Bonkers for Yonkers, this place is the spot and close to one of the only overnight rest areas close to the city in 87. Good food here and I always try and stop over. Prices are low and service is great. They have another place open in Yonkers too, this one is my spot due to proximity to 87, love you Yonkers people but the city too hilly for me to deal with coming out or going in to NYC.

The lady at the counter is so sweet and so efficient. She shows you the white sauce she is putting. The hot sauce is not spicy so heads up there. But the food tastes good. Late night combo over rice platter craving fulfilled. Forgot to take a pic of the food but here is the menu.

There aren't many restaurants like this in Westchester county let alone Yonkers. Completely deceiving from the outside, looks like a typical fried chicken place. Try the Halal meals you won't be disappointed, these are all delicious. I recently ordered this fried chicken upon Google reviews and this was equally amazing.

Seriously.... we drove from CT just to get takeout the BEST lamb gyro we've ever had! The lamb over rice and chicken over rice delicious as well! We got to taste some of the fried chicken and juicy and crunchy 😲 we'll probably be taking the drive just for the chicken some point soon! If your thinking about ordering from here just do jt you wont regret it! And their customer service is 💯 by the wayyyyy get the homemade hot sauce!!!! I add that to everything untill I run out!

Though the fried chicken is great, it's the chicken gyros that shine here. I usually order delivery, but when I've eaten here the staff has been the pinnacle of service and politeness, being patient with me as I blundered through the menu. This is cheap Mediterranean fare, with basic cafeteria seating, but it is a great lunch option.

My hubby and I had a bad hankering for halal food after work yesterday. I googled halal guys and halal fried chicken popped up, oh my goodness I’m so glad I went here! It was scrumptious! I ordered the mixed lamb and chicken over rice (extra white sauce) and fried chicken basket. My boo got the hot wings, which were breaded not dry rub skin, and the chicken skewer with salad and rice. It was so delicious that my husband had a food baby after. The service was fantastic- The wonderful woman taking orders makes the whole experience delightful.

Ok, here's the skinny.....I love their chicken. Not a date night place unless you do the quirky romantic stuff. This is a "I'm hungry, let's get some chicken!", kind of place. No bells and whistles, no catch tune, just good chicken. When you get it nice and hot, all Mommas must abandon the surroundings because somebody is about to get slapped. They also do gyros, burgers, fish with several accompanying items such as onion rings, cheese fries, etc. Good grab and go!!!

This place used to be amazing...... they used to give you a tray with 80% chicken over rice and 20% salad. Then they started doing 70% chicken over rice and 30% salad. Now they do 60% chicken over rice, 30% salad and 10% just aluminum. Food is still good but they should probably change their food containers to something smaller so that you don’t feel like you getting robbed. Update: it seems this only happens with the evening staff. They have a lady in the morning that gives really good servings. Going to up from 2 stars to 4 because of how great her service was.

Love Love Love that mixed platter is EVERYTHING and it hits the spot. Very affordable.Plus the people are nice, always polite. I will say that because of their popularity the delivery is a little longer especially on the weekends, but definitely worth the wait.

The food there is OK I would recommend the stuff that’s already premade when I went there in person someone in the back was coughing and the food had a strange odor. Their desserts and stuff are delicious but I don’t know if I would order anything else I’ve tried their beef patty and that was pretty delicious but Before I went there in person and I was ordering on DoorDash but in person I saw that it was a little un-sanitary.

I put in a GrubHub order at 1:45 for 3PM pickup. It was canceled at 2:30 with no phone call. I called the store in inquire about the cancellation and they were not sure. They needed to call the manager. The manager was home and not at work. Apparently the manager receives the grubhub orders AT HOME and calls the store to give them to them. A horribly inefficient system. Why are the employees not able to directly receive orders at their location? The employee was unable to get a hold of the manager and said they were on their way in to work. I put my order in over the phone and went to pick it up. When I arrived I was informed the manager was "still in bed" and nobody knew what happened. They said they probably weren't paying attention and canceled it or never acknowledged it. So this is how they conduct business apparently. Managers are at home, sleeping, when they should be running their business and the poor employees are left to try to clean up after them. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because the employees were kind and helpful. The management, who I never had the pleasure of speaking with, is an absolute joke.

Ordered a 15 piece chicken the delivery guy delivered the wrong food to the wrong address so I had to wait an extra 20 min. Than they only gave me legs and thighs . I specifically ordered a mix . They took an hour to deliver my food and I live 10 min away . The food is great but they do not take directions very well. Usually they are Ok with directions.

Very good. Service was quick, waitress was friendly. I went here with a group for a bachelorette and got the burger with the traditional raclette. It was very tasty, cooked perfectly, and absolutely covered in cheese.The menu is simple, but offers enough variety. It's called "Ocean Prime", so while seafood is the main event here, there are options like steak/filet mignon as well. The wine/cocktail list is pretty varied as well.

Food is tasty and you find what you are looking for. Gyro, chicken over rice and fried chickens are good option for the food on the go. Seating arrangements are very less - hardly 10-15 persons can sit at one time though they have enough space. I would recommend take out rather dining in there.

Halal food is good. Its a good place to get fast food. However, they need to remodel the place and upgrade. One half of the restaurant is empty. And they only have one table to sit. Invest in upgrading and being presentable. Menu needs to not be hand written. This is 2017.

Not the best halal I've ever had, but not terrible. The portions are quite large and it is probably one of the only halal restaurants in the area. If you are craving halal food, this is probably the place that you want to hit up. However, if you have the time make a run into the City or Queens to get the real deal.

Chicken is good but the Halal food has become increasingly better over the last few years. They have corrected their white sauce to be more tasting like the Halal carts in NYC. The hot sauce for the Halal food used to be just siracha sauce but now they have improved on that as well. Good improvements recently and a definite substitute for NYC Halal carts if the drive to the city is too much for the night

I really good value cheaper than any other fried Chicken store until lately. They raised their prices and if you have a Popeye's app. It is the same two-piece meal for the same price. Of course you have to find a Popeye's. In Popeyes won't be Halah.

Have been ordering from here for a few years. I usually call the order in, double park and run in, pay with cash and get in and out quickly. This is a fast take out place, not sit down. For the minimal cost, the food is always tasty and my orders have always been correctly filled. This is not the Ritz. Inexpensive, tasty food, take out, not sit down. And the staff have always been friendly and helpful.
