First let me say that I am not a spa girl…it’s never been my thing. Terramé has changed that! My kids gave me a Gift Certificate for Mother’s Day and I nervously went in for a Massage, Facial, & Pedicure. Everyone at Terramé was so warm and welcoming. The spa is beautiful and tranquil. Right away I felt relaxed. My treatments were fabulous! I loved every moment…so much that I scheduled my next visit and am really looking forward to it. I felt so relaxed and refreshed when I left. Terramé is at the top of my list in taking positive care of ME. I can’t thank you all enough for making me feel special and worthy of a day of pampering.

I called from 3 hours away to buy a Christmas gift card for my daughter in law. Mallory was so sweet, answered all of my questions, and let me place my order over the phone. It was fast and easy! I can't wait to see my daughter in law when she receives her gift. The salon is near her house, in Huntsville. I'm happy I could buy the gift card over the phone, since I do not live in the area. The card is on the way to my house! If you can't think of a gift to get the ladies in your family, try a gift card for a massage. I found this place online, and it had great ratings!

I was given a gift card that I wasn’t able to use due to Covid. It was digital and there when I used it for my birthday. I treated myself for back to school. I had to go back! It was amazing and I invited a friend, who loves it as well. We are waiting for the gift card sell ourselves now. Me for myself, but she wants her daughters to enjoy the Spa Experience as well.

I can't give enough praise to Emily right now. Red is a hard color to have a customer want... I am pretty picky when it comes to how I like my hair and how deep the red... EMILY NAILED IT! Mandy was Amazing. She was so friendly and kind. I love how she asked what areas I wanted her to treat and if she should avoid any areas. Her massage was amazing. I could tell she could feel where I needed more pressure too. April was my aesthetician who did an amazing job as well. I love that she explained the process throughout treatment. Finally I saw Jaycee for mani and pedi and I can honestly say my nails have not looked this good in a few years. We go to a lot of local nail salons in our area and it was nice to not be rushed through service and get the treatment I deserved. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable.

This place is so amazing and relaxing! The only negative is that they need more showers (They have 1). The robes they provide are very comfy! I've had 2 massages here and they have both been fantastic. The facial I could do without; I wasn't too impressed with it. It was just putting stuff on and rubbing it off with a wet rag. Most of the lotion she put on my face was still cold. It just wasn't the standard of other facials I've had in the past. But go ahead and check it out for yourself, you may like it. 😁 I would definitely recommend this place and have a massage set up for myself twice a month! They are so wonderful at massages!

This was my first time to use Chloe, and she did a wonderful job. She was very quiet, but that could just be her M.O. I was glad to be able to get the appt. on short notice. I had had to reschedule two or three times due to having my car in the shop for 2 weeks and not having alternate transportation. I did encounter one issue during this visit. One of the staff was rude to me. I don't recall seeing her before, so maybe she is new. I did make a note of her name, as I wouldn't want to use her unless there were absolutely no alternative and if I were desperate.

The massage was awesome! I would definitely recommend the massage services at this location. I will definitely be back for a massage. Very professional staff! But I can't say the same for the pedicure. My feet soaked longer than they were worked. The nail technician did not let the nail polish dry in-between coats. So my polish looks dull and lumpy. My toe nails were not clipped correctly. I still have a lot of dry skin on the sides of my feet. The nail tech didn't seem to want to be there. When I go to my normal nail spa I get a lot better pedicure for a cheaper price. I would not recommend their pedicure services. Note: The nail techs do not remove gel polish with a polish remover. They peel the gel polish off of your toe nail.

Terrame is the absolute best place to feel pampered and appreciated. From the time I entered and left, each employee was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I had a hydrotherapy treatment with a 90 minute massage from Sydney. She made me feel comfortable with each treatment. Before my massage she asked what parts of my body were in pain or need of attention. She spent her time on these areas and I felt amazing after the massage. She was knowledgeable about anatomy of muscles and answered my questions honestly and thoroughly. She made sure to tell me to drink a certain amount of water to not be sore the next day. I have problems with my feet aching and she advised me on a product to help relieve that pain. Next time I come, I’m definitely going to ask for her again. When it came time to check out I was immediately greeted by Ashley and she was extremely knowledgeable about the products I had questions on. Especially the skin care. There was also a gentleman behind the desk that chatted with me like we were old friends, same with Ashley. If you want to feel pampered, well cared for and have an amazing experience with any treatment then you need to go to Terrame. I’ve also had facials, manicures and pedicures and again the staff are truly amazing and knowledgeable about what they do. I’ve never felt rushed and have received quality treatment and quality products.

My only negative is the value for the service. $100 + tip for a 50 minute facial is high. The cost will keep me from repeating the service as often as I would like.

Massage Therapist (mine was Sarah) did an amazing job. I had an injury a week prior and after the massage, my injury felt like it was never there. Even fell asleep halfway through. I did the acne facial, and my skin was deep cleansed, exfoliated, and extracted. Skin was pink afterwards for a few hours (which is totally normal). Melissa did a fantastic job with the facial. Definitely recommend 12/10, and will return in a few months.

My sister and I were really looking forward to this visit. We each reserved the "Taste of Terrame" experience. We are trying to find a location that will be "our" spa while we live in the Huntsville area. Unfortunately, it will not be your location and here is why: When we first came in the lady at the front desk vaguely waved us in a direction and told us to "go on back" which led us to wander around the hair stations for a few minutes instead of going upstairs. The massage was very disappointing. No matter how many times either of us asked for more pressure none was applied. No sore muscles were worked out. I thought maybe my technician was hesitant because I am pregnant but my sister's massage was equally disappointing. We both feel that it was such a waste of time and money. The facial was fine, nothing special, but okay. And certainly didn't compensate for the level of service from the other two treatments. I was really surprised at the pedicure. We were given flip flops at the end and just told not to put shoes on for 2 hours. You don't have fans of any kind? Even cheap nail salons have methods to dry your nails before sending you out the door. And when I did finally go to pull my flip flops off I noticed that there were at least two nails that were only partially painted. Overall the experience was such a letdown and we both feel that we wasted our money. My sister and I have both been to many spas throughout the US and other countries where the attention to detail is much higher and customer satisfaction seemed to be more important. Terrame does not feel like a high end spa. I am not writing this to vent, but to hopefully bring to the attention of management that there is room for improvement. I will say that all the technicians had professional attitudes and were good-natured.

My friend and I had 1 hour Swedish massages for $90 each. My masseuse was Meghan and she was very nice but a little rough on my shoulders. I arrived 35 minutes early to relax in the ladies lounge. There are a few comfy seating areas, water and trail mix, lockers that you can use for free with key provided, and a small sauna. The bathroom has 3 changing rooms, a shower, hair dryers, shampoo, brushes, lotion, etc. They also provide you with a robe and sandals. My friend and I had a very nice and relaxing time here.

I went to Terrame for several services while living in Huntsville last year. I saw Ari as my hairstylist and I loved her. She was so sweet and always did a great job. Another time I got a mani/pedi, which was very luxurious, but ultimately I felt it was overpriced—it ended up being more expensive than a massage. I also went to get a prenatal massage there during my second trimester. The massage was nice but I had no idea (and neither did my massage therapist) that my blood pressure would start dropping while I was on my back! We had to stop several times and I wish I had just stayed face down the entire time—I was very comfortable with their table that adapted for my baby bump! Definitely a high quality place in Huntsville, but undeniably expensive.

I have gone personally for massages and facials, which are always transformative. The spa is upstairs, and there is a waterfall and simply tranquil surroundings and they treat you like gold. Most recently, however, I took my 86-year-old mother to Terrame for a haircut. I was worried because she is frail and in hospice care. But she desperately needed a haircut because, well, COVID-19 kept her locked in assisted living for three-plus months. We scheduled with Chris. He made her look and feel like a queen. They took such good care of her and were so gentle. Charles, one of the owners, is one of the kindest, most compassionate and community-oriented folks in this town. We are lucky to have Terrame in South Huntsville, and now the folks in Madison will be lucky to have their own location.

I went to Terrame with my friend for massages. They have a really nice setup - salon downstairs, spa upstairs. The spa has a "Ladies Lounge", where you slip into your robe, enjoy water and mixed nuts, and put your things in your personal locker. They also have a sauna where you can sit before or after your services. It was kind of hard to use there (trick: hold down the power button) :) They had personal changing rooms and even showers to use, with shampoo and all the items you may need. (Note to self, bring a hairbrush next time). I personally needed some modifications for my massage and they were more than accommodating. My masseuse was very attentive, but not overly, and the massage itself was fantastic. While they are on the pricey side for Huntsville/Madison, they seem to be worth their services and impressed me with how classy they were.
