CryoZone is the place to be to heal my body after exhausting week ! I see results instantly and feel my energy levels rise. They’ve got the best machines And it’s an in and out quick experience for cryo only (10 minutes tops) or if i like i can spend hours there pampering myself with all the services like t shock, light therapy, compression therapy, reiki, and more. The owner is also really nice and treats the staff like family and the space feels like a home away from home.

Takes time for me to drive from Orange County to Santa Monica and get my body repaired in Cryozone ! I must say it’s all worth it . 3 times a week beach volleyball training and tournaments makes my body exhausted, pains all over my body . But visiting this Cryozone repairs my body ! It’s like magic ! All worth it . Great and friendly therapists and a place that feels like home. I super love the cryotherapy and the Normatech ! Highly recommended!

Great experience! I did my first cryotherapy at this place and very happy that I decided to go here. Their staff is very knowledgeable and enthusiastically answered every question I had about the process, benefits, differences in their machines etc. Socks, gloves and shoes are provided in case you don't bring your own. It's also very clean and organized which I always pay extra attention to. I definitely recommend it

I ran to this store feeling miserably when it was about to close on Sunday to treat a joint sudden acute pain after my long run. Emerson was so kind and great and she offered my the black impact machine therapy instead of the local treatment I booked. The black machine was awesome! You can leave your head out and your brain won't freeze as in regular whole body machines. My pain got relieved a lot after the treatment. I also got an introductory offer of buy 1 get 1 free for $50, so I went the next day and did it again. This is the best cryotherapy I have. Overall great value and super wonderful service! Big thanks to Emerson for being so kind and helping me out.

Interesting experience.. it was my first time coming in I think there was a glitch in the system or something they couldn’t find my appointment but after finding it things went very smooth. Emerson the receptionist at the front desk was amazing! Definitely will not forget her awesome energy!! Joshua is great also he helped me out with all the equipment and offered all the products with discounts and affordable packages. I definitely recommend anyone to try it out at least. It can’t hurt.

CryoZone has been a game-changer for my recovery and wellness journey. After a nasty knee sprain while hiking the Grand Canyon, I stumbled upon CryoZone and was blown away by the results. My knee went from being the size of a watermelon back to normal in four days. The helpful and friendly staff are amazing, always making me feel comfortable and well taken care of during my visits. Since then, I've made CryoZone a weekly staple in my routine through cryo and red light therapy sessions. The red light therapy has been especially helpful for my skin, leaving it glowing. I used CryoZone during my ultramarathon training and after the race for recovery. I am still amazed at how little soreness I experienced after running 31 miles. Overall, I highly recommend CryoZone to anyone looking to enhance their recovery and wellness with the added bonus of knowledgeable, amazing staff.

Really great experience here. Easy to see why everyone likes this place so much. For starters, their cryo equipment is truly top-of-the-line. After my full-body session, I immediately felt relief in the stubborn neck and back pain that I've been dealing with. They also have a range of other very cool treatments including local cryotherapy and Normatec (great for your legs). Also, just a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Can't imagine finding a better place for cryotherapy in LA, will be back soon.

I discovered Cryo Zone about 3 years ago and it quickly became part of my daily routine. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is a 10+, the daily cryotherapy helps with all my old chronic sports injuries. I also do weekly T-shock facials with excellent results. This place is amazing!! If you’re rehabbing an injury, this is the place. I work out boxing 2x a day and suffer from serious muscle pain. After a session in the Cryo Artic I am fully recharged and ready to get back to training! The Normatic is top shelf for tight IT bands and leg pain.

I had to give it a try and I loved it! I’ve been struggling with knee pain and I decided to try the cryotherapy full body. Walked into CryoZone which I called “the cold spa”. The brothers were extremely friendly and gave me a lot of tips on treatments to help with my pain as well as my bad blood circulation. It’s a great way of treating yourself and improving energy levels. I also tried the Normatec boots. I definitely walked out a different person. Also great for hangover after a rough Friday night 😅

I don’t typically write reviews unless it’s TRULY deserved. I’ve been coming to Cryozone for almost a year and it honestly has been life changing. Not just for the benefits of Cryo on my health but for the overall positive experience with the staff members. The owner, Joshua, is an outstanding person willing to help answer any questions and guide you towards your therapeutic needs and Hunter, Austin and Sarah always make it such a pleasant experience. I tried the brand new machine and it was unbelievable: clean, hi-tech, Bluetooth speakers to play my music and I feel completely rejuvenated. I’d give Cryozone 10 stars if I could.

I just finished my 1st session at CryoZone Santa Monica. Joshua was very detailed in his technical instructions so that I understood the process. The temperature was much colder (in a good way) then my only other previous cryo treatment at different company, and I learned that the difference was in the technology of the machinery here at CryoZone. I coach athletes/runners through LARunningCoach.com and feel confident in referring them to this type of recovery/prep treatment. And I’m definitely feeling ready for my triathlon tomorrow! Update: I tried the NormaTec compression device today for my legs as a recovery technique. Once again, I appreciated the information provided to me before/during the 30-minute session.

My friends have been telling me about cryotherapy for years and i cannot believe it took me this long! I finally faced my fears and went in to freeze my bum off… 10 minutes for face then 3 min for body. It’s nitrogen so you feel tad light headed if you inhale directly. Overall pleasant experience and the facility was squeaky clean and had friendly staff. I might need to give it a couple hours to see how I feel and if it lives up to the hype, but if you have been curious and scared like me- just go give it a try!

I went here after running my first Los Angeles marathon last week. I had been here previously for maintenance after weight training and seem to help quite a bit. But this was my first marathon, and figured my body would be sore after the race. Joshua and Sara were very sweet and accommodating, explaining the whole process without skipping a beat. I did the new Arctic cryo chamber and leg compression afterwards. This cut my recovery time by a week, I can truly tell the difference!! I highly recommend this place to all my clients, friends and family!

Amazing service and kind staff. I was very sore from strength + stretch training in addition to dance and yoga. I felt better immediately after my whole body treatment. I did a localized treatment for my legs. Since I was so sore I also added in a Normatec session which compresses your legs. I definitely will be back. He said he can work out twice as hard, and recovers so much faster when he gets cryo and compression therapy regularly. And I totally agree! I love it! I like going to Cryotherapy in the morning - it's a great way to wake up and makes you feel energized and ready to tackle your day. The session is really quick (only a few minutes long), and the staff comes in to talk to you during the treatment so you don't focus on the time. They're also really good at explaining how it works. I had the BEST experience at Cryozone. I went in for compression boots and full body cryotherapy, and loved every second of it. The staff and people were all so friendly, it was such a warm and inviting environment. It was very clean as well- which is big for me! Love this spot! Cryo is quick here and so so effective. Great for doing before or after a workout (i’ve tried both- gave me tons of energy and strength pre-workout, was incredibly helpful for recovery when done afterwards). I started going after a major shoulder surgery! My surgeon at USC Keck said it might help. He had done the most major reconstruction of his career on my shoulder. I spoke with the owner Joshua and his brother Hunter and they explained everything to me very thoroughly putting me totally at peace. I have been super happy to have Anna, Alyssa and Jack help me with my sessions because they make the time fly and make each visit fun. The Cryo helped everything about my health and physical strength. I continue going and though I still don’t like the cold, it is worth it for the benefits! I also feel like it clears my head afterward. I’m glad that being a spa and the treatments are all one on one it is still open during the state’s shut down.

Went into CryoZone for the first time today and it was such a pleasant experience! If you haven't tried Cryo before, it can be a very long 3 minutes thanks to the freezing temperature, but Hunter chatted with me the whole time and kept my mind off of it. I was also able to take advantage of their normtec gear, and left feeling 10x better than when I walked in. They offer a variety of services and even stock my favorite LifeAid drinks! As a professional athlete I often utilize cryotherapy for my recovery and am excited to have found this spot with such friendly staff and lovely facilities. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I started coming here for cryotherapy and Normatec compression boot therapy in October and have seen my recovery time and muscle soreness drastically decrease. I teach indoor cycling at CycleBar Culver City & Santa Monica multiple times a week and visit Cryozone right after to get my body revitalized. This place makes it possible for me to always be 100% ready for my next cycling class, personal workout and workday. I have had arthritis and pain my whole life and since finding cryo zone that has all gone away! not only does cryo work for me but its fun, enjoyable and the staff are amazing! They sit and talk you through the whole process and when you are in the chamber they offer to come in and chat as well to make the process go quicker for newer people. They have 2 cryo machines that work differently depending on your preferences as well as localized cryo that you can use for spot treatment or for your face. Parking is free and convenient in the back. They're open early and late, so you can easily find a time that works with your schedule. I've tried several other cryo places and this one is by far the best.

Everyone should try cryotherapy and if you’re looking for a place to go, I highly suggest Cryozone Santa Monica! It’s genuinely changed my life. I started going back in February after experiencing a very severe ankle injury via class pass. After my first session I got an unlimited package. Initially, I was told by my doctors that I wouldn’t be able to run for almost a year after the injury, which was devastating. Im happy to say that after doing consistent cryo for 5 months, I was able to run again, 7 months ahead of schedule. I don’t think I’d be nearly as far in my recovery if it hadn’t been for CryoZone SM! Also, the employees are the best! I feel like I’m being treated by my friends and not just employees. How doesn’t appreciate quality customer services, right?! I really can’t say enough incredible things about this place. Anyways, everyone should go!

Great place. Very friendly and prompt. Josh is a rock star at customer service and they have an awesome little four legged sidekick named Jasper that just makes it all a pleasure. Cryo is great for sore muscles and inflammation. I use it while training for instructor levels ar a local Krav Maga world wide Center. I LOVE CryoZone. I use cryotherapy primarily for recovery from muscle soreness after hard workouts, and it works like a dream. More recently I have been going to CryoZone to help speed up the healing of an ankle injury, and have seen noticeable improvement with each session. The facilities are clean, and they are always running on schedule with appointments. All the technicians are super friendly, and help distract you with fun conversation while your in the cold for 3 mins. I am usually scheduled with David. He is so sweet and such a great conversationalist that the 3 mins flies by!! Highly recommend!!!

This morning I ran well over 11 miles in the Santa Monica mountains going from 16ft elevation to over 2,100 and, as usual, my legs were cooked. I did the 30 minute Normatec session at CryoZone and, although I felt some discomfort during the therapy, afterwards my legs were completely refreshed! I typically have some muscle and joint tenderness in the evenings after my runs but the Normatec therapy really resolved that issue. Totally recommend CryoZone to anyone interested in joint and muscle recovery! Definitely going back, thanks!

I came in unable to walk because of my hip. I need a hip replacement but my doctor and I opted for stem cell treatment instead. This takes 6 months to feel better. My doctor, as a last resort, said maybe I could try the Cryo for the intense pain all the time. Paige, the manager, told me I had to sign up for the 7 sessions straight to feel any result. My first session I thought it was a scam, but I paid for the seven sessions. The second day I didn't feel anything and really thought it was a scam. By 4pm after my second treatment, I actually felt a 10% improvement in my intense hip pain. By the third treatment, I was walking better and off the Vicodin. By the 6th treatment, I felt awesome!!!! I loved it. I decided I was in good enough form to go go karting with my husband. Well that wrecked my body and I showed up on Monday a mess. Sean insisted I needed to go into the turbo machine because of my condition. I went into the turbo machine and LOVED it!!!! I felt 100 times better after the treatment. I haven't been able to exercise since the end of January. I haven't been able to walk my doggies since October. Well....... I am now on my second week of pilates and I think Monday I will be walking my doggies. This is a must for anyone who has pain. One session is a joke. Won't do a thing. If you're in pain, you need the 7 day package. I now go six days a week. I love it. And then there's Sean. What a sweetie pie and cutie pie. He is is fun to go visit every day. I love him. The best place for cryotherapy! The staff is super friendly and they have the best machines. Ive tried most of the services. The Normatec plus LED light therapy which was very relaxing, almost fell asleep. Also have done the T shock facial which was really comfortable. Super reasonable prices too. Highly recommend!
