1st time at the Houston TX Heights location The whole staff were awesome!!! Very nice and kind and friendly. My nurse Mia was just so wonderful!! Very nice, thorough and kept my mind off the little zaps of the laser She was a great conversationalist and awesome at her job!!!! I'm a winter Texan so I won't see them again until fall but I look forward to my next visit. Great job ladys!!!!!!!

This was my second BBL session. The technician burned my face near my hairline. This was the first visit with this technician, she explained what she was doing, was friendly but I didn’t notice burn until I left and it was irritating me. I have 3 more sessions left in the package I paid for.

She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and was patient with me when I needed to take breaks during the service. Heather was extremely excellent today. She used an ice pack in sensitive areas and listened to me as I told her my trouble areas. Laser hair removal is somewhat painful but having her reassurance during and after is so key to making it worth it. Everyone who works here is amazing but Heather has been super knowledgeable and gentle in this process! Grateful for them!

Today was my first laser hair removal. I didn't put on a numbing cream, so it really hurt, but it was done really fast. Next time I will put on the numbing cream 30 minutes before my treatment; but Everyone was very nice to me. Will be returning to get other treatments.

I hadn’t been to a ideal Image in a while, but when going into a check up I was greeted with the nicest women! Adrienne was my nurse and she was the sweetest to talk to, genuinely seemed like she cared and I loved our talks. She also always made sure I was comfortable. At the front desk I talked to Elizabeth who was so sweet and even looked up a local shop’s address for me that she had been to around town which I really appreciated. In that short amount of time, she managed to figure out what worked for me to make my appointment go smoothly! Getting to the treatment was an ordeal and a test of patience. Customer service training is needed for the front desk personnel and management on standard procedures of finance agreements between Ideal Image and Ally. Communication between front desk personnel and client (me) was limited at best in the beginning. It was not until I pushed that action was taken. In the end, the situation was resolved and I received a verbal apology of sorts. Ideal Image Washington Heights definitely needs a makeover. This location has been in operation a long time and it shows. The lobby is used and abused. Housekeeping is not a top priority the waste bins were filled to the top and needed to be emptied. However, once in the treatment room Nurse Angela was pleasant and jovial. She made me feel quite comfortable despite sticking needles in my face. Additionally, Nurse Angela assisted me in making a decision for my next treatment for which I think I may go to a different location.

I have had nothing but great service all-round from the staff. I have spoken to the front desk lady at the Heights Location, Sofia, and she was able to help me get my contract extended. Inclusively, walking in to the location, everything is super clean and they make sure you are absolutely comfortable for the services you are to receive, great communication, and very professional. I can't remember the name of the lady I spoke to in the Sugar Land location, but she was very helpful when I had to cancel one of my appointments. She offered all the possible times I could come in. Again, overall great service from Ideal Image.

She gave me the heads up prior to each area she transitioned to, and was patient as I struggled through the sensitive areas. She appears to be a master and easy going about her tasks. Vita (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was AMAZING. Granted, I've always had such great experiences with the employees of Ideal Image in the Heights since I started going last year. Everyone I've come into contact with here is great with communication, professionalism and doing their job to the fullest. However, this experience was the best one yet. Vita has such a great spirit and anyone could tell that she enjoys her career role (and if she doesn't, she totally has me fooled). I recently hit my maximum intensity for my Brazilian laser treatments and I've never used stressed balls in my entire life until then. After a few hits, she would put an ice pack on the area IMMEDIATELY to alleviate any pain I was feeling. I didn't even ask her to do this. She suggested it and man, I'm so grateful she did. This was the first time anyone had done that for me. Thought I still felt pain, it wasn't as nearly insufferable as it could have been. But even when the pain got to be too much on certain parts (going further down is so much harder for me) and I told her to stop a few times, she never showed signs of impatience and frustration. She was very understanding and never not once made me feel bad about it. She was very thorough with hitting every spot (and I know she did because trust me, I FELT EVERY single hit). We were having such great conversation, and at one point she even took my mind off everything because she engaged with me so well. I hope I don't sound dramatic, but Vita saved my life. That was obviously very dramatic, but that's how I feel. I was already pretty sensitive down there because my period is literally down the street, and I knew I was in for a ride because of it. However, Vita made the experience so much easier for me with the time and care she took with me and the laughs we shared together. Afterwards, she even wiped the area down. I usually do that myself and I never have a problem with doing so, but it's all about the initiative she took with me. Thank you so much, Vita. I really hope to book with you for my next session. Give this woman a raise. She is so kind, considerate and she took great initiative in making accommodations to make this session easier for me. She deserves all good things that life has in store for her. Vita, please continue to have such a vibrant and kind spirit. I hope to see you soon.

I took my girlfriend in for a consultation. The staff were very nice and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. They offered us something to drink and told us about each part of the process. We had consult with the manager who was very nice and knowledgeable. Hair removal is an investment and they are not cheap but you get what you pay for. My girlfriend was even able to get her first time done the same day and the said the nurse was caring. Good experience. We will recommend to friends.

My first experience was wonderful, I didn't have to do any shaving for 3 weeks! My second experience was HORRIBLE, I ended up having to shave 2 days later as opposed to my first experience. I am now waiting to hear back from a regional director to find out if I can schedule another appointment or if I will have to wait until the appointment that has been set! My suggestion is that they write in the charts the settings used so that things like this does not happen!

I had two services , one with Iliana and the other one with Jennifer. Both were very knowledgeable, sweet and made me feel very comfortable. They get 5 stars each. The reason I put 4 is because before booking an appointment in October, someone called me, I had to pay in advance and someone else called me to schedule, and they didn't have anything until December. So I suggest you call, you book it and then pay. And the other reason is that I wanted botox on the bunny lines, as it is my main concern, and for some reason, which I didn't get the explanation, they don't do it. But overall it was good experience and I recommend Iliana and Jennifer.

Been going here for about a year and I have to say that my last trip with Brenda was awesome! Everyone has been so nice but Brenda was super kind and I loved her method of letting me know exactly how many zaps she was about to die. It helped me get through it in small spurts! For many years I dealt with hair growing on my neck and chin. I am bright skin and my hair is jet black so it was very noticeable on me and whenever I would be talking with someone, I always felt they were looking at all the hair on my neck and chin. The last few weeks I had called multiple times and even left 2 messages yet never got a call back so I drove by the location however they were closed (Monday) so obviously I was beyond frustrated. I called again on Thursday & finally got someone to schedule my ReTouch & Botox. When I arrived I called multiple times & no one answered so I approached the door. Jennifer (I didn’t know it was her with the mask) greeted me and completed a questionnaire, took my temp, & allowed me into the lobby. Turns out my appointment was never made. Instead of sending me away, Jennifer took action, verified the schedule, pulled my file and was able to help me! Like an owner she listened to my frustration and instantly worked to find a solution. Back in the room I was listening to her talk and that’s when it clicked that she had only helped me one time last year but my experience was so great I wrote her name in my contact saying “Reba/Jen FAVORITE”. We laughed and she completed my service. We then talked through a plan for my Botox, listening to my concerns, Jennifer shared a plan that would work best to achieve my goals, & even used a pinching technique that reduced pain... after all it’s a needle going into my face! Ultimately I’m writing this review to thank you Jennifer... for your knowledge, for taking to time to actually listen to my concerns, looking past my frustration to find a solution, but mostly for the way you took ownership in my situation. If not for you this review would have been extremely different. You saved my experience as a client and made me feel valued. Thank you.
