***Please like and follow for more reviews*** This was my first time at this location and I really enjoyed the place. Customer service was great so sorry I don't remember the young lady name. During my massage the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. The staff did a great job of getting everyone out of the building and giving us the extra minutes back that we missed from the time we had to stand outside. Crystal did a great job on my massage and I tried the location again for a facial and it too was a great experience. Looking forward to next week massage.

I can’t say enough good things about Clay. He is just terrific at his job, listening to what I need and checking in with me multiple times during the session on how is the pressure (I like very DEEP TISSUE). . He talks when I want to talk and he’s quiet when I’m quiet always letting me set the tone for our sessions. He’s just a great guy all around. I definitely recommend but please don’t go as it’s already hard enough to get a session with him!!! 🤣🤣🤣

My partner and I are seeking local massage spas in our area,since some of the Buckhead spas have become a bit "commercial". Since my partner travels for work, we wanted to choose a spa which was truly therapeutic/relaxing, and within close proximity to our zip code. The first was booked for my weekly hot stone sports massage,which (Portia) took very good care of. A small caveat, do not be alarmed, the "red head" receptionist is a bit loud, and could use a bit more training in expressing quality professional discretion. Overall these girls do a good job and are perfect for a quick spa stop :)

Make sure to ask for Monica. It’s more than a “buff and polish” - she takes the time to identify the underlying issues causing pain and discomfort and really focuses on long term solutions. Plus incredibly relaxing and even great Netflix recommendations if you need them.

Honestly, Ive been DJing for 11 years. I just moved to Atlanta in 2020 during covid. I started taking self care seriously and started getting bi-weekly massages and random spas but when I moved to the Goodwynn, something told me to check out massage heights. From the front desk staff, to my therapist, EVERYTHING was amazing. I was getting hour massages for about 8 months and I only go to Anne and Vandell. (I had 2 others and they were good, but Anne and Vandell connected with me instantly) now I get 90 minute massages and its MORE THAN PERFECT. I wish I could give 10 stars.

I have always enjoyed this location and go once or twice a year. When I booked recently, I was disappointed to see they have raised their prices 40% (from $100 to $140 for a 60 minute session). They pride theirselves on being affordable with a resort like feel, but they are no longer affordable at all. The only way to make it affordable is to become a member and pay monthly ($90/month) or yearly ($70/month) with one service per month. That is just not feasible for many people. I get that you have to raise prices with inflation but disappointed with how quickly it was done and with the memberships being pushed so hard by the staff. I will unfortunately need to go elsewhere due to this.

When my back went out, I randomly called the nearest massage place I could find - Massage Heights in Brookhaven. I had no idea if they would be able to help. Well they scheduled me with Sue Anne and I can tell you I immediately had relief from my back pain. She did a great job at informing us of everything there was to be offered! Before going to the back, we were given the choice of different essential oils for our massage which was such a nice touch. She did a great job at thoroughly explaining what each one helped with. Moe & Marisa were our massage therapists for our couples massage and they were AMAZING. We could tell they really looked over our charts to understand what we wanted out of our massages and they executed them perfectly! They added in so many great touches to make sure we walked feeling our absolute best. The hot stones were used throughout the entire massage which was so relaxing! I recently visited this location Sunday and they were great! I hadn't had the best experience with other locations but here they were so professional and accommodating. They paired me with their masseur Michael and he was AMAZING! It was so good I booked another appointment 3 days later for 90min. From the phone call to set an appointment to walking out after receiving services, the staff at Massage Heights at Brookhaven are very polite and professional! Michael has been my therapist twice now (once at this location), and I have signed up for my third session with him. I didn't realize how much tension I had built up, until he massaged and started "untangling knots." He is Exceptional, and will even share advice on how to care for yourself in between visits. The first time I went Michael did my massage and was amazing. Then I went yesterday and Keith did my massage. When I tell you they give the best massages. I though my massages wouldn’t be as great because I’m so far in my pregnancy but they helped take away the pain in my pelvis area from this baby. They are amazing. GO FOR THE 90 MINUTE WITH MONICA!!!! Over the years I've seen many therapist's at this location and she's by far my favorite! She's amazing and so incredibly thorough and both times I've seen her I walk out feeling like I have a brand new body! She will stretch you out and rub out kinks and knots you didn't even know you had! Also do not be deterred by her size that girl can pack the pressure!!! Also she is incredibly friendly and sooo sweet!

I usually go to the one in Buckhead but after several cancellations via THEM, I decided to try the one in Brookhaven. The experience was awesome. It was clean (you had to sanitize your hands upon entering) & everything was disinfected before use. Brandon at the front desk was very informative & handled things professionally. I had a 90 minute massage with Alif & she was wonderful! She was informative & gave plenty of TLC to my trouble spots! I'm definitely rebooking with Alif again!

I've had other massage therapists, but he was the first to really take time to explain my problem areas, alleviate them, and even recommend some things to help with relief and muscles. He was very knowledgeable which was great and professional. I work out very intensely, so it's good to have someone that understands the muscles and can properly assist you. Massage Heights Brookhaven gave me an appointment with the incredible Monica.. and I am so much better!! She's a healer! I am able to work out again, I am pain-free, and I feel like myself again. Like this place a lot been there few times and will return because of the great massages we get. When we return will not be getting the 90 min massage and do not recommend anyone to get the 90 min massage. I was disappointed with my last visit. I was there at 2:45 with my wife as we were told and we didn’t get on a table till 3:15 when our appointment was at 3:00. I figured I️t would be fine as long as we still got our 90 min. We ended the massage at 4:20 and when I asked why we didn’t get the entire 90 min or close we were told 90 Min massages are never the full 90 min. Stick to the 60 min it’s the same as 90 min and you don’t have to pay extra. I also didn’t like how every time we leave we are asked 20 times to buy something other than the massage we got. The staff really likes to up sell. Kind of sucks because your relaxed from the massage and now have to deal with staff trying to sell you on memberships (which I was already) and other promotions. I may try another location next time.

Let me start out with the positive aspects of Massage Heights. My husband and I have been members for about two years and have enjoyed every massage.. I have never received a bad massage here and it's always been easy to find an appontment that works with our schedules. Everyone is always friendly in this calm environment.. My negative review of this place is it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get out of your membership. My husband and I are moving to a place where they don't have a Message Heights. We have tried for an entire MONTH to cancel our membership. The only person who can cancel is a manager and no one here seems to want to call us back to cancel this for us. We have probably called 4 times with no call backs. It's coming to the point where we might as well get a new card so they can't charge us anymore. Great place but just be careful about memberships here.. It may be different at another location.

Best decision we made, The entire staff was awesome, but I have to give a BIG SHOUTOUT TO JERON for giving one of the BEST massage of my life! Best decision I made was getting a monthly membership here. The staff is warm and welcoming. They greet me by name every time. Highly suggest the 90 min massage with the hot stone elevation. The facials are also amazing. I think they have specials for your first visit so might as well check it out and get hooked.

This review is long overdue. I’ve been to this location many times for massages and facials and I’ve always had a good experience. Although, as with any massage therapy establishment, sometimes it takes multiple visits before you find that therapist that suits you. For me, that therapist is Mr. Jeron K. Mr. Jeron is a fantastic therapist! He absolutely listens to your concerns and pays attention to trigger points. I mentioned having done lateral pull downs a few days prior and he put focus on that muscle group. It was pretty impressive when he named the muscles (teres major? teres minor? traps? I feel like I’m just making up muscle names here...LOL!!) as he applied pressure and moved my arms to get them to release. He does an excellent job at applying the appropriate amount of pressure and coaching you to breathe through knots or tight muscles that require deeper pressure to be released. Unlike many therapists I’ve gone to, he also incorporates stretches if it’s necessary. Considering I run several times a week, I really appreciate the stretches as well. So far, I’ve had 3 sessions with Mr. Jeron. After my first session, I’d swear my muscles were at ease for at least a week! Thinking that may have just been a fluke, I scheduled a 2nd session with him a month later. Same Result! Another fantastic massage that lasted for days!! I appreciated the consistency, therefore I scheduled a third session with him. Mr. Jeron is extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He also has a great sense of humor (I’m a bit of a goofball and I joked with him about a previous therapist that had hairy forearms...ugh!! I made him laugh when I commended him on having smooth forearms!! LOL!). I will indeed return for additional sessions with Mr. Jeron in the future and highly recommend him for anyone with specific problem areas. Thank you Mr. Jeron for such excellent service!!

The ambiance in this place is just amazing! Vandell is my favorite therapist.. Ive been getting massages from Vandell for years, so all the more reason I needed to visit this place! I've had the 90 min and 120 min with hot stones and aroma therapy and both are good, but that 120 was everything! You really get a chance to fully relax and even drift off to dream land, that's how relaxed you'll be! As far as covid, they take your temp when you arrive, everyone has on a mask, the correct way, and the therapists keep their masks on during the entire massage.. And you can pay with the card you booked with so you never have to tough anything. I definitely recommend this Brookhaven location and that you give Vandell a try, you definitely won't regret it! Thank you Vandell for refreshing my body!!

Fantastic place. The staff members were Professional and nice. Breanna Was the girl up front and she was super helpful and accommodating. I have a chronic neck issue so I am picky about my massage places so I was hesitant to go to message heights when I found out it was a “membership” type place, but oh boy! Am I glad To have tried this new place. Ahkiem was my therapist, he was very professional and polite - most importantly he was great with his hands. He looked young but seemed like he had a lot of experience. I am sensitive about having guy therapist but he never made me feel uncomfortable... it was a wonderful experience. I typically do not write reviews but I really liked him and I think people should know about him. I would recommend this place and Ahkiem to everyone !

Tony is a very gifted massage therapist. I was having trouble with pain from sports injuries in my shoulder, lower back and hip. Tony listened carefully then treated the area with deep-tissue massage that, incredibly, healed the problems. He also recommended and demonstrated some stretches that would prevent the pain from returning. All in all, he's one in a million. I'm pain -free for the first time since August.

Clay has definitely gained a loyal customer! If I could afford to see him every week, I would! I explained to him that I carry a majority of my stress in my neck/shoulders and he suggested that I lay face up for the entire massage. All of my prior massages have been 50% face up and 50% face down so I was a bit skeptical at first. After he explained the benefits of laying face up (less stuffy, less nasal congestion, natural gravity of my body weight), I agreed and I’m so glad I did! In my experience, a deep issue massage is rarely relaxing, but Clay was able to incorporate several relaxing elements. 10 stars!
