I really wanted to work for this company and because I have disorderly conduct on my record now which had absolutely nothing to do with disorderly conduct and got reduced from something they couldn't prove for over a yr so I just took the deal. Now securitas won't hire me. I passed everything with flying colors..I'm a very hard worker and this is my field of expertise. I think this is a great company I've heard lots of great things about them over the yrs. Wonder why they never looked into my records? Hmm..anyways..great company..pretty decent pay

I've worked with this company a few years back my supervisor was Rubben S. Great man and great place to work.. he always worked with my schedule and I could always pick up shifts.. I worked at a small collage for awhile and actually really enjoyed my night shift job.. I trained a new guy Steve really nice older guy and thought I was being replaced.. at the time I wasn't but we started getting calls and having pop us about someone (me is how I took it) sleeping on the job or not keeping watch of the front doors and letting homeless people on the grounds.. I was highly upset knowing Steve use to leave on his lunch and was known to be sleeping in his car .. awhile later he fully took over my shift and I was let go of my post by a text I'm not sure how that was decided I figured because he was a guy and I was a woman is how I took it or other conversations was had that I wasn't aware of due to the fact that students and a few office members would make not so good comments about him.. But life happens still a great company although the communication can be off I met some great people working with this job and always stayed busy.

Ive been with the company over a year and its a good place to work with. You have different opions after your 6 months and the places ive worked at are nice.

Been with these fine folks for almost a year now. If you're looking to get your feet wet within the security industry, this is a good place to start. Pretty good training.
