Visit Cinemark theater. Convenient parking. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Nice theater. Join the membership to get discounts on tickets and concession. Comfortable seats. Clean theaters and bathrooms. Good popcorn. Drinks are small, medium and large. Medium was larger than I thought it would be. Small would have been enough. They don't do refills anymore, we got the largest popcorn with 2 trays to split 3 ways. There's a Whole Food across from the theater if you want to shop after!

The Cruz Experience

Playa Vista is a wonderful place to visit to shop, eat, relax and hang out. There is a movie theater, plenty of restaurants, Whole Foods, CVS, nail shops... anything you can possibly imagine to be productive and enjoy your day. The fire pits are a wonderful place to grab food and relax or people watch. I do wish the fire pits were better maintained as often some of them work and some don’t. Regardless, it’s a great place to come and be social.

Enjoyed walking around there. Ate at Urban plate. Did not like the skin left on chicken sandwich. They explained you have to ask for no skin? Didn't see that posted the server did not mention that. They did bring me new chicken without skin. I'll try the portobello mushroom next time. Nice atmosphere.

Cool place to walk and chill. Nice vibe with some cool eats and shopping options. In my opinion, the area is pedestrian friendly with designated areas for dogs and kids to play. Located in the Silicon Beach area so there is a tech presence. Plenty of residential units for those seeking quality living. There are fitness gyms like L.A. Fitness to workout. There are bike and walk paths along the waterways and nature habitat zones.

My wife needed her glasses tightened. We live in Playa Vista and have a regular ophthalmologist, albeit in Beverly Hills. So we moseyed into Runway and we’re greeted so warmly, as if we were family or regular customers, by Mike, Jessica and Andrea. Andrea tightened Ruth’s glasses in seconds, exuding warmth and competence. As soon as Ruth needs new lenses, Runway is our place.

More many more shops and restaurants are coming mid 2021. The farmers market is every Saturday until about 2pm and is worth a visit; it’s grown substantially. Additional outdoor seating has made Runway feel livelier, without feeling crowded.

I went shopping in this mall yesterday morning, and I greatly loved what I bought. The quality of the bags, shoes, and clothes was very good and fascinating. Besides, the friendly, accommodating, and professional staff were highly appreciated. Even the entire place of this mall was big, comfortable to walk in and out, and stylish. Between Whole foods, Hopdoddy and some other places there are some good places to eat, grocery shop, or get coffee. The Cinemark is a nice place to see a movie. The parking lot is a bit annoying and requires validation, but otherwise I enjoy coming here.

Absolutely delicious meals! We had one of the soup - in - a - dumplings which were delicious and so were the garlic bean sprouts! The server was awesome too and I felt we got our money worth here. Will definitely come again for this fairly unique experience

We go to this mall for WF and for eating out. The plaza area is well managed. It seems to improve every time we come back here. They are many dining options and cute shops that keep popping up. I was excited about the lampoons as a decoration for Lunar New Year for 2022.

I like the location and Playa it's more for a change of you and shopping at the same time in addition to the very nice restaurants and fire pits in that Center you can also use the whole food dining area I love going there because I find varieties that are not available somewhere else but I found their choice of vegetables is very limited add overpriced. They have a big plus vegan dessert Corner that will take your breath away and it tastes just as amazing.

I would go here again. If I was in the area and they had something I needed. As long as I could afford it and it would fit in my car. Definitely. That's one of the reasons I like food. If you think about it when you go somewhere and eat, you have the food inside of you when you leave, most of the time. So it will always totally fit in your car probably! Lucky thing they have some good food here.

Nice for movies and food. Parking and Whole foods can be extremely hectic during "rush hour" - avoid if you can after work. There's a decent amount of unleased space and the overall grounds could use a cleaning (gum and stains on sidewalks and stairwells).. keep this place clean management!

Appointment at Quest Diagnotics afterwards visited CVS to pick up a few items. Recommend visitors can use Chase n Wells Fargo Banks, Whole Foods, various restaurants for a quick lunch. Though most merchants validate park, it could be pricey. Good place to shop.

This place is awesome. Esp the dine in theatres. You get treated like royalty. They hold the door open for you. You get a menu and get food served to your seat. I don't recommend messy food as its hard to eat in the dark. If you're a member, the tickets are cheaper and consession stand is 20% off and you get free popcorn!

It's "meh.." right now, construction is still ongoing. They removed all cozy benches along the road and little fire place in front of whole foods. And because there is a lot of places behind the construction fence open space fills quite crowded. It was a great place before construction, now it is not :(

Awesome shopping mall that is very clean and has accessible parking. If you would like to know how clean and safe this neighborhood is, I once saw someone mopping the sidewalk. Yep. You read that right. Someone was mopping the side walk.

If you live in the area, this place has it all. Whole Foods Market is the biggest draw for everyone. Other than that, shops, movie theater, and restaurants serves up a bit everything you need. Plenty of parking for those driving and bike parking also available. Walk around and explore the quiet and clean Playa Vista community.

Runway Playa Vista has recently been remodeled with additional outdoor seating, a play area for kids, and these updates have made it vastly safer and more walkable. A weekly farmers market adds to the fun of the area. As LA County eventually reopens, Runway will once more be packed with kids and families.

Convenient center with a Whole Foods, cinema, CVS and Cedar Sinai urgent care anchoring a collection of restaurants. The farmers market on the weekend is small but has some decent offerings. Parking is plentiful and inexpensive, and most places validate.

Great spot to stop in for lunch break. Whole Foods has an amazing burrito and quesadilla stand, Hop Doddy has some great burgers and fries with green chili queso, there is tons of parking in the garage and every place will validate your parking ticket. Also a movie theater here which is very convenient.

This is the part of Playa Vista that I enjoy the most, I go to the Runway mall at least two times a year. I am a student of Loyola Marymount University and there is a shuttle that comes from LMU and drops you off here. They have really good restaurants and shops. Every Saturday they have a locals market fair and you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and also get some good food. They also have a great movie theater here, a CVS and a whole foods. Great spot !!

Complete reconstruction of the community. Lots of rentals... Hopefully more retail stores, restaurants, and parking. The new Cinemark movie theatre is really nice and seating is comfy. The whole good is much larger than most and very clean. Staff are helpful and sweet. There is a CVS, Yogaworks, and Starbucks, but haven't visited them yet.

I love the vibe and walkability of The Runway. For quick trips to Whole Foods, I use the underground parking, entering from Village Drive, but more often than not, I park on the street just outside the Runway and walk in. The other day, I stopped at the bank, grabbed my favorite poke bowl from Da Kikokiko and picked up sine groceries from Whole Foods.

Whole foods CVS yoga works close to work Chase Bank Places to eat .Walkway area . The CVS is tricky to find.Look for a sky blue surface turn left and that stairway by the parking garage is the way up the stairs.

There is a free kids club every Wednesday, a farmer's market on Saturdays, and many other seasonal events to keep residents and children entertained. Part of the ground is artificial grass, so it's safe, and there are small parks everywhere, so it's a good place to bring children. Parking is free for up to 2 hours in front of the surrounding apartments, so I always use it even though I walk a little. Or there is also a free multi-story parking lot for up to 1 hour with whole foods validation.
