Ninurta Enterprises Corporation

Old Colony Square is a traditional yet bustling strip mall. It has a Bank of America drive through ATM which is convenient for shoppers. There's a major Asian supermarket that carries mostly Asian groceries and cuisine items together with fresh seafood though one can get some of the traditional groceries one gets at regular supermarkets. There's a medical center and other types of retail businesses like a 99 cents store, Asian restaurant, a Dunkin'Donuts, and a liquor store, to name a few. I personally like the atmosphere and recommend it.

This town shopping center has been shaped up very nice. This area used to be a complete ghetto. There used to be Pathmark here and one would have had to wear bulletproof vest. Now there is a taiwanese grocery shop (99) along with Korean bbq restaurant and a pizza parlor. Safe parking area. And an off duty police officer seems to walk around the area often times. The area still needs more development but much better than before.

99 ranch has a lot of asian goods to choose from. Everything is reasonably priced. They also have a fresh seafood section. You can ask them to cook the seafood as well. There are so many produce to choose from too.

This is a typical shopping center with couple of good restaurants there. The Chinese supermarket has various food to choose and the price are very reasonable. There is a new BBQ&hot pot restaurant just opened in the corner which is super good.

99 ranch market moved here. Took over pathmark. A bit on pricey side. Lots of Chinese and little Japan products. Choice of Indoor Chinese restaurants. Good quality Japanese rice cooker products. Etc

A small mall with several good stores to shop at. The best is 99 Ranch a super duper food market that sells all sorts of Asian fruits and vegetables, meats, rice and noodles;. The variety is too great to list. 99 Ranch also has a fish market, and an excellent food court area. The mall has an Advanced Auto Store, a dry cleaners, a Chinese restaurant, a Popeyes Chicken, a McDonald's, a Dunkin Donuts, a soon to open Korean restaurant. This mall will grow. So if you are hungry for McDonald's, Popeyes, or a donut you should stop by this mall to check out what new shop has opened.

This mall is definitely not a must visit spot in Jersey City. The few useful places (grocery store, bank) have closed down and most stores are empty. The new grocery store opened last week to mixed reviews.

Popeyes, McD's, Dunkin Donuts, China Walla, 99 Ranch, Burritoville, and the auto parts store make up the majority of the main fare at this strip mall. I've frequented every one of them over the 20+ years that I've lived in Jersey City. Convenient and useful strip mall in the center of town. What's not to like?

Old Colony Square had been around since I was a little girl ! I remember going to Pathmark, Blockbuster & The Blimpie Base. Now old colony is a but more refined, but thanks to the high school crowd, it keeps the old feeling of home.
