Stopped in based on Google reviews. Met with Brad the first time, who was extremely patient and answered all my questions, which were many as having a spa is new to us. Stopped back again and met with Mark, who again took an hour with us helping to make our final decision. Finalized again with Brad who sounds like he'll be there every step of the way as we await our new spa and set it up. Super excited about the salt water option instead of chlorine! Note, it can take a bit to get your spa in hand, but it sounds like it will be so worth the wait. Would highly recommend them so far based on the over-and-above service!

I just recently reached out again requesting emergency help for a leak and he was the only person to respond over the holiday weekend. Fantastic experience. Prior to our first showroom visit, I read reviews from many different brands, asked friends about what they liked about their hot tubs, and read "professional" spa experts articles. Our first showroom to visit was Hot Springs in Plymouth. Mike was our salesperson. He did an outstanding job. He asked great questions to pinpoint the best spa (size/layout) for our family. He helped us to appreciate their quality and why their spa's are so different from others. I'm glad we started our visits with Hot Springs because when we visited other brands it was clear to us that the others were subpar. Not even close. We paid a little bit more, but it was so worth it. As for customer service...beyond 5 stars. I called numerous times with questions and each person went above and beyond. A few even gave me their personal cell number in case I had a question after hours. Keep in the mind, they weren't my salesperson. The hot tub materials are of the highest quality. I'd strongly recommend buying a Hot Springs product.

The customer service was world class, now days it seems like we have less customer service, but with Bill you get a world class experience that makes you happy he was you rep. He did such a great job!
Giving advice on things he has seen in the industry and about the hot tub we chose. My advice is ask for Bill if you are looking for a hot tub or hot tub supplies!

We bought our Hot Tub in March with Mike. Very knowledgeable, listened to what we were looking for in a product and steered us in the right direction. My only complaint is that it took months to receive the product, but it is understandable with the supply chain issues we are seeing. Delivery, installation and walkthrough were professional and they have been there for any questions we have had.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We have had our Pulse for a little less than a year and have had a solid experience from sales through service. Aside from the long wait to receive the tub, everything else has been great. We had one issue that required service to come out and replace a circuit board but it was done promptly and under warranty. Would highly recommend.

I have a close friend that has purchase two Hotspring spas in the past. When asked for his opinion, he strongly recommended Hotspring. Even so, I thoroughly researched hot tubs and came to the conclusion that Hotspring is the best on the market. Yes they are a bit more money but very well worth it!
My specific experience was with Mike Walker at the Plymouth, MN location.
A handful of times in everyone's life you have the fortune of working with someone who REALLY knows what they are talking about. It was clear from the beginning that Mike was in that group. From tub experience questions to detailed product questions, he knew it all.
Moreover, since we are building a new home, the builder asked if we could get the electrical panel ahead of time so that it could be installed before the tub arrived. I called Mike and he snapped into action. After his flight landed he went directly to the warehouse and then met me at the Plymouth store so that I could deliver the panel to our builder. This is EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! He did not have to do this, but he did.
We are so excited to have our Hotsprings tub part of our new home!
Mike Walker made buying it one of the best customer sales and service experiences I have EVER had.

The sales person I worked with was Mike and he was great. He took the time going through the options of the different layouts and I actually ended up with a cheaper hot tub than I originally thought I wanted!
The one we did get is perfect for us when we have 4 people in the hot tub because each person has their own space without touching one another.
We did have issues but worked with Cedric and the manufacturer and were able to them resolved and haven't had any more issues in the last few weeks (it had a bad controller which lead to a few other issues but it's all working perfectly now and I trust that we're good for the long haul which is why I still give a 5 star rating!).

They worked with us every step of the way ensuring everything we were installing would be acceptable. The quality of their products are extremely high end. I was very pleased with my time at Hot Springs. Matt was a fantastic and knowledgeable salesmen who made me feel really comfortable in the store (I don't like pushy salesmen, so this was the first big tell that I was doing business at the right place). I would buy from him again in a heartbeat. The store was clean, the service was friendly and after doing a little research before going in, I can tell you that the prices were a step better than competitive. I bought my hot tub from them and, if I can convince my wife, a sauna may be in our future too. If you're looking for great service and great products at a great price, look no further.

Mike and the entire team have been great to work with. Early in the summer we decided to go hot tub shopping. After talking to reps at several locations, it was clear that Mike was our guy. He talked us through our options and really worked to help find the right tub for our first time purchase. We had to wait a bit due to the shortage, but we have had our tub up and running for about a month now. We use it everyday, and it has been amazing. This review is way too long in the making since we purchased our Hot Springs Tub September of 2020 from the Plymouth location. Mike was an outstanding salesman, he listened to our thoughts, explained the options answered all of our questions, and closed the sale with a great price, and best of all was very helpful assisting me AFTER the sale. I was having some issues with the tub chemicals (my doing) and Mike was outstanding with his knowledge and direction and availability. In the midst of the pandemic, I bought a endless pool and a sauna from Mike. I had minor issues with both, and Mike was very helpful in resolving the issues. Mike has also been helpful with the pool maintenance, which was a little confusing for me at first because I have never had a pool. Because of all the handholding I needed, I highly recommend buying from Mike, the salesman at Plymouth. This is a high maintenance purchase (or maybe it is just me??) and I really think if you are going to spend all that money on big purchases, you need someone to call for questions on how to operate and maintain them. Mike was great!

I bought a tub from Mike last August.
First of all, Mike didn’t try to sell me the biggest, most expensive tub when I walked in the door. He took the time to understand our budget, how we would use it and how often and helped us get into the perfect tub for our family. Mike was also awesome about helping us understand proper hot tub maintenance as were rookies.
Also, because of Covid, delivery dates we’re pushing back months. Mike and the GM (Jason Rounds) did an incredible job understanding the wants/needs of 100’s of customers in the same situation as us and took the time to create an actual plan on how to best serve everyone. At the end of the day, with all of the issues Covid created in their supply chain, they were still able to get us the tub we ordered by the date they promised.
I can safely say that this is a perfect place to purchase a hot tub from.

Although there were a few bumps in the road (out of everyone’s control), we had an overall terrific experience. Our tub arrived quicker than expected and is beautiful. We had an issue with delivery (again, it was no ones fault) but the problem was quickly remedied. Tyler, who sold the tub to us, has been fantastic every step of the way. He is a wealth of knowledge and has been extremely communicative. Tyler has gone above and beyond and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a tub.

We love our new Hot Springs tub and relax fully knowing that it includes a guarantee that we won't spend more than $30 a month on electricity to keep us toasty warm - even in Minnesota winters. We found it easy to compare initial investment but found it critical to look at lifecycle cost too. So glad we did because we found this guarantee.
Costco tub prices were tempting but seeing the Hot Springs delivery team get ours set up and in place - no easy task - and knowing they started us out right with water and all chemicals needed - reaffirmed that we made the right choice. (Costco drops yours in your driveway - and you handle the rest, ugh.)
The delivery team and Mike and Buzz at the Plymouth location did a great job for us - and connected us with a local electrician, Perry, who also provided us with great work - at a good price (we checked to confirm, not simply accepting the first bid. )
Thanks to all involved for getting us set up right with a tub we love. So cool that our different tub seats offer different jet experiences. We can adjust the jet flow - and it has lights included. Our family loves it - and our teen TALKS to us when we hang out in it! I highly recommend Hot Springs and the Hot Springs team!

We heard all the sale pitches and tested all the showroom models - But when we finally met Mike Walker - he asked all the right questions, he was honest, sincere, accomadating, was deeply knowledgable, super engaing and his service did not stop after we purchased the product. Anytime I called him with a question or concern - he was just as committed as he was before the sale. He also ensured my tub was delivered days after I ordered - which is a huge feat considering how the pandemic has negatively impacted the manufacturing community. Mike Walker is outstanding. I purchased a Highlife Envoy tub Salt water system. Mike explained when it would be delivered and how far out I could expect because of the backup. During the time prior to deliver he checked in with me. On delivery day, the delivery team took great care in getting the tub to my patio. Once the tub was delivered Mike has gone above and beyond trying to help me get the water set up correct. Hotsprings has gone out of their way to help with this process. I explained that to Mike and he took extra time to explain to her the features and functionality of the Hot Spring’s products. What a GREAT day!!! My wife and I have been dreaming and scheming about how we could make a hot tub or whirlpool a reality for us for many years. We have window shopped, browsed online and almost pulled the trigger - bought one online and had to cancel the order before it was delivered because we found out there was no way we could get it into our basement without removing the stairway! We were skeptical when we decided to check out Hot Springs Spas (I'd been hearing their sales commercial for a couple of days). I called and talked to Jon at the Plymouth store and told him what we were looking for. Our budget was tight, but Jon was very helping in matching our needs with their products. That same evening he e-mailed me several options that might work for us with all of pricing and financing options listed so we knew just what we could afford. We drove out there (240 mile roundtrip) the very next day. What we found was a wonderful experience! Jon, Randall and the rest of the staff were so helpful and friendly, and not the least bit pushy. We ended up buying the absolute smallest hot tub they had there, but we were treated as if we were buying a $50K spa! They educated us on the chemicals needed and how to test properly and answered all of our questions about the different spas they had in the showroom. They even helped us measure and load it in our minivan, then took pictures....I think we were the first one's to ever do that! Can't wait until we get it in the basement all running. Thank you again, and we will make sure to let all of our friends know about the great sales staff at Hot Spring Spas of Plymouth.

Overall we have had a pleasant experience. We were greeted by Mike in a friendly manner. We were shown the different spas and which would work best for our family. We were aware timing was going to be a while. There could have been more communication when our tub delivery got delayed, I had to keep calling to ask. It was delivered 2 months after it was to be delivered. Then we also weren't aware we would have to set up an appointment for the fill and to go over everything, that meant we missed another 5 days of not using it. Overall though we are happy and use it almost nightly. The kids love it (5, 1.5). The salt water system is easy to use and there is not a strong chlorine smell! Mike has helped us get all our chemicals right.

I looked all over when I decided to replace my cal spa hot tub that we had for about 15 years. And after narrowing a few models down we chose a hot springs tub. The efficiency was what sold me and so far my electric bill has dramatically decreased.My whole family loves our new hot springs tub, would highly recommend.

Mike did a great job of explaining the process and what we should expect. He laid out all the details, costs and delivery expectations before even closing the deal. He was available for all of our follow up questions and continues to answer the phone well after the sale and delivery. So we posted a negative Google review. 19 minutes later a store representative called, had already investigated our concern and assured us the lid would be available in the next few days. I just finished with the install of the new hot tub and I have to say that went better than I expected. They had to use a crane to get the old tub out &'the new one in. The teams had obviously worked together before and they made it look easy. Josh, Josh, & Brandon who were the hot tub installers were very professional and cautious. After a 7 1/2 week wait from when we ordered, our new Limelight Pulse model finally arrived. When we signed the contract during the "pre-fair sale" we were told 4-6 weeks so we were a little frustrated with extra wait time. Once we knew the tub had arrived in their warehouse, delivery was going to take another 10 days. After some communication with their delivery scheduler and Randall, we were able to get the delivery date moved up a few business days to have it for this past weekend, which we appreciated. Turned into a great, relaxing weekend despite the warmer than average temps outside!
The delivery process went smoothly for the most part except the installers did not have some hardware pieces with to install the cover lifter properly. They ended up returning promptly a few days later to finish installing the lifter but we were still able to use the spa in the meantime. One thing that could be better communicated in the pre delivery manual was the length and width of the electrical cut out in the bottom of the tub. The electrical opening is very narrow and getting 3/4 " liquid tite and it's fittings to fit was difficult.
Initial start up after wiring was completed was very easy. Now we are working on figuring out our sanitizer routine. So far, so good.
Our overall experience was a good one and this business has a good reputation for customer service. Communication with Randall and the staff was always prompt and professional. There were no pushy sales gimmicks to speak of. Mostly just well asked questions to narrow down what we were looking for.
Other than the later than expected delivery date, we are very satisfied so far with our choice of a Hot Springs Spa from Hot Springs of Plymouth and are looking forward to many years of year round relaxation. My wife and I can't believe how soundly we have slept these last few nights! Exactly what we needed!

Frustrating experience. I have people telling me different things. The guy who sold us the tub was very knowledgeable and said he had worked there for 19 years but apparently when I talked to the manager about my order he told me this guy was a temp and did everything wrong. My tub never got ordered because the $500 down according to the manager “doesn’t order you a tub here”. I wasn’t aware of this since I was told that’s all that I needed to pay the day we “ordered” it and the contract I signed also says delivery within 4-6 weeks. I’m happy I didn’t give them anymore of a deposit because I’m probably going to have to take the loss. Ironically though they have the exact hot tub we ordered sitting in their warehouse. Obviously I want my hot tub so I get over the fact about all this conflicting information I’m being told and schedule an electrician for dec 8 and talked to James about delivery which was set up for dec 8 at noon, this was prob a week and a half ago. Today I get a call saying they want to set up delivery for my tub which is weird because I already scheduled this. I called back 3 times today and everytime James is on the phone. I left a voicemail this morning and a verbal message with a girl this afternoon and she assured me he would call me back before the end of the day, which he didn’t. I would prefer my deposit back so I can buy a hot tub from somewhere else and not deal with this. I choose this place because of their good rating. I’m thinking these reviews have to be fake. That or I’m just getting really unlucky with who I’m dealing with. I want my deposit back!! If the process is this hard when I’m trying to pay them $8,000 I can’t imagine what kind of service I’d get if something went wrong. I've updated my star rating because they did have good follow-up after the tub was delivered. I cant give them 5 stars based on the negative experience leading up to it but the tub is great we enjoy it.
