The services provided is great, I don't normally provide feedback to any company as they are expected to deliver what I paid for. But because of the event they have covered. It went really well, the venue is well organized, there were instances that the crowd would go wild with the mini concert but because of immediate action and proper communication we are able to prevent any injuries from the site, they even cleared the venue and made sure everything is in place without any additional cost. The next time you look for exceptional security service, I highly recommend them, great people to work with! xoxo! <3

What an amazing experience I had in dealing with them, they are so professional and wanting to make sure anything that the customer needs happens. I’ve been with this security company for almost a year now and I must say this company is the best company I work for in security. The only bad thing about this company is that they take 25$ from your Check for six weeks to cover uniforms. All dispatchers keep in contact with you whether through the phone or email. They may call or email you to remind you about your shift because their was times I thought was off lol. Pay is every Wednesday. I’ve never had any problems with this company. If a guard will be late they will let you know ahead of time. It’s a lot of communication with this company. Dispatch is 24/7 so someone will always answer your phone calls. The sites I’ve been to are decent and not hard. Loving this company so far

This company is superb, in terms of their guards strictly following the protocols. The Guards are always in watch. They never sleeps during the shift, specially at night shift where in other companies most of the security guards are sleeping. With this company the security guards are very well trained and disciplined. I gave this review a five stars for making our lives safe and secured.

They screen, hire and place a personnel on a security position that is suitable for the person, but in keeping with his or her qualifications and meeting the clients' requirements. I was shopping at Amazing Savings in Queens, NY. The store was very busy and people were arguing over items. I am elderly and got caught in the crush of people. The ISSM security guard was so kind. He handled the situation professionally and helped me to the checkout counter with my purchases. He even asked one of the workers to help me to my car and load my bags into my trunk. ISSM, you have the gratitude of this little old lady who was Christmas shopping for her grandkids.
