The Man With No Name (The Good)

Having grown up in this end of town off of Westport Road in a little place called Briarwood, I have known Holiday Manor most of my life. It is very prestigious, tidy, and has more places than I have ever visited, as it has interesting and uniquely diverse business venues. From restaurants to grocery to pet store, from nail spa all the way to Rodeo Drive. The names of places to visit or frequent are just that, like a stroll down Rodeo Drive. Expressively unique, very attractive, clean and squared away as a Marine Corps barracks. I give this one a big USMC OORAH! 5 stars, but they're not taken from Old Glory, they're earned. They've been earned since I've seen it for the first time and probably don't remember because I was only about one or two, and I don't ever remember having a holiday here. That experience must be me becoming forgetful, and now that I think about it.? Nope. My mind is sharp as a push pin 😆😉 and it's not just because it's my part of town since my birth in 1968, it's because it's just what it is - a holiday in its "manor". Of course there may be a little bit, but not much , in the way of bias for my five stars here.

It's great for the neighborhood as it is. I'm wondering how the already busy traffic will be impacted by the new Veterans Hospital. I mean..I'm glad our veterans are getting this new facility. They deserve the best. Seems like they could have picked a better spot to make it easier to access.

Several entries/exits into the parking lot from US 42 and Brownsboro Rd makes it easy to shop here. The center has a Kroger with gas station and several restaurants plus other retailers.

On this day I visited ALL of the Holiday Manor Shopping Center. I went to each location within the confines of "center", delivered a quick salutation, tipped me hat, and on to the next. A fine collection of shoppes and barons. No exchange of currency was ever had. I do my business across the street.

I went to Kroger it’s a very clean store I do believe it’s a lot smaller than the one at the corner of Brownsboro in Springdale that’s where I usually shop

Parking can get a little crazy, not alot of room if you have a big truck. But love all the shops and different eating places!! Wish it was cheeper.

Haven't shopped this Kroger in while, normally go to Prospect, alot of shelves empty, didn't have alot of things I needed. Know this is pretty normal lately but this was the worst I've seen. Employees real nice tho!!

First, it's a shopping center. Hard to get excited. There are some good shops there. But most people get out for one shop, and don't move on to another. It's just not set up for easy movement. The parking lot is huge, but often so crowded you regret being there. Especially during rush hour or heavy Kroger shopping days. Literally, if you shopped at Kroger and wanted to shop across the lot at another store, you'd have to seriously consider getting back in your car and re-parking it.

Went to Kroger to pick up a few last minute items. It's not often I'm in this end of town, but occasionally I have come here and always have good service and they have a beautiful floral department with so much to choose from depending on the season. Everything was easy to find and had a few people ask if I needed help finding anything, which I did with one thing and Kroger has always been a good place to shop for groceries no matter what part of town or county you're in. They all have a very good attitude and so helpful! Always great!

Plenty of parking. A wide variety of stores. And hands down the best Goodwill store I have ever seen. I highly recommend shopping there before you go shopping, you will save enough money to make it worth driving across town.

This Kroger is very nice and has great selection and wide isles. The store is in a good neighborhood and is busy at times but not over crowded and bogged down like some Krogers. Overall I prefer this location over the one in prospect closer to where I live.

One of the newest remodels, they offer a more modern layout. The toughest thing is learning how they've reorganized things as there is not yet a Dewey Decimal system for stores. They offer an excellent variety of prepared food and a whole section devoted to healthcare, office, and toiletries. My only complaint is the produce section seems smaller and less variety than I'd like to see.

More like multiple shopping centers sharing a parking lot. Can be congested at times but that's because the mix of stores works well - pet stuff to urgent care. Italian food to Vietnamese. Grocery shopping to yoga. Hair cut to bourbon.

We went to Grassa Gramma. It was okay. I've been twice and the more I go, the less I'm a fan. The service is slow, the prices are high for what you get. Nothing really knocks your socks off. I think from now on, I'll try pizza and wine. My kids get pizza and it always looks better than my expensive dish that's mediocre.

Conveniently located, this shopping center offers everything from high end retail (Rodeo Drive) to pet supplies (Feeder Supply). Throw in banks (Chase and Fifth Third), international dining (Mojito, Shiraz) and a huge Kroger and you have a great place to shop.

Relatively small shopping center with limited parking. The center received a limited upgrade as the same time the Kroger was gutted and rebuild in 2016. Unfortunately shopping at Kroger is very unpleasant as there is no "flow". The aisles are relatively narrow and the amount of merchandise on the shelves is limited as much space in the store was is taken up by a sightly upscale prepared takeout food section. I do most of my grocery shopping elsewhere. There are several restaurants sprinkled around the center. Mojitos Taspas Restaurant is very popular but a little cramped for space. Thai Cafe is a relatively small eatery with good food. Across from it is Shiraz Mediterranean Grill. There is also a Subway Restaurant. The Kroger gas station stays busy as does Feeders Supply (pet food, supplies and services), Holiday Manor Barbers, and the UPS Store.

Commonwealth Bank, US Bank, BB&,T , Chase Bank , Fifth Third Bank as well as PNC Bank are all within rock-throwing distance of this Shopping Center. You can do your grocery shopping at Krogers(largest Krogers I have been into in Louisville) get gas from Kroger's stop and mail your packages at the UPS store , then you can stop and either have dinner at Shiraz Mediterranean Grill, or if you're in the mood for some Spanish tapas you can drop into mojitos Tapas restaurant. So there is a lot going on in this little shopping center.
