I absolutely loved my facial at renewal skin spa. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was so friendly and kind. They also made sure to make me feel comfortable while I waited. It was first facial and I had never felt so relaxed in my life. I told my husband I would prefer a facial at Renewal skin spa then a massage any day. I highly recommend this spa. You will not be disappointed.

About two weeks ago I went into Renewal Skin Spa for a consultation with April. I could not be more IMPRESSED with this place and April herself. She took the time to really listen to my skin concerns (that have been going on for a year now). She could tell my confidence was lacking due to my skin issues. I was becoming more concerned since I get married in six months. April came back with an entire skin care routine for me to try out. When she explained everything she had so much knowledge and science behind the products she recommended. For me, that meant everything. Two weeks later and my skin has never looked or felt better. I can honestly say that what April recommended is helping my skin and boosting my self confidence. Thank you all for a wonderful visit!! Look forward to booking a hydra facial in the near future!

I've been to RSS twice now and seen Liv both times! The facility itself is very clean and tidy. Liv is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you're new to spa treatments. I have been with this spa since their beginning stages at the strip mall, and they always strive for excellence. Recently did 2 pricey laser treatments for which delivered minimal results to my face. After expressing how disappointed I was with the outcome, the team jumped right onto it to make sure I was not feeling the way I was. Sheri, Cate and Jon quickly came up with a plan B, and I am ueber excited to see what this will do for me. They really value and appreciate their clients. I just wanted to say Renewal Skin Spa is a very clean and professional environment and it made me comfortable and confident going into an appointment with Maricela. I saw Maricela to get my eyebrows microbladed. It has been a huge confidence booster and time saver for me. Maricela is an amazing artist. She really takes her time making sure everything is done well and lined up correctly. She did an amazing job my eyebrows and I have had several coworkers ask for her info because of what a great job she did. I had very sad and sparse eyebrows prior to getting them microbladed, but I love my eyebrows now. If you are thinking about doing it... Just do it! You won't regret it if you go to Maricela.

Renewal Skin Spa is amazing! The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I’ve received multiple services from multiple staff members and the results have always been above expectations! I had superficial basal cell carcinoma on my forehead that was removed (not by Renewal Skin Spa). The result caused unevenness with my eyebrows. Jessica did an amazing job via micro-blading correcting this. Talk about a boost of confidence! The shape and color are perfect! I’ve also had BBL on my face to remove the redness from the scar. Again, amazing results! BBL not only removed the scar redness but also my sun spots (freckles) and created a smoother service.

I received so many compliments on her work...I can't wait to show everyone how the touch-up session made my eyebrows look even more realistic! I had absolutely terrible eyebrows. They were light, short and thin. When I went in for my first appointment I couldn't believe how much my face changed just from having full, darker brows! Angela is wonderful and a perfectionist by nature. What a great characteristic to have when putting something semi-permanent on someone's face! :) I felt like the money spent was totally worth how amazing they look. I heard she is now booking into January which makes sense with how successful my experience was. I first went to Renewal Skin Spa about 2 years ago for a microblading consultation with Cate after an unpleasant microblading experience and result somewhere else. Cate took a significant amount of time to talk through the options with me. After developing a plan to fix my old microblading, Angela did an amazing job removing some of the old pigment, and she also spent a lot of time talking with me about brow shape and future microblading options. Today was my touch-up appointment with Cate, and I am so very pleased with the experience and the result. My brows are the right color and the right shape. They look so natural and flattering! It's been a while since my last visit - but that's because my skin has cleared up SO MUCH since I first went to Renewal Skin Spa. Bonnie is a magician; I came in with acne, blackheads, whiteheads - and I was desperate to clear up my skin. First, I went in for a consultation, then I had a facial with extractions, and then one more appointment of extractions per my aesthetician's recommendation. It was pleasant, painless, and I highly recommend. My skin has cleared up 90% since my last visit (7-8 months go). They are very professional, knowledgeable, and the facility is very clean. Honestly, I love it here. All of the staff here are friendly, they make you feel so good, and it doesn't matter if you have a bunch of money to throw at them or if you're a regular person there for a facial. Everyone there has a lot of knowledge, they make you feel very confident in what they are talking about, they answer all of your questions, and give you all the information that you need to make an informed decision before committing to any procedure. I love the atmosphere and the feel that you get right when you walk in. Everything is so bright and clean and it just makes you feel so refreshed and vibrant by the time you walk out of your appointment. As far as the prices, I think they might be a tiny bit higher than you could get at a chain spa, but I think it's worth it for the experience that I've had.

I recently did my second micro blading appointment with Cate. I’m a child of the 90s and plucked my brows and now at almost 40, I have not been able to get them to grow in. They turned out so incredibly beautiful. Cate is meticulous. I was nervous but I completely trusted her. She ensured me that it’s a process and they may look dark at first but they settle in so nicely and naturally when healed. I’m a nurse and also practice esthetic medicine. Cate has a great esthetic eye and talked me through the whole process. I’m so happy I did my homework and found her.

UPDATE: 3 Years later I went back for a "touch up" (supposed to be after a year but life happens) STILL COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Ang is THE eyebrow MASTER! I could not recommend her and her staff more! Every single person that I interacted with was professional and so pleasant ! They also are taking all of the right precautions with Covid which puts my mind at ease coming from a health care job myself. I have had Juvaderm lip fillers from Debbie- she is amazing and so professional. She answered any questions I had and made me feel so comfortable during the process! I can’t wait to do more treatments by her!! Just recently I have been having some major skin issues, breaking out terribly. Angela has been helping me tremendously! I have had an Aqua Lux facial and then was recommended that I started using the ISclinical cleanser and illuminare SPF foundation. My skin did a huge turnaround within 17 days!! I also just had a SILKPEEL, with some blue light therapy, high frequency, mask and serums. Already itching to go back! I highly recommend Renewal Skin Spa- they have something for everyone there! Cate did my eyebrow microblading and they look amazing! I am so happy with the final results. The only issue is that one brow healed much lighter than the other. The price for a touch-up prior to the 1 year follow up is $150. For years I felt self-conscious about my blonde eyebrows because they were virtually invisible. I feel so confident now. I'm able to leave the house without makeup.

I actually had a terrible experience here BUT the owner, Jon Gill went above and beyond to make it right and I was extremely impressed and felt very valued as a client. I had a bad experience involving communication with some of the support staff and with any business I understand mistakes can happen. What will keep me coming back is the attention Jon gave my matter. He was also my provider for 2 IPL laser treatments I had done on my face and I could not be happier with him as a provider and the results I received. I had really bad dark spots from the sun on my forehead and sprinkled all over my face. Two IPL treatments took care of all of it! I am very happy and will be giving Renewal a try for other services in the future.

MUST READ!! Renewal Skin Spa and the staff are MIRACLE WORKERS! They are very knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly, and make you feel very comfortable about whatever treatment you are doing. I have been visiting them for various treatments since 2010. Everything they have done has made an amazing positive difference. These results have made me feel even better about myself. FACE: Sun Damage treatments/ BBL/YBL, and Skin Care Treatments have taken away 1 inch jowls, lifted my face & smile lines, and erased sunspots, and discoloration on my face and decolage...plus erased MAJOR discoloration on my neck. EXILIS: AMAZING RESULTS!!! STOMACH/ABS - My first treatments were in 2010. Excuse the DISGUST...but ONE treatment tightened my stomach/abs area; it removed 3 rolls of fat and cellulite. It is now 2018, and the great results are still with me; it has not come back. I had gained weight, and needed a refresher treatment, which removed another 2 inches, but the flabbiness and cellulite have never returned. EXILIS - THIGHS - AMAZING RESULTS also. I am wearing a swimsuit, WITHOUT A SKIRT, for the first time in 10 years!! I had the inner thighs done; they were "draping". The treatment erased the draping and the bit of cellulite I had. GOD BLESS these "Miracle Workers". They not only do a great job, with a friendly professional attitude; but they have won many awards for safety from their peers. I will greatly miss them here in AZ.

It has taken me a few tries to write this review... 2 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Prior to chemo I looked into microblading, but the chemo treatments started so quickly after diagnosis I wasn't able to make it in to the spa. With my chemo regimen I lost all my hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, fingernails, toenails, etc. It was a huge blow to my self confidence... but I waited knowing that time would heal and those things would come back. After 12 months, only a small percentage of the hair on my head came back and I still had no eyebrows... After 18 months I was informed that I'm one of the 1-2% of people who have permanent hairloss from the chemo drug taxotere. My eyebrows never came back and they never will. Angela at Renewal Skin Spa was so incredibly patient and a perfectionist as she created eyebrows for me. I can't even explain how much I appreciated her attention to detail and how caring she was throughout the entire process. Eyebrows are a small thing... but for me it's a really big step in regaining my confidence after cancer. Thank you, Angela!

I had some work done to remove some old scarring and it is now unnoticeable. I was not sure how the results would be, but was more than surprised at how well it turned out. The staff are exceptionally friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!
