We went for a couples massage and had an amazing experience. The dimly lit room with a pleasant aroma was the perfect setting. Our massage therapists were very nice and professional and did a great job of hitting all the right spots. The hot stones were also a pleasant addition. I will definitely be going back!

They called and asked if I could come in a half hour earlier than my appointment. I was free at the time so I said yes, but I can see how this could affect others schedules so that is why I only give them 4 stars. Everything else was perfect! Had a wonderful couple's massage for our anniversary! I personally haven't had one since I was pregnant with my daughter 20 YEARS AGO!!! Now I'm addicted after this one session! 🙂 I highly recommend the hot rocks they are greeeeat! Very professional, made an appointment and was in same day! We are not from the area but if we are ever there again we will definitely stop.

Not only was this my first experience with message escape, this was my first experience in general getting a message. I’ve always been very self conscious and too nervous to get a message. My husband and I have been talking about getting a couples message for a while now so I finally booked us one for his birthday. Message escape is a little slice of paradise. Enjoyed the experience overall! Had couple's massage and it came with hot rocks. Ours was definitely deep tissue--please ask for gentle if you're sensitive. The rooms are veryyyyy tight if you're in the couple's room. The massage therapists kept brushing along the walls because of how tight the rooms were -- that part not so relaxing since it was quite noisy.

My wife and I booked a 90 minute couple’s massage at Massage Scape after being referred by a friend during a visit to Columbus, and our experience was nothing less than AMAZING! We were super impressed with Massage Scape. The two Asian ladies that helped us were so sweet, courteous and very professional. We get massages every other week and we are very picky about where we go and the service we receive. I asked for particular attention to my neck, shoulders and lower back and was so pleased by the attention and deep tissue technique. Being new to Columbus, we were not sure what to expect but this place really surpassed our expectations. The location is quiet and the inside space is super clean and really nice. The massage rooms are very confortable, dimly lit, with a nice aroma and feel completely like the quiet relaxing space where you would want to be getting a massage. More importantly, the massage itself was one of the best I've ever had. My therapist gave me an incredible deep tissue massage with great attention to lower back and neck problem areas I told her about. The staff was extremely friendly and thoroughly professional. The price was reasonable and we were happy to pay and tip for their service we received. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My first experience with Massage Escape was awesome. I was able do a walk-in without having a schedule appointment thanks to Mindy the owner. The place was nice, clean, organized and had a wonderful atmosphere. Also a big thanks to Linda, that done a great job with deep tissue massage. She was amazing in performing massage technique. Trust me, I have had several massages in Europe and none like I had today. She's good! I want to also thank Mindy whole team they are so nice and friendly :) I surely will be going back soon!

I've been to this location three times. Once with my wife for a couple's massage and then two other times alone. I plan to go back more as well. I have done both a walking and scheduled an appointment. I pay with card everytime and tips I sometimes did in cash and sometimes card. I have gone here twice alone since I started going to the gym and the full massages they offer feel really great. As a 5'8" 240lb man, they know how to hit the right spits and make the soreness go away for the day. For now, with the skill, time to get in, easy payment issues, I have no complaints and will leave a 5 start unless something happens in the future but for now - 5 star's.

By far the best place I've ever been for a massage. My sister and I had a place cancel on us today, so at the last minute we were calling around to find a place to go. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and accommodating. She was able to squeeze us in with just a 20 minute notice. When we got there they already had the room set up so we had no wait. The massage was great. Really focused on the parts I hold tension. They even used hot rocks. I was so impressed. Then afterwards we were greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. I will definitely be back again and again. If you've never tried Massage-Escape, do yourself a favor and make an appointment!

My best friend and I booked a "couple's massage" for a spa day for ourselves - what a great, relaxing way to spend our time - we thought it was definitely worthwhile! The massage therapists were very good at positioning you and helping you along throughout the massage. A full body massage definitely revealed some places that needed some work and the therapists made sure to focus on those areas a little more. The hot stones they used were a delightful little treat! Would recommend!

For the past several days I have been having a very stiff neck and shoulder muscle to the point I could not turn my head without pain. I went to Massage Escape on a recommendation from a friend. The muscle stiffness was so bad that when I lay face down on the massage table, I could not lay my shoulders flat because of the severe pain. For about half of the massage I was in so much pain I could not keep my arm in a comfortable position without the pain radiating down my arm. I had to apologize to the therapist who was doing her best to work out my muscle. Her elbow in my shoulder felt so good and the hot stone was incredible. I never knew that much heat could work wonders on a muscle. By the time she was finished the pain was reduced considerably, almost to nothing and I could lay flat on the table without too much discomfort. I can now turn my head again with only a moderate twinge of discomfort. I am not back to 100% yet but I will definitely be back to finish the work.

The facility was clean, fresh, and well lit. The staff was professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. Other places I have been the therapists have talked to me throughout the entire massage. At Massage-Escape the therapist provided me with instructions and asked for feedback once inquiring if she was pressing too hard, so I was actually able to relax. It was very peaceful and felt very much like a retreat. Shelly was fantastic, if you haven't visited yet I would highly recommend!!!

Randomly found this place when googling walk in massage places. Luckily, i was able to get in within the hour bc my back and neck were full of knots. This was quite possibly the BEST deep tissue massage I’ve ever received! The lady who massaged me had the strength of the hulk and worked out all of my issues. 100% recommend!!! Best Massage I've EVER had! She was very sweet and applied just the right amount of pressure. I didn't know what kind of massage I wanted so she gave me a bit of each kind! Oh my gosh, why on earth did I wait so long to get my massage! I received a gift certificate from my son for my birthday...I want another for Mother's Day! Very clean. Took my temp when I arrived 🙂 & a squirt of hand sanitizer to clean my hands. Massage was awesome. She sure took care of some very tight spots in my neck/shoulder as well as my lower back that have been killing me for a while now! The hot stones were a wonderful surprise at no additional charge! It was quiet, relaxing and peaceful! (I have gone to other massage places where they talk non-stop & I don't find that relaxing! ). We all need some quiet space! I will be back!

I was having really horrible back pains. Went to Massage Escape for some relief. Sophie was my therapist. BEST MASSAGE ever!! It was a combination of deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot rocks, reflexology and physical therapy all rolled up in one. I did 90 minutes and it was GREAT!! I walked out of there feeling totally revived. The massage is quite honestly the best I’ve had in Columbus, however, there are a few things to note. My husband went and said the same about it being amazing, but that the masseuse kept insisting he get 90mins instead of an hour, which was not what he wanted. He fought it a little and then agreed (his fault). He then said the masseuse tried to get him to pay cash, and then said “that’s all” when he tipped the appropriate amount. He had enough cash out for the hour which he explained, and that he wasn’t going to get more out of the additional time and just wanted to use his card. Not entirely professional but not the end of the world. The music is not relaxing, it’s often distracting. It would be nice if they could do serene instrumentals or nature type sounds like most spas— more slower, peaceful music. Otherwise, this is usually a really great experience and I will continue going back!

Very clean, affordable prices, different massage offerings and they take their time and don't rush. I was not sore when I left compared to other places! Beautiful rooms!!

Definitely a great place to unwind. The women are very respectful and professional. First time today getting the whole experience. Back walking and all. Man the whole massage was great and my spine was repaired. I’ve been around the world and back again and this is the best quality place a person can come to. Don’t waste your money anywhere else. My boyfriend has been having severe back problems and I took him here and almost immediately after his 60 minute massage his back felt a 100% better. We came back in 2 weeks because his back started to hurt again but not as nearly as bad as before and he did the 30 minute massage and again his back was feeling better. They really do a great job and they don’t cheap you out of your time. Every place I have been will not give you the full time but here they do. It’s worth every penny here

Great affordable and quality massage! My wife and I had a couples massage here for our anniversary. I've had a lump by my shoulder blade for over a decade. Was even considering going to the Dr's to make sure it wasn't a tumor or something. They found it quickly and worked it until it was no longer there! I've had a half dozen massages over the years and none of them could get rid of this thing. Couldn't be happier!

Mindy was incredible, I'll have to try the back walk next time! Loved the hot stones, and I walked out feeling very relaxed for the rest of the day. Great way to treat yourself or a loved one—not to mention, they are certainly at least as talented as other masseuses and probably $30-50 less per hour when you factor in tax which is included in the price tag at Massage-Escape. Haven't found a better deal in the Columbus area.
