Great shopping center! I often see a few panhandlers there and I've talked to them a male and female. They are both so nice! If you see them and you have a few bucks or some food, bring it for them. They have a dog and put the dogs needs above their own so I always try to help them when I can.

This is a great area, just an outstanding shopping center as a whole. Hampton roads/Knotts Island, NC is where I was born & raised moved all over the country and theres no where like it always something lacking..i have just moved back afer 10 years& I tell yeah this place has really come up;anything you could ever want or need is here! Clean, wonderful establishments/atmosphere!

This shopping plaza has everything dollar tree America's best eye wear a book store and tons of eateries. Come visit, parking is challenging, and the entrance/exits are a bit awkward, but still worth your time!

I visited PetSmart to return an item and the process was very easy. The best part of going in to PetSmart is all of the cute dogs coming and going to and from the pet clinic!!!

Landstown Commons is like a mall without the containment. Each store has it's own outside entrance. There are a varity of stores from Ihop , Pet Smart, Kohl's and Starbucks to Peter Chang's, Five Below & The Dollar Tree. I love this shopping center. It's feels open and it's clean. It's easy to get around and see what stores they have to offer. I strongly recommend checking it out.

Good variety of shops for all to visit. A little something for everyone - book stores, clothing stores, electronics, shoe stores, restaurants and discount shops, etc. My teenage daughter always enjoys Ross, Kohls, Burlington, Old Navy and 5 Below. Food ranges from sushi/hibachi to places like Waffle House or Starbucks. They do car shows in the parking lot from time to time as well. Definitely worth checking out

Grand rodeo has the best food 😋 I had the shrimp chimichanga and it was everything I could have hoped for. It had met my expectations and more. The service was very attentive and spent time explaining the various choices that were available. And my husband was pleased with the amount that it cost. All in all Grand rodeo hit all of our boxes.

Some good shops and connects to my neighborhood via a bike route so its a good destination for shopping while riding in the Rosemont, courthouse, and Princess Anne areas.

I didn’t like it at first. Felt barren, unfriendly. Still Not enough shade because it gets really hot over there. Needs more water features and benches . Multiple stores anchored by Kohl’s including Old Navy. Great Nail Salon. Bakers Crust my fave cafe and ULTA for skin and hair stuff. Also Starbucks my go to when low on cash and need a place to chill outdoors. Oh, and love love The Dollar Tree.

Remodel is horrible. You're clothes have gone downhill. I guess Ralph Lauren pulled out? Sephora now takes up large chunk. Weird, womens athletics is divided plus and reg... why not keep together so plus people don't feel alienated?? Children's clothes divided too. Looks like they are going out of business when they aren't.

Prior to Landstown Commons this section of Southeastern Virginia Beach in Princess Anne had no large scale retail/restaurant area. That changed in a big way with a large scale development commencing in mid 2006. The location was well thought out as both a need for the Princess Anne area and one of the remaining undeveloped areas of Virginia Beach. It sits on the corner of Princess Anne and Dam Neck not far from the city municipal complex and Sentara Hospital. Parking is more than adequate and roomy even on weekends. Minor debris in the area had been a frequent issue on walks. Considering construction began during a significant downturn in the economy Landstown surprisingly pushed on. It grew slowly over 5 years after the initial build out with anchors like Best Buy, Ross, Brad Bath & Beyond and Kohl's holding on for dear life with little traffic. Smaller tenants folded. Today the center has hit its stride and continues to grow with a newer restaurant in YNot added a couple of years ago. Traffic has increased and they are now adding tenants Divaris Real Estate is the manager of the property. Developers have also gobbled up land across the street which has a couple of strips and a major medical center in CHKD. My favorite stop is Starbucks and I'm typically there weekly. I also grab a meal on occasion at IHOP, YNot, Finn McCools and Buffalo Wild Wings. I have also purchased a computer at Best Buy. A few others shopped but not a regular. I'm glad that this is a tardy review because my quandary was a 3, or 4. I'm comfortable with a weak four stars and hope they continue to grow and stay strong.

This use 2 be one of my favorite shopping areas in Va Beach but since the departure of Bed,Bath, and Beyond and the fabric store it seems a little thin! The best store is Ross as always!! You can never leave this store empty handed!!

Shopping.... nop dental work with Dr Colella’s Dental Specialty Center of Virginia Beach If you need to have dental work done and want a normal person who you can have a drink with this would be the office. He is up front, no b.s. and strait forward. To many professionals are in it for the numbers and the management times them to keep moving patients and loose their bedside manner. Dr Colella office still has their personality and feels like a happy place to be.

Very clean and appealing shopping center. Dam Neck entrance is idiotic and can cause accidents because it is poorly designed. Parking layout is equally poorly designed. Nice choice of stores and places to eat. If you go pay attention to markings and stop signs to avoid trouble with other drivers that don't.

I shop here often. There is a wide variety of shopping in a small neighborhood Shopping Center. Super ninja is one of my favorite sushi places. It features the only Ross in Virginia Beach. They also have car shows on the weekends. Convenient location and best shopping Center in this part of Virginia Beach. Always plenty of convenient parking.

Went here with family to check out cellphones at Tmobile, a very, very positive experience there. And then sat by the fountain, to relax, totally enjoyed the positive energy and vibes there. People passing by were very friendly and polite. The family indulged in acai bowl desserts, which they scarfed up, sorry can't recall the name of the shop, but the fam said they were wonderful. Then feasted at The Longhorn restaurant. Incredible food, service and price. Plan to visit this mall and the fountain again. Highly recommended.

We visit this shopping center several times a week due to its proximity to other points of interest. It has a good variety of stores and eateries to choose from. The parking area between Starbucks and the Steak House is usually full to capacity and finding an empty space can be challenging during peak hours. Other parking areas are ample, however.

Great assortment of stores and restaurants. I can easily spend a few hours there shopping at the stores, taking my kid to the little gym, going to Starbucks for a drink, getting my haircut, and then having lunch at one of the restaurants. There's also plenty of parking. It would be perfect if there was a target there. I usually go here at least once a week.

The food was good but the service was very slow. The hostess quoted 20-25 minute wait time, we waited 40+. When we finally got our table the waiter brought me the wrong beer and didn't even know what beers were which variety. We also had to prompt him for refills. I would give this a five star rating but the parking lot as well as entrances and exits are ridiculous. This is one of the poorest designed outdoor shopping malls I've ever seen. But they do offer a massive variety if stores to shop at and also a lot of places to eat. Five star rating except for remedial design of the structure. One of my favorite shopping centers, especially around Christmas. Large amount of parking so you can grab a spot even on busy days. Has some great spots to eat, needs a quick tea or coffee spot so you can grab a drink while shopping. Love the Books A Million, AC Moore, Ulta, and Five Below especially.

This shopping center has so much to offer. Whether you want food, need a massage, want a little shopping done, or need to pay your phone bill, Landstown Commons has it. I think it's cool how many places in this shopping center that you would have not thought to even have. An example, an IHOP. Store hopping is very common in my household so we do park at a central location and then walk from store to store. As always, will be back.

Just came over here to go to America's Best because the Norfolk one is trash and doesn't have a doctor. I would love to explore this plaza more, as it had quite a few shops I'd love to explore a bit more. The parking was tricky in some places but it has a big lot...if you don't mind walking. Also, the Chipotle over there was SO GOOD!

The absolute best steaks in town. My favorite is the outlaw. If you like pork chops try their Cowboy chops. 2 nicely portioned chops that are really good. I like mine encrusted in parmesan cheese. Scrumptious!!

Landstown Commons is an exceptional Shopping Center. Losing another store is not good. AC Moore and Bed, Bath and Beyond closed across the nation. The empty store fronts stand out but haven’t hurt the other excellent businesses here. Landstown Commons is clean and safe with roaming security. With strong retail stores like Kohl’s, Old Navy, Kirlands, Ulta. Best Buy. Dollar Tree and Carter’s. Pet smart, Office Max, Walgreen’s, plus many other shops and businesses. Outstanding Dining choices: YNot Pizza, IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, Longhorn Steakhouse and Baker’s Crust plus many other restaurants. Location, location, location. It is a great location with many recreation and activity venues near by. Honestly, one of the few shopping centers where the parking lots and entrances/exits make sense.

Fantastic group of people working at this AAA location! They handled the Mobile DMV activity with grace and professionalism. (While taking care of AAA Members) They turned a difficult, overcrowded situation into a warm, welcoming and pleasant experience. Tons of great shops and a variety of places to eat and grab a cocktail. An ABC store that allows pets (I'd still call ahead to be sure it doesn't change) which is convenient having Petsmart and other pet friendly places.

If you like big malls with a maze like design...this place is for you. Plenty of stores but you won't be able to walk between them... A crazy setup of strip malls where people zip along with disregard to pedestrians and traffic. The only good thing is the variety of stores all in one area.. ..but I hate the traffic around and in this mall and avoid it like the plague!

Stop into Ulta and purchase your favorite hair and face products, or, enjoy a wonderful new style while relaxing in the hands of thr Ulta professionals. Lots and lots of places to shop in this shopping center. Driving around this shopping center is a bit of a headache tho. This is fairly far away from home for us and most of these stores have locations closer to home for us so we do not typically choose this shopping center to go to unless we are going to somewhere else in the area.

I love the Landstown Commons Shopping Center. There is alot of variety in dining and shopping in this area. The only Booksamillion store in the area is here and I frequent it, A. C. Moore and Best Buy quite often. There's a Walgreens, an OfficeMax and on weekends there are events like classic car shows! A great place to shop and have fun!

I come here for Finn MccCools. The staff is nice. The parking is usually close to the building. There is a shaded patio area outside so you can enjoy the day w out getting fried by the sun. There is enough space for everyone. Three bars so you won't have trouble getting a drink on Friday night. They support local events. When there is a country concert they do a shuttle bus to the amphitheater which is close by. Irish themed food with plenty of neutral options geared to the virginia beach tongue. Check it out!

It's got basically everything it's kind of broken up to two parts there's on the left and the right side of Princess Anne Road I usually go to the Brixx Wood Fired Pizza is over on the right side if you're going toward the courthouse. They have really good made-from-scratch pizza in great spinach and artichoke dip

They have everything u need from the best breakfast at Eddy’s that will make u feel like part of the family! To Brooklyn Bagels! They use water from the Catskills spring in New York and they’re bagels are light not heavy like Panera! The best crumb cake that is HUGE! And they deliver within a 7-mile radius!!! They also will make u a wonder breakfast sandwich - as u wait and quickly! They’re opening a Brooklyn’s Pizza soon just across the street in sister shopping area and so excited!!!! The daughter of The owner makes when she comes in “unicorn bagels.” They’re multi colored and she says she will twist the dough for hours to get it just right! A kids fav! Then there’s Target and Blue restaurant- small but elegant seafood restaurant.

My main go to spots in this area are Ross, IHOP, ABC store, Fire Ninja, and Chipotle. There's a Starbucks, Bestbuy, Finn McCools and Buffalo Wild Wings here too. Lots of parking and a Bank of America ATM only are available. Not near a major highway, but easily accessible.
