I came to AlluraDerm weary after spending thousands of dollars in Santa Fe with at best no results & at worst traumatized by the pain and what I went thru with various treatments that were horrific and served no purpose. Dr. Mancha clearly explained what I can expect, what he can offer, how long the potential results could last, what the cost would be, answered all questions, was honest, has an impeccable hand, professional demeanor & was true to his word. Dr Mancha is an expert injection specialist. He is also a congenial person who steps away from the typical physician persona. He is very open about costs and the best treatments for your budget. He explains in explicit detail what to expect from treatments. He cares about saving your money. He has done 2 sessions of fillers with me and his work really restored my self confidence, so much so that at 71 years old I returned to the workforce very comfortably. This is my first experience with fillers or botox. The photo is with no makeup except my microbladed eyebrows. The spa always has great deals going on and even if they didn't I would always want Dr Mancha to work on me. I am very pleased with my AlluraDerm experience.

I am a client since a year ago i started with laser services with Lori and she is amazing she made the sessions very comfortable and relax. She cares a lot my comfort. 3days ago after a year thinking about it I got my lips done with Dr. Lam, I have to confess that I took the decision on to do it just because of the Dr I was going to, anyways I still had so many concerns and I was terrify by the needles and pain. My experience was amazing pain was almost nothing and Dr. Lam was amazing he pays a lot of attention on the anatomy of my face and gave me very wise advice, he is a perfectionist he examined my lips multiple times to make sure they were looking pretty, symmetrical and more important that they were what i was asking for. The staff is amazing the front lady always make me feel so pampered and welcome, definitive this is my to go spa. BEST IN TOWN 100% RECOMMENDED.

I would highly recommend going to see Dr Lam. He is by far the best doctor in his field in my opinion. I have went to other places and no one has treated me as good or shown me step by step what they are using and doing. I travel over six hours just to go get treatments that’s how good he is! Also gives me discounts and free products and shows me any new procedures I may be interested in. He is very professional and informative. I have been seeing him for over five years now. I do have many spas and doctors who do same services in my city, but I would rather make the drive and see Dr Lam. Also his office staff are the friendliest and also very informative. Dr.Lam is AN ARTIST!! I saw him in June for filler and Botox and am going back this month for a little tuneup. He has a delicate touch. The changes were remarkable but not obvious at all!! I hate super round cheeks for my face and he made sure that the only fillers in my cheeks were along my natural bone line and just enhanced the structure I needed. There is a reason they constantly win awards and recognition. Dr. Lam is wonderful, gentle handed, uses a conservative amount of products for natural results, and remembers details about clients. I started getting Botox for myself at my birthday last year because I hated looking angry with the lines between my brows. Best experience ever with a doctor! He showed me the product in the box opened it in front of me showed me the syringe unused and showed me the syringe after he was done just to give me piece of mind that he used what I was paying for. Never has a med spa done this, it was new and comforting. He talked to me through the entire process, was precise with his questions. They helped me with my son while I got my lips done because my baby sitter didn’t show up and I had to take him with me. Never once did they make me feel bad. Beyond happy and my lips looks amazing!

I am a little over 24hrs from my first ever treatment of Botox and Juvederm, and I cannot be more pleased, even with swelling! Every process was a pleasurable experience and that's rare these days. The girls on the phone, the MA (I think) that took photos and numbed my lips, to Dr. Lam himself are all phenomenal. I especially enjoyed Dr. Lam whom is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He was very clear and concise on anatomy, procedures, treatment, recommendations moving forward. Good staff and Dr. Lam is very knowledgeable. I had a lip filler done about a month ago, and they came out so pretty and perfect! 🥰🥰🥰 I love the staff too, they are very honest. I just called today to schedule hair laser removal in sessions and I told her we’re moving in May. She didn’t recommend the package that I wanted because I wouldn’t be able to complete them in time. I’m very touched and thankful that the staff cares about the clients and not about making as much money as possible. I have had different experiences at other businesses in Albuquerque. When I arrived for my appointment, they had strict COVID precautions in place, and I witnessed the staff sanitize and clean surfaces and items multiple times. Besides the fact that Dr. Lam is a true artist of the face and also kind and professional, the staff at AlluraDerm is truely the icing on the cake. We saw Lori for laser hair removal. She is wonderful! I cannot say enough nice things about this Med Spa. I went here for botox and lip filler and am very pleased with the results for both. Dr. Lam listened to my concerns, and wants and wishes and took into account past experiences with other med spas and was able to answer all of my questions before proceeding. At no point did I feel rushed or silly. I have been to two LA doctors who are very good and have celebrity clientele and neither made me feel as comfortable with their experience or how they went about treating me as Dr. Lam did. The treatment itself was completely painless and spoke to Dr. Lam's experience as well as his concern for his patients' comfort. He has a wonderful demeanor, as do the rest of the staff (who are all extremely kind and welcoming). But the biggest reason that I will go back is that when I thought I might need to get more botox to finish the process of stopping a wrinkle from being able to form (and thereby spend more money at the spa), Dr. Lam told me it wasn't necessary and that I would just be wasting my money. I truly appreciate not being taken advantage of. This is a great place that does high quality work, and I very much recommend it.

I recently got Juvederm fillers from Dr. Lam. I was apprehensive at first because it was the first time I have ever received fillers. So I was understandably hesitant about the process itself. I looked up reviews online and saw Dr. Lam‘s credentials and decided to book an appointment. I was quick to get an appointment and I got the fillers at a good price. During the procedure Dr. Lam was very friendly and initiated good conversation. I was probably one of those annoying patients who tries to control the doctors every move just because I wanted to be very modest with the fillers and not look ‘over done’. Dr. Lam was friendly through and through and did such a phenomenal job. Less than one hour after the procedure, I had already made the decision that I will forever continue to get fillers with Dr. Lam as long as I’m able to. Definitely recommend.

I have gotten several of the clear and brilliant laser facials, and let me tell you it is the best money I’ve ever spent on my skin. The staff here is warm and welcoming and the office space is beautiful and comfortable. The laser facials have transformed my skin, my pores are smaller, my skin is clearer, and my texture has improved immensely. As a tried and true foundation wearer I am finally at a point where I feel comfortable with out it. The staff isn’t pushy towards selling you products, but I did purchase a serum that works wonders. Everything about this medspa is top of the line and worth the splurge. I can’t wait to try other services at AlluraDerm. Thank you!

Dr. Lam seemed rushed and in a hurry to move on to his next appointment. He even stated that if I continued to ask questions directly related to the procedure I was having done that day, a procedure I’d never had done before, he would not be able to complete what I’d come in for and had been scheduled the amount of time needed to complete the procedures I came in for, that I’d have to reschedule another appointment for him to finish another time. Very disappointed with Dr. Lam. I’ll try to schedule future appointments when Dr. Mancha is there.

My wife comes to allura derm. What I don't understand is that you have to stay in your car and call they don't even do that in the hospitals anymore I think it's probably a manager type or owner type of thing that they are scared from hell of this 99.7 recovery rate propaganda media scare covid deadliest disease in the history of man lol lol I'm using talk to text so if it's not putting the periods and doing the sentences wrong I'm sorry but the point is coming across I don't think it's a manager thing neither because I noticed the workers are without masks inside. Wait for your loved one in the car like we're some kind of I don't even know what to call it puppet show anyway I can't see what I'm writing anymore the screen has blanked out so anyway look up the new law lol it was never a law in the first place overall alora is awesome they have done a fantastic job with the work that they do and I would recommend it as far as the work they do but they still need to work on the stay out in your car deal but maybe that's forever now who knows but I do recommend this place they do a heckler job

So far I have had two Fraxel laser sessions, one for my whole face and décolletage and one for my neck and perioral area. I am 67 years old with a lot of sun damaged skin and the results of these treatments is nothing short of amazing. The staff is very profesional and efficient and attentive to my questions and needs. My regular dermatologist recommended AlluraDerm to me and he was very pleased when he saw the results. The Fraxel specialist I was treated by is Dori and I highly recommend her, though I imagine you can’t go wrong with any of their staff.
