Beautiful, opulent, loud, smoky. I'm sorry but only 3 stars. Smoking indoors is DISGUSTING and ruined our expensive dinner for me. The rooms are well appointed, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the place is always very clean but there's no getting past cigarettes and cigars.

Very stylish and Nobel shopping center. Almost only high price brands of all sorts are present there. Always very clean and well looking decoration. The saisonale decore is always nice to see in town. For a big wallet and fun at investing in clothes and accessories this is a good adress to go.

Wynn was amazing my friend and I enjoyed the dinner buffet. Dinner was delish, dessert was fabulous. The ice cream was made fresh (churned) right there in front of you. The sights outside from the waterfall out front to the gardens inside, truly amazing.

Upon entering what joy I felt with all the beautiful vibrant colors. One of the staff members was so kind to take a picture of my daughter and I together who thought we were sister's. He was genuinely so kind and helpful. The carousel was so stunning to see. The Tableau was such a great spot for brunch. The staff here just as kind and helpful. I look forward to another visit.

Spic and span shops. Extremely cool environment, and not a ton of individuals here yet. We strolled through them, and window shopped. There is another eatery I need to attempt there. Exceptionally cool stores, and plans. I'm eager to perceive what this transforms into. Exceptionally present day plan, with the Wynn contact. The enormous bear right when you stroll in is exceptionally cool! Exceptionally perfect and new and serene.

The Wynn is a world class establishment. There customer service skills are amazing. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The restaurant's are awesome. The pool was nice to spend time at. I have stayed at 12 different hotels on the vegas strip, Wynn is the best by far. Nice bonus having the fashion show mall across the street. The casino hosts and dealers are all very pleasant. I had the privilege of being looked after by Joel Vera from the Wynn a true professional! He is amazing! Keep up the great work guys! THE WYNN FOR THE WIN!!!

Excellent!! Thoroughly enjoyed this "locals" favorite for dinner while spending 4 days visiting Las Vegas. Unassuming, clean exterior in a new mini strip mall attached to a hair salon. Step inside to a minimal but chic designed dining room with chef prepared specialties and terrific wines. Hidden gem well worth a trip from the Strip!

Very elegant and accommodating place upon first sight. Security and staff are well-mannered. A bit clunky with casino layout (felt I was in Italy with the confusion) but all in all a unique and pleasant experience. Will come back to try more amenities some day soon

I went there to celebrate my friend's birthday. We had fun. The staff was engaging and very solicitous of our needs. The hotel was very clean and sanitary. The hotel provides masks and gloves and has many sanitation dispenser stations throughout the property.

After being told we would get an early check in we weren't given the keys to our suite until almost 4pm. Normal check in was 3pm. Upon arrival to our room it smelled as if someone had just finished smoking weed and had just left the room minutes before we arrived...mind you we were told the reason we had to wait so long for our room is because they were "cleaning" and "inspecting" it. LOL.... For the price you pay you would expect better

I love this place. The ambiance is amazing. It is chill and I have not encountered any uncomfortable situations such as excessively rowdy customers. Their playing card will even give you some free plays or free goodies like a buffet. Check it out!

Wynn is a very nice casino,but things have changed,and not for the better,no place to eat if you want something fast,the sports book in my opinion does not care about horse racing no more,iam a expert on horse racing,I used to love to go there not anymore,just because they just don't care of horse racing no more very obvious to me,and I really understand this generation is not into horse racing,or the people that go to Vegas is not going to play horse's,love the casino but love horse racing better,!!!!!!

5 stars for newly free parking. Never visited before, but motivated by free parking. Casino is very quiet compared to others, no sound effects or loud bells, and video poker machines are few and far between. Also great air circulation, no smoke smell at all, but smoking is permitted. A nice, classy place.

I've never seen so many high end shops in one place in my life. Awesome place to shop and if you tire you can hit the casino or the fantastic Wynn buffet. Please don't miss the buffet!! Well worth a trip or better yet stay at the Wynn. Just beautiful.

Went to see the Christmas display. Small but festive. The fresh flowers were beautiful. They had a carousel with horses and several beautiful castles displayed. Casino staff was helpful with directions. LOVE that parking is free.

Great casino and hotel with comfortable beds and exquisite amenities. The casino floor is spacious and the food is good notch. The biggest downside is the distance to other casinos, but there is plenty to do on this end with the mall across the street and the Venetian next door.

When it comes to aesthetically pleasing buildings, you just can't beat the Wynn. No hotel in Vegas comes even close. The little touches like the quality of the artwork and tapestries, or the fit and finishes of the stone and millwork or the color combinations and lighting. Someone/s put out a lot of effort on details on which no one generally pays attention. I could walk through that building many times and never get tired of it. I'm not sure if it was Steve Wynn, the architect or a designer who did this, but thank you! Your effort is appreciated!

Fantastic resort. We had one of the tower suites rooms and received excellent treatment from the staff. Great dining options and the spa was well worth checking out. We would definitely return.

Brand new shops. Very cool atmosphere, and not a whole lot of people here yet. We walked through them, and window shopped. There is a new restaurant I want to try there. Very cool stores, and designs. I’m excited to see what this turns into. Very modern design, with the Wynn touch. The huge bear right when you walk in is very cool! Very clean and new and low key.

So after multiple trips to the WYNN I like it even more than I used to. The service, staff, decorations and everything imaginable in this place make it top-notch. Why would anybody consider going anywhere else. I watched one of my favorite people on the planet WIN thousands of dollars. What more could you ask for out of a casino and hotel. The rooms are beautiful and I can't wait to come back. Our host Nick is a top-notch five-star class act. There is no competition out there for his service.

Beautiful hotel! I went for a meeting and looked around the hotel! The staff is friendly and very professional. They take pride in what they do. Also the valet parking at the South Gate is free which is a rarity now a days on the strip. Totally worth checking out

It's gorgeous and decadent. The floor is EMACULATE, the bars are chic, the restaurants are world class and the rooms, well I've never stayed here, too expensive but I hang out there a lot when I'm roaming the strip. My favorite is the sports book.

This is a beautiful casino with an amazing small garden. It wasn't very busy during the day like some of the other casinos on The Strip. Check out the lakeside water fall.

The resort is very clean compared to the other hotel across from the strip. Friendly staff and I recommend to stay at the Encore resort if you can book that as it has bigger rooms and newer than the Wynn. The two resorts are indoor connected. So you can walk around to shop or dine from the many selections of restaurants bothered resorts offers.

I went to the Encore for my COVID Vaccination. Everything was extremely well organized. There were good signs directing you to the parking garage & people on hand that checked your name to make sure you had an appointment. Social distancing, masks required. You had to fill out a short form before you received your vaccination & you needed to show your Medicare/Insurance card/drivers license at the check in desk. There were several distanced tables in the Ballroom. The entire staff & nurses couldn't have been nicer or more professional. After the vaccination you could have a seat for 15 minutes to make sure you had no adverse reaction. They also setup your second dose appointment time. It all went like clockwork! 10 STARS TO THE ENCORE & UMC STAFF! GREAT JOB!

Went for lunch at Red8 at Wynn today. First restaurant experience since the March. The staff was obviously well trained on how to make guests feel comfortable during these times as we transition out of quarantine. Each interaction has been carefully thought through and modified to provide as much protection as possible. Masks were provided and temperatures were scanned as we entered the Wynn. Then at the restaurant, the menu was available as a scannable QR code or as a single use printed version. Once seated, the host provided sanitary wipes and a paper mat for us to place our mask on, as we dined. All utensils were delivered in a clean, rolled linen and sealed with a paper band. Food and service was great and we look forward to going back again soon.

They are dealing with a lot of challenges, and the place looks great. One annoying thing was, It was 1:30pm, on a Wednesday, not busy. Walked into a casual restaurant near the front, they asked if I had reservation, I replied no, but if they could seat us that would be nice. She then asked for my first and last name, so I replied. Then she asks for my phone number, I said, no need I'm here. She said it was necessary, so I left. The intrusiveness was terribly annoying. They should rethink this policy or I'm out of step with the world.

This is my tenth trip to Vegas and the tenth hotel I have stayed. It is by far the nicest hotel I have ever been in by far. We had a panoramic view on the 62nd floor (really the 52nd since there are no 40's). The view was incredible, the bathroom was beautiful, and I had the best sleeps on the bed. The casino was beautiful, and we had 1 buffet for free every day which again was the nicest buffet I have eaten at. When I am done trying all of the hotels on the strip, I would be surprised if this isn't the one I settled on.

Wynn plaza is very nice, its on the upscale side, for the average joe its a no buy zone. The stores are well organized and beautiful that even includes the bathroom. Everything is upscale, dressing classy here/fancy is a nice touch to the feel. Its also beautiful.

The Wynn made us feel safe during COVID. Masks were strictly enforced, but it did not feel intrusive. Wonderful pool, and a really top notch staff that will go out of there way to assist you.

Be aware, as in many hotels, that smoking is BIG here. Cigarettes, Cigars, etc... It was a pain, but aside from that, it's a comfortable hotel that should have more to offer in terms of entertainment, compared to the Venetian /Palazzo. It's convenient to have that great map across the street, and the other hotels nearby that have better restaurants (not that the one's in the Wynn are bad). If you can get a similar price in a hotel nearby, take that one. Hated the flat, lack of filling pillows.... This hotel is just fine for a quick work trip visit, not a family vacation stay, in my opinion

Absolutely beautiful hotel Wynn and Encore are taking the most precautions to stop the spread of the virus. Thermal temp testing each guest that arrives the hotel staff is constantly wiping surfaces and providing masks free of charge hand sanitizer is all over for the hotel and casino. There are staffers imploring people to keep the masks on which made me feel very safe!! Hats off to the Encore I will absolutely return again five stars all the way!!

I get that the Wynn caters to a high end clientele, but the lack of inexpensive food options for people working here on a contract is disappointing. Whenever I work here I am often compelled to cross the street to find food at fashion show mall, which seriously cuts into how much time I can dedicate to actually eating and relaxing.

Wynn is like no other. As far as the opulence and decadence is rivaled by few. It has and is the resort of choice of this family in vegas. The epidemic has decimated this town but the positivity and professionalism still reigns @ wynn. The staff from the clean crews sanitizing to the pit bosses to valet are second to none.

Gorgeous shopping and food area on the Las Vegas strip. While the shops themselves aren't something I frequent, the restaurants are amazing (SW, Lakeside, Tableau), and the architecture is worth a walkthrough.
