Dr. Keesa is the best! He is incredibly knowledgeable about weight loss and in fact has made his own recipes for patients which he gives to each patient in a folder, free of charge. He is encouraging, non/judgmental, and has a quiet sense of humor that makes visits relaxed and stress-free. The office workers are very polite and cheerful and keep the office exceptionally clean and attractive. I recommend without hesitation

Great physicians, attentive, overall good care providers. My only complaint is a young lady at the front desk that generally assist with check out. She resembles a cave man, a Neanderthal. She is unattractive in appearance and within. She has poor customer service skills. It's unfortunate that she is upfront, her presence would be more appreciated behind the scenes.

Dr. Srinivasu Kesa did a great job doing my liquid nose job. He talked me through the process and we placed filler in the places where I wanted corrected. I will be going back for a more permant filler and will have one or two more spots that will need a bit more. Thank you so much Dr. Kesa!!!

I did PRP for my hair.. due to Covid I had lost a lot of my hair. I’d highly recommend the service. I will let you know that the first session you may see more shedding (so don’t be scared) because it’s killing all the dead follicles I guess. But by the time you go on your second and third session you should see a huge difference as long as you follow the recommendations. I highly recommend PRP I think it’s great.. Currently I am doing their cellulite noninvasive removal for my inner thighs. I’ve had two sessions and I’ve definitely seen improvement. Again you have to make sure that you listen to the recommendations. Keep yourself hydrated I drinking before and after the process. MD is very fair priced for their services when you compare them to other med spas !

i just got my first ever lip fillers today and the experience was AMAZING. everyone was so welcoming and very comforting. my anxiety was high but they made me feel so calm and i am in LOVE with my lips. such amazing work and amazing prices!!!

My experience was better than I ever could have imagined. Yamini was my technician, and took such pride in what she did. From the beginning, she was so kind, honest about the results I could expect, and only wanted to treat me with what she felt confident would work for me. Never have I gotten such honesty and transparency from someone in this industry! I’m thrilled with my results so far, and look forward to seeing the end result! I met with Dr. Kesa, too, and have never met a nicer doctor. And he was honest, and I felt that he truly wanted to help me, however he could. I am a Mom of 2 boys and a 43 year old fitness competitor . I came to MD wellness seeking skin tightening treatments , mild fat reduction & stretch mark concerns . After meeting with Yamini we decided on two RF treatments one to treat the under glute area to reduce fat and tighten the skin and the other treatment “ vanquish “ for my abdomen. After 2 treatments under my glutes I noticed a significant fat reduction , the beauty is after the series of 5 it continues to improve and this has been a trouble spot for many years ! We just finished 3 treatments of the vanquish and my stretch marks from having babies and weight loss have softened beautifully along with a tighter waistline ! What I love the most is how genuine she is . She didn’t “ sell “ me on anything but rather suggest the best treatment that would give me the most optimal results that are long lasting . I love MD Wellness Center! I have seen Dr. Kesa for thread lifts, botox, and fillers. He was very respectful of my concerns and worked with me to obtain realistic, achievable results. I have seen a significant improvement in my jowls and lower face- and it all looks so natural! I feel 10 years younger..... I am also currently receiving body fat reduction from Yamini using BTL Vanquish. I have lost two inches from my abdomen and I haven't even finished my treatments! Attending the open house in the fall of 2019 was my first experience with MD Medical Weight Loss and Med Spa and I was so thrilled to win a raffle package of 3 laser resurfacing treatments. I have tried many anti-aging products and procedures on the market and I am probably one of the biggest skeptics/disbelievers when it comes to what is available, but this really does work!!!! After just 1 treatment I can see a very noticeable difference in my fine lines/wrinkles and sun/age spots!! It took about 6-7 days of downtime. The procedure itself and the healing process are uncomfortable but I would not call them painful. I am currently healing from my second treatment and looking forward to more amazing results!! Danielle was very good about following up with me when I had questions and concerns which was very helpful as I had no idea was to expect. I am so grateful for this great opportunity with MD Med Spa to have received this wonderful experience and such awesome results. Dr. Kesa also took the time to speak with me about another procedure that I had asked about and he gave me some helpful information. He took his time with me and did this without an actual appointment which was very unexpected. I very much appreciated that too!! I have had great success with the Med Spa. I love the body sculpting/skin tightening treatment they offer. I had my first session while I was still in the process of losing weight, and it really took care of my C-Section bump and my stomach was flatter than it has been in years. I am now going back for round two to tighten up my loose skin from where they continued to help me lose weight!! Thes treatments are easy and much more cost effective than surgery. Overall I have had great success with the entire office. I am so happy I gave it a try!!

I wish you had ozone injection. like medical spa in nashville that injects a syringe of pure ozone straight into the vein. It works synergystically with other treatments that i get at the same time like myers cocktail and exosomes.

I rarely write a review but I really liked my Epiwave facial that I am taking time to do so while it is fresh in my mind. I had an 'EPIWAVE' facial done last week at MD Wellness Center and Med Spa and that was the first time I got that Epiwave. That lady did a great job in actually taking time and is well skilled. Normally facials take time to show the result but this facial really made a lot of difference. The glow and the smoothness in texture really brightened up my face as well as my Day. Normally my skin would break after any facial that i had done at other places but it didn't do so at MD Wellness with Epiwave facial. Every penny was worth and I would definitely go again and recommend this place. The people were very professional, kind and friendly and the location was so clean. I even got my IV Nutrition done there few months back and felt really great-great immunity booster. That was one place I found to beautify lives in anyway we want. I was skeptical at first since I was referred by a friend. The Doctor was tough with me the first appointment. I felt a little intimidated and shameful for being called obese. BUT, I went to my follow up because I knew that the reality was that it is a medical diagnosis not a personal attack, nor was it judgement. At my follow up I was able to open my mind to his thoughtful process of understanding the root causes to my individual struggles and issues, I embraced and considered his methodology. It has been almost 4 weeks and I have lost 16 pounds! Through much needed help, serving size reduction, cutting out sugars and exercising. I thought I was doing everything in my power to lose weight all on my own, but I was wrong. I am glad I went because what you can learn even through one visit will pay off for years to come. I have been a client of MD Medical Weight Loss, Wellness Center and Med Spa since January 2018. This office is wonderful. I always enjoy my time there. The atmosphere is friendly and uplifting. I go there routinely for Aesthetic and weight loss services. Danielle has been working her magic on my skin and it shows. My skin goal has always been to be able to go with minimal makeup and with Danielle's help that is possible. My skin health is better than it ever has been. I'm 57 and my skin looks much younger. I have done laser genesis, facials and LOVE the Fire and Ice facial she does. Danielle always goes that extra step to listen and make sure to address my concerns. She makes me smile. I would recommend any of her services. Yamini is a joy. She is always greets me with a hug and is sincerely happy to see me when I'm there, as is all of the staff. I have done Exilis Elite skin tightening with Yamini and it was wonderful. Give it a try. Courtney, Tuan, Carine and Stephanie are the greatest. They are always smiling, happy to see you when you get there. Always there with an encouraging word. Last but not least, Dr. Kesa. I started with Dr. Kesa for weight loss and then it progressed from there. He does my botox, which I will never give up, and my fillers. I like that he as a doctor, MD, does the injections. I have been to other places that nurses do them and have not been happy with the results. I'm always happy with Dr.K. He is patient and understanding. He listens to what i'm trying to achieve. He also tells me honestly what can be done and what can't. I do not want to have a facelift or any invasive surgeries so he is very honest with me what kind of results I can expect with the minimal or non invasive procedures. He did the Sillouette thread lifts on me in November 2019 and it has made a big difference. It is still building collagen along my jaw line which is what I was going for. If you are thinking about it I would consult with him about it, they are great. Everyone at MD Medical is awesome. What is really great is they all like each other... they have a great repertoire with one another and it transfers to their patients. The group of people that Dr. Kesa and Yamini have put together at their office is a very special group, that are truly interested in their patients. Go and see them you will not be disappointed.

When I first visited Dr. Kesa’s office a month ago, I was so pleasantly surprised by how understanding and kind he and his staff were. Even though it was the week of thanksgiving, he still sat with me and discussed all the habits I needed to change to make sure I lost the weight - I’ve never had a doctor take so much time to sit and talk with me. I first got to know available services of the Med spa when I attended an open house. It was informative, as I had been looking into laser resurfacing.At the open house, the spa gave away some awesome door prizes and I won a package of 3 laser treatments. GO TO THE OPEN HOUSE EVENTS! I have had two of the treatments. Each time my skin is baby smooth. I am quite impressed with the treatment. Each treatment took me about 5 days of down time. I used the vinegar treatment often which helps it recoup faster, in my opinion. These treatments are great in the fall and winter to refresh your skin and allow the down time without sun exposure. I have my third treatment scheduled for Jan. and looking forward to more improvement of my aging skin. The fine lines are very minimal now and I think I am looking younger and fresh. Danielle is awesome!

Dr. Kesa and his staff are absolutely amazing! Dr. Kesa is a very caring doctor who will listen to you and genuinely wants to help you. I'm not a straight forward case as I have struggled with binge eating disorder for a long time now. I have been under many doctors' care trying to help me control my urge to binge. Dr. Kesa was very straight forward with me and honest that I'm a difficult case when it comes to weight loss. After telling me this, he also said he's worked with others with the same disorder who's had great results and he could help me. Right from the start, Dr. Kesa took the time to analyze all the medication I was on from a previous doctor and came up with a much better game plan. Not only has he cut down the number of prescriptions I take, he has cut the cost of my medications by $600 a month. He put me on the same type of medications that work just the same but are a lot more affordable. This actually meant more to me than anything. I feel better now than I have ever felt and when I tell my family about Dr. Kesa tears fill my eyes. He really has had a huge impact not only on me but on my entire family. They are friendly, courteous, professional and very efficient. They make you feel welcome, and they genuinely care about you. In addition to my HRT, I have learned to control my diabetes through diet and exercise, thus, alleviating the necessity for medication. And the weight loss has been a real bonus! I have more energy and mental focus, and generally just feel better. Since coming to MD Medical, I have taken advantage of the IV nutrition therapy. I asked about the anti-aging treatments, but he said I didn't need it. It was good to see he's not interested in pushing services to just make money. It shows me, he has integrity. There are some who will take your money and not give it a second thought, as long as it's not causing any harm. After losing weight, I decided to treat myself, but instead of going out to eat, I made an appointment with the Med Spa for an exfoliating facial. I was so happy with it, because my skin was so soft and smooth, and the whole experience was very relaxing. I now make that a part of my regular routine. It's one of my guilty pleasures, I allow myself, because I believe I deserve it for working hard through the week at my job and taking care of my family. I have also had the laser hair removal procedure and the vibradermabrasion treatments. People have asked me what type of make-up I use, because it looks so natural. But, I have to tell them, I don't wear make-up, which usually leads to compliments about skin. When people find out that I'm 62 years old, they don't believe it. They say I look much younger. I had been to 3 other doctors about a condition that caused a considerable amount of fluid retention and a high level of pain. Those 3 doctors brushed me off and said it was "all in my head". I was not going to mention my obvious edema to Dr. Kesa but he pointed it out immediately and wanted to discuss it. Because of his concern and willingness to help me with not only weight loss, but problems that can contribute to it, I have lost a considerable amount of fluid and weight and am totally pain free. Pain relief came after he reviewed my previous tests and recommended an aspirin daily. I wasn't quite sure what I was getting myself into seeing a "weight loss doctor". Would it be sketchy? Smoke and mirrors? I have had some success over the years in losing weight on my own and I know basics of nutrition and exercise. But I had some goals to meet and needed to get over that last hump of lifestyle change. I also know I always do better when I make a financial investment to help me meet my goals. I am stingy with my money, so when I do something like this, I commit. So upon seeing a lot of positive reviews on the site, I decided to give MD Medical Weight Loss a chance. I am an administrative worker in an emergency room and have at least enough medical knowledge to know that the care I was receiving was quality. The first appointment was a thorough examination of medical history, work/situational history and current health screening, followed by thorough bloodwork panels. All of this allowed them to tailor the weight loss program very specifically to me. I was also leery of taking medications to aide in weight loss. But all medicines used were safe, mainstream prescriptions that caused little to no negative side affects for me. With each follow up visit, Dr. Kesa examined what had been effective and what might need adjusting - in all aspects. I am now halfway to my goal and so far it has been a great experience. I started with Dr Kesa in December of 2015. I was one of his first patients. I am also an ICU nurse and am very skeptical of medications and honestly felt that weight lose physicians are HOCUS-POCUS. Dr Kesa did a whole battery of tests and a baseline EKG, after receiving the results he placed me on a diet and gave medications. I admit when he was writing the prescriptions I questioned it and he stated "TRUST ME CAROL". IF you follow this plan you will lose the weight. Truthfully i was scared and still skeptical but I decided I had nothing to lose but the weight. I did and guess what I started at 220 lbs and now I weigh 178. I have been at that weight for one year now. THe medications he prescribes are cheap and effective. The principles are sound and based on guidelines put out by Obesity Medicine Association. I tried HCG before and yes I lost weight and it consisted of a 500 calorie diet and was strict even to the point you could not use certain shampoos or soaps. I did lose wight but I felt crappy all the time and when I resumed a normal diet I gained it all back. IN short there are no QUICK FIXES, no magic pills and surgery is dangerous and has many risks and complications. In truth I had to change my diet and my thinking. It worked for me and I feel wonderful and get compliments all the time from people whom have known me at my heaviest. I feel more confident about my appearance and my self esteem has increased. I had a pair of size 32 Miss Me jeans that I bought a long time ago and I remember when I tried them on and could zip them up without laying on the bed. (LOL) I cried, I felt the load of bricks on my back and body had been lifted. Dr Kesa and his staff are so wonderful they are all very concerned with patients and are very encouraging, no one makes you feel ashamed or scolds you. Dr Kesa himself is very kind and takes his time with you is not hurried and makes sure you understand everything. IF you are ready and serious about this journey of weight loss do it for yourself, for your health but just know to be successful you have to be willing to change eating habits and your thinking about food, as I said there are absolutely no QUICK FIXES weight loss is a journey not a sprint and for lasting results the healthy way is better. I went to Dr. Kesa about a month ago with a lot of doubt in my mine not knowing if this program will work or not. I have been going to the gym over a year ago 5 days a week. I lost about 5 pounds and I gained it back between a few weeks. The basic line is that I can never lose weight. When I first went to Dr. Kesa, he took the time to listened to me and he did his investigations by taking some blood draw from me to find out possible causes why I can't lose weight. In about a week when I came back to see about my result it was very interesting what the result was, I became very afraid because of my diagnosis. My blood sugar was normal but my pancreas was very high. So the doctor adverse me to bring that number low or I am about to become diabetic. I have been going to the clinic over a month I have lost a total of 14 pounds, is all food no medicine. To change your lifestyle, you must first change your bad habits. I’m now at 33lbs lost. The packages are much more affordable than others I’ve seen around the city. And I’ve been able to implement many of the lifestyle changes to help me keep Bryce weight off. Highly recommend Dr. Kesa and his Team! **Updated Review--Vanquish Me I recently received the Vanquish Me fat reduction treatments. I had a total of 6 sessions. I have a destination wedding in November, and wanted to try to get some stubborn fat removed from my midsection to help boost my confidence. You can have your sessions 1 week a part. While the treatments themselves are not painful, it depends on your tolerance, as you may experience a little discomfort during the session as I did. But hey, your fat cells are literally get melted away, so have realistic expectations! Fortunately, the staff is there to keep you relaxed and comfortable. The treatment lasts about an hour. Afterwards, there's some tenderness, but that goes away anywhere from 3-7 days. You have to drink 10-12 glasses of water and massage the areas to maximize results. I massaged as often as 3-5 x's a day for 5-10 min. I wanted to wait a bit after my last session to do a review since your lymphatic system continues to flush the dead fat cells from your body after treatment. The before pictures (with the black bra) is from June 25, 2021. Due to office closures and wanting to allow my body to recover, my sessions were spaced out, anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks apart. So, My last session was 9/1/2021. The After photo was taken today 9/29th. The pictures say it all! This was so worth the investment. Its hard to not want to keep going back!! My stomach is visibly flatter and my stretch marks have faded. I've definitely gotten an increase in confidence and thank the staff at MD Wellness Center & Med Spa for supporting me through my weight loss journey!!
