening. Alex made me feel comfortable during the treatment and I was so impressed by her knowledge of the procedure and explained what I would expect in the next few weeks. I was so happy with the overall experience I booked my follow up BBL in 5 weeks. As a medical professional myself, I would highly recommend Ideal Image and specifically Alex for the most professional and skillful clinician.

I just booked new service for laser hair removal because I had great results and the extra high prices did include the lifetime warranty. Now apparently after paying $1900, I need to pay an extra $250 for the lifetime guarantee. I apparently misunderstood and thought that was a lifetime membership you could choose to purchase to get 1 free service a year. I could have gotten the same area treated elsewhere for around $1000. They did not offer a guarantee which is why I chose to spend the extra $900 thinking this price included the guarantee. If I had known it was going to cost an extra $250, I could have just booked services there. 🤷 I also priced other services which is how I came to realize the guarantee was not an additional charge. I was quoted $1700 plus the $250 guarantee for upper and lower linea (note this is supposedly at 65% off because it is two areas). I can get chest and complete abdomen at another location for less than half of this prices. Needless to say, I will definitely book services there for my other hair removal. It is also annoying that they will not put any pricing on their website, then offer up to 75% off and you have no idea what type of discount you are truly getting. I do not paying for fast and efficient services, even paying extra compared to others prices IF I have a lifetime guarantee.

The first time you experience something you develop the most crucial opinions, my first time at Ideal Image in Nashville TN was no different. Upon walking in the door I was greeted by the two receptionist, two beautiful young ladies whom was kind, courteous and very professional. I was ask If I would fill out some required paperwork and if I needed something to drink. Their actions in the lobby made what could have felt like an award situation left me feeling very comfortable. After completing the required paperwork I was called back where we reviewed what I was wanting done and went over all the details of what to expect and why I was wanting to have this done. I was sure I wanted to have the procedure done so I was escorted to another room and was given a tour of the building on the way there. Before I was seated long enough to get my phone out I was greeted by the Technician whom was to do my procedure. She reviewed all relevant information and advised me on the possible outcome and expectations. I then returned to the previous office where we reviewed all pricing and payment options. I found one that suited me and filled out the remaining paperwork. Before I left I was ask if I wanted to start today, they just had an opening and I was happy to fill the spot. I was escorted to the lobby and was offed something to drink again, this time I accepted a bottle of water and within 5 minutes I was greeted by the technician again and escorted back to laboratory. She was kind respectful and very professional. I was told what others had felt from the treatment and I responded to what I had felt as-well (like a spray of water then like you singed a spot of hair on your arm with a lighter. Very fast and pain was minimal). I am pleased with the outcome of the first visit and cant wait to finish the rest of the treatments and see the final results.

Shannon, the clinic manager, was so welcoming and informative. Excellent treatment from every staff member from the moment I walked in. Professional, and took the time to answer all questions and make me feel very comfortable. Alex did an amazing job with the injections, and called back a couple of days later just to follow up and make sure everything was ok. She's very knowledgable and has a very gentle technique. No bruising. The only downside was that the 800 number I initially called assured me that the Botox is only $10 per unit. When I got to the office, I found out that it's $13 a unit unless you spend $500 - and at that point you get the $10/unit price. I want to be clear that the Nashville staff was immediately up front about the price, but when the initial person to whom you speak sets up the appointment, they should be clear that the unit price of $10 is only good when $500 at a time is purchased. The Nashville office did tell me that the leftover units could be used for my next visit. They treated me so well that I will definitely continue to use Ideal Image on White Bridge in Nashville.

I was in my late 20s when I saw that first dark hair on my chin. I thought I would die! I used so many things to get rid of it, but the hair just got darker, more coarse, and lots more grew.
