Alyssa made my hair dreams come true! I had an amazing haircut experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I was offered hot tea and a relaxing rice bag on my shoulders while I waited for my stylist to be ready. When Alyssa was ready for me, I showed her a picture of what I was thinking and she DELIVERED! It was a dramatic change so I was nervous but she totally nailed it. I recommend 10/10!

Absolutely the best hair cut and color I've ever gotten. Brooke was extremely helpful in coming up with exactly what I wanted. Friendly environment and welcoming staff. I will be coming back for all my future hair needs. Love love love them!

Amazing salon, super clean, with amazing staff that go above and beyond. My favorites are the massages and facials. They give you a foot bath before your spa treatments which is so unique and relaxing. They also do aromatherapy for spa treatments and nail treatments, it’s the best!

After a year of having a gift certificate, I just had the best deep tissue massage with Jeffery! So welcoming from walking in, to being walked back to the most beautiful calm, relaxing, wait area, to the most welcoming, friendly, relaxing massage! Thank you all!

I had one of the best facials I have ever had here. Tiffany was informative and it included a facial and foot massage which was wonderful! Loved Tiffany! Nicole gave me a scalp massage and styled my hair and she was just as good as Tiffany! So Relaxing! Wishing I didn't live so far away.

This review is for their spa and nail services. Facials, massages, pedicures and manicures. They do a wonderful job! Very professional and will listen to your requests so don't be afraid to ask. The spa area is built to be relaxing and calm. Definitely recommend arriving early and taking advantage of the steam room. It's in the spa area if you are unsure where it is just ask your spa attendant and they'll show you exactly where it is.

Everyone there was very nice but my experience was not the best. I prepaid for a 1 hour appointment at a higher price but then had to wait when I showed up. I didn’t mind waiting but after 15-20 minutes someone else quickly washed my hair before I saw my stylist. The actual haircut and blow dry were fine but very rushed. I don’t know if there was a scheduling issue or they were running behind but when everything was done my actual appointment only lasted about 25 minutes. I prepaid for a 60 minute appointment and got less than half that time for the same 1 hour price.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My husband spoiled me with a demi day and I have never felt so relaxed. There was really no wait, I felt soo pampered, not judged, welcomed and more. This lady has no complaints! Thanks sanctuary! Worth every penny!

As per usual, great experience today! We went in for a couple's massage, they safely practiced social distancing while doing so. The massage was much needed and extremely relaxing. My misuse, Jessica had the most relaxing voice and technique. Great job today, ladies!

I got my hair butchered at a different salon downtown after scheduling an impulsive haircut in a moment of weakness, like shaggy gross uneven mullet when I asked for a trim and some texture. I called sanctuary like I should have in the first place and asked for a last minute appointment, and thank the stars I ended up with Cordel the next afternoon. Cordel listened to me, and made sure we both agreed on what I wanted and gave me the most beautiful bob, laughing and joking the whole time. There’s no trace left of the bad haircut and I feel like myself again! I can’t thank you enough. Best salon in town! I shall never stray again.

I went to this spa with my two sisters over Thanksgiving as a treat to all of us and we each had very different experiences. I had an amazing time and I went into a very blissful state while the beautician worked her magic. However, my poor sister, who was very visibly pregnant at the time, had a very talkative (nice girl but chatty) beautician that wanted to talk to my sister the whole time about her newly discovered first pregnancy. It kind of ruined the facial for my sister and I wish she had spoken up but how do you handle those situations? The employee should have known better.

Went for my first massage ever. Scheduling was easy - staff was more than friendly - Sam the masseuse was friggin' fantastic and I can't say anything bad at all about my experience. Go early for the steam room and don't go back to work after you're done. A+

I have been using theSanctuary's spa services for several years now and always excited for my next visit. I am able to go early and enjoy the steamroom, then relax in the spa waiting area...love the dim lighting, soft music and sipping the hot tea in the solitude away from the salon and reception area. Even though the area is small I have never felt as though it was congested. They are great about making sure everyone is comfortable with a drink and neck wrap before and after services. All the gals are great, but I really appreciate the extra attention Karmen gives to finding and working out those knots and kinks. Their gift cards are great I have given them out as gifts for baby showers, bridal showers, etc... and it takes the guess work out of what to buy me.... my hubby gets me a gift card every year for my birthday and loads it up so it is the gift that gives all through the year.

It was a very pleasant experience. It was my first time getting a masage there And wasn't quite sure what to do but other than that the service was great. It has a nice calming environment and friendly staff. I am planning on going there in the future.
