First of all let me say phenomenal service at this location. The people working there were nice enough to run the other half of my order outside to my car because I forgot it in the pouring rain, everything came out HOT, everything was fresh and delicious as usual I was more than satisfied. If anyone from the Taco Bell crew reads this thank you for the awesome service!

This place is very clean. They don't have a breakfast menu in the past, but they do now. The staff is friendly. You can order Taco Bell from the Grubhub app. There are new items for a limited time. There was a Pizza Hut part of this place, but it's gone.

Although the order was correct and food was good the young lady taking my drive through order was very rude. Asking is that all after each item I asked for as if to rush me along. I wasn't being slow at all and it seemed to bother her that it was busy. I also work retail and understand how it is when it's busy but never rush along anyone. If you can't take the heat Stay out of the kitchen literally. Will return because of the lack of taco bells in the area but if this is the service I will get each time I will for sure make a complaint.

The staff here was very polite and attentive. Store was decorated with Halloween theme which I enjoyed. Staff happily switched out my drink order without question as the app did not offer the drink I wanted. I also overheard the staff work to correct another customers order. Although the customer had placed the order incorrectly, the staff politely explained where the error had occurred and how to avoid a similar issue in the future and adjusted the order to what the customer wanted. Good work team!

Eating at the Taco Bell at Central Ave. good and the tacos where really good and hot, the only issue I had was that I had to place my order on a tablet. I like to talk to the person that is going to take my order, I'm very old school like that and I really don't believe it's right to make my own order when u have people in the back that can take my order. Other than that it was a great place to eat 👍

Very fast and very courteous staff never been let down here yet. Except... Once they forgot my fire sauce!!! I went inside and they gave me a handful without question. Edit on Sept 2021: I keep being impressed. Come here at least once a month. Always get the order right no matter how busy they are. The fill is more reasonable than other locations, and they give you more than just a couple sauce packets. And they carry Baja Blast Zero which some don't.

This is a very popular location as the drive thru line was at least eight cars deep when we got there. Despite the long line, we were still able to place and receive our order in a relatively short time. Quality of the food was good as well as the service. It was worth the drive.

Taco Bell isn't high end food; we all know that. It is what it is. That said, the current staff (as of 12/2019) at the site on Central Ave. do their best to ensure everything is prepared properly and no one is kept waiting too long. The woman working at the drive through greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day was going before collecting payment! It took her all of 3 seconds to do it, but it was a nice change from the norm. When I pulled away and started going through the bag, all items were freshly made and accounted for.

Great tacos .line was a bit long at the drive thru but it was worth the wait ..just be careful if u get a box with ur tacos inside because our carton box broke on the way inside the house and that was not fun !! That's why I'm giving it a 4 star and not 5 !! They need to either make sure that box is secured and closed the right way or just give a bag ;)

My 14 taco order was accurate and they gave me the correct amount of sauces. The drive through line was super long and I got my food quickly despite that. I find it to be a bit pricy for fast food.

My favorite fast-food pit-stop after a hard day at school or work. It's a fast-food chain so the food is not exceptional, but it is always consistent. I love swinging by for a quick bite and the service is always quick and polite. If they ever make a mistake they always rectify it and try to throw in something extra. Always my go to place to grab a quick bite late at night.

Bot the best or but seen worse. Very slow although pretty much empty and must check your orders before leaving because they are always missing something. The soda fountain usually empty or just throw out water or seltzer water. Needs to be checked which doesn't make sense because it's not so much traffic going into the restuarant everytime I go to it. Drive thru is more busy but I don't think that's an excuse to neglect to dine in service.

I go to Taco Bell on Central Ave an average of 2x a week. Every time I go there Janell is running the drive through. She is an excellent employee and always takes the time to ask me how my day is. My order is always correct and she truly is someone I look forward to seeing. I wish you had a 100 Janells working for you as she is definitely an asset and will go far in life because of her outlook.

I dislike Taco Bell food very much and would not come here if my friends did not insist. If one were to like Taco Bell food, this is a very good location. The staff is extremely helpful and courtius. When first walking in, there were no customers in the restaurant, the woman at the register joked about some of their food and recommend others, she seemed to genuinely like some of the products. Food came quickly and tasted as expected. The restaurant is pretty dated but feels overall clean. Again, not my first choice in restaurants but if you like this type of fast food Tex Mex, this is a decent location.

It's the only Taco Bell in the area they just redid it, The driveway is tight and a little claustrophobic. Otherwise no complaints they always give you the sauce.

This location had a recent renovation. It's so nice and clean. They got some new ppl in there. I love the change. They smile and don't mind answering your questions. I am vegan. I asked the young lady if the guac had milk in it..she actually went to the back to look at the box! She wasn't sure if it was vegan, and told me so. I appreciate that. She gave me other options to choose from. I didn't get her name, but she was cheerful and had tasteful piercings. My food was fresh and well made. Very nice experience compared to how it used to be before the renovation. If you're looking for affordable vegan fast food options, this is the spot.

It's busy there, but never crowded. A lot of drive-thru action, but we walk inside. The food is a decent value for what you pay. Satisfying. Unlike like White Castle.

The food was okay. My only concern was cleanliness. Walking in I can identify a really awful smell. It was as if the staff mopped the floors with dirty water contaminated with urine. It really made me question if I wanted to eat there at all. However the cooking staff was up to code and because of that reason I gave them a chance. Yet I might not ever return to that location unless it's my last option.

It's a quiet and real quick place. The food was very tasty, the staff nice and kind. Will come back and eat again. There's also parking for those who don't like to eat in their car if not there's a drive through. Clean and people friendly place. It's also a pizza hut which is a plus for variety.

Good staff. Good food; You know you love Taco Bell... Drive-thru is open till midnight but the shop will close mostly around 10 p.m. but sometimes they let you walk thru the drive thru but then you look pretty awkward especially if it's very cold outside like it was for this man.

Not so-called "healthy" and doesn't pretend to be! Large variety of single items like tacos/burritos with various fillings. Combination plates with drink especially well-priced. Menu board needs bigger printing--hard to make out some descriptions . Counter staff notably helpful and patient, caring about accuracy. Unusual feature no tip jars. Two things of note: customers in Central Ave. location diverse, cordial toward each others' groups, and meticulous re cleanup. Bathroom very clean.

I went around 10:30 PM. The drive thru was the only way to order. Obviously! They didn't have I wanted. I ended up ordering nothing. You know I hate how every taco bell traps you in there drive thru so if you decide to not order anymore you can't even leave and there's always a line at night. No biggie.

It's so bad that i love this place so much. But its truly the best. 4 stars only cuz the drive thru wait is always sooo long. But, its worth it for the crunchwrap supreme any time of night or day. The bathroom in this location is usually pretty clean too. Theyre generous with the hot sauce here.

Best experience at a fast food place in a while. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, especially the guy working the register, and although I waited just a short while for my order, they apologized for the wait and gave me a free order of cinnastix... This place can get crowded at meal times, especially on the weekends. The food is uniformly good, in that guilty, fattening "Fast-Food-In-America" kind of way. There seems to be a high staff turnover. Since this place is on Central Ave., and is popular and relatively inexpensive, you see all kinds of people here.

A great location that stays open late, and now opens early for the breakfast menu items as well. A nice big room to sit inside if you want to stay. Parking lot fills with people at night for the drive through. Pretty on par with their orders. They also serve Pizza Hutt items as well as Taco Bell items at this location.

We drive past this Taco bell often, as we do shopping up in Scarsdale often. However; this was our first time at this location. The Drive-thru was backed up with about 10 cars, so we decided to Dine-in. There was no one on line, so our order was taken immediately by an Amazingly vibrant Employee named Janelle (hope that's the correct spelling). She was full of energy, very pleasant and personable. My family and I really enjoyed dining in more because She made the environment so much better. My wife and my daughter's left there making plans with her for the next visit. And that speaks volumes, as we live in Pelham Pkwy, The Bronx ... and have a new Taco bell Cantina just blocks away from our home. Oh, BTW ... The food was good, and the portions were actually what they look like in the Ads. To Whomever hired Janelle, my family thanks You. Every Taco bell needs at least one of her right up in front greeting customers.

When i am hungry burritos at an reasonable price i look to Taco Bell for decades i have enjoyed eating here. The best change made in the last few years is the vegetarian menu and, the ability to order everything with beans instead of meat. Also if you want a large bowel movements i highly recommend the original bean burrito 🌯 with extra diablo sauces. It is the spice that you will enjoy twice over two days. Once i was in a porta john and, i looked up and, saw scribbled in black sharpie. "God Bless You Taco Bell," this spoke volumes to me. 🌮 Taco Bell 🛎 is the 🐝 bees knees!!!

Great for late night and, is delicious American style Mexican food. I always get a craving for the bean and, cheese burrito since I was a kid. The diablo and fire sauces are the best. It's such a nice spice that you get to enjoy it twice!! I miss the caramel Empanadas I wish they would bring them back with Bavarian creme and, chocolate options. The Mexican pizza is also great! More vegetarian options would be great also. I've loved Taco Bell since the first time I had it....

They make the standard food as requested. It is as delicious as all the other taco bells I've been to. Although, when I ordered a cantina bowl, there were beans and sour cream on the outside of the dish and bag. Luckily I spotted it before getting any in my clothes.

This is a Taco Bell. It has everything a Taco Bell is supposed to have. There are plenty of seats in this one. It also has a drive-thru. The staff is usually very friendly. They work about as fast as to be expected, mostly. It's easy to spot on Central Ave.

Where to start? Well, Taco Bell sure does have good food like always (Yes, I recommend the brand for kids & the elderly) but as for this location in particular? Maybe it's best if you look elsewhere, this is because the lines are extremely long on weekends & especially during free taco day every now & then during the year & maybe during happy hour (2-5pm daily). The problem is so bad during these times that the whole restaurant can be full to the max! This is especially a nuisance if you either drove, walked or biked your way there only to leave right away upon learning they're either full or the promo expired! The customer service is typical as in all fast food chains but could be better (if that's possible, at least it's better than sexist/racist Wendy's on central ave!). I'm not sure if the McDonalds or Starbucks on Central Plaza fall into the same bin as that Wendy's since I don't go there but if anyone knows then let us know. I say that because Central Plaza's businesses are very discriminatory towards their staff & applicants! Best Buy & Burlington, I'm looking at you! So back to Central Ave's Taco Bell, the drink dispenser is questionable for it might need some scrubbing on the interior for the exterior is normally a mess. Now when it comes to the straws & lids, they moved the rack in recent times & they for some dumb reason, put the straws with the lids! So now they're in the same slots & they aren't as many straws as there are lids. Not that we should be using straws anyway for they pollute the oceans! The bathrooms are the 2nd biggest problem with this restaurant for they're only for single customers at a time (you guessed it, more lines!) & they look & smell so awful during dayshifts that it can make a hygienic person lose their lunch! Sometimes they even run out of soap regularly but that's more of an issue from the public rather than negligence. My biggest complaint with this restaurant is that they got rid of Pizza Hut in March 2016 which used to share the building with Taco Bell for many years! The reason why was due to declining sales but I still would have preferred the option of dining from 1 or the other or both! It's not a total loss since the Pizza Hut at the Midway Shopping center in the next town over is still there but it's like an hour walking which can give your feet sores. As for Biking? Like 15 minutes but there's no separate bike path, so you need to use the sidewalk which isn't that safe since Central Ave is the busiest street in the county! The terrain doesn't help much either, so either drive or bus your way there if you're coming in far. The only reason why this gets 3 stars is because of their free refills policy! But if you walk out before getting it & come back in then you have to pay again even if you didn't leave the property as a whole. Just on a side note, if it's free taco day (2-6pm) then make sure that the cashiers dont do anything else during those 4 hours for every second counts! Once, a lot of people after me got denied a free taco at this very location just because the clock struck exactly 6pm but the problem was that they only had 1 cashier that day & she left her post to take out the trash & reinsert the sauces in the stacks above the trash can 15 minutes before the clock struck 6 & she took 6 minutes to get back to the register! The manager sided with the cashier (cause she told her to go AWOL in the1st place) & thus half the line just jumped ship immediately after in frustration! In fact, someone had to inform an incoming motorist to leave the property despite just parking in the lot for this reason! So all in all, come to this spot at your own risk.
