Changing Hands Books is my absolute favorite place . Both locations are full of unique gifts, greeting cards for every mood , and of course books. Today was my first time at the Tempe location. It is Burns night. Poetry was in order, and two volumes were available. Give yourself time when you visit.

This is my go-to Trader Joe's now. Sometimes they're out of things - but what TJs doesn't go through that periodically? Anyway, I can get in and out of here quick, and find great stuff to eat, as well. And oh yeah - they got very pretty Orchids in pots, too!

The plaza itself is a bit packed with stores and it's mostly local small businesses. There is a hair salon, a small yoga studio, a pizza place, and also on the far left corner- there is Trader Joe's. The stores are placed closely next to each other- a little too closely jammed together. The parking lot was medium sized. I would say go in the evening so it's slower there and not as busy... I can imagine in the daytime that the area would get busy...

I feel the parking lot is too small for so many different businesses to be within this plaza. Great businesses I'll add though; Turn Style, Changing Hands Book Store, Wildflower Bread Company ETC. Just wish parking was better.

The staff is always so nice and they are never too busy to make your experience wonderful and stress free. Darla is a joy and makes this the location for me. I regularly fill up on their cheeses and wine. With so many other stores to choose from, there is a reason this place gets my praise.

Nice strip mall. Good shops but constricted parking. The lot seems busy because the shop are popular. But it's probably worthwhile to visit due to the shopping. There is a Trader Joe's, a great bookstore, a cleaners, auto parts, clothing, don't miss a few good restaurants and a Basken Robbins. A barber shop is around the corner of the mall. Also a drugstore on the corner. Worth a look

This shopping center has my favorite Home Depot in the whole area! Adequate parking, do try to about driving the roads in front of the shops, you will be met with a lot of pedestrian for traffic. The main roads seem to branch of the entrances and direct traffic right into these store front lanes, but do keep strait, you will appreciate it!

It's a cozy shopping center that has everything I need and love: PetSmart for my doggos, Trader Joe's for groceries, my child's daycare, yummy pizza, neat second hand store for kids, bookstore to feed my soul, and I hardly ever have trouble with parking. I love this area. So convenient!

Great stores, and popular companies, because parking is difficult at best, and a nightmare on Saturdays. The entire lot was full, so patrons began parking in the aisles of the thoroughfares, which isn't safe, and it causes a lot of hazards when driving and discourages business. Could have been designed better, but I have also seen much worse!

This is my favorite strip mall in the entire east valley. I bring my little girl here to get Wildflower lunch, then we go next door to changing hands to get some books, and finish up at Trader Joe's where we get groceries and some cool snacks.

They have the best bookstore in the world, Trader Joe's is one of the best grocery stores ever, the sports bar is good, Wildflower is a very natural and good place to eat that's right next to Changing Hands Bookstore, and they have a Walgreens nearby also. This strip mall is unique and is bucking the trend in strip malls, as they are actually very prosperous. I gave them 5 stars because I could not give them 10.

Excellent mall! Very clean, every store I can think of wanting to visit. As well as fun little green space outside by the old spaghetti factory and movie theater to go and play little lawn games. Very fun feature, valet parking as well if u aren't feeling a walk through the parking lot.

This is a great plaza. There is great food with 24 Carrots and Wildflower. Trader Joe's is right there. Changing Hands book store is a perfect place to find a birthday/holiday gift. There is even an automotive store to get wiper blades if you need them. Oh, and I can't forget the Baskin Robin's for ice cream! Parking can be quite hectic in this lot...the only pitfall, with some many great stores.

Chicken Burrito Especial. I love this burrito because it is flavorful and a good size, but it is a bit on the pricey side too. $11.00+ for a burrito and a drink. Also, on this visit, they were out of the chipotle salsa 😨 but....I will still go back, because they are consistently good. Nice staff & management too. …

I like all TJ's pretty much. This one has a very good staff. Stocking fresh stuff, helping find things, knowledge of what items are carried, even the check out peeps were happy, maybe it's the clientele's effect, one of their best locations & I've been all over Ca & Az for many years. I prefer this one to the old Paradise Valley one & the Town & Country in Phx. Not a giant location but seems to fit the neighborhood well.

this is a commercial complex akin to every other commercial complex on every other street corner in every other metropolis in the southwest. whether it is rate-able in google is questionable, but that this particular complex has a couple-few destination stores worthy of your patronage - Changing Hands Bookstore, Trader Joe's & Wildflower Bread Co. yes is has free, handicap accessible parking & the businesses have handicap accessible rest rooms, but i could not tell u where the complex business office is located if i had to.

This is a great place to stop and eat/shop. I try to park somewhere central, so I can just walk around the outside.. it's all covered - so your not in the sun. I start at Wildflower and eat, then go to Changing Hands bookstore to browse/buy books or other things. They have stationary, cards, gifts and other novelty items. I love looking around there! From there I head over to Trader Joe's and do a little more shopping! It's always my last stop since I might have frozen items, etc. Then back to my vehicle.. all within that shopping area!! Great location at Guadalupe and McClintock..

There is almost everything one needs in this cozy little shopping area: a friendly Trader Joe's, that burgers at Mac's, the best bookstore anywhere in Changing Hands, Wildflower, a couple of good consignment stores, an independent tasty pizza place (Sacred Pi), Petsmart, Baskin Robbins, and more.

I like going there for early lunch with a friend because they have many good options. I just really hate the parking situation. Especially after noon. It's a constant traffic and parking frustrating issue. As it gets close to the end of year and holidays, forget it. I rather avoid it altogether. People are rude and traffic in and out is ridiculous. No thanks.

I've been shopping at this store since 1997. It's a great store. Over the years they have expanded it twice to keep up with it's popularity. The staff are all great people who are a mix of age gender race, you name it, but with the diverse nature they are all a similar TJ's personality, agreeable friendly and helpful. There are certain times I avoid as it's crowded and the other stores drain the parking lot then. My choice is Monday 6pm or Saturday same time. If I were rating TJ's as a company I'd drop some points as they are cutting product lines and the loss of choices is almost making me ready to go to whole foods at times

My favorite corner in the burbs: Trader Joe's, Changing Hands Bookstore, Wldflower Bread, a pizza place, a sports bar, pet supplies, Walgreens, clothes, nails, ice cream - and if your shopping list missed anything, Fry's is across the street! My only complaint is that I wish I lived right next door!

I go to the Petsmart and Trader Joe's here, and also Changing Hands bookstore. Not very often- I typically go to Trader Joe's during the holidays for meals and candy, and will go to the Petsmart if I'm in the neighborhood or if I'm going to the Saving One Life cat room. Changing Hands I go to for tickets to talks. These are great places, and this is a good shopping center. There's also a Walgreens there.

Came here for the Changing Hands Bookstore. Great deals, lots of new and used books. They take your old books and give you store credit. I was able to get a new book for myself and a new Jelly Cat Alligator for my daughter without breaking the bank. Next to Changing Hands is a Wildflower Bread Company which serves excellent sandwiches and other foods. In this shopping center is a Baskin Robbins, Trader Joes and a Walgreens. As well as a few other places.
