The best outlets is here. Everything you need, food court and food trucks plus water features and plenty of rides and fun for the kids. Me and my wife walk and shop here often. Stores require masks and 6 feet apart so on busy days you will wait outside before you enter. Enjoy!

This outlet is absolutely perfect. Everything is new and clean and fresh. There's a huge amazing playground for the kids with a slide that will take their breath away. There's plenty of very comfortable seating throughout and phone charging stations. If you are interested in any of the stores, come with your whole family. The kids will play forever and your partner won't mind sitting comfortably as you shop. There's also lots more great shopping nearby.

I love the outlets! My favorite store in this shopping center is the Pepper Palace. The variety of flavors that are offered here is stunning. My favorite product is the Italian flavor cooking and dipping spice blend. I also really enjoy their nasal napalm horseradish. They always have quality products and friendly staff.

Best place to have a high end shopping experience, getting name brand products for discount prices! Beautiful outdoor mall. They occasionally have food trucks, it's a great place to relax while others shop. They have created many places to sit and enjoy water features. Huge selection of stores for all walks of life.

Awesome mall. Not too big. Great brands. Specials on the back always. I was expecting more specials on regular stuff not only clearance but I guess depends on the store. Closes at 8pm during the week but some stores were closed by 7:30pm already

LE CREUSET Shop Parking is good and the shop is accessible, especially if you just want to get in and out. Inventory is usually good and things are generally 30% less than retail. Employees used to be nicer and more helpful, but I suppose great customer service is a thing of the past.

I'm not a city guy or a shopper. This place, however, is easy to navigate, plenty of food options and places for the kids to play, and an open, outdoors promenade which makes it feel less like a mall. But it also feels enough like a mall to ring the nostalgia bells. Nice work.

I appreciate the relaxing atmosphere of this mall. Walking around outdoors, on a sunny day, going in and out of nice, cool, air conditioned shops, is such a pleasure. The food court is indoors and has the standard mall food fare that you would expect, but the place is beautiful and there’s plenty of places to sit and enjoy with your family. I did grow tired of the aggressive sales approach of most of the shops we went into. A few shops got out of our way and let us shop, but certain other shops, kept trying to sell us things and we just weren’t into it. I just want to explore and discover things, I don’t want to have to constantly tell the store staff that we’re just browsing. I bought perfume from one of the fragrance shops and the salesperson kept trying to upsell me after I repeatedly told her no. I regret buying anything from her because I think the aggressive sales approach is unbearable. It ruined the otherwise relaxing atmosphere of the mall.

Very neat place! Excellent selection of unique outlet stores! This has a very unique outdoor kids park area at the front of the mall on the north side that was unlike any we've seen in a long time! Great place for kids and teenagers and their parents alike! Awesome "hanging" outdoor seats and "rocking chairs." You'll see what I mean 🙂 thoughtful landscaping and kept very clean also. The parking lot is huge and circles the entire mall and is also well organized: it has numbers associated with spots and lettered aisles so you can remember where you're parked or easily relay to somebody where to meet you according to the parking lot numbers throughout the lots. Will continue to shop here. It is always busy though, weekdays are the most quiet however. You'll definitely find something there for everyone!

This is one of the BEST Premium Outlets that I have had the privilege of attending. Premium Outlets in each state are my go to locations. My best experience was at the Lacoste and Movado store, the selection at both were undeniably “Great” as well as outstanding customer service.

Good choice of shops. Columbia store tends to be the main reason we go. They have decent prices and will give you a $20 coupon if you spend 100, which isn't hard to do.

We love this outdoor outlet mall. The facility is very new, so everything seems to work well and is still modern looking. We also enjoy the impressive lineup of stores including Nike Factory Store, Coach, Kate spade, Under Armour, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, Banana Republic to name a few. The mall has a food court with an ATM and baby changing station. And a really nice outdoor children’s play area. It has cushioned artificial turf with netted aerial pathways and a fossil pit. Most of the stores offer a 10% military/veteran discount if you ask.

A five stars shopping experience where the options are unlimited and the foods are many but what took my breath away if the play area fkr the kids, it's like nothing anywhere in the world. I enjoyed shopping for gifts and clothing and walking around. There are some bargains too but the space is considerably big and the stores are always doing promotions. I wish I lived closer to it.

This new outlet mall has a nice layout with upscale shops. The food court is nice, with plenty of things to choose from. There is also a nice sized Starbucks to fulfill your caffeine needs. This is not the 90s version of outlet stores. No longer are there super bargains and deals to be had. There are sales and specials, but you won't be getting the deal of a lifetime. Overall, nice outdoor mall, with an impressive play area for the kids!

Awesome Grand opening! Live music, acrobats from America's Got Talent and so many freebies and prizes. Love the mall, partial coverage and partially open air. The park is phenomenal! Just massive with stuff for every age and the swings are awesome. They had free balloonists and face painting today. Only thing that was a downer was the food pavilion, only two restaurants open and the pavilion is huge but only two more restaurants are opening. So odd, no options! Everything else was awesome. Great stores and really nice sitting areas outside.

Nice mix of shops, especially enjoyed the Van's and Nike stores. Loved the sumo wrestlers in front, great photos opportunity. Clean fresh new take on an outdoor outlet mall. My grandkids loved the outdoor play area, very innovative...kept the kids active and entertained. Need a few more shops here and more restaurants in the food court and a friendlier receptionist at the Simmons courtesy desk- as i walked by and looked her in the face and said "hi"- no response...thought that was rude. Besides that the visit met my expectations.

This is a fun mall as far as the environment and experience. The variety of stores is nice but they don’t have many “cheep” options. Some fun stores are Rocket Fizz, Crocs, and the hot sauce place. The park is also a great place to take kids. Definitely a good mall to check out.

Denver Premium Outlets are so so. I didn't see anything "premium" about this place. And only about half the space is filled. Seemed a little depressing. The Castle Rock Outlets are much better with many more stores.

I recently visited DPO in the early afternoon, on a Sunday, and it looked like many places were closed. Not sure if businesses are moving out or if I was there at a bad time. I had wanted to stop at the BareMinerals outlet, but found that it had been replaced by Claire's. The directory at the outlet hadn't been updated yet, so not sure how long Bare has been gone, or any of the other stores. :(

Not too big, not too small! My husband and I went to a few different stores and they had an outdoor fireplace where we could warm up. Cool interactive maps/kiosks, a beautiful fountain, lots of parking, and an indoor food court (currently take out only due to pandemic)

Denver Premium Outlets feels good. You know how sometimes you visit a place and it just has a feel good energy? That’s this outlet mall. The Starbucks was hoppin, stores were lit up, kids were playing in the park, fish were biting and the cows were coming home. Ok maybe not the last two. Grandma bought some new pots and pans from a kitchen store and a phone charger from a kiosk. The phone charger didn’t work but the pots and pans made me a yummy tater tot casserole one dish wonder. Visit Denver Premium Outlets, jump on the trampoline zipline thing, get some mall Chinese food, a coffee from Starbucks and sit next to the fire burning in the courtyard. You know you want to, besides my credit card debt will all be paid off when grandma dies and I get her Buick and life savings. I’m no fool, that’s called making money the old fashioned way. Have a nice day. Thanks for the warm feelings DPO.

Just went to grab a few items but this place was so packed it was like it was the Christmas season on steroids. Most shops were impossible to get into and find the items we went for. Nike shop was our main stop then we decided to leave.

My first visit today, wanted kids to explore the playground. Spent 20 min and $180 on 3 pairs of athletic shoes at Nike Outlet, not too bad. Now I'm in line at Old Navy Outlet. 2 cashiers with the other 3 registers empty, total 5 registers. The line of about 30 people zigzagging into ladies clothes corner by entrance. My wait time was half-hour, the 3rd cashier came to help 5 min before it was my turn. Another store employee said couple cashiers were "no show" and she can't help at the registers (?) I don't get their prices either, more expensive than sales online or at regular ON stores. Haven't gone to any other stores. People in line say food court places are also understaffed with long wait. Plan your shopping accordingly and avoid weekends to save time.

For an outlet mall, this place is pretty good. Most of the store have pretty good sales -and more importantly a lot of inventory!! I really don’t enjoy shopping at stores that have a limited selection & I felt like each store I was in today was pretty packed with options. I went to Levi, Express & American eagle. Did a decent haul at Levis and walked out with 4 pairs of jeans that were all 40% off + an additional 10%. My total was $140- which I’m happy about. Express and AE were a no but those stores tend to be hit or miss for me. I recommend checking it out if you haven’t been there!

Really beautiful & fun outlet mall!! The playground is so gorgeous, and there’s of amenities here! Lots of seating, and great to bring your dogs to walk around and shop. They even have fountains for your pups! The online directory lists which stores are dog friendly!

The premium outlets are pretty nice! The kids playground is large and usually pretty busy. The food court is small and lackluster, but there are usually food trucks in the walking areas and by the parking lots. The outlets are also great because many many of them have great discounts all the time!

Minus a star because these are not actually "outlets", they're just stores with sporadic deals going on just like any other stores of the same name. But there are a LOT of them, great brands, and they're well laid out! The food court has limited options but they're varied and good. Huge win that there's a Starbucks bcuz coffee. Seating is ample, yay! And there are various seating arrangements outside so it's not boring, that's a nice touch. It's been clean every time I've been there. The general look and feel of the whole place is upscale, they built it with nice materials and it shows, I enjoy the experience of being there immensely. I know there's a playground on the north side but not having kids I've ever ventured up that way. If you have kiddos you'll probably want to check it out.

This was a nice outlet mall. The stores were quite new and clean. And they were laid out well to keep people outside, but still out of the sun. Unfortunately and this is no fault of the location all the stores stock pretty much the same clothes and these styles and the same fabrics and patterns so no matter which store you went into the were pretty much all the same. I didn't find what I was looking for because it was just not available. The food court had a bit more variety but not by much. Same standard fair just in newer stalls than any old shopping mall. Still it was nice to get out of my hotel room on my day off for a bit.

kinda fun We went there expecting to find some good prices on maybe unique or discontinued stuff, but it seemed like most of it was just clothes that no one would buy. The few things I did look at were priced more than I would have thought retail would have been. They say half off but it's like half off $60 for a T-SHIRT!? Yeah that's when we decided this wasn't worth our time.

Wonderful shopping area. Lots of choices. Love the Loft outlet, Express, Coach, Michael Kor, and Columbia. Always find what I need. Great pricing. Bonus the area is laid out on an open courtyard plan with lovely fountains. Children's play area and a huge fireplace for cool weather enjoyment. Nice choice of foods in the food court, and a Starbucks.

The playground at these outlets is amazing! My kids beg to visit. They have cozy picnic tables where you can eat, along with wooden gliding chairs for parents to watch their kids from a shaded area. A warning for parents with runners: there isn't a fence between the play area and the parking lot, so kids could potentially run into the street.

The stores were okay. The jewel was the playground. It's big and full of rope climbing structures. It's great exercise for kids who are past the toddler stage. If there would have been swings it would have been perfect.

Everything you would expect from an outlet mall for the most part. Relatively clean. You wont find "deals" or cheap items. This is basically a mall that has brand dedicated stores that carry the most basic items in their product line. Will you find a pair of Jordans at the Nike store? Yes, for a relatively better price? No. Will you find a super rare can't get anywhere else pair of Jordans? Double No Not too much of a variety here either. It's about as basic cookie cutter as they come, total dime a dozen boring outlet. Nothing stands out.

Great shopping outlet! There’s nice seating areas in front of the stores. It’s not the biggest outlet but my favorite stores are here and they usually have good sales. There’s a cool large playground for kids 5-12 as well as a dog fountain by the playground. We went today during corona and some stores were open but many were still closed or only allowing a handful of people in at a time so there were lines.

Highly underrated mall! This is an awesome destination for hanging out and shopping with groups or friends. There is a wide selection of stores and my experience with the sales staff within the mall was generally great! I went on a Sunday afternoon and it really wasn't too crowded so I certainly recommend this for both hanging out with friends and legitimate shopping experiences! Only reason I don't want to give 5 stars is because I don't feel there is quite enough parking if this place becomes more popular and starts to become more busy.

Rather a mixed bag. Most stores opened at 6AM for Black Friday, a few including Nike did not open until 9. Planned on being out of there by then and we were. Was not able to sign in to there free Wi-Fi. Wanted to exchange a shirt for a larger size at the Polo store, they would NOT let me do it without a receipt. I won't ever buy anything there again. It was a birthday gift 🎁. They were not very pleasant about it. Used to like Polo.

There is a wide variety of stores at this location. Some candy shops, toy shops and entertainment for the kids. On a business attire stand point there is places like Calvin Klein and Banana Republic. The food court is kind of unimpressive but still a great outlets.

Great place to shop, I love the Coach store. Can only go there a few times a year but every time I do it's amazing. I feel like I'm getting the best deals ever. The outdoor playground for children is insanely amazing. The architects who designed it need a pat on the back because it's very unique.

Nice layout but pretty small. Good for buying purses or sports wear. The playground is great for older kids 8-12. There’s not a ton of stores so there’s lots of stuff you won’t find. (Makeup, lingerie, clothes for kids that are not toddlers if you don’t like old navy). Very few food options so on weekends those have a very long wait.

This is a relatively new mall. Famous name companies. Great children's outdoor play area. Inside the food court there is a rack of gift cards for sale, but there was NO warning about the potential for scams.

Good mix of quality brands. Most outlet malls have the same old stores that nobody wants to shop at but this outlet mall has several big brands. It's easy to walk and has shade to get out of the sun. The food court only has a few options but overall they provide a good selection.

This was our first time there and it's a beautiful outdoor shopping and eating place. It was as about 5:30 pm and about 20 degrees; so it wasn't crowded. We stopped into Coach for an exchange and Tori Burch which noth had great sales going on. I recommend you stop by and check it out. We ate fried rice and noodles at the Stir Fry. Its pretty good! We always enjoy going to the new outlet mall. Even if we're just window shopping and walking it's a beautiful location with a great selection of stores as well as a food court area with lots of choices. We also like to Starbucks there and sometimes sit by the outdoor fireplaces. The playground is phenomenal for kids to play.

Very large open air complex with well known name brand stores, huge parking lot, and very nicely landscaped. I purchased a pair of New Balance walking shoes and a pair of Merrell hiking boots, both stores have certified fitters. I will definitely shop there again.

Solid Outlet Store just north of Denver. No real complaints. I've only been their during various stages of lockdown, so haven't experienced everything open. Parking is ample, food court could be useful when open, bathrooms are clean. Oddly, cell phone service in the area is almost non-existent for me (Verizon). Most stores have guest WiFI, but it could be an issue for some.

Amazing prices on a whole bunch of designer stuff. Honestly, check this place out before you go anywhere else. Some stuff is the same everywhere, but you can get great deals on otherwise pricey items. The place has a really cool playground as well. The only thing that is lacking is a decent food court.

Great! Lots of stores and an amazing playground. The toddler area of the playground needs to have a height limit. Bigger children should not be playing and climbing on the toddler structures. They are careless and could fall on babies playing below. They have an entire huge play area and should stay there.

Nice outlet center with plenty of outdoor seating and fountains. Some of the area is covered so if you need to get out of the sun or rain it does provide protection. It has a very strange parking lot with no spots very close. My mother is not handicapped but at 85 years she doesn't do a lot of walking so it really wasn't suitable for her. I also didn't understand all that carpool parking spaces??

Not much to offer, it is a bit of a smaller size outlet. Prices were average for an outlet. Express was great. Guess was okay. Calvin Klein did not have much! The place is very nicely decorated tho. I would probably go to the one in castle rock if i was looking for larger space and more options. Awesome spot. A great kids area with rentable scooters, a bungee jump, a huge playground, grassy spots and best of all, a nearby beer garden for the adults. Lots of stores, and almost every shoe brand there is. Good deals, and places tend to have hard to find sizes like Extra Wide and .5 increments. The food court is pretty lackluster, but otherwise it's a good place to pick up some clothes, especially with Cabela's and REI just up the street.

I went specifically to browse the consignment store. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The consignmemt store was large and stuffed with a lot of clothes. For me, the amount of clothes was overwhelming and I didn't know where to start. I also noticed that a lot of their clothing was dirty.

Everyone wants to self-identify or stand out from each other by building these outdoor type malls instead of helping each other and being neighborly and sharing the customers and the profits. it's so frustrating to go inside and then you have to go outside to go into the other stores, the doorways are small except for the food court area. to me it is not very convenient to go in and out of narrow doorways to find what I really am looking for instead I get frustrated and forget why I was there and I just go back home and order things online instead

I'm thrilled that there's an outlet mall near me now, with great variety of stores, great landscaping and design, and a large children's play area. However, there are a few things I'm disappointed with. I'm disappointed with the food pavilion which doesn't have all of the food service areas open yet to feed hungry customers (bring your own eats if you want something else besides stir-fry). I'm also disappointed with the lack of customer service in some of the stores at this outlet. I understand that it can be especially busy during opening week, but an employee not knowing the store's own advertised sale prices (I had to show them their own outlet store emailed sale advertisement), its just unacceptable. Also, with another store I had to call it's customer service myself for options regarding a product, due to lack of knowledge again from a store employee, and that's also frustrating. I will not be revisiting a few of the stores at this outlet. However, majority of my experiences at this outlet mall was great, and I'm thrilled this outlet mall is easily accessible.

Went here To kill time today on Martin Luther King day. First time since they opened. Their Food Court was clean, the Main outdoor Concourse was very nice and the Kids Area was safe and Monitored by Paid Staff. The Restrooms were cleaned and well Maintained. They must have pretty high Standards for what Companies they lease their Spaces to, not a Single store was a Mid-Grade or Low-Grade store. They were all very well Maintained and all offered high class Goods and Services. Very good place to hang out. I'd recommend Top Dawg in the Food Court.

Very well laid out parking structure. Lots os retail outlets. Nothing very premium about them though. Most of them are the regular factory outlet brands from castlerock and loveland. The stores are laid out well enough to not have any stairs or escalator needs. Very easy to access for disabled folks as well. Maybe 3 or 4 maximum food options and a random food truck on the weekends. If you are coming here using your car maps, and if you have a car with 3 to 4 year old maps, this place does not show up on the maps. So use google maps on your phone.

There are so many shops here that you will no doubt be able to shop for anyone of any age and spend very little to a lot. I was impressed by the amount of stores and the name brands that were here. Each store that I went into had very personable help and each seemed to know what their store had and how it would fit or work. For example, I went shopping for a gift for my son at Levis, and had his size and body shape (very tall and thin) but didn't know which style would be best for him. The young lady gave me her "top 3" that she thought would look best on him. I bought two of them and he loved both! It's nice to have people that know their product and take time to help you even if it's chaotic all around us. I would highly recommend shopping at any of the outlets here.

Recommend more maps/directories because I have only been to Denver Premium a few times and usually directly to a single store, so unfamiliar with the layout. Shopping there yesterday for my teens I was looking for a directory so that we weren't spending too much time wandering around in the heat and poor air quality. The Coach store here is great! Wonderful layout and good prices. I had bought a purse in Florida on vacation last week and when I got home the dogs chewed up the strap! I went into this store to see about purchasing a new strap. They didn't have any replacements for the exact one but showed me some other options and let me know there were more choices online. I looked at what they had and opted to try online to get my exact color. One of the employees (probably a manager or some other lead role) Jessica or Lindsey I forget her exact name, brought out a strap from a damaged purse and gave it to me free of charge! It doesn't match, and I'll still need a new one, but it works for the time being and was also 100% a solid thing for her to do. I really appreciate and it just makes me that much more loyal to Coach!

Great to have an outlet mall in Thornton however, shops need to up their game a bit and stock better. One thing I noticed today, October 25th 2019, which did not sit well with me was while walking up to the mall we noticed that the American flag was flying lower than the Colorado state flag. I’m usually never picky BUT...know your flag etiquette!!!! NOTHING flys over the American flag.

With it being an outdoor mall it is very chilly going from store to store and means a little more cover over the walkway for badd weather conditions otherwise it's a very nice mall the food court has good food and is always clean

Not too bad and has great stores but I have two big beefs (really more 1 and a half)....the fact they have a Starbucks but stores don't allow drinks inside is extremely frustrating additionally there's no place to get a beer....word of advice husband's wallets get looser as the more beer they ingest

They're okay. Nothing special. Many of the stores show big markdowns, but outlet stores are usually lower-quality versions of the regular store's merchandise. No huge discounts to be found.

Love this place! The coach outlet is amazing. Reminds me of the outlet stores in Las Vegas. The stores are clearly marked on the outside so if you park by the sign you can be assured you are close to the store you are looking for. Crocs store has normal priced Crocs but run great soecials like buy 2 get 1 free. Definitely worth shopping especially if you are looking for name brand.

Fun new mall for thornton. Pretty lame of the mayor to want to call it "Denver" outlets instead of Thornton. Thought this would be something to bring the name thornton to more people. Castle Rock wasn't a big place when I was little. The only thing I knew about castle rock is that it had outlets. It wasn't called south Denver outlets. So as you can see my only real issue with this place is the name. Playground is great, my 18 month old loves it but a place for her to come as she grows also.
