Well the new supervisor (young guy) think hes more authority then he is. Never seen a issue till he grew on his throne. Everyone's else seems ok, could better checking at night. When its extremely cold or hot, they don't check very well.

I living this compound more than 8 years I love it This two years is different ፨ I got 4 times robbery in side @ balcony and from garage cutting Bike chain There is no security camera any where ፨ Some teenagers pool area they doing bad behavior no one with them adult or family ፨ homeless ppl they walking round in corner night time Pls attention our HOA

I feel for a guard shack that it is missing some key features. Search lights, and a fortified gun emplacements being high on the the list. Guards are missing automatic weapons, and no trained attack dogs. That said the guys and gals are nice and helpful.

Nice community, conscientious and pleasant guards. I go in fairly often to show units, and the guards always check that I'm legitimate. They're helpful in directing me to the right building, too, if I forget my map.

This is got to be one of the most thorough security shacks in the city good for the tenant bad for the visitors long wait or I'll tell about safety and yes the visitors will just have to wait

I dont really see the purpose of this guard shsck. Weve always gotten in without problems. The place is a huge complex tho , so good luck not getting lost.
