A beautiful shopping center with some great restaurants as well. Check out some of the stores when there is good weather, then grab dinner at one of the joints before you leave. A nice evening plan.

Big area, with lots to offer. Bring a stroller for kids, you will do lots of walking. Very clean, well manicured area. Good variety of shops.

Totally different kinda strip mall than we Anticipated. So that was misleading. But I got some really awesome new jean shorts from TJ Max and saw a bunch of cool shopping carts in the lot. Very impressive indeed. I'm 34 and identify as a broken mechanical pencil f that gives you a good idea of the demographic I fall into.

Love this place! There are sooo many stores and restaurants to go to! There’s even a chocolate shop that has chocolate, gelato and coffee! It’s amazing! My husband and I love eating at Copps Pizza and then shopping at Old Navy and Michael’s!

Every time I get used to a store being here, it closes. Coldwater Creek, the bookstore, Office Depot, all closed. It's in a great location here so I don't have to drive all the way across town, but the only thing here anymore is Penny's and Famous Footwear. EDIT: Best Buy is now closed! :(

I visited World of Wine. They have a huge selection alcoholic beverages. The prices are a third less than what I would pay at other package outlets. If I have the time, or if I am in the area, I like to shop here. Good help. Quick checkouts.

had a hard time finding Bath and Body works but finally found it on a side street. they were having a foam hand soap sale with a letter I recieved for 20% off my entire order. so I walked away with 12 soaps for 46 dollars . I saved 52 dollars so I was happy with my experience. the girl that helped me let me smell the different scents before I bought them. I love Bath and Body works and have the body washes and cream for after taking a shower. you'll smell like a dream!!

This was a really nice mall. We were going to Burlington Coat Factory. I thought we were going to the same one we went to before in Omaha. But Google maps took us to this one instead. It was much newer, cleaner and well stocked than the other one. It was awesome! They even had a pet section and my dog got a new bone. He chewed it all the way home!

It is a shame that stores are closing because they can not afford the lease fee required. It tells me management would rather have empty buildings than for it to be occupied. We lost Talbots,Chicos, charming Charlie, Bed Bath and Beyond etc, what other stores are next. Soon this area will not exist. Management needs to rethink their strategy. Just saying!!

Unfortunately the leasing company demands super high rents so a lot of my favorite places have been run out of business because they have less than a tremendous number of customers. Only the big corporate stores seem to be able to afford to operate there any more; it’s a shame.

Went to Roadhouse Steak and it was great, we called around one to be put on the wait list, got there about 1:50 and was seated by 2. Our waiter Brayden should be employee of the month. We had three kids and a table of 8. He was polite to a fault and ran around for us like a butler. The food was delicious and made the way we wanted it. We took buns and cinnamon bread home and all our left overs. One woman at our table just wanted to hug Brayden. Everyone got T-Bones and ripeness and were all very very good. Can't wait to go back.

Super place to take a day to go shopping through the stores. They have a variety of different interest stores. Crafts, clothes, bath and body, grocery and even a coffee and chocolate shop. It's not crowded and very clean area to shop. It's my favorite shopping stop!

Have only shopped here once, my roommate works at one of the stores in this area so that's why it looks like I'm always here (we share a car). But I really like the area that you can walk from store to store, the 2 block radius of the outside shopping mall that you walk through. The options for shopping and eating in this area are pretty good! ☺

This mall is definitely dying. There are so many empty buildings. The food selection is ok. They have a decent amount of parking but many stores have just vacated. It's a good place if you live close by but not worth driving far to shop at like west roads.

Shadow lake is great it has so much to offer! Loads of places for food and over all a great shopping experience! Sad to see some of the stored go, but they have got some great things coming! I love that they do a Halloween store every fall!

We went to Texas Roadhouse for some great food. They have the best wait staff also. We have also been to the Hyvee grocery store and shopped in there. Also the Dollar store to pick up some candy. This seems like a great mall. Clean and well taken care of. We will return here even though its clear across the city from us.

A lovely plaza which hosts several community events. A bit too large to walk around, and out of the way of residential, so you'll be driving there and more than likely driving around once you are there. The shops are great, with commercial stores along the outside edge of the plaza, and more local/specialized shops in the center.

Lots of local shopping. It the summer time they have weekly outdoor concerts which gives a very "fun" atmosphere. They have a lot of child activities available and you can get on an email list to get updates. The central courtyard area is very quaint. They have activities for all the holidays but my favorite is their Christmas Tree lighting ceremony. It is very well attended and crowded but that only adds to the fun atmosphere. Generally Santa and Mrs Santa are present and they have offered pictures with Santa. They have many other well known children's characters as well. They have also offered free buggy rides in the past. A really fun family outing and is quickly becoming a tradition.

Love this place. The ribs today were a bit more fatty than usual but still really good. Food was ready in like 10 minutes, feast for two, it's all long cooked bbq so no surprise and no delays, very nice. The guy at the bar took my order, friendly staff and good skill at taking orders. I'd recommend coming here for food, drinks, and even a family outing.

Shadow lake is an outdoor mall it has A Lot of stores Office max/depot Dollar tree Lane Bryant Subway Bath and body works Victoria's secret Jc penny Several cell phone stores Sporting goods store I can't think of all of them There are several restaurants The problem is that some of the stores are facing each other in a courtyard and the parking is limited they have handicapped parking but not enough it is easier to park in the large lot and walk into the shopping area because the spaces are generally full. It is a good place to shop they have some of everything.

They have a nice little plaza where you can walk around and grab a frozen yogurt or hot chocolate. The center has everything one can need; restaurants, grocery store, gas station, pet store, gym, beauty stuff and more. It's a one stop shopping center.

The people who work there are very knowledgeable about the product they sell and are friendly and take the time to help you no matter how many random questions you ask. Great customer service!!! And they have just about anything and everything you didn't know you wanted till you shipped there and then realize you can't live without it!!!

This mall offers many stores that sell food (Hy-Vee), prepared foods of several varieties & expenses (restaurants) to novelties, health care items & hardware! The mall is well designed, all outside access but sidewalks wide & all attractively decorated. Parking is plentiful, several designated for "handicapped". Do be careful at mall parking intersections, either walking or driving, as distractions are many!! From grandparents to grandkids, we all like this shopping area!🤩

It's great that they have a little water area for kids in the summer and the free concerts in the summer are also worth it. Couldn't be happier living near here!

It will be nicer when the trees mature. It's a newer plaza with some decent anchor stores. They have free concerts in the square on Fridays during the summer next to a smoothie shop. Local bands. Kid/ family friendly

Nice shopping area. Lots of stores that cater t ok just about any need or want! Shoes, they have a store for that! Groceries, they have a store for that too. Oh you need a computer or craft supplies or clothes? Shadow Lake has all that and more. Its worth an afternoon to take a peek at all the cool places and the chocolates.

It is a great shopping complex. I went to Texas roadhouse then went shopping for a little bit. A free concert was going on the same day. I think free concerts are a wonderful thing but it was difficult to find a parking lot just to go shopping so I didn't stay long. But it was good music

All of the stores were winding down business for the day and there were 10 or more pickup trucks that had been decked out with lights loud mufflers and high octane fuel and the fumes could be smelled and the loud mufflers far beyond where they were running and speeding in the parking lot

During the summer there is usually live music from local performers on Wednesday evenings. Sadly a few of the larger stores have gone out of business over the past year and are sitting vacant so far. Hopefully we will see some new businesses take their place.

Just left the Sounds of Summer at the Nebraska Med Amphitheatre. What a fun evening! The band was great, and the venue was cozy. I wished they had started as little later, because the sun baked us quite a bit early one, and just as it was getting really nice, it was over. All in all though it was a really fun way the spend a Friday evening.

The management made this place a nice place to visit. They have toddler- pre k play date once a month during school on different places & different activities. During summer have music concert on Friday eve. Have splash pad, good for smaller kids too. During Halloween & Christmas they made it festive with hayride, santa coming & decor through out the mall are nice

Fun place to go with family, friends, or significant other. Get your ears pierced at Claire's, enjoy the splash park/water fountain, get a smoothie or froyo, and go shopping. Also a photogenic place. I got my homecoming pictures taken here.

I love this area. Being from Bellevue I make one or two trips a month to this location. Very clean with quite impressive outdoor events and concerts. Something for everyone with a great selection of stores as well.

I like this shopping center. The Hy-Vee is my favorite one in town. There are a range of restaurants there from Taco Bell to Texas Roadhouse and Nebraska Brewing Co. Modern and clean. The only negative is that they do have some open store fronts available and could use a few more tenants.

None the less i dont quite understand the logic of having an outdoor mall in Nebraska especially during the winter. Apparently i missed that meeting but i will say i am sure there’s a method to the madness and it had a great run but it does seem like that platform is on its last leg collectively due to Online shopping.

Shipped Justice which offers girls clothing from size 6 - 20. Friendly staff who tried to locate an item in another size at a sister location. Perhaps it was because school had recently started in this area but the selection seemed limited. Store was well lit and clean.

Shadow Lake Towne Center came with very big expectations but as time has gone on the outdoor mall / shopping center seems to be going down hill and has lost many of its big brand name stores. From everything I hear the management company is asking way too much for rent when compared to similar shopping centers around town. We still enjoy going there to walk around outside and at least a few of their big stores are still there, such as JC Penneys and Dick's Sporting Goods.

This area has a lot of varieties of shops. Ranging from restaurants to electronic stores to Home Furnishing and every mobile carrier store. Including at Best Buy Petco Staples fashion department stores. It's a outside Street Mall with plenty of parking.

Shops are mid-upper scale. Traffic is crazy because of the weird parking lot design, so learn to use stop signs. The layout is in two concentric circles. The fastest way to drive to where you want to go is to avoid HyVee, unless you want to go to HyVee, so in that case you'll have to pretend like to bad drivers and dumb pedestrians getting in your way. If you want to go to a store on the other side of the place, you have to drive or bring a rucksack and a good pair of shoes. This is the mall's worst feature.

Shadow Lake is a staple in Papillion, it is a cool mall with an upscale feel. I wish they could keep places in business. Seems like you find a place you like or visit often, then it goes out of business. This should not happen especially since the closest mall is 10miles away.

Good food options as well,,, let's see, red robin, buffalo wild wings, old Chicago, taco bell, and some other small eateries, even got a Hy-Vee gas station, along with their Hy-Vee grocery store and a dollar store, jcpenney, etc... It's nice for a stroll whether you wanna spend money or not. During the summer they have concerts,,, maybe after Covid it'll start back up 🤔... Check out the middle water part... Go and have some fun!

Fantastic shopping center during good weather. A nightmare during winter. If we lived in Phoenix, this concept would be incredible. Christmas shopping is extremely unpleasant. When it snows, parking and walking is very difficult. Bottom line-eight months of the year this is the best shopping complex in Nebraska.

Great outdoor mall anchored by Hy-Vee and Best Buy. This is a great place to walk around in the evening. There is even a splash fountain park for the kids. Also a great place to play Pokémon Go!

Quick stop shopping! Easy in and out to your stores. No indoor mall. Peir 1, Bed bath, TJ max, victorias, old navy, jcpenny are the main stores there with some smaller ones in the mix. Usually can find what we need without driving across town. HyVee is convenient to grab groceries, huge selections!

Shadow Lake has great shops but lacks a movie theater. This shopping center is a great addition to Papillion. The traffic in and around Shadow Lake is not as bad as some of the other malls in town.

Three stars is generous. This mall is literally falling apart. It was desperately needed in this area, but store are leaving and what was once a nice mall is now a ghost town. Hyvee, Hyvee Gas, Old Chicago's, Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin, and TJ Maxx are the heavy lifters here. All the stores that have departed have left to go to the Nebraska Outlet Mall. Rent for the departed stores was just too high!

when you go to Shadow Lake Towne it us mainly a mall outside. It has everything from mattress store to outdoot sports, makeup store (Ultra) , Famous Foot store, Dollor Tree, Best Buy, JCPennys. I could go on as they even have a Cox Cable Station there to set you up eith Cox and even their cellphones. They have a grocery store (HyVee) and plenty of places to eat. So you can go for a whole day shopping spree and have a great time.
