I thought Bayshore was great! The one thing that I can't figure out is we're in the Midwest where weather is brutal sometimes! Why would they put all the stores outside where you have to walk outside and close indoor malls it makes no sense to me! I found most of the stores closed at 7:00 p.m. which I thought was way too early! I think it has a lot to do with our stupid government! And a covid lies! Can't wait until we get back to normal and that's my political commentary for the day! The place is well worth seeing! Barnes & Noble is amazing! The old mall is still there as I'm told which I toured, and I'm told they're going to be putting in a new movie theater so that's gossip at this point!

I am beginning to love Bayshore. I have been here a few times now and each time I visit I am slowly seeing more of the stores that this outside mall offers. First I had visited Khol's...then I had found Gap and The Banana Republic. Then yesterday I had visited a few more stores here. You can find some neat stuff at these stores if you stop in and look around... After shopping I stopped by the big green grassy area and relaxed in one of the blue chairs. It was around 12 noon and I wanted to get some sun. It was very relaxing. And I read the news on my phone, meditated a bit and just enjoyed the serene setting. Then I walked around more to take photos and see what other stores are here at the mall. Next time I come here I'll stop by a few others to see what they have. Being sensitive to grains and other foods, I didn't even look at the restaurants or anything. I am pretty sure nothing they sell would be safe. I haven't found the bathroom yet but luckily I didn't need it. I will certainly visit that grassy area again. So peaceful!

Convenient location and lots of stores my family likes. It's clean and has plenty of parking. I am not a fan of the events they have that I've stumbled across (street fairs etc.) but that might just be a "me" thing. One event blocked street access to stores the weekend I was trying to take my son school clothes shopping and it was annoying, but not a deal breaker.

Great place in the summer to shop if you want to take a stroll outside going from store to store. There are also various events and music every week.

I was surprised at how busy it was, I really didn't think it had as many stores as I found. I was there for a quick Trader Joe's trip and decided to do a Rocky Rococo lunch. I needed a book so I ferreted out the Barnes and Noble, got a 50% off a second one. I did get a little lost and ended up outside the Target. It was an adventure!

Nice mall, but kind of hard to follow the map of the interior layout. Not the typical grid of a mall. Went here to shop for a particular item at a certain shop, and I was not disappointed to find exactly what I was looking for. I would like to visit here when I have a little more time for shopping.

One of my new favorite things about Kohl's is they take Amazon returns and it's super easy. They also give you $5 to use in store when you make a return.

Used to work at this mall about a decade ago. Virtually a vast majority of shoppes and stores are now gone. No more indoor mall - eliminated the food court, two courtyard restaurants, Banana Republic, Fossil, Victorias Secret, American Eagle, Francesca’s, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Name of the Game, no more restaurant / theater inside. Looks like plenty of remodeling was done around a great big entrance to a Target.. Had some time to kill while in the area the other day and we were shocked and disappointed at how little there was at this mall these days. Wish Bayshore the best of luck in the future & hopefully more stores will open!

I was flying by Bayshore Mall on my way home to Sheboygan from Milwaukee. I had to climb out onto the wing of a plane to be able to get these pictures solely for the purpose of putting them here on Google maps. But I think it was worth it, all the other pictures are from the ground. Everything always looks different from a Gullseyeview.

Bayshore Town Center is an awesome place to spend some of your time & sone of your money too! LOL. It is placed right in the middle of a great location, easy access also, As it is right off the highway/interstate! The "Port Washington Road" exit from the highway (To be exact)!! It's a Modern, accessible place, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants as well. It's an outdoorsy type mall with each individual business having it's own entrance. Interesting, fun set up and I just overall fell in love with the Bayshore Town Center from my first ever visit there!!

I work at the Qdoba on Bayshore and I gotta say, the whole location is pretty impressive. Really nice artwork all around, and even though it's just as populated as Mayfair mall, it's a strip mall, which doesn't make the location as packed. A lot of the places are very distanced from each other, so you don't have to worry about bumping into someone. They may not have as many fancy places as Mayfair, but they are definitely top tier if you're just looking to hang out with friends, or even go on a quick shopping run for shoes or clothes

I love going to Bayshore throughout the years and bringing a Target to the area will really help in revitalizing the mall area. I'm glad that they added a bubble tea place back and that there's a poke restaurant near the entrance. And shoutout to Kohls, Barnes & Noble, and Trader Joe's. Overall, there were a lot of restaurants that closed or left during the pandemic and older stores moved out to the "near Bayshore" area instead. It doesn't get a perfect rating because of this.

I went for Kilwin's fantastic candy shop (boutique perhaps, they seem too nice for "shop"). They hand make pralines that are as good as you'd get in New Orleans itself every now and again. They care enough about their customers that they email me (and some others) whenever they make a batch! The rest of the open air (mainly) mall is thriving and busy, full of shops and restaurants

Did not visit any of the many shops or restaurants that they have here. But the reason I like coming to Bayshore is it is an oasis in the desert of the Milwaukee shopping area! I should also mention that I love the Glendale Police Dept. and the excellent job they do, especially at making people feel safe when in the Glendale area. Oh, and also did I mention that Bayshore now has a brand new Target store! I' m sure it will be an addition that will have a positive impact here!

Well I can't say much about the mall other than Qdoba is delicious and they got everything you need in a short walking distance there. But I was just there doing work on the new goldfish swim school that will be open ING soon. As for goldfish swim I can assure you it's been build right and it's looking nice to. Decent mall, it's hard to rate it any higher than 3 given how everything keeps closing down. One week I went by and decided next time I'd stop by the GameStop. Not even 2 weeks later it had disappeared. The websites/maps all said it still existed which made for a confusing day of trying to figure out if it had moved or really just closed instantly. Everything currently around is pretty good but I don't feel like there's anything major to write home about. Bayshore mall has a lot of great stores! I've always found the staff within the stores at Bayshore mall to be very respectful and very nice. Most of the stores are accessible from a street level is from a street level which means you are doing a lot more walking outside instead of within within a large mall area.. I don't necessarily care for that during Wisconsin Winter weather.

Driving and parking through here is a nightm.... let's say, it's icky. I try to do it as little/seldom as possible. Certainly don't want to go to a mall that I have to walk around outside to go from store to store in the winter or the rain; not a fan of malls anyway and this one is huge

Bayshore is amazing! They have everything from stores, to just little treat stores, to restaurants, and even a little spot in the center of the mall to just hang out in the summer or watch the Christmas tree in the winter. All in all everything about this place is good.

Never been here before and only went into one store, then left, but it seems like a decent mall. Unfortunately, it seems like they have a hard time keeping up with shoveling, as there was a lot of snow buildup in the walkways and throughout the parking lot. The store I went into, however, had a nice sized parking lot, and although it was busy, I found parking right away.

I love this place. Ever since going to Old Orchard I've enjoyed the outdoor mall experience. Makes for a great stop on the way back up to Green Bay from Chicago or Milwaukee. It has a wide variety of stores, including an awesome board game store. It also has a Potbelly's Sandwich place! The free parking garages are also a nice feature.

Visited the new Target there at BAyshore. It was really nice. It’s two levels which I’ve found very impressive. They have a vast variety of things in it. If you been to California target, then you know what I mean. I’m glad they put a target there. Now I can leave school and go shopping. The other great thing about bAyshore is that they are getting ready to put a Culver’s there as well. I’m so excited. Now what would really take the cake is if they could put a Chick fil A there too.

Great shops, great outdoor setup. If you want to park in front of the stores you have to pay (super dumb), but I recommend using the free parking lots and doing the extra two minute walk. Great in the summer. Tough in the winter. Welcome to the Midwest.

Overall fun experience. Outdoor mall with a good selection of shopping and food options. Great theater (iPic). "Walk-through" soda and float window (open during summer and spring months). Safe location with regular police patrols. Parking is plentiful, but during high traffic times of the year can still be difficult.

Pros: despite how big the place actually is it gives off a quaint little town within a town feel. Lots of cool shops, eating options and even a little park. Great for a day of strolling and browsing. Cons: it's a huge hassle if you are just going to one store. Parking is terrible on the streets, if you can even find an open spot anywhere near the place you want to go. If by some miracle you do the meter is probably out of order. And you better be an ace at parallel parking my friend, spacing can be tight and no one wants to give you more than five seconds to slide in there. While driving through these narrow lanes looking for the store and parking spot make sure to also look out for every human being cruising the sidewalks. They have zero awareness of moving vehicles and wander into the street from one store to the next like it is an indoor mall. You can try the free lots but you will probably end up circling like a vulture over a carcass. Verdict: plan ahead. Wait till you have several stores you want to visit and are not in a hurry. If there is only one store you want it'll be easy to go to another location. The exception would be places like trader Joe's that have designated parking.

If you’re looking for upscale shopping you can really make a whole day of, it’s the place. Even for a 35 year old man with kids, there’s so many different places and lots of good food, all of varying price ranges, but mostly consistent quality. Beautiful outdoor campus! But it’s WI, so May-Sept is prime time for outdoor weather.

I grew up near Bay Shore when it was 20 attached stores. Now it's a mini-city. I don't like the back to back car traffic or that you can't find the store you're looking for. Yes, it has every store but if not immediately apparent, it can take 20 minutes to find it. And another 15 minutes to find a parking spot. Give me back my old Bay Shore. You can keep Bay Shore Town Center. Not impressed.

Bayshore is a pleasant blend of a traditional indoor mall with a downtown-like experience with street parking, sidewalks, and storefront stores. There is lots of parking. Besides the street parking, there are multiple parking structures and lots. The mall is clean and we'll maintained. My favorite stores are Barnes and Noble and Trader Joe's. The only negative is they haven't been able to replace major anchor stores that have closed.

It's a great setting with not enough diversity. Needs a Dave and Busters or a mini theme park with vacant space. Store rotation is heavy right now. A lot of your favorite vendors are relocating because Bay Shore is raising prices on store front rental space.

This Mall type shopping district. Started with parking access to entrances and exits to stores from the exterior of the Mall. It was possible to shop a store, without entering the mall... Gradually streets and infrastructure deveolped, in an organized fashion, complementing the mall. It's more like an extension of the Malls shopping concept, then a planned community. The residential aspect followed the retail shopping, and office development. It is a very unusual, and very interesting human habitat.... Please thumbs up if you like this review....

As malls go this isn't my most preferred mall, the atmosphere is very seasonal. With that being said Bayshore is perfect for the day out of the house during the warmer seasons. But being a Town center there are many moment s where you are wandering outside, not ideal in the winter. The variety in stores is spectacular. Not many of them appeal to me personally but that doesn't mean it won't keep you happy with the choices. 3 stars on the atmosphere, 4 stars on the stores and 5 stars on the restaurant choices.

Great restaurants, nice shops outside of that, but there isn't exactly something for everyone. If you want to park in front of a store, you'll have to find a parking spot, then you'll have to pay for parking. There are parking garages that I believe are free, as well as a few parking lots outside of the main district. The food court is lacking, and the bowling ally/movie theater is now closed for good at the time in writing this. Also a lot of renovations right now (March 23, 2018). It's not for everyone for sure, but it's great for clothes shopping and eating, just lacking in entertainment stores.

It's a beautiful place as always. Relatively calm and peaceful. There are stores that are moving different spot on the center and stores closing down (Boston). I've been going to Bayshore for window shopping, hanging out, and Barnes and Noble. There are stores I haven't been to yet, but they seem to have almost everything. They have restaurants that looked extremely elegant. I like this place.

The mall is nice. It as a variety of stores for you to choose from plus a big food court that you can sit and eat. I think it's a relaxing environment, and you always see the cops driving around which makes you feel safe. And there's no kids slowed on the mall after 5 unless they're with an adult, and there is always mall security to enforce that rule. I would say the only thing this mall wants is a pharmacy

This mall has a delightful array of shops, all a bit out of the ordinary. I found a wonderful array of unusual cookie cutters for a wedding gift along with fun kitchen implements. It is well laid out and though busy, not overly crowded. (Plan to walk a lot.)

I went to Specs Appeal. They have a good selection of Eyewear, including unique and trendy styles. Although their prices are a little higher than other places, they really take the time to make sure your glasses fit your face and are comfortable.

Nice mall. Has tons of stores to choose from. In the summer and spring you can shop outside!! Pretty cool. They have a nice selection of food. Such as Blaze Pizza as well as others. There is busy parking area on the street, but also there is parking lots. This mall is a nice mall for the Greater Milwaukee area. There is always some busy movement though. People usually shop around an hour at this location. Definitely recommend this place to shoppers in the area or even someone visiting

There are few feelings better than the one I get when walking around Bayshore on a nice summer day with a cold drink in my hand. It just puts a smile on my face. The people that work here tend to be friendly and helpful. Overall a fantastic place to go shopping.

It's not great in the cold and driving through the outdoor mall can be stressful with the amount of pedestrian traffic and other vehicles. There are free parking garages available and I find using those help eliminate a lot of the stress. Metered parking is available along the store fronts. Good selection of stores.

It's an outside mall with a main mall featured in the back. The main mall has a small number of stores and an even smaller selection of food options. The outside mall however is made up of numerous well known restaurants and stores. But again, be prepared for the weather. There are also free parking structures (right of the expressway), so you dont have to worry about that.

I really like this mall and I think it is one of the most underrated malls in the Milwaukee area. It's beautiful to just take an evening stroll in. There are more shops than you can visit. The food court is an average size and is alright. As for parking you should go into the parking structure that's closest to your destination and then park on the top floors.

This mall is great because can shop and get fresh air or you can choose to shop in the enclosed portion of the main building. There is a store here for everyone! The Bayshore Town Center will also send you free discounts and coupons -such as free items for you birthday. One location = get a lot of errands completed!

You're probably going to have to park in the lots of a larger retailer and walk to where you actually need to go.

But the fact that it resembles more of a west coast style outside mall makes me always want to comeback to this one more than the others. Interesting indoor/outdoor mixed mall with most of the trendy stores and eateries you would expect. Parking is a bit of a mess, with street parking, surface lot parking and garage parking all options, but often full. There are a few disjointed stores as well, making it a bit of a challenge to walk around at times, but the assortment of places ensures you will find most of what you may be looking for in one trip.

You can find whatever you want. I think that parking is an issue. You have some parkimeters but of course you never find a spot. You have to park in the parking lot that is far. If it's raining or snowing is not a good place to go. You can find some restaurants or places to take a break and have some food. Of course you have the best brands together. It's not an outlet.

The Trader Joe’s here is still going strong. It is a very good Trader Joe’s. The mall has see a lot of turnover and collapse in the retail areas. Barnes and Noble has had to make significant adjustments to its home media section, and that is a shame. In 2015 I worked at iPic (RIP) for a little over a week, and it was one of the worst work place cultures I’ve ever had to deal with.

I have only been here 2 separate times and about a year apart. I have a hard time rating it fairly because I only went to 2 stores. I must say as a "newbie" I find it very confusing and hard to find a specific store that I was working for. In the future I hope to give this a better score. Plus, I'm not even sure if I saw close handicapped parking. 1/9/18. I have been here several times since my last post a year ago and have added a star because they have so many shops to choose from and is a very big hit with most. I still found that if a disabled person were to shop here it would be a bit stressful if they had to visit multiple shops as far as parking goes and multiple “streets” for shop locations.

Terrible engineering, layout and design. Ever since the overhaul it's never been worse. Parking couldn't be worse for a place that is doing such little business. Every business except apple is failing and I would bet this is one of Apple's worst performing stores. Just a bad idea, you ask yourself how it ever was approved and followed through with. Nice safe area, very modern, not a fan of the parking situation (paid meters), this would obviously limit your shopping time thinking abt a meter or walk far. You might want to look around more but that meter is waiting for you. I'm not a huge fan of walking outside from store to store and then walking inside for other stores. I usually do one or the other and I miss stores because of that layout. The food court is weak. I guess that's because they have surrounding restaurants but I feel a mall is only as good as it's food court. People go to malls often knowing that their favorite staples are there. It's usually a draw. Cinnabon, aunt Annie's, cajun big easy, Panera. I guess that's why mayfair is appealing. Even though they have these in the area its nothing like being in the mall.

The complex is usually populated with some crazy drivers, so beware when walking as some don't respect pedestrian right-of-way. Parking is often scarce. There are great restaurants, fast food, an excellent movie theatre, close proximity to Trader Joes and plenty of other area businesses, and plenty of good places to shop (I just went to Kohl's yesterday). Whose bright idea was it to put an outdoor mall in Wisconsin? And the old indoor part is just sad. It's really only missing a couple stores every mall should have (Eddie Bauer for one). And an upscale anchor store would really help (Boston Store just doesn't cut it). They might be able to get a forth star from me when they replace the Sears and bring more to that part of the mall.

So, it's an indoor and outdoor mall. The movie theater just closed along with the BBQ restaurant. This mall is doing well for the most part. Outside shops are better than the indoor ones. Nothing but the boardgame barrister is worth seeing now. There's a food court, but nothing unique. Devon, the up sale steajhiu is probably the best restaurant there. They have valet parking. The Kohl's is nice. Avoid the bw3's. Avoid the Applebee's 5 guys is good. Sur LA table is ok, but expensive. It's a nice mall in the summer, the outdoor fountain is popular with kids.

Very easy to get to from the highway. Is you get off the highway and you are coming from Milwaukee, you drive right into one of the parking garages. It is nice to walk around the shops and stop for coffee at Collectivo or Fiddlesticks if you are into that.

Stopped at Fiddlehead's Coffee for a cappuccino. The beverage was pretty good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Would most likely visit again when I'm in the area.

Bryant & Stratton College is located in this building....overall the building is very clean however they need to get one of the elevators fixed. The second floor has lots of different offices and this building also rents space at very reasonable costs

Why has the center court had a chain link fence around it for months? It's very unfriendly and an eyesore. People have to walk around it to get to stores.l hear that there won't be a holiday tree there this year. Very disappointing.
