There are a variety of stores and restaurants in this location. I love the Sam's Club it's always fully stocked and with it being so close to the Army base it's a great place for our military families to stock up on supplies. The Walmart is a plus as well as the new Ashley furniture store. There is so much more to choose from. It's like a one stop shop. Furniture, Food, Clothes, Phones etc.

Big box and discounters" paradise. Heavily trafficked. Getting in and out can be a bit of a pain. Stores are basic but with plentiful parking. Access roads around the shopping center desperately need repaving. Go during off-hours for a more pleasant shopping experience.

Popped into the Dollar Tree and got exactly what I needed. As of 4/22/22 (Happy Earth Day 😃) I was here waiting for my bus to leave out. Today (7/15/22) I went to Walmart and got some great items. There's a markdown on sneakers and sandals as you can see by the pics. I've been wanting the Avia sneakers and I'm so glad I grabbed them at $5. As of today (9/26/22) I was able to get everything on my shopping list for Walmart. I also found clearance prices for underwear, shorts and sleepwear.

Was at the dollar tree. The cashier was so busy and they were extremely filled with customers. Eventhough a customer was rude and loud demanding another register be opened so she didn't have to wait the cashier kept her cool. She was going pretty fast, yet she took time to smile and greet incoming customers as well as checking us out.. She was a joy. Good job!!!!

I go to Palmetto Pain Mgmt here, and couldn't be happier they built this bldg so no longer overflowing old parking lot! The aesthetics of the building are tranquil & calming, beautifully designed ~ both in the corridors, inner courtyard, and office spaces. First business bldg I'd love to mimic in my home?!

Really professional staff. Had great experience and that's saying something when you're getting your eyes examined. They didn't even dilate them which was a big relief. The doctor that performed the check up was extremely efficient. Forgive me but I'm horrible with names or I'd give him his proper due. Definitely in a follow up. The saleswoman who I purchased my prescription framesfrom was great. Telling me that it was time for me to graduate from the Dollar Tree reading glasses and get some legit frames. My insurance covered a good 80%fortunately. I'll be picking up my frames sometime tonight. Can't wait. Definitely a good investment of time, energy and money.

There is good parking for how busy it is, however, traffic flow canbe very chaotic. If people treated each other with kindness and allowed people to enter & exit it wouldn't be so bad but it's as though everyone wants to be the first one to go, so not allowing others to get through creates a lot of issues throughout the whole shopping center.

I like this this little area! It's busy but it's still easy to get in and out of. Around 5 it can get a little backed up with traffic, but what place doesn't. I like the shopes here and i usually end up coming to this area about once a week I like driving around in here. The cook out here of course is very delicious as are the other restaurants in this plaza. All in all a good plaza to come to.

Just picking up meds from Publix but its my go to grocery store for fresh fruits and veggies along with a great deli. Their premade salads and entrees are delicious too. My Cobb Salad today was as good as any 4 star restaurant!!!!

I encountered very nice people and had a wonderful time. The place was buzzing and had lots of business. It had a variety of stores and once I can go shopping. And the food and most of the restaurants was delicious. The only one I did not like was the Pancake House.

Like a lot of strip shopping centers this one is kind of showing signs of going downhill . Fatz cafe is gone . And some of the shops have closed or moved out , the shops that replaced them are okay but not very exciting . Starting to see people hang around there that you know are not interested in shopping there. There's no security or anybody that even checks on the shops .

I visited Walmart and McDonald's in the Plaza where service at both places were friendly somewhat and quick. Lady at customer service help line was a little bit snippy but she seemed to be ok at her job so... There are a lot more department stores to visit there and I plan on getting around to them all eventually.

I have no idea what east forest plaza is, to be perfect honest. If it is the circle k like it says in the picture, it is one of the most places I've been to. You may notice I omitted the best or worst in the previous statement. It is because I have a feeling people don't rear my reviews to the end so it will be in my overall rating. Now for my informative/confusing/entertaining story. I walked in once and the hot dog machine was going crazy, so many people there. So I wondered what was going on and realized that someone made a mistake with the pricing and could not get through the wall of people there. Very funny so I got my hot dog and left. My overall rating: very good and the people usually are highly competent.

I usually don't shop on weekends but I needed some pet supplies. Walmart was not busy this Sunday at 10AM. The shelves were extremely barren because most of the customers shopped Fri and Sat and the store had not recovered since, hence the reason for only 3 stars.

This so-called "mall* is going to blow your mind. It's like visiting a ghost town (with so many vacant shops, restaurants, etc) but the stores that are there keep this place alive. Parking is a bit weird - mainly on a steep hill where you hope your brakes won't give out while your shopping - but it's well worth the trip.

This is a fair size strip mall anchored on one end by Sam's Club and Walmart on the other end. It is conveniently located on I-77 at exit 12. There a couple of options for restaurants and a Sam's gas stztion. This would be a good stop for travelers especially those on long trips. Also, there are several fast food places very near by. In an update, there have been some shops close oand others take their place. US Patriot has open a fair large location. They feature military type gear. The fast food and other food options have note changed very much.

The shops are nice. I enjoy the Fresh Market for my Calamari and Sushi . Fresh rolls and Flowers. The wine 🍷 Selection is very nice. Imported beer 🍺. I also enjoy Publix and their wonderful Employees . The selections are nice. Wine 🍷 🍺 selection are nice. The Pharmacist are very helpful. Their cakes I the bakery are delish!!!! You should come on over try these little shops out for yourself. Oh by the way nice Restaurants are located here. If you needed to mail something off after you shopped. I like the shopping centers here. They have good parking space and its always busy. I've shopped in just about all of the shops in this plaza and overall all of the shops seem to have adequate staff and reasonable prices.

I go there for Sams club. The people are genuinely nice and helpful. As far as the plaza itself, it's kind of awkward getting in and out of there. Alot of congestion. There are several large stores and restaurants so alot of patrons. Watch out for other drivers and drive like you have some sense yourself.

Shopping at Sam's club while passing through Columbia SC. Parking lot was a bit confusing as my gps turned me into the shopping center and said I had arrived but I still couldn't see Sam's club. Wasn't sure which way to go once I was there. No signs designating where stores were located. Finally saw it and was a bit easier getting out. Sam's club was good as always and got what I wanted and a couple of items I didn't know I wanted.

Wal-Mart & Sam's in the East Forest Plaza are clean and friendly. Stay away from Walmart on TwoNotch Rd. It is nasty as can be. Especially the scan check out area. So dirty, the scanner malfunctions regularly

A solid shopping center off the interstate it's got a lot of different store variety and places to eat shop and even buy video games or get your nails done. I've been to the Subway, Sam's Club, Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Little Panda Express several times and haven't had a bad experience at any of them. The main gripe is that it's layout is somewhat confusing. People who have never been to the shopping center are going to get turned around often, and not know where to go to get to certain places. This problem seems to get worse at night.

Decent shops and food, horrible parking. The roads around the shops and parking lots around some of the staple fast food places are hazardous to your health. I'd say you're better off parking at Walmart and walking to McDonald's or Chick Fil A, but then you'd need to pass the terrible roads and local (and not local) drivers. One of the few Walmart stores which is not open 24 hours a day, but Pancho's is great and has decent parking. Fatz is decent and there is 9 rounds gym which is a great place for working out. If the drivers and parking lot/road layouts here weren't as terrible as they are, this place would be great.

This is a really nice shopping center. It is home to Starbucks, Fresh Market, Original House of Pancakes, Anthropologie, J Crew, Francesca’s, Stein Mart, Loft, Publix, Chico, Chipotle and many more. There are lots of options for shopping as well as food. There is a jewelry store, Lululemon, frozen yogurt and boutique stores.

Shopping Smorgasbord This is a large sprawling conglomeration of strip malls. Included in the mix are Wal Mart, Sam's Club, Pay Less Shoes, Dollar Tree, Cato, and Game Stop. There are more, but I haven't been in them and don't remember the names. For food, on site there are McDonald's, Chic Fil A, Fatz Cafe, and Ci Ci's pizza, as well as Sub Way, America's Best eyeglasses, and Cost Cutters hair salon. Adjacent are Wendy's, Pancho's, Golden Corral, Sonic, Cookout. Nearby are 2 motels and an extened stay facility with kitchens, as well as Public Storage, Petco, and Panera Bread. It is right off the interstate and a short distance from Fort Jackson army base. Ground has been broken on several new facilities, but I don't know what at this time.
