Great place to shop, you can find pretty much most, if not all of your favorite stores. We love shopping at the Polo and Under Armor stores. Overall great place to be, outdoor spaces are nice, bathrooms are pretty accessible and clean. The only problem is very limited dining options. Now they have opened a Sbarro which is great. Really need some more food options, when you are there shopping for so long, you need to fuel up!

Great place to shop. These outlets are near the MGM casino. The bathrooms are clean and located near entrances. There is only one place to eat (Johnny Rockets). However, there are a few food trucks.

Location: This was my first time experiencing shopping here, at Tanger Outlets National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD. This will not be the last time that I will shop here whenever I am in the area. This mall is distinct like any other mall in the area. It is near National Harbor, MGM casino and it is an outdoor mall. Stores: There are great variety of stores such as: mostly brand names and small local businesses. I was surprised to see that Express and Hollister are posted up at this outlet center because they are usually located inside a mall. Nike, H&M, Aerie, UGG, Michael Kors, Sperry, GAP, Old Navy were also available here. Keep in mind, these are going to be Factory and Outlet Stores. Food: There are outdoor food trucks outside and located throughout the strip. There are restaurants and "fast-food" such as Starbucks, Auntie Anne's, Sbarro are inside the strip. Parking: Parking is free on-site and it was not really a hassle finding a parking space. Parking lot and spaces are relatively close to the buildings. Navigate and navigating was not an issue. I found the stores pretty easily. Other details: Next time I am here, I will be picking up a coupon book as I read other reviews recommending it. I also saw signs that stores do accept military discounts, but I am not sure which ones specifically. Make sure to ask!

Definitely the place to shop when your looking for a shopping mall that you can’t really get in DC. When you say you want to go to the mall, it’s the monuments and tourist sites. The shopping malls around surrounding area may be ok but the closing hours differ from one place to other. So this location is a drive but worth going and the closing hours are 8pm. You have all your name brand stores. We have a location in our area by Columbus, Ohio. The Tanger Outlets are the preferred shopping mall experience.

We found most of the items we needed here (e.g., shows, cloths, handbags). We spent $10 to join the membership to get the coupon book, but it turned out that either the store discount didn’t go together with the coupon, or you just needed to leave your email/phone for store membership to get the same level of discounts. I guess probably customers don’t really need the membership (or at least during the early Black Friday deals). (Follow me on IG ➡️ miss_dawang)

Baaaaaaaaaabyyyyy...I spent close to $800 up in there. Between Nike , American Eagle and Levis....but it was worth it. The Nike store has great prices and a lot of good retros. American Eagle has great deals as well. The Levi's store was bomb of course with a buy 1 get one free deal on the 312 straight leg. They have food trucks there with many options. The only thing you have to watch for is that there is limited parking for a whole lot of people that want to shop. You will see people circling the lot to find a space to park. Have fun.

Decent amount of stores. Great place to walk around. I wish they had some good restaurants here though so I could get a bite to eat and continue shopping. *EDIT for response* I would love to see some black owned restaurants, less popular fast food restaurants (not like Burger King, more like Shake Shake, etc., a salad place, healthy options, and/or different cuisines like Indian, sushi, Mexican.

Great collective of brand stores. You can find a lot in a few hours here. There are couple of different restaurants and a Starbucks as well. The facilities are clean and maintained. There are actually buses to get there so no worries if you don't have a car but there is adequate parking if you do.

Very reasonable price specially on discounts. Almost all famous brands are available. This mall has a huge parking lot and normally this mall has reasonable crowd. So chances of occupying a free parking spot is high. There are though less options for meals or food here. There are some foodtrucks available, which I found closed. One or two restaurants or fast food place available inside tje market which may serve your purpose. For better choice and variety you may visit nearby national harbour. It is a good place for shopping and then spend some quality time at the national harbour.

Searched high & low for a specific pair of UGG Boots for my Stepmom that my Dad wanted to suprise her with on her birthday. The closest store that had them was this one which is 2 hours away from me. I was at work when I spoke to Dacia, the store manager & asked her if she could hold the boots until the next day when I could make my way down there. She said Of course! She was very friendly, super nice & so accommodating. She even texted me a picture of the boots to make absolutely sure those were the pair I needed. I appreciate her very much & say she deserves a raise as well as the other employees working there! When I arrived to pickup, the store was of course busy, but the employees still made time to strike conversation, be friendly & get the job done all in a timely manner without feeling rushed or annoyed at all the people. First time being here & the employees gave me great recommendations for food places & the whole atmosphere was just a good experience.

Restroom was closed by the polo shop so I end up walking further out to use the restroom. Don't shop there if you are elderly. Make sure restrooms are available to all at any given time. Even for children.

Baaaaaby! Tanger outlets in oxon hill is amazing! Got some of the best stores! I spent close to $600 on clothes. The under armour store is the best ua outlet I’ve ever been to, epic sales and merchandise. The Nike factory store was AMAZING, great sales and amazing clothes, got all my running gear in one, and Nike also had some cool retro fits, and my Nike membership added to already good discounts. Puma was another level, a whole wall of BMW and Ferrari merchandise. Of course I went berserk, $250 spent in just puma. American eagle good, the tanger outlets in oxon hill is an amazing outlet mall with great sales and hot drip!

An out of town trip and a change of weather lead to this cute little outlet mall. If you're coming in from out of town I recommend stopping by they have some really high-end stores. Really cute!!!

Nicely laid out but slightly small outlet centre has some good stores, but a few notable brands (e.g. Guess) were missing. Also, it was a bit disappointing that although advertised as being open until 9 pm, some retailers closed a few hours earlier. Keep in mind there is NO food court and Johnny Rockets and Starbucks are the only eating options.

Good place for shopping. We went there last Sunday. I don't know whether it is becasue of the cold weather, there aren't many customers, which is good. There are also plenty of parking spaces. I bought my little pink wallet for only 25 dollars. Great deal!

There’re many popular brands in this outlet and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good shopping experience. But there seem to be only one restaurant and the entire mall (Johnny Rockets burger place). The restaurant might be very crowded during lunchtime and you might have to queue for more than half an hour.

There are a ton of things I love about this place, but a few areas of growth. Loves: The playground is a great place for kids to burn off energy. Plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of great stores and deals! Very clean bathrooms - exceptionally clean for an outlet mall. This has been the case every time I’ve been there, even when busy. Improvements to be made: Food options are really limited. They have a “food truck” area. We went today and there was one food truck and it was closed with no indication of when it might be open (it was 12:30 PM). Johnny Rockets is the only sit down place. Accessible doors. They have wheelchair signs on the store doors but I have no idea how anyone in a wheelchair gets in and out of the stores. With a stroller it is quite the task to get in and out and several places have outer and inner doors to get through. Every time I go there, I get irritated with the door situation.

Visited many of these outlets in my travel, this was disappointing in the variety of stores. I expected more trendy attire and more choices due to the location. The prices were comparable, the customer service was ok and the wait times were manageable. I wouldn't stop necessarily at this location when visiting the east coast.

You can find it there...major retailers! Some I didn't realize still existed. It is now my shopping mall of destination. Couldn't believe the friendliness of almost all the staffing at all the stores. It was my third visit, taking my granddaughter there to execute her school shopping. Got a moment...visit them....a rewarding experience.

Plenty of stores to go to. All restrooms they have were closed except the one on the upper level. So if you're planning to visit use the upper level restrooms first before you do your shopping. You'll never know if the rest of the restrooms are still closed when you get there. Not do much of good deals at this time may be this coming fall perhaps.

I'm a Floridan, I oftentimes visit with my daughter in Fort Washington, my trip is never complete without a trip to this outlet. The stores are very well stocked, prices are affordable and the staff in every store is always welcoming and courteous. I highly recommend this outlet mall for shopping.

I absolutely love coming to this mall. Parking is almost always convenient to the store I plan to visit. Its well maintained and most importantly there is a strong security and police presence on and around the property. Which gives this place a great safety factor in my opinion.

Everyone was following the guidelines as far as masks are concerned. Everyone was wiping everything down. I was very surprised to find the pants and shoes I've been wanting for a while. So excited I purchased 3 pairs of the same pants lol. Very nice atmosphere.

I know the outlet has been here a while, but this was my first time going. I only went because the Nike outlet is no longer on New York Avenue. We found what we wanted. It was a bit too packed for us to really look around. But the Nike store had some reasonable prices.

Some of the outlet and "factory" stores have limited stock, but prices are generally low. Lot of variety in the different brands of store. Review is only three stars because there are a lot of people, both customers and store employees, who are either wearing masks incorrectly or are not wearing masks at all, and are not observing social distancing. I will probably avoid this place in favor of online shopping because of this.

No big issues. Some of the stores had lines waiting outside to get in and with it being hot. That wasn't to comfortable, but with it being the environment that we are currently in it was understood. I would suggest installing some of those mist machines that will allow people to cool off while walking throughout the mall on hot days, especially in the middle of the summer. Would especially be good for small children. Other than that, the stores had some decent sales going on, especially converse. Good experience.

Normally, I enjoy this outdoor mall area. The shops are well stocked and kept pretty tidy. However, I was surrounded by people who were not following the guidelines with regards to wearing masks and maintaining a safe distance, and it was extremely uncomfortable to try to shop. I ended up leaving before finding the one item I went specifically to get. If you do choose to go here during these trying times, be aware.

I remember when going to an outlet mall meant that you could buy the odd stuff or the pieces that had a missed stitch or a stain and you could get good deals on them. These days I'm not even really sure what it means to be an outlet mall. It pretty much feel like a regular mall to me aside from the fact that most of the stores are based on brands. The prices sure didn't look very special to me. Maybe I just don't shop enough to appreciate the difference 🤷 One thing I definitely will say that I noticed and didn't appreciate was the lack of place to eat. I might have been fine with just the Johnny Rockets but when I went to go in there, it was a madhouse. It felt like someone had mashed together a daycare center and a chaotic family picnic. Overall a ho-hum experience.

I love this mall because it is very close to where I live and have always deals and discount prices all year around. Just stop by and you will find for sure what you are looking for. Clean and a great place for the entire family. Kids also can have here as well with playing area and they enjoy the shopping experience. Parking is always available and FREE. I love Tanger Outlets at the Harbor. They have a great selection of stores, its very clean, I like the fact that its outside and not stuffy and crowded like the mall. They have posted security all over so its very safe. My only complaint is parking. People will run over top of you to get a parking spot.

Shopping for most people is a great experience and Tanger outlets makes it even more enjoyable. The stores are easy to locate and well organized. They also have great deals almost year round making it the go to place when shopping for fabulous deals. It's conveniently located close to a major highway right outside DC. They also have great parking and restrooms that are kept clean. I can't say i love shopping but when i have the chance this is where I go. Highly recommended

Clean and friendly mall. The bathrooms were immaculate!!! There are quite a few sports-themed outlet stores, Coach, Tumi, Theory, Ralph Lauren etc. if you enjoy shopping in an outlet environment this one is very dated but very clean and easy to navigate. Everyone we saw was wearing a mask.

All of the stores were very clean, COVID regulations were highly enforced, and the outdoor areas were well maintained. Due to COVID, you are not allowed to try things on which makes it more difficult. The outlets have a great selection of stores. They are easy to locate and get to from both the back roads or off the main highway.

Tanger Outlets has a variety of well known brands that are pretty moderately priced. Like most retailers if you sign up with their respective rewards or apps, (Nike, Yankee Candle, Coach, ect.)you can catch some really good deals here. There are a few what you consider luxury brand outlets, but if it had more it would be a lot better. Still worth a visit 👍

I have been here several times and had a good experience every time. Its very clean they have a outdoor fireplace that you can sit in front of of you wanted to relax and have a cup of coffee or eat something. Overall this is a nice shopping area.

Stopped by while on a conference. Overall, the outlet is nice and has the typical stores. However it seemed on the small side compared to other outlets and had limited food choices (no eating area). Unfortunately for me the sales at that time of the year were not very good. It’s still definitely worth a visit if you are in the area but maybe not a big detour.

The prices and store selection is very good. If you're just going in and out, you'll likely have a great experience. However, if you're trying to do a day of shopping, you'll be disappointed. This is a completely outdoor mall. There is no shelter from the elements. If it's anything other than a perfect day, you'll get very uncomfortable very quickly. But even on a nice day, there are very few places to sit and even fewer places to eat. Lots of parking though!

I'm not a big shopper, but this outlet mall is awesome. Plenty of stores with big discounts in a well maintained outdoor mall area. I got great deals from Nike, New Balance and J Crew, but there are a lot more name brand stores around. It's a pretty popular mall so expect to deal with crowds of people especially on weekends.

Great shopping and nice prices, clean bathrooms and walk ways, the only drawback is that they really need more than 2 places to eat at. One wasn't even a full eatary, it was pretzels/hot dogs served at a counter. I believe you couldn't even sit down with your meal, but I didn't go there to sit down and have a bite so I was fine with dining elsewhere. 😌

Nice place. They have most of the popular stores. Parking can be an issue especially on Saturdays and during the Christmas season. FYI don’t try and park at the office building across the street, they will have PG County police come and ticket & tow your car.

My visit to this outlet was great as usual. I try to go as often as i can but average about every couple of months. The customer service staff is always helpful and let you know about new and upcoming events. Most of the employees in the stores i shopped were very pleasant and welcoming. This place is a good little getaway for shopping or just to get out the house and walk around.

Like every Tanger outlet I've ever been to, the parking lots are crowded and completely devoid of good pedestrian areas, meaning you dodge both cars and people in your quest to park. It probably took ten minutes from the moment we turned into the outlets to get to the area we wanted and park. Otherwise, there were no issues. We went for a specific store, so I can't speak to the variety of stores, though it looked like all the usual suspects were there. There was a light rain when we were there, so I appreciated that, though it is an outdoor mall, the walking areas were covered.

Hello, I visited Tanger Outlet yesterday for the first time and I had a great time. I even passed by the shopper service and got the coupons. All stores and people are friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. The only thing I wished there was in the outlet lockers to store my purchased items since am visiting the USA and hence I did a lot of shopping and had to carry a bulk of bags. But all in all, I had a great time and will revisit soon.

Johnny Rockers needs to find a more efficient way to do business. It’s always packed. Maybe an online ordering station at the intersection of the mall. Grand idea!

This is a beautiful campus. Tons of different stores I didn't even know where there. The Starbucks here was really nice and clean and I also went to the Michael kors store. I ended up walking out with a watch the customer service there was fantastic and they were very patient with me as I was trying to decide on which watch to purchase

You would find several known brands here like Steve Madden, Adidas, Nike, Pandora, Watch Station and many more. You will always have good time here on a nice day with good weather. Nicely sized outlet mall with MANY options for clothing and household goods. There are some food options, but not many. I think this outlet mall could really benefit from putting more food locations in there. Our family went on a Saturday in April and all of the food locations had lines out the door (this is no exaggeration). We had to leave and head elsewhere to eat since we could not get in anywhere without an hour wait. Other than this, the place is clean and friendly-looking.

Parking lot is an absolute nightmare around the holidays - recommend coming in the morning/later in the evening. Great mix of stores. If shopping is your thing this is a must do destination. Designer brands at discounted prices. Not as discounted as they would have you believe, but if you look hard enough there are excellent deals to be had. Food court and parking are ample. Beware though it is an outdoor pedestrian mall.

Nice outdoor outlet mall with a nice variety of clothing stores. It is always well maintained and usually isnt too crowded. Parking is limited for the size of the mall so finding a space can be slightly difficult. It is down the road a little from the restaurants on the water and the MGM Hotel.

Excellent place to do shopping. First, it very close to DC, easy to access by car or uber. Second, there is lot of parking space, no problem with that. Third, very nice infrastructure, beautiful to walk around. Forth, all best stores are there, with outlet pricing. As a negative thing, there is no food court, or at least is very limited.

Lettting the food trucks supplement the minimal food options has been a great decision and gives variety. Live in area and stopped in to do last minute holiday shopping. Not bad at all, most staff were cheery, friendly and helpful, and lots if great deals. The outdoor mall has a pretty decent selection of stores. Most are more on the pricey end, like J Crew and Banana Republic. There's a few restaurants and a good burger joint situated inside. It within walking distance of the National Harbor so the convenience is an added bonus.

Absolutely love these outlets! I used to ride my bicycle here from Alexandria and wish they had a bike rack back then. Always visit, great deals, awesome staff at every shop I go in. Sales sales sales! Always sales...I questioned this and found a couple items I liked annotated their price, then went shopping around to other outlets/stores/online and tanger outlets routinely comes out with the best price. That price tag is before the sales...paid $80.00. So...yeah.

Loads of name brand stores. Some have excellent deals -- for example, Under Armour has 50 percent off everything in the store. Others have less impressive savings. Be aware of this, and manage your shopping accordingly! Also, shop Monday or Tuesday for smaller crowds. Avoid weekends and holidays. Otherwise, even finding a parking space could be difficult.

This outlet has all the great stores. There are now food trucks that are parked in one location. This was a great idea. Great place to refuel while shopping. The location of the outlet is perfect because the National Harbor is right down the way, the new casino is walking distance, and historic sites are all around. Right of major commuter routes just like it should be. Parking needs to expand. And the location of the outlet customer service should be better labeled from the parking lot in case you want to go directly there.

Just as good as the ones in Orlando. Only time it’s not as enjoyable is when it’s raining. Walkable like a park, with seating all around to take a break or to simply enjoy the weather and surroundings. Almost always some really good deals here! Watch out for Converse and Nike stores ... too difficult to walkout without buying something deals are so good ($10 for a pair?).

I've been to many different outlet shopping centers and I continually come back to this one time and time again. The location is great, just outside D.C. and very close to the MGM and National Harbor. There is a great selection of stores which have great deals-- you can also get a student discount book from the management office with your student ID. The only place this center falls short is in terms of dining options, as there's not much in the way of food except for small snack shops (it's a problem with most outlet centers). Luckily, National Harbor is nearby and you can have a meal there.

Great experience. It was not too crowded and employees were all available to assist customers. I found what I was looking for at the Columbia outlet. The only suggestion I have is to try and provide more options for food. The kiosks were there but it was way too cold to eat outside. A couple more restaurants would be a great asset to the mall.

I love the art (statues, etc) and the historic pieces (original bricks from Salubria, and if it's still there, a mini museum in the customer service office containing artifacts found on the site as the outlet was built) 4 stars because I'd have liked an indoor outlet mall better, no fun wrestling a wet umbrella as you shop.

It's a higher end type of outlet malls compared to the neighborhood outlet mall called rivertowne. Always clean and has a good quality of stores to pick from. Could be better if the had more eateries there. The line for red robin is pretty much always out the door. Other than that it's a really good shipping area

Staff at this location was very helpful. I took one of my older movado models there because I thought the battery was dead. They change the battery and realized that something wasn't right so he did an additional check and found out that there was an internal issue with the watch and not the battery. He gave me a number to call for repair to ensure the problem was taken care of because they could not fix it at that location. He could have just replaced the battery and send me on my way since the watch doesn't have a seconds hand to know if it worked right away. I really appreciated the service that I received. I eneded up buying a new watch that was a good deal. Excellent staff and customer service.

Best mall if you looking for designer brands at ridiculous prices. The mall is great, don't get me wrong. It's a nice mall and it sits in a beautifully, quiet area. But the prices here are crazy. So I'm giving it 4 stars until the prices are fixed and match the annual household income for the area. Otherwise this is just another outlet that was built for the rich in a move to disinfluence the minority communities that are within the area of the mall. Which makes building this mall/outlet pointless.

I love these outlets for the stores that are offered there. Almost all our favorites are there and parking is great because it goes all the way around, so never a problem. It's clean and well-maintained. I like the location near the National Harbor and MGM. The one thing I noticed is that many many store employees (I'd say about 50% of the employees I encountered - from numerous stores - it was kind of across the board) were unpleasant, meaning there were no smiles when you walked in the door, no greetings, no eye contact; acted like you were making them go out of their way to help you. At Ralph Lauren, I had to ask for a manager so I could get help looking for a product. She was kind and helpful, but not dressed very professionally (sorry for being nit-picky, but I've been to a lot of outlet centers and the difference was considerably noticeable).

What a surprise. We have been shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Delaware for some time now. It is so nice to know there is a center closer to us. The mall is quite large and open. One really nice feature is the roof over the walkways. Great for bright sunshine or rain. I am sure that Tanger does not hire individual store employees, but all salespeople that we encountered were very pleasant and helpful without being pushy. The one disappointment - only one sit-down restaurant, and that one was quite small. All in all - a pleasant experience.

I like that it's covered so I don't have to worry about the weather walking from store to store. And plenty of places to sit down. Parking lot is definitely not designed for holiday shopping. And there are no pedestrian crosswalks on the side I parked. I literally had to wait and then hustle just to cross over from the shops to the p.lot! Restrooms were clean, however I went when it first opened on a Sunday. Dont go to the Starbucks there or even bother ordering ahead. SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever Benn too!! Waiting 21 minutes for my order!!!

This is a nice place to take your kids. There are some affordable children's apparel stores. The place is not crowded and there is a playground on the southeast corner. There is PLENTY of parking which is a huge plus. I love the "mommy and me" events held once a month (free food, free entertainment, a raffle, and it's only an hour long....perfect).

Some great stores, with some great deals - but it lacks any sort of dining/refreshment facilities. They are trying to make up for that with some food trucks, but there is no reason why there should not be some dining facilities. The few that do exist have unbearably long lines. And, some of the clientele can be rowdy and rude, which detracts from an otherwise enjoyable experience. But, if you time it properly (holiday weekend with coupon book), the deals simply cannot be beat.

I recent went here to visit the new balance store, but soon found myself roaming around the wide variety of other stores. Not to mention grabbing a snack at Auntie Anne's, yum! The plaza is clean, easy to navigate, and very open feeling. Almost like a park. And it's near the rest of the harbor area if you're looking for post-op ping nightlife.

It's my first visit to Washington DC and I found this outlet mall so convenient. It has most of the brands within. Great quality of products at reasonable price. The store I loved is Polo. This is a very nice mall...just keep in mind that food trucks are sitting next to H&M and plan on a line on nice days. Also, I think some umbrellas for shade and rain in the sitting area next to the trucks would be nice because I had to sit in direct sunlight to wait for my food.

This is a great local place to shop. They have a lot of stores but I think a few too many althletic and shoes stores stores - Nike Adidas Converse Sketcher and more. I wish there were just a few other option in there place. I also wish there was an actual food court instead of a few snack shops. There is a Johnny Rockets but its small and busy as its the only real food place. They do have good trucks sometimes too.

It's A great outlets, you'll find everything as far as clothing. Food wise, they need a food court or something, only one restaurant and Starbucks where you can get food. Great spot for walks, shopping and ice cream. Unfortunately if you are looking to eat you have to go to MGM or some other shopping center. The center has all the major outlets, a wonderful shopping assistant map for guidance and a relaxed atmosphere. You'll enjoy your shopping experience. Trust me.

Not crowded shopping experience. Sales plus coupons too. I'm a Tanger member so I received a coupon book as well as the coupons I received in the mail. The deadline is 8/21/2016. I can't use them all by then. Some store sales were better than the coupon. I had not been in awhole. The Mall office location has changed to the left and around the side entrance. Turn in your sales receipts. When you reach 250 in points (1 for each dollar) you get a special reward. I gave to the American Cancer Society one year and received a free vinyl bag. This time I gave just $3.00 for endangered animals and received a double handled vinyl shopping bag.

This is a nice outlet mall. This outlet mall is very clean. It's an outdoor mall so it's great in the summer. It has a great selection when it comes to stores. There is plenty of parking. The MGM and the national harbor are both located in the area.

I came for a day of shopping with a friend and had a great time. Free parking is a nice perk. The layout is easy to understand and the stores were well stocked. We had a fantastic experience in the Shopper Services office, where we went to get coupon booklets. Shout out to the lovely women who were working yesterday, 4/15/18, they were incredibly kind and patient. The employees at Banana Republic and Rockport were so helpful we felt like celebrities - grabbing new sizes while we gabbed in the dressing room, showing us boots that were not even on the sales floor, it was heaven. By contrast, we didn't get so much as a hello at G.H. Bass, but it didn't put a damper on our otherwise lovely afternoon. We will be back! If they add better food options, we may not even leave next time.

Overall, a decent selection of stores. There are several that I go to for shopping and I'm pleased. I do find frustrating that some stores aren't well organized and messy with clothes piled everywhere. I would recommend this location. Just make sure you have extra time to locate specific sizes in the larger stores.

I went with my family and we were satisfied with our shopping. There are plenty of stores with superb customer service, quite enough selection of products as well as clean and wide spaces between displays. The outlet has enough bathrooms at each building and the interactive display at every corner was very helpful to locate your choice store. There is insufficient eatery places we have to stand inline for about 30 minutes to be seated to one burger places. Although we didn't face the problem, parking seems very difficult if you come later in a day. When we leave more than three vehicles were fighting for our spot. Overall I lie the place and I am sure I will comeback again.

I only visited customer service, did not have time to do any shopping. The customer service representative was cordial and professional, and processed my request quickly. It was a cold, windy day, and for some reason they were diverting traffic to the main marking area and not allowing us into the side lot -- which would have been a shorter distance for me to walk and cope with the cold wind. No clear reason as to why they blocked the side lot (there were vehicles there, and still ample parking...)

I am a typical guy in that I hate shopping for clothing. I went on an outing with family members who are more interested in buying clothing than I am, and guess what? I loved this Mall! I actually enjoyed spending many hundreds of dollars on all sorts of clothing and even footwear, at a variety of great stores, which I am now enjoying wearing. Everything was so inexpensive compared to what it usually sells for, and the stuff looks great. I love this Mall and look forward to going back in a few months for the next season. Now that is something I never dreamed I would say about clothes shopping.

My favorite part of this Outlet is how close it is to my house :-) Seriously though, there are a ton of great stores here. I especially like the Toys R Us Outlet, which doesn't have everything but what it does have can be very good. The Michael Kors outlet is also excellent, plus there is a large playground where Mom and Dad can take turns watching the kids while the other shops.

The Tanger at National Harbour is not as great as the other cities such as Mebane (NC)and Lancaster (PA) and I say this because of the stores the other cities have such as the Kitchen Collection and QVC Store. These stores always have great deals and are my favorite places to shop when I am out of town. Now, there's a Tanger in my backyard and I'm still having to go out of town to enjoy these stores. Although, I thought there was a Kitchen Store there at one time. I had a pleasant experience at the Information Desk. The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and provided me with a new members card and coupon book, now I was ready to shop! Unless you are planning to do some serious shopping, the booklets are useless as it requires you to spend a certain dollar amount before you can receive a small percentage off your purchase. And, in some stores, the percentage off does not include sale items, where's the fun in that. Overall, the layout is very nice and I love the fact that in the design planning, the physically challenged and seniors where thought of as there are ramps and many places to sit and rest, however more food choices would have been nice, too.

There are maps & coupon books located at the guest center. As you enter the main drive, go left. The guest center is very close to your right. I don’t know about most days, but it was packed because of Mother’s Day 💐weekend. I parked & walked without moving my car. Kept a cooler with drinks & snacks. Brought my own large shopping bags (🛍TJM) & only used cash 💵 Contributed to the cause! Had a great time!

This seems like a pretty relaxed outlet mall. Standard selection of sites you'd expect to find at a Tanger Outlet. The food choices are a bit on the slim side though. I've always come early and never had an issue with parking, but add I'm leaving I notice it gets a bit crowded.

Place is fun to shop but also great for Pokemon Go. Free parking, about 4 poke gyms, and 4 regular poke stops that loops around the entire outlet. Starbucks has a lot of outlets to charge up and buy a drink ☺️

I'm so happy Tanger came to Oxon Hill, MD. It's a well kept outdoor shopping experience. The crowd is diverse. Very close to MGM casino and The National Harbor. They even have a shuttle service while the mall is open. The mall could use more places to dine. It could also use plus clothing for women. It still has a nice variety of shopping. There is plenty of free parking. Tanger has a lifetime membership for a small fee and with it you get their coupon book each visit. It's so worth it. Plus rewards for spending and extra discounts throughout the year.

It is a nice place with very good security. I found myself here at 5 in the morning and the parking entrance was blocked. I needed to stop so I entered via the exit lane. The security personnel didn't hassle me, but checked me over good. I was impressed with the diligence they exhibited.

I have only seen this type of indoor/outdoor design in Hawaii. When you arrive, you think that this was a pure outdoor strip mall. But it has roofing over the sections of the mall where the entries of the stores are. The courtyard areas are uncovered. It has the similar selections to what you would expect at an outlet mall. Surprisingly, has restrooms like a traditional mall. The design is nice and modern. The only worry is how consumers feel shopping in an open environment when it gets cold or has bad weather. No real complaints.

Tanger Outlet is a very nice mall to shop and have a good time. The stores mix is interesting, but I think that it needs to have more options for meals. People can shop for hours but today ww have just one option to eat hot meals, hot dogs, burgers, not considering seasonal food trucks. From the outside it doesn't appear that they have as many stores as they do. So you do have to be ready to walk through all the different sections and there are lots of stores in each section. Almost anything that you would be looking for you could find it there. It appeared to be very clean, and the people are very nice. Even people that you were just passing by and did not know we're very nice and talk to you. I would recommend this place to go shopping and I would go again.

This outlet is amazing. They have several high end stores and lots of stores to not break your wallet. It is unfortunate that all the stores are little and could use way more square footage. I wished in planning they had more restaurants to offer so one doesn't have to leave the premises to go a better restaurant. There are not enough places to eat or drink. On a super hot day, because you're outside so much between stores, that makes it harder to enjoy the enjoy the experience. Both places to get a cold drink are always lined up out the door.

Great shopping, although I purchased the Tanger shoppers card at another location months ago and didn't remember the benefits. It would be nice if all the stores were familiar with this card. Not until I was leaving after three hours, did the people working in Fossel explain it to me. I missed out on many discounts that day because of their lack of knowledge.
