A hidden gem in Waikiki! It's located in the second floor of a not-so-fancy building and don't be intimidated by it! Once the elevator gets to the second floor and you will see the spa by left hand side. The interior was so newly renovated and it was so clean and nice. I was able to make a reservation online the same day for a 90min massage and basic facial ($168). Maggie was my massage therapist. She was super friendly and professional. I got a complementary foot soak and had my feet washed before the message. I don't like intense massage and Maggie asked my preference and had the just right amount of pressure. She was very communicative and flexible to my preference. I paid $10 extra for using essential oil and I was able to pick different flavors. Ended up choosing jasmine and it smelled so good. The basic facial involved cleaning, a gentle facial massage, a mask, face location and sunscreen. I liked the hot steam blowing straight to me face and neck during facial. It was very relaxing. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. It felt so worth it and a nice treat for myself. They take cash and credit cards. You can either call or book the reservation online. They also offer body scrub and I wish I had more time at Waikiki or else I would definitely come back! Highly recommend this place if you stay at Waikiki area!

The outside of the building is old, but inside it was brand new. Everything was super clean and tidy. I highly recommend!! My appointment was booked. Service was very friendly. I had a great time soaking my feet and getting it cleaned. That was free and did not take away from my massage time. My massage was very good. I get massages a lot and I always do deep tissue. My masseuse kept up the pressure for 90 minutes! One of my favorites was the Fijian, where she walked on my back! Loved it and will try and come back before I leave Hawaii.

WOW!!! Hands-down the best massage experience I’ve had in Waikiki. Three times the charm for me, as I had received treatments at two other places earlier in my trip (one down the street in the mall, another 15 minute walk away). While I enjoyed the Thai and shiatsu massages I had earlier, this was really the game changer for me. Coming off a four month stint of heavy computer usage, I knew my muscles were super tight. It wasn’t until I went to Waikiki Wind Spa that I was blown away by the amazing bodywork (and facial too). My practitioner had over 20 years experience. And you could really tell! Just the right pressure, energy and care. This is Korean spa style service. So good!! I had the 90 minute massage and facial. Afterwords received a complementary foot bath too. The place is beautiful inside (A bit daunting exterior building-go to the center and take the elevator up-but the security guard was really friendly as was everyone else). Only three minute walk from my hotel in the heart of Waikiki. They told me they’ve been open six months. This is a gem!!

Great experience !!! 10/10 recommend. We checked in at the downstairs desk and got our massages on the second floor. Everyone was very welcoming. Jeremy and I get massages regularly and this was one of the best!!! As soon as you walk in the door, the staff will make you feel like royalty. Hidden gem. Got special treatment of free foot soak before 1 hour $88 massage. They offered a beautiful lounge and relaxing clean rooms. Tailored pressure along the way and very pleasant demeanor. I'm booking again before I leave.

Do NOT miss this place. The outside of the building is very deceiving. Inside, we were immediately met with a smile, soothing music, chocolates and cold water. Next, we received a hot foot bath and light salt scrub. Be aware that your feet may need to adjust to the hot water, but it's great for circulation and so satisfying once you get comfortable. The hostess showed me all the products she used and let me smell them. We also were given a form to go over our goals for the massage and to indicate areas of focus. After that, we were escorted to a partitioned area where our therapists introduced themselves. I had Raymond. He used very deep pressure (which I asked for!) and was very attentive to the areas I indicated. We opted for the essential oils add-on, which was just an extra layer of luxury on top of an already flawless experience. I get massages very frequently, and this was easily in my top five of all time. Afterwards, we were met in the waiting area and given more water and chocolates. Always courteous of an establishment to provide water before and after. Thank you so much WWS for making our trip extra special.

I loved my scrub, massage and facial!! I came here today for my birthday and boy was I spoiled! They start you off with a complimentary rose petal foot soak, then they take you to another room for a body scrub (full body). After the scrub you have your own private shower to wash off the scrub then you lay down for a body massage. I’m really sensitive to oils and lotions but whatever they used, didn’t leave me greasy! Was perfect. After my incredible massage, I had a facial. Do note the facial is with masks, facial massage and hot towels. This isn’t a deep clean/ pick at your skin kind of facial. I was so relaxed after I couldn’t stop smiling! I forgot the girls name.. she had black Tory Birch sandals. 10/10!

Ridiculously amazing. After a full week of Hawaii activities, hours of walking and carrying so much stuff around, I genuinely can't believe how good I feel. Went with my husband and 2 friends of ours, we all left feeling like a new person. Plus I'm 22 weeks pregnant and they had no problem accommodating that! Everyone is so amazing and friendly, and the prices are nice and reasonable. The place was spotless and everything literally smells like heaven there. On the second floor of the building right next to poke fix hawai'i, facing the entrance to the parking garage on Aluula st. Don't let the entrance fool you, the suite is beautiful. Treat yourself and go get a massage from these amazing people!!

What an amazing experience! I was very pleased to check this place out on my last day on the island. It sure is a gem. The service was top notch and staff extremely friendly and respectful. Place is very clean and enjoyable. Fyi the rooms are not completely silent as they are divided by curtains and can hear people talking as they come in. However, that did not bother me.

It’s uncommon to see a spa with so many 5-star ratings but this place is for real. I scheduled a couples massage two hours in advance with no problem. The spa is very clean and the employees are very professional. I thought I would be able to request a massage type at the beginning but no. I also specified where I wanted the massage to focus but that wasn’t followed. Nonetheless, the therapist did an excellent job and I very much enjoyed the massage and experience. I would recommend to any locals or visitors looking for a quality professional massage.

Wow! This spa is truly a hidden gem. My brothers and I did the 90 minute massage and it was AMAZING! It was so therapeutic and relaxing. You are first given a small questionnaire to fill out your target areas and how strong you want the pressure to be. The masseuses knew exactly which spots to press and it felt so good! The spa is new and kept very clean. Everyone was so kind and made us feel so pampered and comfortable. The free foot bath and scrub at the beginning was such a treat too! Definitely come here if you can!!

Best massage of my life. Great pressure throughout my 2 hr massage. Super friendly and polite. Checked in often to make sure pressure wasn’t too much. Used scented oil and wiped off with warm towel after every section. Most places leave you feeling oily needing a shower. Not this place. Can’t recommend enough.

I recommend Waikiki Wind Spa 100%!! When I saw the outside of the building I was a little apprehensive about going inside. Don't let the outside appearance discourage you! A security person met us at the elevator and we had to sign in. As soon as we got up to the floor, we were greeted with a beautiful & very inviting staff and atmosphere. From the moment we walked in till we left we felt pampered and taken care of! Both of our massages were excellent. Every detail was perfect! I recommend the Body Scrub & massage. We will definitely go back! Prices are good too.

We booked 3 last minute massages over the phone and were in less than an hour on a weekend! Like a lot of the other reviewers were noting, do not be deterred by the exterior. We were met with incredibly friendly staff at the front entrance escorting us up to the actual clean and serene location on the 2nd floor. Complimentary foot bath, water, and chocolates were what greeted us alongside inviting smiles. The form they provide allow you to choose where you’d like the focus of your massage to be as well as your preferred pressure. Lovely reasonably-priced first experience and will continue to rave and recommend to any friends or family visiting Waikiki in the future!

My husband and I were doing a lot of walking around sightseeing and decided last minute to treat our sore legs to a massage. We popped into Waikiki Wind Spa and it was the best decision. The 90 min massage was so amazing but the cleanliness and the excellent customer service was what took it to the top. So accommodating, will come back the next time we come back to this beautiful island.

Truly one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had at a massage spa. PJ and his team go above and beyond, the hospitality starts as soon as you walk through the door and doesn’t end until you leave. We did the couples massage and both of the therapists were thorough and very professional. This was our first time, and we already can’t wait to come back!

The experience was extraordinary. The space is clean, and uses curtains to provide customers’ privacy between each spa room. Most importantly, massagists here are professionals and well experienced. They really know what they are doing, and their massage skills really can relief your stresses. I will definitely visit here again if I come to Honolulu again. I also highly recommend to add the essential oil, this spa place is very generous with applying the oil and it worths the price.

Don't be fooled by the low number of ratings! This place is relatively new (about a year now) so they haven't had a chance to gather the numbers is all. I personally would visit this place again when I come back to Honolulu! Our visit was spontaneous, so I was pleasantly surprised they said that our family (party of 4) could come in. Their service was kind and hospitable-- they came out the front to guide us in, partially because it's sort of hidden within the building so it might be hard to find. They provided us water and complimentary foot bath when we came in, which was great. They gave us a form to fill out to indicate where we'd like the masseuse to focus their massage, and I wish I had thought about it before coming in because the masseuse really worked with us to adjust as needed to make sure we got the experience we wanted. My masseuse and I talked a little while I was getting my massage and she mentioned that most of them have over 10 years of experience! Our session was an hour, but I actually wish I had gotten a 90 minute one. I HIGHLY recommend the Hawaiian flower scent for additional $10 per person if you appreciate having a nice scent afterwards :) Just to note that they have a Korean staff available if you're like me and would like your parents to speak in Korean! 한국분 스태프가 있어서 좋았어요!

Really incredible service - from the moment we were outside the building they found us and walked us into the spa, included foot scrub and cute lei photo op. Then we did our couples massages, they were considerate in the pressure and areas to work on. Recommend for locals and anyone visiting!

The 5-star rating is real. They know their stuff. Our 60-minute appointment starts with a 5/10-minute foot soaking and scrubbing, followed by the one-hour massage. We only circled the medium strength and it’s exactly what we needed. You won’t be disappointed. I think I’m going back tomorrow for a 90-minute!

Was able to make a last minute appointment. Moon gave a great Thai massage. Very deep pressure but listened to my request to change to lighter pressure. It got too light but again listened to my request for more pressure. I didn’t make it easy but I highly recommend Moon’s service and this place. I hope to come back again.

Hands down, the best massage ever! My partner and I are no stranger to massages... its kind of our thing when we travel. The way the masseuse at Waikiki Wind Spa laid hands and FEET on our back, we both walked out of there feeling like brand new people!! The foot bath at the beginning of our visit was a nice touch of hospitality. We both did the scrub/ massage combo which was fantastic. The scrub left my skin glowing and supple, and my masseuse was able to release a lot of the knots in my back through the multiple practices she used. Massages tend to feel painful at the beginning (IMO). That's just my norm. I judge how good the massage is by my level of pain at the end of it. By the time my 60 min massage was done, I had 0 pain anywhere she touched. Just fantastic! I highly recommend if you will be in the Waikiki area!

Booking online is quick and easy! This spa is located on the second floor. A member of the staff was waiting for us on the 1st floor to navigate to the spa. The staff is friendly and amazing! They escorted us to the spa and welcomed us with a small cup of cold water. The complimentary footbath was a lovely start to the full body massage. They use lavender salt in the foot bath and it smells so good! You can also add on a fragrance oil for your massage, plumeria smells amazing. They ask about your pressure preference and any areas you want them to focus on.

Love the staff! They were so courteous and accommodating, especially with my mom’s sensitivity to smells. She’s allergic to most fragrances but one essential oil they had was sampaguita (similar to jasmine) It’s rare to find where we live, but she was excited because it’s the national flower of the Philippines so it felt like home to her. Also the pre-massage salt foot rub smells heavenly. Highly recommend and will be returning!!!

I called for a last minute massage since my flight had been cancelled. They were able to see me and welcomed me with a complementary footbath and water. The 60 massage was a mix of deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy. My therapist had a firm touch which was great for my stress points. I was impressed with her passion for kinesiology and reflexology which was present throughout the 60 minute massage. The whole experience lasted 90 minutes. The ambiance was great in the footbath area, however I would have appreciated a quieter massage room perhaps with a cozier table. The service was incredible for the price and I will definitely make a stop next time I'm in Waikiki.

Ok... So... Funny story..... Mom and I had a massage we are supposed to go to and we walked in and it's so nice. It was so beautiful and it smelt amazing and we couldn't wait for our massage. We let them know about our reservation but then we realized it was the wrong place. We walked out and around the corner and walked into the right place where we had made our reservation. It wasn't as nice as the first place so mom said she had a call and we had to go. Simple enough, and that staff was so sweet and understanding. We went to the elevator and went down a floor, waited and came back up... We tried to sneak into the first place, Waikiki Wind Spa, as not to get caught in our lie to the other place... But the other place saw us!!!! Ah!!! We were so embarrassed! The lovely ladies at the Waikiki Wind Spa were so sweet as we secretly snuck in. They welcomed us with open arms, fresh water, and with a soothing foot bath. This is the best full body massage I've ever had. We are so happy.

We stumbled upon this Spa by "accident" and we're so glad that we found this gem! Please do not be fooled by the exterior of the building as it is quite outdated. However, once you get to the 2nd floor, you will see the Spa right away which is modern and clean. From the moment we got in, Maggie and the ladies were all very welcoming! We started with a complimentary foot soak and scrub and even got some nice photos of us taken. My husband and I asked for the Lomi-Lomi Couples' Massage and both our Massage Therapists did great! They definitely know what they're doing and worked on the spots that we specifically asked them to focus on. The use of essential oils, plus the calming and relaxing ambience of the Spa really made this experience even better! So yes, they definitely deserve this 5-star, 10/10 recommendation! Truly amazing! This was my first time at a spa, so I was initially very nervous. However, the staff members were all so wonderful to speak to and encouraging! 🥰 After stuffing my face with delicious chocolate and enjoying the complementary foot soak, I no longer felt any negative or fearful emotions at all. I really felt so joyful. The staff made sure to be very attentive of my personal preferences regarding heat, pressure, trouble spots, etc. I’ve never been to a massage before but I could still tell that they went very far beyond their expectations. They were also very friendly, each with an interesting story. I booked a 60 minute massage but since I was so happy the time passed too quickly! I would stay here all day if I knew what the experience would be like ahead of time. ☺️ Truly a gem.

Amazing couple spa experience. A must place to visit. The foot massage, body scrub, deep tissue, prenatal and facial are to the point. One of the best messages I’ve had. They have the best service and hospitality. The massage therapist/masseuses are very professional, experienced and certified. Hubby & I got an impromptu massage today for 60 minutes. Funny thing is that we were looking for a different place and was confused if we got the right place or not, but the gentleman at the front desk invited us in anyway and I'm glad he did! It was the best massage ever! They started us with a salt foot soak and then off to the combo massage. I have a monthly membership back in my home state and about 3 therapists that I rotate with depending on their schedule and let me tell you, the massage I received today made me regret my membership and wished I lived here instead so I can come every month. And my hubby who is picky loved the massage as well. Next time we come to Hawaii, we will definitely be back! I cannot remember the other massage therapist but one of them is Yuki.

Visiting Honolulu (Oahu) for the first time and saw this location. I wanted to try a lomi lomi massage and this place was the answer. We called and was able to get in same day. My maseur was awesome. Firm deep pressure. Warm oil, hot stones, and hot towel. The service was impeccable. Very warm and welcoming. May try to get another one before leaving but will return to this location again.

My wife and I actually happened upon this place by accident and we are glad we did. Most massages aren't hard enough for me but at one point the masseuse was walking on my back. They used hot rocks and got parts of my body I didn't realize was even sore. We did have to check into security down stairs and the outside of the place looks like an apartment or small office building but this place is definitely worth checking out.

For those of you who have been to massage often, I think you'll get it right if I tell you what to do. The tip is 20%, so the calculation is complete!! It's not a secret that if you don't have change like cents, you round it up 🤭 You need to write an entry ledger at the guard's desk on the 1st floor.
