I have been working for Security One for a couple of years now. I really like the job I do. I get to meet all kinds of interesting people from different backgrounds. It makes it pleasurable to get up and go to work everyday. Our Tampa branch Manager is new to the company. His name is Anthony Stewart. I think he has been an asset to the company. He is a easy person to get along with and he listens to your concerns, he's open to suggestions without getting offended. I feel that Anthony Stewart always has our backs as Security officer's. He puts his trust in us and I personally put my trust in him. I hope to continue my employment with Security One for years to come.

Although I cannot speak for the rest of the markets, I have really enjoyed working for SOI Security. As the Central Florida General Manager I have been given the latitude to staff and grow my team as I have seen fit. I have been given the opportunities to showcase my abilities as a Supervisor. I have to thank Rene (Regional VP) for the opportunities he has afforded me, from the freedom to build my team to the opportunities to go out and assist in training the force. For those that think I am just fluffing this review because I am a member of management, I will tell you this is my true thoughts and beliefs. These are my experiences. I would also like to thank my team for their hard work and dedication, you ladies and gentlemen are truly the one's that are the reason we show up everyday. I know you don't hear it often enough, but I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and appreciate you!!!

I had an encounter with one of your officer's (scott) at a wawa on 22nd n yesterday morning. a homeless man got mad at me when i told him i didn't have any money your officer saw my distress and came to my aid. he was very nice, but firm with the man and got the man away from me. so, thank you scott and thank you to the company for having such nice and professional employees.

So I have been working here since January we have gone through a change in management all I can say is at first it was a little rocky but it seems to be getting together and starting to work out I see big things in the future and I hope it stays that way Anthony's a good guy if you're looking for a good place to work give this place a shot he'll do what he can to get you what you want
