Cannot recommend HiFinch enough!! Kayli is the best in the business. I was looking for a few treatments in preparation for my wedding and now, I'm a lifelong customer! Kayli truly cares about the work she's doing as well as her clients and it shows. She takes the time to get to know you, explains every procedure, and makes sure that you feel comfortable the whole way through. I am beyond happy with my results and always look forward to my appointments with these ladies!! As an added bonus, their office is gorgeous!

Wow - what an awesome experience I had with the ladies at Hi Finch! The atmosphere is so clean and pleasant. I got a BBL treatment done to heal some of my skin damage and even out my skin tone. I was worried it would be a little painful, but it really did not hurt! I was so surprised at how much there was to heal and I am looking forward to seeing the results in the next couple of weeks. Lauren at the front desk made me feel so welcome and comfortable for the short time I waited to get started. Kayli is wonderfully helpful in her examination, service and care. I have never had such a great experience at a dermatological spa type place of business. There was a friendly and enthusiastic greeting upon arrival, and I was immediately taken into the treatment room. The entire office, from foyer to treatment rooms, is clean, bright and beautifully appointed. My follow up visit was very quick, in and out in less than 25 minutes, again with no waiting. And, the care and treatment was superb. I love this place!

I have had two BBL photo facials at Hi Finch and I cannot recommend them enough. After years of using tanning beds, all of that sun damage was coming to the surface and I had a lot of redness. Since I have dry skin, I really do not like to wear foundation and I felt like I needed to start wearing it more. After one BBL treatment my skin improved SO much and I no longer feel the need to wear make up! I just had my second session this morning and I cannot wait to see the results over the next few weeks. Kayli and Lauren are so sweet and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Definitely recommend them!

I can’t say enough about Hi, Finch! They are always prompt/on time, professional, and fantastic at what they do. I come for preventative Botox and always have such a fun time while I’m there. They take measures to make sure I’m comfortable during injections, and I haven’t had any bruising! I’m thrilled that they’ve moved in to the neighborhood. Also, it’s super accessible with parking being easy and a great location in the Nations. No need to deal with downtown/hospital traffic and parking any more!

My laser hair removal experience has been a 10/10. It has been virtually painless and the results have exceeded my expectations after every session. The space is amazing and doesn’t feel uncomfortable like a doctors office, but instead it has such a cool and welcoming vibe so I immediately felt comfortable. If I could break the scale to rate them higher, I would. I’ve never felt more comfortable at an aesthetics clinic. It is very common to feel pressured into treatment and not feel comfortable saying no. With Kayli, you are the furthest possible away from pressure or unease. The treatments I’ve had are not only undeniably effective but affordable (not cheap, but fair and competitive) and I never feel rushed at the office. I tend to have a million questions and Kayli is so patient and kind to answer them. I’ve gotten two different types of chemical peels and loved the result. The parking lot can get full fast but street parking hasn’t been a problem.

I wanted to try out Hi, Finch because my friend, Shawna had nothing but great things to say about it. I have been so blown away by the care and attention to detail that I’ve received from Kayli and Lauren. From a Botox standpoint, I feel like Kayli ACTUALLY assesses my muscle structure and maps out where she is going to go before just going in and doing it, which is not something I’ve gotten elsewhere. Also, I have struggled with acne my entire life and have used thousands of dollars worth of skincare but I felt like none of it actually did anything but sit on top of my skin. After hearing my concerns and my history, Kayli started me on the Obagi Clenziderm system. Within a few days of using it, I started noticing a change. I can tell this stuff really digs deep and attacks the problem from its root. I am already feeling so much more confident in my own skin and I know it’s just going to keep getting better. I feel like what has been so lost in the aesthetics and skincare community is individualism and Hi, Finch is the first place that has made me feel like they’re treating ME and not “patient with fine lines and acne”. If you're looking for a skilled, reliable, and HONEST medspa, look no further! Hi,Finch is really as amazing as all the other reviews say. They will work with you to achieve the result that YOU want. There is no pressure to do more/less, no type of up-selling, or promises of the impossible. I've gotten baby-botox on the forehead and botox around my nasolabial folds to improve my gummy smile, and I've been really happy with both treatments. I took my mom here to treat muscular twitches around her eyes, and her results were amazing too! When we went to a plastic surgeon for the same treatment in the past, they used too much botox and left her cheeks/eyes frozen, but Kayli was very considerate of that concern and used just enough so that the muscle twitches stopped without any freezing around her face. Anyway, I could gush more about how amazing Kayli and her team are but I'll stop here <3

Can't say enough great things about Hi, Finch! Being a male I was somewhat apprehensive stepping into a Med Spa for Botox. Kayli and Lauren immediately made me feel comfortable and most important, listened when I very specifically requested minimal amounts of Botox. While eager to reduce the visible signs of aging that have come with my early thirties, I was scared of looking "fake" or losing expression. As a performer whose income is dependent on the ability to emote on stage, finding the perfect balance was incredibly important to me. Kayli took a great deal of time talking me through the process (first time Botox-er here) and I was thrilled with the initial results. I have since gone back for more Botox treatments with Hi, Finch and would 10/10 recommend to others.
