This place is great for restaurants. Banana Leaf, Breakfast club are in our regular rotation. And hurts doughnuts it's a place to visit while on the vicinity.

The mall is nice and has so much to offer. The traffic is very busy most of the time. It's right off the highway and a convenient place to stop, however it's not a fast stop due to the traffic. We love the hurts donuts. There's lots of shopping and many restaurants. It's a fun place.

West Glen is a very busy and bustling shopping center. Can be extremely chaotic when it’s busy and the parking lot is in desperate need of reconstruction. But a nice place with lots of great shops.

This place is fairly fun. If you enjoy playing video games then I would suggest this bar but otherwise it isn’t really my scene. The drinks were OK and the shots too but I would say a little pricey.

Ate at the Breakfast Club - fantastic! Then stopped at Hurt’s Donuts to take some donuts to some friends! Yummo and a big hit. West glen is great for nights out, shopping, ice cream and target runs!

We love this mall. It's really nice and well maintained. They have a good selection of stores although I wish they had more independent owners like valley west does. Several of the stores are sitting empty right now but there's still so much to see and choose from. You can go to just window shop or mall walk as well. Definitely a great mall!

This upscale "town center" is more what I would call a district in it's own, with scores and scores of businesses, many residential style streets and it covers a large area. You can find almost everything here, from nail salons and spas, to framing shops, many different shops selling donuts, coffee, to other specialty food, bars/restaurants, hair stylists. chiropractors, etc. It is kept very clean and nice looking. Many of the streets are fashioned out of paving brick/cobblestone, and many are a bit confusing, as they are somewhat narrow and sometimes one way only. It takes several visits to find who or what you want here, but it is interesting exploring all it has to offer. Parking close to where you need to go if you have an appointment can be a challenge, and the parking is done diagonally. If you are lucky you will get a close spot. If you are just lloking and out for a walk it won't matter. I personally think they could use more handicapped spots. It is an interesting and extremely diversified shopping center with a wide, wide variety of shops, salons, spas and businesses. I am sure the rent is high as well!

My sister and I went to the movies, and of course we had popcorn and soft drinks. The movie was Jungle Cruise with the Rock (Dwayne Johnson). The movie theater had Lounge Chairs, they were very comfortable and my feet were up and enjoying the comfort just like if I was in my own living room !!! No mask required if you had your Covid Vaccine (both my sister and myself are fully vaccinated). The place was clean and neat. A little hard to navigate getting snacks, but the gentleman helped us, when we asked ( I think he assumed we had been there before). Good experience, very comfortable, will go back.

West Glen Town Center is a great shopping outdoor mall that has some great bars including a piano bar. It has a gym, beauty salon, and target. Plus some of my favorites including Platos Closet a clothing shop and the funny bone the local comedy club. Its well worth the time to check it out.

Very nice shops. I used the spa place where my children gave me 90 gift certificate. That place was awesome! The wedding place had very nice dresses along with the prom dress place across the street. Very nice. Just watch your driving. The Smoothie King over there is great too!

This review is for Anna Dolce Ristorante: Food in general was very good (except their pizza crust was extremely bland - needs salt!)...Calamarie was excellent!. Big servings and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely return!

The West Glen Town Center apartments are very nice and well maintained. My daughter lives in one of them. The 3 stars is due to the fact that the staff at the leasing office (specifically Carmen) comes across as rude and condescending. I have had three phone interactions and one in person interaction with her (through a glass door due to Covid). In all of these instances, she came across as short, irritable and condescending. Perhaps she doesn’t realize her demeanor comes across that way? Even the Amazon driver I ran into outside said the same thing and how he’s been feeling the same way for the last year he’s dealt with her. I run a company with multiple offices and I would never have a person like her in a customer or public facing position. She needs to be retrained on how to interact with the public or moved to a non customer facing role.

This is a great place to stop if you're looking for things other than what the mall provides. There are cute shops and resignment stores as well as great places to grab a quick bite. Hurts Donuts is a popular place for visitors and also regular customers because of their unique donut creations. There are also some hotels and bar areas here for the travelers.

Why on earth design a brand new walking mall in Iowa. 4 months out of the year after the honeymoon phase it'll be a ghost town. The beef jerky store was the highlight for me. Nike store has the usual 5 year old unsellable stuff at 80 percent of new...but that's pretty much the whole place. At a game store the kid working said he was kicking everybody out so he could take a break...LOL I'm not sure if he did as I left on that note.

This location has specialty items for discerning shoppers. And it is surrounded by shops and restaurants that will please everyone. The drawback? Parking is at a premium. Take 6oyr time and you will get to where you're going!

I lived in West Glen for about 3 years and I loved it. The property manager, Troy, is really nice and he's always willing to help. The maintenance crew is super efficient. They fix every problem on same day. Target is just across the street as well as good restaurants and shops. If you want to have a semi-urban style of life, you should check West Glen. Apartments are gorgeous and more affordable than what you can find in downtown Des Moines.

Plato's closet parking lot is a great place to take a nap in your truck. Just give the kids some cash, recline the seat and snooze away to your favorite AM or FM radio program. Hell, even a good podcast works, if you care little enough for it that you'd sleep through it. 10/10 would do again.

I think West Glen has done a great job of creating a area that allows for a commercial space to suit everyone's needs. From fitness and yoga, to a dueling piano bar and a comedy club. West Glen covers the spectrum of cuisines, health, shopping, hotels, and bars and entertainment. Highly recommend visiting this complex.

I'm not young, hip, or trendy (but I am redundant). This is not my scene. I do like the Target when it's not full of entitlement (which is rare), but otherwise I know little else about the stores here. Get off my lawn.

West glen town center is an "upscale" shopping center with a large variety of shopping and dining options. There's a "club", chain sandwich shops, secondhand consignment boutiques, therapists, some shipping business and random hipster bars such as the barcade and that dueling pianos place. Very on point with the West Des Moines vibe.

Clean and new, the West Glen Center is home for many new shops and restaurants off of Mills Civic Parkway. Trendy and growing in popularity, but a glen is defined as a narrow valley, and the West Glen Town center is certainly not in a narrow valley.

I really enjoy living in West Glen. Then only down fall is the internet which is provided by ICS technology. Honestly its the only major down fall of the complex which I'm sure to tell friends looking for a new place. If they switched internet providers this place would be five stars.
