When it comes to botox and other injections there are so many companies that are a miss. This is not one of them! Not only is the aesthetic here AMAZING, their work is the best in Birmingham and surrounding areas! The two beautiful women at the front desk are so kind and personable and go out of their way for you. If you are looking for any cosmetic treatments this is the place to go hands down and I have tried every other med-spa and cosmetic treatment center in Birmingham! Thank you guys!!

This was the best experience I had getting dysport since I've moved to Alabama. I've been going to a local dermatologist for my injections since moving to Alabama a few years ago and I was never 100% satisfied with the outcome. I thought it was just me being picky or maybe I was getting older so the injections weren't as effective. But two days after I got my dysport injections at Prescription Aesthetic and Wellness, the results were infinitely better then they had been at the other place. I will absolutely be coming back. Ladies at the front desk were very sweet (which makes a big difference to me), the technician was very informative, and the doctor was friendly and very efficient which I appreciated. My sister is visiting from Dallas in June and I have already told her we're going to get dysport together!

I had a facial with microdermabrasion done by Jillian and it was amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed and almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing! Would definitely recommend and I think I’m going to make it an annual treat to myself.

Everyone is amazing at this business. I had laser hair removal back in 2015 and had a great experience and awesome results. Now I'm back getting a different area done in 2021. Brandi has been my technician this round and she is wonderful!

This is a Magnificent place to go to. I got a Groupon treatment for 6 seasons of laser hair removal on my legs. The attendants at the front desk are very considerate and understanding. My laser-tech was also nice and considerate with the equipment she used. She always made sure that If is was feeling discomfort she would do something about it. My only think I wish if there was a text/email system or even a voicemail system that reminds people about their appointments the day before. I know I can be very forgetful and sometimes that little reminder counts. I will be returning here again because they do great work. I’ll probably look into other things they have here as well.

Clean friendly knowledge of the products.. Girls that work in customer service are top notch beyond expectations. They seem to genuinely be loving the place they work. The laser tattoo removal is by far the best in the businesses they have got that locked down on point . Absolutely no pain from it the tattoo mistake is gone and you couldn't ask for better results.. It's like they are the leaders in this technology.. They all take the time to get to know you.. Couldn't ask for a better staff . 5 stars just isn't enough for this place they deserve 5 times more than just 5 stars.. I have referred multiple people to this establishment and they all have thanked me having them visit.. Best business in the land.

For fathers day, I treated my significant other to a massage at Prescription Aesthetic and Wellness Spa. Once inside the place was very appealing to the eye and peaceful. The staff was friendly and professional. My significant other really enjoyed the swedish massage he received and felt a reduction in the tension he previously had and left with a feeling of tranquility. I would definitely recommend!

Love this place! I have had 2 vampire facelifts and can’t be happier! My skin looks gorgeous and the before and after pictures amaze me! Tammy was so kind and has so much knowledge about everything. There are many massage therapists in this area, but you will not find one who relieves your pain or loosens your tight muscles better than Karen. She is a top-notch professional who knows exactly what she's doing. You will feel like a different person when you walk out of the room. The whole experience is uplifting. I totally recommend Karen.

The girls that work up front are amazing in customer service, and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. The prices are a little steep, but I would happily pay extra for a clean facility and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The products, facility, and staff are top notch. My only negative comment involves the pricing. If you are purchasing a certain number of units of Botox or Dysport, and that is your budget, MAKE SURE to discuss that with the staff first. They assisted me in making sure my budget was met, but my husband had twice the number of units injected without it being discussed first. Just make sure to talk to them about it in advance. If you do, I'm sure you'll be leaving a 5 star review.
