I came here for a facial. It has a beautiful spa. They have a lovely waiting area. There is lemon water, a variety of teas, and coffee available while you wait. The staff is friendly. I got a hydrofacial. The machine portion was fine. It felt like a gentle suction that also releases liquid on your skin. Reasons for subtracting a star: *I mentioned that I hate extractions and my skin is very reactive. We did them anyway. * The sheet on the table I laid on didn't appear clean. It looked to have small dark hairs like eyelashes or something on it from a previous service/ user. My husband had a massage. He said it was a great experience. I might go for a massage next time instead. I would give it another try and recommend it to friends. Overall a good experience 4/5.

I have been going here since they were on Dutchman's lane, over 20 years ago. I don't trust anyone else to do work on me. I just recently had a lazer facial treatment and I loved it. I plan on going back very soon for other treatments. I love this place! I just got my lips enhanced today. Omg. They are beautiful 😍 I can't say enough good about this place. They staff is super friendly and I always leave happy.

Dr. Calobrace is the best of the best. My BA results are everything I was hoping for. His expertise and knowledge assured me I made the right decision when choosing him. The anesthesia team is wonderful- I woke up warm and pain-free with no feelings of nausea. My recovery was painless (I only felt sore/uncomfortable as expected but never felt pain!) The nurses there are top notch. Mary placed my IV cath on the first attempt which meant a lot to me in terms of decreasing my nerves the day of my surgery. Jackie in recovery was the sweetest! I absolutely received gold standard care starting from my consult all the way through my surgical discharge. I’ve had no true post-op complications and truly love my results!!

Doesn't matter what your visit is for, you'll receive top notch treatments and professionalism from CaloSpa! Lexi gives the best hydrafacials I've ever had (I've had them in CA, WA and other spas in Kentucky and none compared) and both Michelle and Johanna are absolutely WONDERFUL massage therapists! Seriously, the only place I've had a remotely comparable massage was at the Ritz-Carlton. This place is legit, highly recommended.

I love the spa. I’ve had excellent Botox, HydraFacials, and today, the first of three infini procedures. It was incredibly painful even after an hour of numbing cream. Meredith is excellent, but they need to address the pain of the needles that are like a swarm of bees attacking your face. It’s cruel to not offer your patients something that will curb the agony.

I have always and WILL always recommend CaloSpa for as long as I live! I have NEVER left disappointed. On my last visit I got the best hydrafacial from Nicole L. She went above and beyond by explaining everything she was doing down to a mini massage that isn’t even included in a hydrafacial.... I mean who does that?!?! EXCEPT NICOLE! She is so knowledgeable, respectful and personable. I was so pleased by my experience with her that I surprised my sister with one and told her she HAD to ask for Nicole. I started going here on the recommendation of a friend, and I’m so glad I did. I treat myself to a hydrafacial every 6 weeks or so, and my skin hasn’t looked and felt this hydrated and plump since my teens! I’ve mostly been seeing Katy Jo for my facials, who has been a pleasure to work with. When I mentioned to her I was thinking about starting botox, and asked if she’s done it/her experience, she gave great education as well as pointed me in the direction of the injector that would best fit my goals. (Bethany) Between my facials with Katy Jo (relaxing and hydrating) and my now Botox injections with Bethany, I feel like I will look glowing and perky for this Derby! From the front desk staff to the esthetician’s to the Advanced Practitioners and beyond, every interaction I’ve had at CaloSpa has been a good one. If you’re looking to get treatments there, be sure to ask for Katy Jo for your facials, and Bethany for your infectables!! PS: I’ve also seen Meredith and Ashley for facials. They’re friendly and knowledgeable as well. Their TikToks are fun to watch on the CaloSpa channel too!

I have been going to CaloSpa for a time now, however, I started to get a monthly Hydrafacial since November 2017 (minus the 3 months we were shut down for the pandemic). I usually see Katy Jo, who has been a critical part in keeping my skin looking and feeling it’s best. She is knowledgeable in ingredients, products, as well as the anatomy and physiology of the skin. A few months into my monthly Hydrafacial routine, I finally took her advice to add dermaplaning to the service and y’all, it has made a HUGE difference. A hydrafacial alone is awesome, but adding dermaplaning to it just gets that extra exfoliation needed to get the “old” off, and it really allows the products from the Hydrafacial + the products I use at home work SO MUCH MORE EFFECTIVELY!! She has also helped me with my skincare journey when I’m not in her chair as well. I was diagnosed with a gnarly fragrance allergy, and Katy Jo helped me tailor a simple, yet effective, fragrance free routine to help me meet my skincare goals. Everyday people compliment me on my skin, and truly, it wouldn’t happen without her. 12/10 recommend CaloSpa for your services, and KatyJo as your aesthetician. PS: when on maternity leave, Katy Jo updated Ashley on my skincare routine, nuances/sensitivities. Ashley was also great, and it’s nice to know the staff communicate with each other when caring for one another’s clients.

I recently visited Calospa for under eye filler. I’ll have to admit I was nervous but Dr.Mays made the whole experience painless and easy. I had very little bruising/swelling and love the outcome! I have been meaning to write this review for some time. I feel like exceptional service should be noted. I believe I have had just that at Calo Spa with Katy Jo. I have had Infini series, emsculpt and emtone. Katy Jo is professional, courteous, and patient especially when I was cussing like a sailor doing a slightly uncomfortable treatment. Kathy Jo takes the time to explain the treatments and what to expect during the treatment as well as the results. I appreciated that more then anything. Since I have super sensitive skin she made sure that I had the proper numbing gel and that it was applied in the correct areas and I had waited the right amount of time. That made all the difference in the world . I spent several months going in for these treatments and Katy Jo was punctual and always took the time to discuss the prior treatment and remind me of our goals. I also enjoyed our conversations it was a good way to end my day. I highly recommend Katy Jo for any of the treatments above or any of the others she preforms. You will not be disappoint. I also highly recommend Lacy and Bethany for any of your injection needs. All these ladies are all exceptional!!!

Highly Recommended! I just finished my second session for laser tattoo removal with Meredith. Meredith has been fantastic to work with these past two sessions. She is very professional and skilled, and it is evident that she has been thoroughly trained. She is also very personable and does a great job at explaining how the process works. The procedure is still painful but she works quickly and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I had previously had three laser tattoo removal sessions from another local business and the differences are night and day. If you are considering having a tattoo removed go to CaloSpa! I can not speak highly enough of Meredith, the entire staff, and my overall experience. Top notch!

I had miradry treatment on 10/13/16 by Dr. Mays. WOW! I am so happy I did! I haven't had to wear deodorant since! I run every morning and have always struggled with sweating and slight Oder in the arm area. The treatment was practically pain free, I only felt I slight sting during the numbing process. The whole treatment took 1 hour 20min. I did and do still have some swelling but should be gone in 1-3 weeks time. Calospa is an amazingly beautiful place and everyone is the best in their field! I'm so excited to never have to worry about deodorant or Oder again! I would recommend this treatment to anyone who deals with sweat or Oder under the arms. I'm very satisfied! -Amy G

I had breast implants done here I love them. Other doctors in the area told me i wouldnt look right since i had a mild case of tublar breast , a large gap in between my breast and hardly any breast tissue. Dr. Bradley was sure of himself and his work. I went from an A cup to a DD cup. Put in 770cc silicon high profile. I will say they dont warn you about what's possible of the after math recovery like you may not feel your nipple for months or sharp shooting pain or how loud your implants can be at first but when i had questions they were there to answer them. This office does seem like they hope you do some of your own research too, doctor will listen to what your looking for and tell you exactly if its it's reasonable and what he can do to get you there. Very professional. Surgery went well for me, financial side went easy to! Everyone loves my implants and says they look amazing

I can't thank the Calospa team enough!!!My life has changed due to the MiraDry procedure.I have always been someone who sweats a lot. I always wore dark clothing and felt very self conscious when in public, especially in stressful situations or in hot weather. I got the procedure just over a month ago and I couldn't be happier. The procedure is not as scary as I thought from reading other people's reviews. A lot of discomfort and swelling for the first 72 hours as they explained and now I am totally healed after a month.I noticed a significant reduction in sweating from my arm pits. It totally changed my life! If anyone is struggling with the same issue I encourage you to contact the Calobrace and Miziguchi plastic surgery center.They are the best!!!

I have had Coolsculpting with Brooke and was actually able to wear shorts this summer without being self conscious!! Yay! It is always hard to remove your clothes and show someone something that makes you self conscious but the staff has always put me at ease and let me know they want to help me! I can't say enough about my amazing results with cool sculpting and the professionalism provided by my provider Brooke Stevenson. If you are concerned with a stubborn pocket of fat this is probably the treatment for you and if your looking for a provider that is top notch Brooke at Calospa is the one to see.

Edited: After the original post (see below) at my next botox appointment (I had bought several units at their end of year sale and they cannot be transferred to another facility or given in vial form to take home) the front desk attendant informed me that Dr. Mays was very sorry for my poor experience the last visit and then handed me a gift bag with several different trial and full size skin products along with a travel cosmetic bag. The gesture was very kind and appreciated so the rating was edited from 1 to 4 stars. I arrived 10 minutes early, waited 30 minutes for botox by Dr. Mays, notified the front desk i had waited 30 minutes and needed to leave. I was told they'd email him to let him know. Not a single apology. My exterior doesn't scream "tons of money" for which it sems staff were eager to help. After i finish the units i purchased there I'll be going else where.

I've had a couple non-surgical procedures done and i am pleased with both! I first had the mira-dry completed for my hyperhidrosis and was extremely satisfied. I'm a woman and this procedure brought back my social life after 40+ years. I was so satisfied that i went back for the coolsculpting for my abdomen area. I must admit, i was a little skeptical at first because i didn't see the results that i thought i would see. HOWEVER, i remained patient! For me, the results came later than what i read on the reviews. Not that i didn't see any results during that time frame, but my expectations were extremely high for a non surgical procedure. In saying that, not a lot of weight/lbs was lost BUT enough fat was removed from the result of having the procedure that it gave me that nice hourglass shape. In saying that, i still have my work to do to get where i want to be. This procedure was a NICE kick start and i am very grateful. I thought, i could spend the money on a personal trainer and put in all the work, or i could spend the money on coolsculpting and put in half the work. Either way, your going to spend both the money and put in some work. This way, i was able to cut my work by more than half and it was worth it! Brooke... was the BOMB! Love her! If you are have a couple troubled areas and want a little help, this is the answer!

Had abdominoplasty with lipo of flanks and fat transfer to buttocks. 1 week post op but I already love what I’m seeing. I have considered this for more than 10 years and finally had it done. I recently had MiraDry treatment for underarm perspiration and odor at CaloSpa. This procedure was amazing!! With minimal swelling and discomfort and no downtime my underarms are odor and perspiration free!!!! No deodorant since my procedure!
