Tabitha MaysonetNever in my life have I ever been treated so well! From the moment I walked into the building Jasmine greeted me at the door and hugged me, i felt so appreciated! She helped me sign in and set me up to speak with the nurse to make sure that I would be cleared for the procedure, even the nurse was absolutely fabulous! Caroline was absolutely fabulous and so very professional! She talk to me through everything before doing it and let me know what I may or may not experience and gave me extra pillows, this was such an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back! The entire staff really made me feel loved! ❤️❤️
Jade GreenMy experience was excellent today, I really enjoyed the nurse that assisted me in my session. It was my mistake as I forgot to ask her, her name as I was leaving. So I cannot share it with y'all which I do apologize for. I found her to be very thorough, attentive, considerate and provided a great quality of service and was just an overall pleasant individual. So much so, I have specifically scheduled with her for my next appointment. Her level of service is excellent and that's my preference. I am truly enjoying my experiences at Ideal Image Woodlands/ Kroger location. A very pleasant host of an all women staff always smiling, makes for a very comfortable and familiar space. Very happy!😊
Katherine DavisI was a little nervous going in not knowing what to expect. Walked in was greeted very friendly and offered a complimentary water. Than not soon after the nurse specialist called me back. She explained and talked me threw what to do and to expect. Very helpful with my questions and concerns. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Very tentative and responsive if I felt any pain.
Sara GI have had a very lovely experience with Ideal Image here at the Woodlands center. I am having laser hair removal done. My online consultant, Jessi Bushey, was wonderful! She explained everything in detail, was patient with me, and worked with me to give me the best package possible! The team here at the clinic are all very nice and professional. Get your laser hair removal done here!
CrystalThe procedures themselves are done really well and the practitioners are professional. My only issues is you have upped the prices of items such as Botox to $10/unit unless you buy 100 units and I don’t feel like that is fair to your members especially the younger clientele who do 20 or less units because our cost has gone up. The whole point of a membership is to be able to get a deal on services for paying a membership fee and this has made me have second thoughts on renewing my membership after this year.
The Lewis'I truly enjoyed my experience at Ideal Image. Jasmine the receptionist was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Jasmine answered all my questions and gave satisfactory answers. I could speak with her all day. In regard to my cool sculpting treatment Nurse, Kathy had me in stitches. She explained all that she need to do and how the process would go. After she was done she massaged the area, or should I say tickled, tickled the area. At least that's what it felt like to me. I could not stop laughing. Lastly, I ended with Nurse, Joseph. Nurse Joseph completed my cool toning session. He was so sweet and kind. He continually check on me throughout the process. The procedure was quick and painless. I do not know if I am a weird one or what, but it felt good to me. I'm looking forward to my result. Can't wait! Thank you again for an enjoyable experience.
