I started searching for hot tubs and came across aqua living. They were quick to respond and they have the best prices around. I haven't received my hot tub yet, so I can't speak on that. But the customer service has been good. And they have the best prices around. I have had the Hudson bay 19 for about a month now and i love it. I am using it at 120 right now and the heat holds pretty good. We loose a degree every 30 mins or so.. We will see what winter brings if we need to switch it over to a 240.

My experience starting out shopping at my local spa store was a mess, but after a quick search, I was able to contact Rich and had no problems ordering my spa. His customer service was top notch, after a failed attempt at getting a tub from my local store, he was able to help me get the tub I wanted, answered all my questions about it, and was able to even find a cover for my tub well before the expected arrival date. If your looking to get a hot tub, I would recommend Richard at the Milwaukee store. Him and his staff have been great working with. I would recommend my friends and family drive the almost 6 hours to his location (I’m from central MN) before going anywhere else.

Hollie in Customer Service was on top of my order and giving me a daily status. I ordered right when COVID hit. We absolutely love our tub and use it on a daily basis. It’s been very economical as well. Love the therapy lights and the deep seats and the therapeutic jets! Great purchase for a great price.

Super happy with our spa! It works like it should and is really easy to maintain. I also love the 110V because my electric bill is not bad at all with it running – even in winter. I started my experience a little rough. But they have since changed over the manager and I couldn’t be more happy with how they have not only made things right from my previous bad experience, but have continued to give great customer service 6 months into owning our spa. We are enjoying ourselves a lot!

Roy was amazing in helping me find the perfect hot tub!! At first I was not entirely sure with ordering a hot tub via online but he set up an appointment with me to be able to come into the showroom pick out the perfect hot tub and there was no wait because he had the model in stock. Every other company had a 30 plus week wait! You can’t go wrong with finding your hot tub needs thru Aqua Living Spa.

It was perfect; they secured low interest financing for me (even though my credit isn't the greatest). And, they delivered on time an amazing spa! Customer service was always available to answer questions and deal with any issues; I even called for some advice on how to balance chemicals. Catalina is an AMAZING spa by the way. I had a minor issue with the Bluetooth they had an technician out in just FOUR DAYS! He completely fixed it free of charge! I recommend this company to ANYONE who wants to buy a Hot Tub! P.S: I have had mine for 8 months and everything is working beautifully!

Tommy was very professional and made suggestions on the tub we ultimately purchased. Communication after the approval process was very frustrating and with the onset of the pandemic communication became none existent, communication is paramount. We are giving the experience a 4 as when the delivery finally took place the spa guys where professional and helpful. The pandemic did not help the delivery communication issue's!
