This past week I got my first treatment at Ideal Image in Fox Point. Sarah was at the front desk and Amanda did the treatment. They both were extremely kind and zestful. For me, getting laser hair removal seemed a little daunting and I felt scared going in. I was not sure what to expect honestly. However, they both helped me to feel way more calm and relaxed. On the phone Sarah helped me feel very welcome despite working to accommodate covid restrictions. She greeted me at the door with such ease that I knew choosing Ideal Image over other laser places was a good choice. Amanda helped talk to me throughout the treatment. This helped me to get my mind off of things and feel very relaxed. Overall, I feel very thankful to have chosen this location and to have service with such fantastic individuals. :)

Today was my first ever laser hair removal treatment. I was warmly welcomed to a very clean clinic by the receptionist. My nurse Dakota (spelt differently but I can’t remember it exactly, I’m sorry!!) promptly brought me back. She was very kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. She calmed my nerves and made sure I was tolerating the treatment throughout the entirety of the appointment. I felt completely comfortable getting my under arms & brazilian areas zapped. If I knew it was going to be so pain free I would have scheduled years ago! I highly recommend this location!

I love my experience and liked the results but I was not happy that they did not have enough product to do 2 full syringes. However! This is the day and age we are in …. with supply issues so I understand. But I am happy to report I did schedule my second syringe AND an additional service! Overall was VERY happy. (Just not happy with supply issues… which is happening in every industry) So even though I got half a treatment I still am happy with the results 24 hours later

My cool sculpting experience was amazing. I went in with a ton of questions and they were all answered. The nurses were attentive and knowledgeable. The only down side was because of covid, I had a zoom consultation. So when I went in for the procedure, I ended up having more cycles done at the first visit so I’m not able to get all my areas done twice. However, they were great about that as well and were able to adjust my package so I can target my problem area at no additional cost. I will be definitely using them in the future!

I had laser hair removal done and Ideal Image was great! I just had my third treatment done on my arm pit, lower legs, and brazilian. Everything was very clean. The nurse was very professional and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all while getting my Brazilian done. And I must add how AMAZING it was not shaving these areas for a month between treatments! I'm definitely looking forward to the end of treatment where I will never have to shave again! I highly reccomend Ideal Image Fox Point!

Dee has been my nurse for most of my treatments and she's always so friendly and really makes you comfortable while all your bits are out in the open (which can be very uncomfortable and make you self conscious, but that's not how it is with her). We have good conversation, which helps distract you while being zapped by a laser and it's nice to not sit in silence. She's always keeping me updated on progress and what she's doing with the machine, so you're not left to the dark when the cartridge needs to replaced and lets out its squeal of air haha. The whole staff has always been so pleasant. There's a reason why I've come back for multiple treatment areas-it's not just the results; the staff makes a big difference.

My nurse today for the coolsculpting treatment was awesome! However, accurate notes from my prior appt with a different nurse made for scheduling errors. Frustrating, considering I blocked my whole day for my multiple treatments and appointments are not easily available. I will come again, but scheduling should be done by the location a client is attending not through an appointment center.

On September 13th, 2019, I was lucky enough to be treated at Fox Point by Mackenzie and Annie. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by a clean and contemporary environment and a warm greeting from the woman at the front desk. Mackenzie and Annie came out and had big smiles on their faces, and a very kind, inviting nature about them. I am a very laid back individual and it was nice to be able to exchange laughs with two women that I was about to entrust with a needle to my lips! They took pictures for before/after, explained the lip filler process in depth, described any complications and what to do if they arise, and asked if I had any questions. I felt very confident that I was working with two well-educated and skilled practitioners. They looked carefully at the picture I showed them, and listened attentively to what I wanted as an end result, which included a unique area in which one side of the upper lip was significantly smaller than the other. I asked that it be corrected through the filler. Mackenzie did the actual injecting. She was very mindful of my needs, often taking time to ask me how I was feeling, and very precise with her needle placement throughout the procedure. She gave me a mirror to ask if the end result is what I had hoped for and it was! My lips look phenomenal! They look even and full. It was efficient and very skillfully done! I am very satisfied with the customer service, product, delivery, and result. Needless to say, I will be back again! Thank you to Mackenzie and Annie!

If it wasn't for the amazing customer service and above-and beyond efforts of consultant Sharon Mistichelli, I would have already taken my business back to the medical spa I left years ago. Ideal Image has always and I mean ALWAYS provided the most professional services in the most personalized manner at some amazingly affordable prices in the decade I have been going there. So, I was very confused by the my location's lack of response or follow up regarding my appointment back in Spring. We are talking MONTHS! Then Black Fridays deals weren't deals like Ideal's customers have had before. Seriously. I was so disillusioned and ven wondered if the company was going away? However, I need to give credit where it is due. Sharon worked up a package that addressed my needs and was just amazing in the way she listened to my concerns and responded in the manner I had become accustomed to by those on the Ideal Image team. I can't say that I am 100% happy about the company's Black Friday pricing or limited promotions. They was Late... with my appointment.... I guess having Consultations Trump having lifetime membership.. Then I was told when I asked if I should reschedule I was told oh no it will only be 5 more mins well that turned into 10-15 more mins.. I was late to work.. after my treatment there was nothing said bout making a new appointment or anything actually I was given a price to pay that was wAy wrong.. nothing was taking off for wasting my time or anything.. let just say today was not a good treatment day.
