Reviews of Charleston Town Center
Nicholas Moon
A blast from the past! Not a whole lot of these malls left. It reminds me of the early 2000’s. You pay for parking, but stay as long as you like, three levels, they also have a little WVa music hall of fame. Fun way to kill an hour!
Amanda
It looks so much different than it did back in the day. I saw a sign on the side briefly about demolition. I haven’t kept up with any details on what’s happening to the mall lately. The inside looks great with stories of Charleston covering up what used to be stores that are now gone.
Mark and Mary Beth Wunderlich
Not much to see unless you're clothes shopping. There is a nice WV Hall of Fame music display. There's a museum across from it but it was closed when we were there. There was an art exhibit too that was nice.
Judy Hanning
Great place to walk all seasons. Sad to see it like it is now compared to what it was when it was new. There are still some stores there though. It is being kept very clean by the staff. Security is present esp. early morning. I hope they build it back up but....
Lawless Love
Your smile is very beautiful inside it carries very calming atmosphere definitely relaxing and entertaining to say the least not one turn is the same. The shops or laid out differently since there's plenty to see to explore and a lot of nice prices wasn't high-priced like I was expecting a lot of the Sales ,must go see.!
Misty McCune
We came here for dinner. The stores were closed at 8 on a Saturday. Hot Topic was open, but we didn't go inside. The mall is definitely not what it used to be.
Dave B
Food court had a decent selection for all six of us. Many empty units but still a good variety. Parking at $1.75 seems unnecessary but that may be the only thing keeping the place open.
Joseph Kinder
All your shopping needs met in one location. No need to spend hours running around looking for the perfect gift. It's a one stop shopping experience.

The Charleston Town Center is a dying novelty. I remember as a child it was one of my favorite places to go. All the things and people I would see. My grandmother would toss me $20 and let me loose, I felt like I won the lottery. Today, the Town Center just needs some love. It’s empty most of the time, with most of its shops closing down or already closed. I feel like if the community just sprinkled some love onto the Town Center it could be the building it once was yet again.
Diane Midkiff
Havnt been there for a long time so was really surprised not alot of stores like there use to be. I can remember to find a spot in the parking garage I had to go up above the 2nd floor ,not this time there was all kinds of spots
Sam
As a guy that likes shopping, this is a nice little spot.
In regards to the mall here, it's enormous. Three floors of stores and plenty of variety. On the street level, tons of restaurants to choose from and places to go.
This is right next to the Hilton, so if you're staying there, definitely go give it a look.
tbertino402
So many closed storefronts. Worth the trip for the West Virginia Music Museum and the Artists Cooperative.
Todd Spencer
Had a great time. It's very hurtful and sad to see the mall the way it is today. All boarded up very few stores are there. The people in Charleston have no where to shop
Tony Guzman
Just cut through the mall to eat and on the way to the convention center. Seems to be going through renovations and its looking great. Many of the stored are occupied. Recommended
Phillip Martin
This mall is very quaint and interesting. Passed by for 30 years each time on the way towards Virginia and never knew this existed til recently! I wish there were more shops. However, there's plenty of space for walking and exploring on a day trip from Ohio.
Frank Cicero
It was nice, really enjoyed the county hall of fame and museum
logan f
Lots of cool places to shop, and great food!
Love the weekend concerts🤘 …
Julia Shanks
Friendly atmosphere but most stores spaces are empty
Shelby Gallion
Mainly go to eat at Hawaiian chicken love the food and get big quantity at descent price
Lake Erie Tool and Mold
Enjoyed the area, the mall is good for a shrinking city.
Lorie Dabson
Miss going to the Town Center Mail. So many shops are closed. With it was like back in the day.
Robert “Andy” Erwin
Went to build a bear,excellent service.wheelchair accessible.
Darren Kirkbride
Great place to go for concerts etc. The only drawback is they really need more bathrooms.
MOHAMMED DALOWAR HOSSAIN
Love this place very clean, food court is awesome specially Hawaiian Chicken
Jen Butcher
Old mall but still has my favorite stores, like Aeropostale and Vision works!
Lynne Petrik
Hickory Farms unfortunately is not in the mall this year but please come visit us at South Ridge Shopping Center 2824 Mountaineer Blvd. in South Charleston next to Petland.
Shelia Buss
Sadly there aren’t many stores there but the stores that are… they are clean and well maintained! Food court is fantastic and some great choices. I’m still searching for the disabled entrance from the parking garage?!?
Jackilyn Coles
Well a lot of things has changed at the mall but some people still shop Thier
dave lowe
This place use to be an excellent mall, now it's obvious that no one cares! Idk if southridge ruined this place or not, but it sure didn't help. The stores are half empty, what stores are there are rarely open (Lids) and the employees are very rude! Hopefully someone can save this place before it's too late
tumble 99
Was a fun mall to spend some time
David Cecil
So many closed places it would be nice if there were a lot more shopping places. so many have left the area already.
George Carden
Love going, started spending more time and money.
Trey Burwell
It’s representative of the rest of the state, sadly. I hate to see it the way it is. This mall has so much potential. It’s in the biggest city in the state and has the novelty of being the largest downtown mall on this side of the country, but the owners do nothing to promote it among West Virginians. No marketing campaigns. No new businesses. Only losses.
I hope we don’t lose it altogether. I hope someone or something new is somehow able to breathe new life into it. It needs it.
Flawl355 W.
I like going to the Charleston Town Center, it is convenient, as far as multiple stores in one place. To me, it doesn't have the same feel to it as it used to. It would be nice to see it change for the better.
Shelly Ree
Bring back the mall we once knew!!! Don't let it fade away. So sad to see so many empty spaces. The mall is beautiful and could be amazing again. We would support it. We drive from out of town to visit Town Center and seems like every visit something else has closed. You have a gem here and has so much potential. Bring back arcades and toys stores. Grab up some anchor stores. Make it what it used to be and they will come!!
Jimmyjam 88
I loved working for Forest City, Charleston Town Center. Would be proud to do it again. I truly miss the people I worked with. Mall Management is amazing. The Maintenance staff is amazing world class. Would love to see the Mall improve. The Mall needs a fresh new line of stores. And no offence to Mall Management, The Security needs to improve (big time). Some store Managers still call me to this day about problems that they are having. Beef up Security people will feel safer. Safer means more business. More business means more money, More money means new businesses looking to rent. Why is that? The foot traffic coming in for the new businesses.
Stefen Bowen
I've been going to this mall for 33 years. It's in a very serious state of decline do to the previous owners negligence. More than half the stores have closed. The others are doing one's best to hang on. Crime has gotten terrible. The city and new owners are doing what they can to bring business back.
Kari Michelle
I really like this mall. It just sucks because Victoria's Secret and several other stores have closed there. There weren't even that many people there when I went besides in the food court. The elevators make it so easy when you have little ones and strollers.
Andrew “Andy” holt
Speaks for itsself but you can see more if ya viait
Thomas Hess
This place used to be amazing back in the '80s and early '90s, but time and the internet has all but destroyed this once amazing facility. There's still some cool shops in there and good places to eat.
Jeffrey Trexler
Nice mall with few stores
stephanie hairston
Sad to come home to Wv and see where all the stores have closed down. This used to be the spot!
Amy Loring
There are hardly any stores left. It's like a ghost town on first floor. I went to Tmobile and then to the food court. The workers at Tmobile were very nice and helpful and the food I purchased at the food court was fresh, hot and delicious. I would go back to both places again.
Lilly Mae Gill
Went to grab some dinner before heading home🤤😋Chicken Teriyaki with fried rice and veggies is the best! …
Lillian Woodruff
I’ve bought many things at this mall, and food. It’s the best mall around besides the Huntington Mall. My family goes here, and we have amazing experiences. This mall is definitely a five star.
Amanda Ramocki
Great for shopping and looking at things
Driving Critic
Outback Steakhouse is definitely the best steak in town. Guaranteed the best filet mignon and garlic mashed potatoes you've ever had. The baked potato soup is also outstanding! I was thinking of taking a picture but I had to try that beautiful steak and was halfway interested in sharing with you because it was so delicious!😋👍♥️🙏 …
Melissa McMillion
Didn't have a bad experience, just very sad seeing all the closed stores and businesses locked up. We were still able to go school shopping and got everything we needed, just not a huge variety of stores left. Seems that the mall type of shopping experience is fading away.
S G
Nice mall, not as dead as other malls but also dying unfortunately. Too many vacancies and Macy's has gone. Beautiful three story open space with a glass elevator and fountain in the center, hope they find good use for the building when it goes. Top floor food court is nice, it overlooks the center.
Joy Rose
Charleston, WV doesn't even have a Sears anymore. All of the good stores have left the mall. There's not much for teens to do in the area.
Ellen George
I used to love this mall as a kid but it has really gone downhill, the bottom floor in particular. The local art gallery is really nice but most of the other storefronts on the sides of the mall are empty. It really makes me sad to see such a beautiful mall falling to the times and the shift to online shopping. If you are in the area and looking for a place to eat the foodcourt is pretty nice but be aware the parking garage costs $1.75
Judy Shackett
Alot of the stores are gone. Like a big ghost town. Was not crowded. Handicapped parking was great and easy to access
Jen Card
They're remodeling....new flooring going in now
So many shops when most malls are shutting down this one is inviting love the holiday lights plenty of choices in food court and the street side dinning definitely a plus
Stacey Hammons
I remember the days when I woukd have to go to top floor of garage just to find a parking space and now, thats all you see. Empty parking spaces. It's so sad to see this Mall so empty. Not many stores left. The picnic area has maybe half the amount of restaurants now.
Laeeq Ahmed
Its right next to the Mall. There is a parking fees for events. Place is big and properly marked. Our visit was good except for the prices of food and drinks which were pretty high.
Brenda Kay “KayBaby” Brockett
Alot of the shops are currently empty but it still holds.most of the charm I remember from when I was a teenager....however, I really kiss the indoor waterfall.
Robbie Iorno
Just the dead empty mall, most stores are boarded up and what is there closes very early.
Very disappointing seeing this is the capital of West Virginia you'd expect something anything a little bit more
Edward Rutherford
We live in an age where malls are mostly in decline and pandemic certainly hurt them all. This mall is doing better than most.. lots of stores.. some with a local flavor.. Great restaurants.. and easy parking.
Angela Moonchild
As always love this place. Go to Build a bear for my daughter's birthday every year. From Parkersburg but make the trip to shop every other month is worth it.
Ryan N
It would be better if maybe there were more shops to choose from. It seems like half the mall is empty spaces and the attendance is low on regular days when there's no special events or concerts going on nearby. It's sad to see, but when rent for a 3'×6' kiosk is 900$ a month, I can see why more businesses closing up there and going elsewhere
Mari Clements
So many closed shops. It's really quite sad...
Stephanie Cabell (Steph)
As a whole I'd say the mall is ... satisfactory. It's not nearly as "full" or busy as it used to be, but it still has your basic mall stores & a decent food court.
Sunshine “Sunshine” Smiles
Well Google is offering me some bonus points to update my review here and the mall has changed so much that it seems overdue. The mall has really fell off. Most of the stores have closed and a lot of the ones left have some pretty expensive stuff, even during the sales they run.
Chris Shortridge
Very clean, and professional shops within the mall. Variety is good. But clothing shops take up a good majority of space within this mall. If your an out of towner, know that access to park in the garage, which is connected to this mall. Is at a rate of a one time payment of $1.75.
Queen_of_the_Darkness
It is very sad of the last 10 years that I've lived here that I have had to watch this mall go down. There are some stores inside of their that are still thriving however the majority of stores are closing. It would be nice if there was more people in the area who were shopping and not people who were just stopping in the stores to look or steal. I don't even think the food court is really open any longer. It may be but there's definitely not a lot of business going on up there
Sierra Miller
So many of the store fronts are empty. I was fine with the stores available as we weren't there long. I was happy with our food at Chikfila and my drink from the Starbucks.
Anita Clinton
Stores closing makes the mall look desolate. Most stores don't open til 11.
Donald Erdman
The first time in 9 years that I had been here. It was a ghost mall! Covid has all the stores closed! So sad! I pray to see a comeback! The mall can be Tricky to locate the parking due to one way streets. However Google definitely helps get you to the right place. Hopefully this helps.
Alesa Mccoy (Fussycat)
Love it. Need the ot6stores to come back again..
Jay Bradley
It's nice place , I miss Sears but the food market looks okay . And it looks like they have cleaned up the riff raff out of there. It's really nice to walk there too . See a lot of older people walking. All in all it's cool
Jennifer Blankenship
Although the actual mall and Starbucks was open everything else was closed at 9am on a Wednesday morning. So we attempted later and there just wasn't much in there- variety wise.
Leandria J
I've shopped here since I was a teenager, plenty of stores come and go but I still feel like they have some nice options for your shopping needs! A large portion of the shopping options are smaller stores that you don't find just anywhere and they carry items that are not available at most of your local strip malls! I do wish they had a few more anchor stores like Macy's, but considering that these types of stores are struggling to survive against online shopping, I think the town center is still a great place to shop!
nicole petti
Not a ton of stores, but the ones that are there are great!
Mario Dotson
I’m miss the old mall and I’m going to miss the mall so much when it’s gone, it was a part of my childhood
J K C
The Mall has always been a very nice place. I hate seeing the stores leaving and hoping better stores replace them. I heard the reason Macy's left had something to do with the new Mayor of Charleston. When Macy's left, well that's when most everything left.
Thomas Morgan
As far as malls go it's not bad but it's not in its heyday anymore. Lost most anchor stores and could stand a freshening up. Maybe a barber shop a dollar tree. and a kitschy hipster store with retro swag and awful craft IPAs. It does have nice restaurants at both ends. Also, the food court thrives there while many have died elsewhere
Nikk Nakk
It's really the focal point of main stream shopping in this and surround area its Def had better days but it's making a come back and I gave fond memories of this mall from high school
Sarah Fox
Not what used to be
Less stores
I enjoy the USPS PO
Joshua Fisher
The Town Center Mall used to be a real attraction but over the past few years even though the mall has made some major renovations retailers keep closing leaving more and more vacancies. It is still worth visiting as there are still several great retailers holding on.
Lisa
Just not the same as it used to be.
There's more closed stores than one that are actually open.
kim romine
More stores to choose from than our hometown. Nice day trip!
Austin Boyd
The building is spectacular, however they've have forced out most of the affordable eateries. Online shopping is quickly closing the doors here. Their needs to be plan for a repurposing of this building into one of entertainment, and fast.
Lee Green
Always been a great mall to shop at. Really hoping that they can get this mall turned around and acquire more businesses to come. It’s a beautiful building inside. It has much potential!
Glakhmed alAnzi
The mall is always clean and aesthetically, it's really nice, especially after the remodel a while back. The problem is the hardline uncompromising stance of the owners. Every time I go in there, the mall seems more and more like a ghost town.
James
Sadly a mere shadow of the grand mall it was in the 1980's. Has lost all of its best stores and seems headed toward a slow death. Starbucks and center court is a pleasant space to relax but, the mall is definitely on the way down.
Debbie Kerns
Many stores have closed their doors, so if you are looking for a particular store, you'd better call before going. Nothing like it was several years ago.
John K
A lot of shops have left. Sad
Gilbert Hernandez
Went to Tide Water restaurant and like always, no complaints here. Oyster on a half shell and jerked shrimp hits the spot.
Cas S
Very nice mall. Plenty of good shops, cute Niche shops, with some great anchor stores such as Macy's and Penney's. They're 2 and 1/2 levels. With a small food court on the third level and other nice restaurants on the lower level. Parking is cheap. There's plenty of parking. You just have to familiarize yourself with where to park or you could be doing a lot of walking. Nice holiday decorations quiet a few police officers and security officers walking around. People are friendly and very helpful.
Bethany Sullivan
Haven't been in a LONG time- new shops, enjoyed the change. Not a lot open due to C19.....and hours are different for each store, as of right now. (6/12/21)
Jessica Rucker
Took my daughter for her 9 bday celebration that’s all she wanted and she had a great time! Wasn’t to crowded like before. Didn’t have any trouble parking. Stores all had good sales.
Terry Jean Nichols
I enjoyed the food court. I shopped at the Hallmark store for Snoopy items. I visited JC Penney's but I didn't buy anything.
Steven McKinley
Over half of the stores are closed, only reason I went there was for JC Penney's, and they were great, lots of stuff extremely discounted and on sale, spent $83 on what would have been $350 with combined clearance prices and a 30% off coupon from online. Very pleased with Penney's, the mall, overall, not pleased.
Brock Martin
There's hardly any stores left
Erika Frazier
All kinds of stores under one roof what's not to like. Plus they have a food court with some really great restaurants on the entire 3rd floor. Not to mention they have several eat-in what I call fancy smancy restaurants on the outside or right through the front doors either side. They have Outback Steakhouse, Chilli's, Tidewater Grill and a really really nice Steak House called The Chop House. The only thing I truly miss here is that Dairy Queen, they left a couple years ago and that made me so mad.
Tracy Hart
The Town Center is always clean. Always decorated very pretty. 3 levels. Good food court. I like the Town Center. I remember the day it opened. I wish stores would stay.
William Catus
Still is a great place to shop. I found a watch band there that I would have had to order on line. If u need a watch band go to Dakota's on the first floor and let the MARINE Corps vet (Robert W) take care of you
ROCHELLE MCCRAYER
I like the Charleston Town Center Mall especially the Torrid store. There is a nice selection of eateries in the Food Court.
Trenton Dulaney
The town center gives off an errie sense of a time and place reminiscent of the 90s. The food vendors on the 3rd floor fight for your affection offering samples. The food offered is good and the stores rarely crowded. It seems the only real issue with this dystopian reminiscent altar to 90s shopping is that every store has an outlet, which allow people to drive up to the store and park at the door -without paying of course.
Taylor Swanson
It's a simple mall with some things to be brushed up on but its recent rennovation has made it once again the best place to shop downtown if you want the "in" items. The food court is nice but definitely needs more variety.
Chet Michael Shoemaker
It a huge mall, but you have to pay to park. I'm sad they took down the three story waterfall and the carpeted the second floor yuck. Very little in the food court any more but it's still a nice mall
I love the Sephora.
Michael Scherer
Few shopping options but it's good see the mall is still well maintained.
Mike Tipton
Nice center of town mall and recently renovated.
UPDATE Mall still not dead yet! Doing better than most. Support to keep alive!
UPDATE 2-6-2021 Looks like the dying process has begun! Lots of empty stores now. Doesn't look promising.
Daniel Foster
The Charleston town center had so many shopping varieties. Not even to mention that the third level of the mall was dedicated to nothing but good, which also made navigation easier and kept my hungry stomach from distracting me when shopping. The bathrooms were most well kept bathrooms that I have ever seen in a public area. The mall was well maintained and everywhere I had visited were filled with overwhelmingly nice people to my surprise.
Summer Cummings
The only downfall in the mall was that a lot of stores were closed (im sure due to covid) & we spent way too much money, lol. Other than that it was a great time, & the Starbucks here was amazing!!
Becky O'Toole
Pretty good size mall, pay to park. Typical mall stores. We visited during the holiday season and the Santa setup was amazing! I loved that they make it "snow" inside it's quite adorable.
Misty Dawn Grose
Love the Town Center! Makes us sad that there are so many of its stores having to close bc the pandemic has put them in hardship! The Town Center once was the most 'happening' shopping experience. Let's try to bring back its pizzazz in lite of the historical pandemic that has swept across our nation, state, & town!
Tim Boggs
It's sad to see this place loose its luster. But it's still a nice place to shop the limited stores left now.
Mandy Eaton
I had fun and it was a great experience
Josh Gilmore
No riff-raffs allowed. Only two restrooms but they are strategically located so they are easy to get to and they are kept clean. This would be 5 stars if they had a Macy's.
Chad Johnson
I hadn't been to Charleston Town Center in a while (over a year mainly due to COVID). Since I was in Charleston today, I decided to walk over and look around. The mall is still rather clean and has a pleasant atmosphere as I remembered it. There are still quite a few shops, some new even. It is sad to see some shops are gone. The pandemic plus online shopping has been devastating to some degree. Even so, Charleston Town Center is still doing a good job.
Miranda Rhodes
I love going to the mall it's very sad to see so many of the shops closing but I enjoyed my time there it was clean everyone was friendly
Amber B
Always loved the mall since I was a little girl for the big fountain. Worked in the mall for a couple years for a few different stores. Got to love the night night maintenance crew. Miss those days. And Teavana. But it ist a pretty good mall, wuth a wide variety of stores. The food court always has top notch food. Would recommend for most needs
Clarice Boyden
I love this mall. I just wish the stores that shut down would return. I love the Greek place that serves Gyros. You can't find Gyros that good anywhere in the United States.
Ashlea Collins
The guy who sells phone cases across from AT&T on the 2nd floor was extremely rude. I was looking in the cases and he yelled at me for opening the case that was already open when we went up there. He needs to be fired! You want someone that is nice to all customers not rude. Plus, he was on his phone the entire time. We went down to the first floor and the guy who was selling phone cases there was very nice. He sold me a great case and was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and the cashiers in the stores were nice also. I think they need to train the people working at Starbucks a little more though. The messed up my order.
2lagittoquit heyhey
Great place to shop. Still thriving. Remember, Walmart up southridge has more crimes committed there and in the area in a few days than the town center has in a month. Lots of hoopla surrounded this place, it's bologna. Enjoy this mainstay while u can!
Rayna Crawford
Loved shopping here!! Such cute decorations over the holidays!! I like the food court, and I got sone awesome stuff during a great sale!! Plenty of convenient parking.
Chris C
I'd rather take a beating than go here. Place is becoming a ghost town and with all the transients in and about the mall, I really don't wanna risk being caught alone there. The CTC was great in the 80s and 90s and okay in the 00s, but lately not so much. There are more stores leaving then going in.
Cindy Bragg
Even though the Town center is becoming somewhat of a ghost town, there are still stores I like to visit; I've made friends in several of them. I love the pizza at Sbarro's, nice, courteous employees.
Rashelle Stiltner
Panera was great. I got to enjoy my coffee and get some of my college assignments done in a comfortable and quiet environment. Charleston Town Center is a nice place to shop and dine!
David Walker
Compact mall on three levels with lots and lots of stores. Food court is rather generic and needs a few more additions, but there are several large chain restaurants around the perimeter of the mall at street level. There are two massive parking garages on opposite sides of the mall, so remember which one you're in by taking a picture or writing down the color-level and street name, or what stores were at the entrance you came in at. Parking is a fixed price at $1.75 for all day as of this writing. Nice center-court area with a small fountain with relaxing areas.
Yahweh Yahweh
I walked through the Town Center Mall and there were new stores where the old ones closed. I must say the ambiance was pleasant and it smelled so good. It made me feel good to see change when it was fear that it was closing.
Tumcy Jones
Is not very much in the mall but you can get a cheap eyelash
Joseph Kinder
A delightful place to take the whole family.
Dawnette Watts
My most holidays shopping experience. As one of the very first very active 1983 Consumer Board members, I take great pride and joy in the creative Christmas atmosphere for my self, family and friends to do all of our Christmas shopping, eating and sipping on a warm drink from Center court’s Starbucks. Visits with Santa just too off the magical love felt in this holiday seasons since 1983. Lots of top brand stores with a array of special and unique gifts for everyone on my Christmas list. I love and support the Charleston Town Center especially this time of year but throughout the year. It’s as magical as it was when I first began my modeling and leadership skills in 1983 and a Christmas tradition I intend to remember and recreate each Christmas here in Charleston Town Center even now that I’m 50 years ol
Katie Adkerson
Cool mall. Way bigger than I thought it was going to be. We loved the giant Christmas ornaments hanging from the ceiling, very festive. My husband and I loved this mall when we were there visiting from Idaho
Kayla Skidmore
They have a good selection of stores, but several of the bigger ones are going out of business (Sears, etc.). I also wish parking wasn't so expensive (nearly $2), but it's the cheapest parking for events. On a normal day, though, it's annoying.
Aaron Bennett
Not the best time to go 6/2020 due to covid alot of stores still haven't opened. The mall itself is very clean and nice to walk around. Some hidden treasures inside would recommend going. In a few mothns
Rick Black
Its your basic mall. The nice thing is that you get to always get to see something new due to the fact that the stores change so frequently. The foot chases of shoplifters can also be quite entertaining, the lower level on the transit end is the best area to catch those since the scum head for their safe haven via that exit. Also the best area to be solicited to purchase guns or drugs if you're interested in that sort of thing while you're shopping.
Elizabeth Howard
I want to be fair to the CTC of today and refrain from comparing it to the CTC of the past. Today's CTC still has friendly associates in the various stores, still has a fair parking garage ($1 75 for all day or metered parking available) and is clean and tidy. Security was present and welcoming, the food court has a decent variety of choices and there is still one remaining anchor store, JC Penney,
There is a decent variety of small shops on the two floors, but there are so many empty spaces and a feeling of emptiness in general. I was there at lunch time yet it was so empty of shoppers that many associates were outside the business simply for lack of anything better to do.
The CTC heyday is long past, I'm afraid. Still, it was a good day with my daughter, who is too young to know it any other way.
Barbara Anderson
Went to Penny's. Found a nice top and some Capris. Then had lunch at Tide Water Grill. It is upscale . But busy. So not really happy with our server. Not so attentive . Food was ok.
Cari Burns
Food court was the best part. Many shops are closed or the spaces are empty. It is a very sad looking mall.
Jessica Christian
Great concert, good show, clean facilities despite huge crowds, slightly overpriced concessions
Vyn Davis
Everytime I'm here I reminisce about the 90's and early 2000's! I still get some stuff here and there from the mall every now and then. Just hope it will be brought back to life.
Tom Vasale
Charleston Town Center is well maintained but needs to be reimagined. Three of the original four anchor stores are gone; only J. C. Penny remains. Many of the smaller shops are gone. The Pandemic has been really hard for businesses. Maybe converting one of the anchor store locations to a residential tower would bring more people to the shops.
Chad Howell
Nice and spaced out. Tis the season. Masks everywhere.
Brittany lynn
This mall is always so clean and typically has something going on every weekend. Awesome stores, Victoria Secret, Bath and Body Works, Build a Bear.
Shaun Platthy
Used to be great, but the Charleston drug problem has been driving business out of there. Prices are pretty fair at most of the stores. Lots of stores actually have large discounts, presumably because there is less business. You dont need to worry about a crowd here anymore.
R. Chris Owen
Parking garage is so confusing to a first time visitor. No signs, ropes blocking the most direct path to the mall.
Dan Periard
This mall is pretty nice - we only made a quick stop on our way through, but there's a play area downstairs that the kids really enjoyed, and the food court is positioned so you can see the down to the bottom level.
Michael Mccormick
Nice place to go and shop.. A wide variety of shops, not so much at the eatery , as it use to be. Clean, and comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend a visit for out of towner's .
Robert Day
Very nice mall! Multiple floors with lots of different stores. There is tons of parking, The restrooms are clean and the food court is great with many choices.
Laura Wellstead
Good place to get an eye exam and buy eye glasses. Bigger stores are mostly gone. Parking is $1.75; pretty good food court.
Lauren
It's okay. I don't like having to pay for parking so I won't be frequenting this mall.
Pineapple Squad
Love the mall but there are a few things that need fixed ...the kiddie rides need fixed. ink in the photo booth, paid $5 for half printed pics. Other than that it's pretty amazing
James Bowe
So sad to see it dying. I helped open this mall way back when. I was a young man in college working part-time at Sears. I hope the new owners can save it.
Donald Tabor
Coffee at Starbucks and shopping shoes at Champs
Akasha (The Black Barbie)
truly a wonderful place to be so sad that Macy's is leaving bring back some old Town center with the trees and the greenery and valid back a little bit you don't need all this fancy fancy to make that place spectacular it was spectacular when you had The granary in just it looks like a place to be now it just looks very sterile but it is still a lonely place to shop
Jill Beaty
The mall has gone through upgrades that make it a nicer place to relax while others shop. However, it has lost a lot of key stores and seems to becoming more empty of places to shop.
Debby Kucera
It's a mall. You've seen one..... There was nothing special about it. No unique stores. It was clean and there were no riff raff hanging out on the day I visited. The police station is close and by the general look of the area, that's a good thing. It seems to be a little bit of a shady area. That's from the perspective of an out of towner.
John Butterworth
A well maintained and clean mall with lots of the national brands you'd expect. Great downtown location and easy parking. Take the short walk down Brawley Walkway to Capitol Street for a more local feel.
SEA
It’s always a pleasure to stop by the mall the family and I enjoy it all great places to shop in one spot
Brad “Hunter” Guyétte
Wasn't as bad as everyone said it was. I was told that it was near/edge of a bad part of Charleston and that the place had been taken over with gang like crowds and young "Thugs" causing trouble. I heard that from SEVERAL people and it has been on the news lately that it has been recently sold via foreclosure because of its failing. It was much nicer and newer than I thought and did not see any people or groups of people looking for trouble, however we got there at noon on a Sunday and most stores were still closed until 12:30 and we left around 1pm, so there wasn't many people there. I stopped at a jewelry store kiosk in the center and it had great prices and unique classy pieces of jewelry. Was really impressed. It's cost $1.75 for parking in a multi level garage. The mall is connected to hotels including the Marriott and close to several office buildings and the convention center.
Jocelyn McCumbers
The Charleston mall is an amazing place to go! The mall is open everyday 10:00AM to 9:00 PM. There is a huge variety of stores that you can go to! There is a candy store with many different types of candy! There are many different clothing stores like: Justice, American Eagle, Spencer's, Hollister and more! Located in the first floor is a build a bear workshop store. It is a great place to go to with family, friends and even to find gifts!
Tim Steinke
I don't actually understand what's going on at this mall... Stores are closing all the time, but at the same time, new, higher-end stores are opening here as well. I'm curious to see what happens to this mall once Sears is gone.
Amber Stevenson
This is the only mall to shop at in the area of which I am. Stores are changing. New and improved more current and future fashion forward clothing being sold. Moreover I have to mention that you have to pay for the latest trends, so for that matter prices are higher than what you have experienced in the same place only a few years ago.
Kimberly Lockwood
Had a blast running off some built up energy on a stormy day. Parking garage is cheap and connected to the mall. Stores are full and cashiers were friendly.
John
I hope some new stores will come back in business. There was so many stores that closed up. I hated that.
Robert B. Fish
So sad to see what used to be a great shopping destination in such shape. High vacancy rate. Hope they can recover.
Chris Kingery
Has definitely gone downhill. Instead of new stores coming in to replace everything that's left, several spaces have just become art installations. At this rate it'll be the Town Center Museum in 5 years.
Justin Bradley
Still as great as I remember it growing up
Malisa Malensek
This mall has a lot of stores to choose from, almost too many. That being said, they didn't have an Old Navy.
You have to pay to park so make sure you bring at least $5 cash.
Grant Snow
It saddens me to see a once booming mall slowly disappearing. Only about half the stores that were covering 3 floors are still open.
Sly Deskins
The mall, despite it's overall struggle to keep occupancy still remains clean and presentable. The food court is comfortable with ample seating and a decent variety of food outlets to choose from.
Melissa Davis
I went to get shoes and the salesman had little knowledge. Although he claimed to have done the work 10 years. And there was little help. But salesman number two hovered like we were tryi g to steal something
Evan Hornbeck
Everything but the food is mediocre honestly. Parking is kind of a pain since it's in the middle of Charleston. It's 1.75. Cash is definitely the easier method for it. Highly recommend Sbarro and Charlie's in the food court. The store selections are pretty much your average mall stores.
Amanda Broseus
This place is huge! So many stores offering shoes, clothing, hats, jewlery, accessories, snacks, personalized gifts, homegoods, etc. Very nice food court with many options, including some healthy ones which is nice.
Ayla White
I always love going to the Charleston Town Center Mall to go window shopping and get ideas for clothing ideas for myself.
Sam Holiskey
They have a pretty wide variety of stores and pretty convenient maps everywhere. It can be kind of hard to find a bathroom here, but the store staff are usually very nice and the wide variety means you can find whatever you're looking for.
Billy Cadle III
The mall is still and nice place to go-to and find about anything you need. I feel very comfortable there and will continue to go as I find brick and mortar stores is my favorite way to browse and shop .
Emily Barton
They should really get rid of the parking charge, would be more likely to go. They lose all the good stores and food places and escalators are always broken.
Kelly Crislip
Under construction, but nice. Looks like businesses were affected greatly by ridiculous COVID shutdowns.
Julie Blevins
The parking lot is unkept and dark. Park right next to the door on the food court and you shouldn't have a problem. We never have.
The Japanese at the food court is cooked right in front of you and is always delicious. It is inexpensive but that is just an extra plus.
Chicken terriyaki and fresh vegetables for less than seven dollars cannot be beat. I would pay double for this dish there.
Delish. 😊
NAPA 1
Decided to go shoe shopping figured I would try the shops at the Town Center, visited Rack Room Shoes found just what I needed, Timberland. The employees at Rack Room Shoes are awesome and we're very helpful, I will be shopping there again !!! 👍👍👍👍👍 …
Randy Swinford
Good place to shop. Parking is decent. Its a garage and cost 1.75. Bring cash for it. CC machine acts up. Inside is nice and lots of different styles to shop
Lois Quinn
Family friendly atmosphere. Nice variety of stores. It's really helpful to have multiple services + places to eat all together under one roof.
Emily Cyrus
A lot of the shops have closed but the ones still opened are awesome! Not a lot of options on the 3rd floor food court but the restaurants down on the 1st floor are wonderful!
A.J. Williams
This mall is boring nothing exciting to see or do
Juan Rosa
Who charges for parking? Only this mall on this state. There's barely no stores open and like 6 restaurants on the food court.
Alfred Jones
Beautiful and tranquil. Every thing you would need right under one roof. The only drawback that hurts this mall is its location: Downtown. No one likes to pay and park i a parking garage . On the other hand being downtown and comnected to the lovely upgraded Charleston Civic Center Arena & Convention Center is a plus
Randy Gillespie
I used to go to the town center mall a lot. The last few years I have difficulty walking and use a cane or rollator. What happened to all the benches they had for customers to take a break on. Oh, I forgot the mall was having a big problem with riff raff , homeless and drugs. Charleston police made several arrests and seems to have cleaned up the disagreable atmosphere. Went to Dakota Watch kiosk on the first floor. Rob the manager very helpful and when he's not there Wesley was a big help also. We had dinner at the Tidewater Grill, some changes since we were there last. The staff were very accomadating and the food was great. Never had a bad meal at Tidewater Grill. Recommend both businesses. I did finally find some benches at the entrance to J C Penny's 1st. Floor. If you have trouble walking, you better bring your own chair or rollator.
Anne Stover
So many stores have closed. It is no one's fault. The food section was FANTASTIC, THE PARKING WAS GREAT.
Beth Collins
Great place to go it's nice to see a mall still thriving with all the online shopping everyone is turning to. I love the nail place here, Panera bread, and the small shops in the middle.
Amanda Cooper
Need more stores for young adult females also it'd be helpful if their security guards never falsely accused my fiancee and even put his hands on him but my man was the one thrown outta mall and not allowed back.
J. Newman
The Hawaiian restaurant here is pretty great. Tons of food for about 8 bucks. One of the few good places at the mall.
David Givin
Honestly one of the barest malls I've ever been in. There are a lot of stores closed down, I'm assuming they're selling the building maybe but the stores that are open are very and it is very very clean in there
pn giles
Very clean mall, easy to get to and an interesting interior layout.. the only thing I dislike about this mall is the $1.75 fee for parking.. not that it's too high, but it's just inconvenient.
Sandy Guidroz
Charleston Town center opened its doors in 1983 on November 7th and I know this because I was working there then! And November 7th was my birthday that's why I remember it! Charleston Town center Mall is a great place to go shopping and meet with friends for dining or just coffee. It always looks festive during the holidays
Ted Abdalla
Big mall plenty of stores and parking banks post office wheel chair access to everything but three levels plenty of fast food a lot of restaurants nice places to eat and bars to meet people outdoor smoking areas
James Kelley
The mall seems to have improved under the new ownership; it seems safer, although there could be more stores.
Tim Scott
Jc penny along with some food
Its-Me-Chance
This is the only choice for up to the minute styles in one convenient location, honestly, for clothes and shoes for hard to shop for teenage kids or high maintenance people with a taste for higher end brand names..If you are the spare no expense on what you want or savvy in the new and now, or simply a regular teen or tween that wears what is typically in style with higher priced name brands. I personally dont spend more than I have to on anything, and I readily admit to the weakness of spoiling our 4 kids-- BUT I also try to teach that clothes are only as good as the person wearing them, and a great attitude can wear anything if you have confidence! But, without being naive, I know how mean other kids can be in judging by monetary value, and the ignorance adults can instill on their impressionable minds, so I try to point out what others seem to be wearing and find acceptable as "in style", but make it a point to teach appreciation to those providing for their needs.
You can catch sales on many instances, but I feel it is more often the case, too high for many items as this is the only choice, unless you shop online, to get any choice of styles and certain brands not found anywhere else. It is our only mall for at least 60+ miles or more, so we really have little choice in where to go clothes or tech shopping.Shoes is an obvious reason, as no other places have the brands or selection that the different stores in the Town Center has.
Leighann Fields
It's in financial trouble and their aren't as many options as their used to be but it's still a good place to shop. Most of the stores are reasonably priced and I like the nearest parking lot.
Hannah Harvey
Needs more stroller ramps. Can be a dangerous area for crime. A lot of good shops though I'd suggest the torrid, Starbucks, and teavana. If you're hungry I'd suggest the Hawaiian chicken
Marca Spencer
Most of the stores inside the mall is closed and moved out. Other the. That the restaurants are good and the people are nice
Cynthia Valentine
This is the local mall of Charleston. Small town. If you are traveling its worth a short stop just to say you did it and have something to do. Went to several shoe stores here. Prices are no different than anywhere else. Small mall.
Michelle Briest
Parking was difficult to get in and out. May just have been the 4th of July weekend traffic not sure. Took 30 minutes to get out because there were no personnel to direct traffic flow and only one exit.
Eliza BadPenny
There are a few places to eat of varying price ranges and types of food. Lots of different types of stores. Very few places to sit for a few minutes, other than the food court. The workers are very friendly and helpful.
Wendy Cornwall
Very clean large indoor mall. Easy parking. 1.75 for all day. The Teavanna store gal gave me a free matcha infused chai tea after she spent a lot of time explaining it. I bought Oprah's chai, matcha powder, and caramel almond amaretti I think that is the name. Walked up to eat in the bright open food Court lots of affordable choices. All the stores had very helpful lovely staff, especially at white barn.
Donna Zornes
Great food, fun and family 💞 …
E Ornelas
It's very nice, there's tons of stores and shops, not to many restaurants but it's still a very nice place to go to! The center was also clean and managed well.
Jordan Fridley
I enjoy going to Charleston Town Center. There are places to take your kids to play. Lots of stores to shop at! There's a variety of places to eat like Chick-fil-a, Chinese food, Pizza place, Taco Bell and so much more! Which can be found on the third floor. There's a Starbucks on the first floor with sitting area where you can hang out drink your coffee and finish up on work emails or relax and get some quiet time .
Joseph Hernandez
Always have a great experience at my local mall just very unhappy to learn that American Eagle is going under reconstruction and won't be back until the Spring....noooo why I live n breath American Eagle!!!🤩😭😍😂 …
Patrick Kelley
I remember going there when me and my family were coming back from the beach and we stay at the Charleston Marriott across the street and I could not believe how nice the place and it had so many shops and I saw this comic book and it had one of my favorite comic books and it was the Simpsons and it was a Bartman comic book, and I told the sales guy it was my favorite and I bought the comic book and I made him very happy and it was a great time and I will never forget it.
Dennis Smith
This mall is way past it's hey day. Macy's and Sears both gone. Many stores closed and food chains closed too. five guys and Qdoba both gone. I was only there attending events at the Civic center that is next door.
Ingrid Holley
It's sad to see so many businesses closing in the Town Center Mall. I usually only go in to get lunch because I work evenings nearby but occasionally I'll go in and check for sales.
Rose Messer
Many stores still closed due to COVID 19. Looked like a gost town. Didnt find any major deals. The bourbon chicken at the foid court was good.
Chazz Lynch
Love books a million. Awesome staff that will go above and beyond... but, its clearing put any good stores.. not what itvwas.. blame amazon.
Eden Nicole
Overall a great shopping center for most common shops like JCPenney, Justice, Build-A-Bear, etc. They just need more shops open in my opinion.
Keith Hawk
Nothing like it use to be. Many stores have closed down and the food court only has a few places to eat left. Nothing like it was back in the 80s and 90s,its really went down hill!! Sad
SL SHAVER
There's more left in the mall than I expected - it was rather busy, actually. I like the library there. All in all, a nice visit!
Neil Wang
It's the hot spot for the folks in Charleston. However 1/3 of the shops are closed including Sears and DQ, which is a refection of the economy of the state and the city. it's pretty sad to witness the desertion of the shop owners.
Al James
Beautiful place for what it is. Slowly but surely dying out with the exodus of shops. Times of change in shopping habits and the growth of online shopping I would suspect.
Matthew Honaker
Many empty stores but the rack room shoes was great
chelsea garnes
Makes me sad when I go to the mall now. Seeing most of the stores closed and only a handful of people at a time.
Bob Fink
I am not a mall person, but this place does have a nice selection of shops. Parking is annoying but there is plenty though. Place is clean, good location within the city.
Aleta McKemy
I don't visit the Town Center very often because all parking out Southridge is free and you can always find a place to park. That's not the case with the Town Center, and the parking bldg isn't very safe.
Dave Hissom
Great place to browse in case you don't like paying retail prices. Typical mall, over-priced everything offset by aesthetics and variety.
Desaray Pauley
Love this place all I love all the workers in every store everyone is so nice here besides the security they are asswholes
Vivian Taylor
Looking quite sad and incredibly empty with all the closures. Hoping 2022 brings in fresh businesses to this once thriving shopping center.
Nichole Wazelle
So sad when it is not crowded this time of year, but it is clean, shops are affordable. Mall staff and Retail staff are overall friendly and anxious to help.
Angela Rogers
Disappointed that all the stores have left the mall. I miss the good Ole day's when every store was open and it was busy and the Christmas cheers was every where, Santa in Center Court .
T. Preston
Covid has had an impact on the mall. Some well known stores have had to leave and its currently for sale. Hopefully it makes a recovery.
Patrick Justice
Nice mall
Todd Spencer
The mall is a ghost town. Nothing there. Very sad to see our mall in such a mess. No where to go shopping in Charleston
Michael Smith
Looks and feels same way it was before covid-19.
Only issue is several businesses were not opened and most close earlier than posted on there own websites
JeffMarshallfan
I was in CTC for the first time in six months Monday (I don't live in Charleston, but 90 miles away.) I was not disappointed. With the new flooring it looks almost new. However, I think the food court is lacking. Having the bureau of senior services in the food court is a big mistake. Considering the state budget deficit, how can they justify the rent? I hope Sears is replaced by a Belk of Boscov's, not office space like was done to Montgomery Ward space, another huge mistake. Got a good thing going CTC, don't mess it up.
Tina Cheslog
Good place to go if you have a few hours to kill and want to do shopping. There is also good places to eat on food court and outside areas of the mall.
Endangered Species
Visited Lens Crafters to have eye glasses adjusted where I always find good customer service.
Elizabeth Richards
Very clean. Wished I could have checked out some of the stores as we were just walking through from the parking garage and it was almost closed..but really nice looking.
Elizabeth Green
Clean and upbeat environment. Great selection of stores. Something for every one. Including an amazing food court.
Tim Daubenspeck
Still a great place...too bad community doesn't support it more...free parking would help...c'mon mayor, we need this place more than skate parks and kayak ramps
Yeo Jott
I have always loved going to Charleston Town Center. A variety of shopping for anyone willing to pay $1.75 for parking. If it ever closes I will miss the Center.
Brenda Keiffer
Prices are too high and public opinion is that mall will go bankrupt within 1 year. Favorites restaurants like Taco bell and several years ago McDonald's closed!!
Betty Kegley
The Charleston Town Center has lost many stores over the past few months/years. They are losing a main anchor store, Sears, in 2017. The Food Court doesn't have as many choices as it used to. I know malls were popular in the 1980's, but I don't know how much longer it's going to be "the thing".
Philip McHenry
Great mall, and around the holidays they do an excellent job with the decorations. Food court on the 3rd floor is great and the overlook seating is a good view.
Marissa White
Not an ideal place to go like when I was a kid. Most stores are empty, if you are going alone just be careful and aware of your surroundings.
Hunter Pursley
I love this mall I've gone here for years and it's so much fun!
Joe the Truth
Trying to figure out if this is really a mall it’s just too simple for me nothing major here
Chuck Lilly
Excellent mall shopping experience. Plus all day parking for $1.75. Best parking rate in downtown Charleston. Great shopping and eating.
Noeleen True
What can I say this is a wonderful area.
Tammy Stallard
Didn't get a chance to see the shops open , got there too late. I will go back to check it out later
Jenny W
Love everything in here pokestops everywhere excellent Pokemon to catch. In Pokemon Go great drinks at Starbucks. Try a poke ball frappichino the one with. Raspberries and black berries.
Briona Haupin
China max was delicious! This is a pretty big mall. 3 levels with inside parking.
Cindy Rinker
Only complaint is that if you are not from there, it is a little hard to understand how to get in. Visited the Sprint store which was beautiful, bright and cheery. Staff was very helpful.
Tyler Johnson
Hopefully businesses stop leaving and more interesting things come to this place.
Jenny Contenta
Closes early, but pleasantly surprised that it has a lot of stores. Liked that it was literally across the street from my hotel. I will go back!
The Chocobo Lord
The Charleston Town CentRE was a beautiful place. I enjoyed rummaging through the trash cans to find a half-eaten and rotten hot dog. It was very delicious, except I suffered from food poisoning for about three weeks afterwards. Locals say that they found me unconscious in an alleyway murmuring to myself about space aliens. I also found some Flex Glue, so I sniffed it. I saw martians for about three months.
Mustafa Ahmad
The only show in town. People actually walk the mall 2 hours before the doors of shops open. It's the first time I've ever seen a community just hang out.
Phantom Xavier
Some stores are shutting down, subway & taco bell are gone. Overall great walk and shop or hangout spot.
Dániel Kopasz
Typical mall. Stores are in good places, everything is reachable. Nice playground for the kids, a little bit poor though.
Burt Bravo
Seems to be making a come back after a slow decline. Harkens back to the good old days when teenagers would hang out together and talk about life. A True Historic landmark
Ben Perkins
Very cozy feeling mall and good layout. Needs a better and more available map system. Some escalators didn't work.
D V
Really nice, I am going back tomorrow!! Nice restaurants and shops, the mall has all the popular stores.
Elizabeth Dew
Transit Mall remodel needs to speed up. Too many groups of seedy looking passengers lingering
Raven Bosworth
The store staff is very polite and have some good deals but some security is extremely rude.
Jesse Cole
Kids love this mall. Play area is closed but they enjoyed the escalators
Jeff Kirk
Great place to shop still but sad to see all empty store spaces. It used to be some kind of place!
jesrivera95
This mall is cozy all year round, and although there aren't many available stores, there's a lot to see, have a good walk around and shop if you have the money.
Katherine George
The mall should stay open! Never close unless it was turned into an amusement park inside. Or something fun in that nature.
Brooksan Huffman
No where near the crowd it used to be. Not many stores were even open
Lesley Walls
It was nice and not over crowded but its sad seeing many of the stores have closed.
Kay Johnson-Brockett
They always have amazing food with a variety to choose from. Its conveinent loction
Charles F.V Chitekwe
We enjoyed great food, good performance and a fine dining experience 😋 💪🏼 …
Laura Mack
Wonderful mall with so much of a variety of stores to sit everyone's taste, with plenty of wonderful restaurants either connected to mall or within a short walking distance!
Tony B
Growing up in the Charleston area the mall was the place to be. It's now a shell of it's former self with stores constantly rotating in and out. Sadly, I don't expect this mall to stay open another 10 years.
Justin Selig
A good variety of store but looks and feels early to mid 90's. And if your going to look and feel early mid 90's bring the arcade back or its time for an update
Stephie Marcum
Staff is very agressive/rude/police like. I understand the issues in the city of Charleston but the attitude causes poor customer service, staff to seem condescending, etc.
MrCaelbe1
I love the food court and there are often good deals. However, most times I go it feels a little sketch.
Alex Plum
Great place to go to if you happen to be in the area and want a place to hangout or shop at. They have an amazing food court and lounge.
Brittney Harless
I've shopped at the town center mall forever.. However, it really surprises me that any mall would let a store be called Bad Azz... It just sounds and looks trashy .. the mall is a family place, and what are you suppose to tell your child when they are saying the name of this store I believe this is unacceptable and is making me question shopping at this mall and I do not believe I will be the only one .. It is really ridiculous.
Steven Ewing
It has a decent collection of stores, offers wireless internet, and paid parking, my only concern is the cleanliness issue that certain stores, and restaurants, seem to have.
Julius Wilder
Nothing good to say other than it was clean but it's lacking a lot of stores and services. ...almost empty!
Kellie Lipke
Very nice mall. Lower level is full of great stores to choose from! Starbucks is in the center next to Altar’d State!
Tim Linde
There are a few less stores than previously. Malls mostly serve as an indoor area for mall walkers.
Tor W
Nice mall. Was only there briefly but it had a lot going on there. Easy to get in and out and parking was cheap.
Al Rosser
Nice mall with some modern stores. A few of the stores were going out of business or closing which was slightly concerning but overall a good experience.
Kassaundra Willis
I miss the mall! Movies, music, clothing, toys, coffee, shoes, athletics, cell phone service, cable, dining, nails, hair, massage, appliances, etc. So many places to get business done.
Ashley Cobb
I can't wait until more businesses open up. Other than that it was nice.
Ben Savilla
Easy to get to, lots of parking and stores as well. Only thing lacking is restaurant options. But, other than that, nice and clean place.
Paulie Dalton
Love this place! Lets all go shopping and support our beloved Town Center!
Eric S
Most definitely NOT a dead mall. The food court being on the third floor was kind of odd. The Chinese food at the Hawaiian Grill was excellent.
Cindy Van Meter
Picked up an order at Chili's was very good and fast
Kaylee Dennis
No stores targeted for younger folks, lots of pointless stores like a Coach outlet. A lot of riff raff hangs out here, be safe in the parking garage!
Sharon Lee Gates
Charleston's shining jewel only awaits the economy's return to be made great again. Very beautiful with good restaurants and easy parking.
Renny Arnold
It looked nice, but most shops were closed since I went there in late evening.
Shawn Brown
Stores ok, Mall management and Security staff very rude if they think you might be homeless
BackCountry Jay
Good mall however its like every time I'm there security has to deal with people. Good mall not exactly good area.
