We purchased a 19 D H2X swim spa and have had several mechanical problems. The current problem is the swim side control panel is not working and the spa jets are not working normally. Previously the spa control panel stopped working, night light not working, and the nonslip pads are peeling off the interior of the swim spa. Considering we bought this in 2019 and it has had this many problems is disappointing. With the swim side control panel not working, we cannot use it as the temp can go up to 105. We cannot turn it down or off and our electric bill is reflecting the swim spa constantly heating the water. We could completely shut down all power to it but water needs to be circulated otherwise you get even more issues. We balance the swim spa weekly so I’m doubtful it’s from this. I think there is something inherently wrong with the swim spa.

Robert, Jason and team just left the house after one of the most professional delivery/installs I’ve ever experienced. Super friendly guys who only wanted to please… Made sure they understood the ins and outs of getting the spa down on the back deck. Was a super smooth process and they put it exactly where I wanted it. Robert then took his time and let me video him while he explained all the different assets of spa and then went through all the chemical treatments etc. with me as well. Spa was just delivered yesterday, and we are beyond happy. Every person on staff was eager to answer questions and help. The person on site made sure to have me take a video of him relaying the instructions for the water care so I can easily go back and watch again. Also gave me his personal cell if I had further questions! Also highly recommend the electrician that they helped me find - Ed from Hi-Lo Electric. On my wife's birthday 5 years ago, we were out looking at spas. It was just before closing. The owner had already sent his salesmen home. Despite the late hour, he patiently showed us the spas. We decided to purchase one. Again he was patient with all of the paperwork, and all of the questions we had. He also gave us many accessories for free. Could not be happier with our master spa. Fast forward 5 years. We had a seal leaking from one of the pumps. My wife went to the store, and they sold her a $10 pair of seals, and showed her how to replace them. She was able to repair our spa, and avoid a service call. Good quality spa. Friendly and helpful company. Very glad that we decided to choose Master spas. Don

We purchased a Spa from Master Spas months ago. Due to a few circumstances completely on our end, we were not able to get it delivered. They worked with us, and held onto the spa for a few months till we ready. This past Saturday, we go the spa delivered by Robert and his team. He and his team were incredible to work with. They set it up perfectly, worked with us as new spa owners, even gave us his number to reach out with any questions. It was such a great experience working with them. So far we have loved the spa and look forward to may years going forward working with Master Spa.

My wife and I bought a new "Twilight" Master Spa in 2021. We couldn't be any happier with the decision!!! The hot tub has performed perfectly! It's quiet, has two pumps for optimum circulation, it's easy to maintain and heats up quickly. The underwater lights and waterfall are wonderful features as well. We enjoyed our beautiful hot tub last night after a stressful day of work. The tension simply melted away! I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone at Master Spas for their professionalism, patience and kindness they showed us through the whole process, from purchase to install. We purchased this hot tub in the midst of a pandemic, expecting delivery about a year out - much to our surprise, the hot tub was delivered about five months early! The delivery crew was simply amazing! If you are on the fence about whether or not to buy from Master Spas of West Michigan - don't hesitate. This has been, by far, the best purchase we have EVER made!

We went shopping for a hot tub last year and we ended up at Master Spa in Grand Rapids. They have a huge selection and they did an excellent job explaining the range of products. We were a bit disappointed when we learned it would take about a year to get it but we understood - supply chain/pandemic, etc. So we were greatly surprised when we received a call that our hot tub was ready - about 6 months early! Robert and his delivery crew were BEYOND excellent. They got us all set up, and Robert provided outstanding customer service. He was communicative about arrival time, friendly, professional, went through all the care with us. Overall we've had a great experience with this company and I can highly recommend them. So many companies these days do not understand customer service and its importance in building a brand - these guys totally get it from start to finish.

I was really impressed with Master spas from the start. Their sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and their showcase was well put together. But the service I received after the sale was what set master spas apart from other vendors. First off, they delivered our hot tub 4 months earlier than expected, which was such a surprise and delight for our family. They're delivery team were super kind and accommodating making sure the tub was right where we wanted it and letting us know about some pitfalls to consider, as well as teaching us how to get it started and maintain it. Additionally one of the delivery guys gave me his number in case I had any troubles getting it started which was above and beyond. I am new to owning a hot tub and don't know much about them, so as I was getting it up and running I made a few calls to master spas shop, their support team was very helpful in walking me through the issues I encountered and was very patient with me as I learned. Finally, the first night that we had the hot tub. I was afraid that it wasn't heating up fast enough, and that it was going to freeze over the winter cold temperature. I texted the delivery Driver for help. Even though it was after hours and he did not need to respond to me, he texted back and walked me through what to do to put my mind at ease. Then he even checked in on me again the next morning to make sure that everything was looking good. Master spas hot tubs are great, but their service is excellent!

Sav and Mark (owner) helped me with the purchase of chemicals to maintain my LSX-900 HOT TUB, which I purchased in California at a Hot Tub Show. They were also kind enough to provide me with guidance on how I can maintain my Spa without any hesitancy, even though I had mentioned to them that I purchased from a Minnesota vendor, which did not want to help me with my chemical and maintainable questions. I only wished that I had purchased my Spa from them. They are extremely caring and professional and I would highly recommend them for a purchase of a new Spa or for guidance on how to maintain your Spa. She was very informative and helpful in us making our decision. Not pushy at all. We did let Leslie know that we would contact her once we made our decision. We had a nice discussion with a Christian salesman to the point we felt lead to seriously consider purchasing from Master Spas! We told the salesman we needed to go to our car and talk about it! We prayed about it and decided to take a look at some reviews! The very first review was a glowing review from a dear Christian friend of ours! We purchased our hot tub! The Warehouse Manager and his crew delivered our hot tub early! The Warehouse Manager stayed while his crew went home for the day! The Warehouse Manager went above and beyond and stayed for a couple hours after work to help me with my chemical additions! We recently had a storm that blew my hot tub cover off the tub and broke the metal support bar! The Master Spa repairmen came out the next morning and was told to fix my hot tub cover free of charge! I cannot say enough good things about my experience today! First, I bought a used hot tub from marketplace this week. The original owners had purchased the tub from Master Spas years ago. When I called the store today to check about buying a new cover I was hesitant to share with them that I was purchasing it for a tub I did not buy from them. I thought they would be offended that I needed help and had no idea what I was doing. Not true!! They worked hard to get me a cover super fast and even went to the warehouse to get it for me themselves because their delivery guys were swamped. Not only did they walk me step-by-step through all the chemicals, explaining which ones I did and didn’t need so that I could save money, they spent an hour explaining how to set up my tub for the first time in incredible detail! I cannot believe the amount of patience, kindness, time, and effort that was spent on me when I didn’t even buy my hot tub there! What’s more, my new hot tub guru carried the giant box out to my car and for 10 minutes worked get it stuffed into the back of my CRV and safely secured with MY straps that I didn’t know how to use! I cannot believe the service, kindness and generosity I was shown. Do not hesitate to go there for anything you may need! They are pros and incredible guys!!!

Had an A+ experience Hot Tub shopping! I did my homework researching a new hot tub and visited 4 dealers. I wanted to make sure I got the very best deal and purchased the best hot tub for our family, I also wanted a quick delivery and am very picky. We had previously purchased a hot tub from Master Spas almost 15 years ago and it was time for an upgrade. They have always given us great service each time we had to visit for supplies, so I was already leaning toward purchasing from them. When I went in, Greg was AWESOME and had a plethora of information. I loved that he did not speak negatively about the other dealers in the industry. We saw all the great reviews and were looking forward to a positive experience but after a few minutes we felt like were an inconvenience to the employees. We inherited a spa with our new house and were hoping to learn the maintenance. We were quickly handed a paper with the maintenance schedule and told we needed a few specific chemicals without much explanation. It was assumed we were purchasing the chemicals and the employee quickly left us to help other customers that walked in. Luckily another employee had just returned to the store and was a little more helpful. Over all the service felt rushed and impersonal and we don’t plan to return for future spa needs.

We bought an H2X Swim Spa from Master Spas in 2017. We're about to move out of state so I wanted to make sure I gave them a review before we left. They have been so amazing to work with. I've called many, many times as we have well water and I have trouble balancing the chemicals. We went somewhere else mid June to look at hot tubs. Put a deposit down and was told it should be delivered in Oct. Now another phone call (third time) and it is pushed back to Jan. I no longer believe them! Went to Master Spas and worked with Greg. Very good salesman, and right from the start said that he would be honest about delivery. Ended up talking to both Greg and Mark his father. Was delighted with their approach and understanding of how frustrating it is to not be told the truth. Loved their store, and was sold on the hot tubs. Wish we had started with Master Spas!

Update, 10/24/2020: Had our tub for awhile now and still call it a perfect purchase. Love our tub. Was thankful to have a great warranty but honestly never need to use it. This thing will last forever!! Just bought a Twilight 7.2 from Harry at Master Spa in G.R. After comparing with other tubs all over town we got a great deal on the tub we have wanted all along. Bring your "A" game in negotiating with Harry and he will take care of you. Once we got the price out of the way he made it easy and they are even going to set it up on my six foot high deck as part of free delivery. They are coming out ahead of delivery to make sure there are no issues and then teach you right on the spot at delivery how to use your tub with you video taping. Plenty of chemicals and even gave my wife a couple gifts that tickled her. It's those little things that really help. Great advice on financing. Go see Harry.

Many people purchase a fitness spa for enjoyment - and a fitness spa is fun, but I don't think people think about it as a long term investment for health and well being. Aquatic therapy supports mobility and cardiac aspects. Anyone that works a desk job or a physically strenuous job, hydro therapy is one way of helping to manage pain/physical challenges. A Fitness spa is a home gym, for weight management or strength/endurance goals. The fitness spa is fun, but also a therapeutic tool for an individual or family goals. Think of this purchase as preventive medicine, just think how much health care cost is, even one knee surgery, look up the cost of a knee surgery, then do the math, prevention or reaction. The MD that I see routinely, stated, an excellent investment -for preventive health needs and aging aspects. The staff at Master spas has been so very helpful, from inquiry, selection, ordering, delivery, installing, and education/set up. I had an awesome experience doing business with Master Spas of W.M. Greg, Harry, the entire delivery team, and Ed the electrician were all extremely knowledgeable. I felt confident in decision and couldn't be happier. Very down to earth people who easily instantiate years of industry experience when required. When you consider the task of moving a hot tub, installation, wiring, filling it, chemicals, it's amazing how fast I was able to be sitting in my new master spa. I can not say enough good things about these guys. We have had a relationship since nearly a decade ago when they installed a swim spa at my home. They overcame many obstacles in the installation and did it with great humor and great service. In the interim they have always been helpful and timely if I ever needed a repair or had a question. My most recent experience delighted me. I wanted a new accessory for the spa and initially was told it would be weeks. Surprise surprise they were able to get it the next day in plenty of time for the holidays. How happy. By the way if you are considering a swim spa, take the "plunge". Hardly a day goes by I do not use mine. They say swimming is great exercise for seniors because of the low impact. I am here to tell you it's true and I highly recommend it.

Had a lot of questions about spa my spas chemicals, I thought they were crazy, after talking to everyone from Ed in sales, to Harry in Service, my water was still cloudy! Then I went to the store Mark was there, he ask if I had some water to test, I did, put on a computer test right on site, PH readings were very high, and way too much Chlorine. Mark who is either manages the store or Owns it, offered another spa school, by a chemical tect, right at my home and in my spa, N/C visit, I agreed. The tech spent about an hour reviewing the custom chemical sheet made for my spa by Master Spas Of West Mi, Success, the water is crystal clear and has been that way for about 90 days! These guys are very good, apprecaite the extra effort, and they corrected, my mistakes. Great Company, Great Service, patient.

We were whole heartly greeted and given the full attention every customer deserves. After looking at a few tubs my mum was really impressed with Michael Phelps Legend series.... They didn't pressure her, they didn't try to sell her with some gimmick, and they gave her clear honest information. They delivered it on time and the electricians they recommended were just as good! Let me tell you this spa is PHENOMENAL! My mother suffers from fibromyalgia and is in a state of almost constant pain. The joy and comfort she gets from it is worth 1,000,00 reviews! Was only showed a couple models (same manufacturer), and while I understand not being given an exact quote due to different features, I was clueless as to how much any of the tubs prices started at. Even though I was just pre -shopping, it wouldve been nice to know if i was looking to spend $3000 or $10,000. Maybe i just needed to do more research before I came here.
