This all-you-can-eat restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine. The hibachi plates are outstanding, where you get to pick and choose your own ingredients and create a custom plate that's cooked right in front of you towards the front of the restaurant. The chicken steak egg rice combo is also a personal favorite, it's filling and delicious. What really sets Sushi Palace apart, though, is the excellent service. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting you warmly when you arrive and wishing you well as you leave. I've always felt well taken care of here, and it's a big reason why I keep coming back. Of course, the food is also fantastic. The sushi is always fresh, and there's a great variety to choose from. Even if your friend is not a sushi fan, bring them here for lunch they’ll find something delicious at Sushi Palace. Overall, I highly recommend Sushi Palace to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. With great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere, it's one of my favorite places to eat.

The food is delicious and comes in large portion for a la carte items. See pix of teriyaki salmon, which is my order. My dining party had all you can eat sushi buffet. While I did not participate, other dinner guests like them in general. Overall, it’s a good choice for those who enjoy sushi. I didn’t see sashimi as a buffet item choice. But I’m certain it’s available as an a La carte item. There are also hibachi items available. Also soup items.

I've been here twice. The first time the waitress was not that attentive and we had to keep calling her or looking for her. This second time I loved how welcoming and friendly the waiter was. He was also very attentive. Sushi was very fresh and delicious. My husband is a picky eater when it comes to sushi but he likes this place so that says it all. We got all this sushi for 2 people. We left completely full. We will definitely be back soon.

One of the best ayce sushi places I've been to!!! For $30+tip and tax per person, even sashimi options were in the ayce menu. The salmon+white tuna were super fresh and delicious, and they didn't have annoying order limits either (e.g. some places only accept up to 3 order slips). The other options like the special rolls or ice cream were really solid too, I would definitely will come back here the next time I'm in the area!

All you can eat sushi!? Gotta be a dream come true!! Had the pleasure to come here for first time and I immediately rated this place as a "DEFINITELY MUST HAVE". I was craving hibachi for a while so I was brought here to satisfy my craving for both Hibachi and sushi and I LOVED the place. Taking into consideration the price, service and quality of food, it's a great buffet style restaurant, all they need in order to get the full 5 stars is maybe a bigger variety of sushi. All the food seemed to be very fresh and everything was well done and delicious. We were welcomed by three Asian waitresses and a gentleman, tbh it was a little annoying at first but then felt good to be served by such attentive crew, the waitresses and waiter took turns and came to the table every 5 minutes to make sure we were satisfied with the service and we had everything we needed, genial!! Loved the fact that you can serve for yourself the food you want and then bring it to the chef's table so he can cook it for you. I would say it's a different style of hibachi but good in its own way. My biggest surprise was that before arriving to the restaurant I was advised not to leave any trace of good on my plate cause they charge you if you do so, I didn't believe it and first thing I see when I seat down is a sign next to me that stated in different words "if you waste food you'll be charged", that is actually part of their policy, and i also LOVED that. Do not waste any food, EAT!!!!! Come by!!!!!!!!!!!

They have all you can eat for 23 dollars. The food are fresh and they have variety for you to chose. They give you a check menu and you can order as much as you can eat within 2 hours. Staffs are friendly, but it is hard to get tea or water sometimes.

Always a go to for a cheaper optioned all you can eat sushi place. The sushi is always nice to eat. Price to performance, this place is fantastic. You can make your own hibachi which turns into a fried rice platter and the sushi is nice as well as the appetizers. Always a great experience but honestly not the best I've had. As I've said before the price really helps. Definitely a recommendation.

I'm wasn't a huge fan of sushi till today. My fiance brought me here and I loved it! Not only do they have sushi but also hibachi ❤ this is the most I've eaten, it was very satisfying. Though you better have a good appetite because they do charge if there is left overs! Better having a big group!

For years this has been my favorite place to go for sushi. Not only because it is all you can eat at a unremarkable price, but because the sushi made fresh to order, with a big selection, and is delicious. Alson because you get a salad bar, Hibachi, a ton of appetizers to choose from, and dissert. All this included in one low price made fresh to order. I will definitely recommend it. I only wish they had a full bar where you can order drinks from.

We went here at the request of my friend to celebrate her birthday. Good and attentive service. Delicious food. The birthday girl had the sushi and lots of it. The rest of us had the hibachi. Lots of food and your stomach fills up fast. I recommend.

Sushi Palace is decent. I've been here a few times with my friends. For the price, you get a lot of food and the staff is friendly. Pros: For about $25, you get a lot of food. The sushi is good (not the best out there). They have a lot of selection for you to choose from. You also get appetizers, desert (ice cream from Breyer's) and hibachi. I've never tried their alcohol menu before. Cons: They don't bring out what you asked for. For example, me and my friends (8 in total) asked for 3 teriyaki chicken and we only got one. When it came to the sushi, it was the same. We asked for about 4 special sushi rolls (comes in 6 to 8 pieces) and only got 3. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the fact that people waste a lot of food too, but it's still kind of rude, imo. Overall, it's decent and I recommend it to others out there who want to eat a lot for cheap. If you're a sushi fanatic and have tried high quality stuff, then stay away from this place. It's not high end. At all. Also, their fried calamari are ok (not too much flavor). Chicken teriyaki is really good. Their hibachi is also mediocre and filled with a lot of salt. Again, for $25 this is a decent place to get a lot of food.

Sushi was excellent, even when they were verry busy they accomodated our party of 9 quickly and we were satisfied with the service, though they did loose one order and we were waiting about 30 minutes before realizing that our waitress never put it in. But other than that, great place.

When you walk in you’re directly walked to a booth table and asked what would you like to drink. This was around lunch time, the place wasn’t very busy it had maybe about 5 tables of customers. They give you a sheet of paper to put what would you like. They have variety of choices to pick from. It’s all you can eat for a fixed price, but if you’re unable to finish they will charge for every price that you didn’t get to finish. I would recommend to start off slow and see how you feel as time passes. The food typically takes about 10 to 15 minutes to come out. The quality of the sushi is not to die for but it’s actually delicious. My favorite was the spicy tuna roll and the Godzilla special roll. I would recommend that you come with friends and enjoy a good time.

Quick Japanese food and sushi. Fast service. All you can eat hibachi. I would go back. Good healthy portions at reasonable prices. I had an appetizer, sushi, miso soup and all you can eat hibachi for $25. The ambiance leaves room for improvement however still a great place to eat well for a great price. No outdoor seating available. It is located in a mini plaza with parking.

At first, my wife and I didn't know what entrance to go into as the restaurant is separated into dine in and dine out sections. In fact, my wife and I were sitting in the car after our meal watching people trying to figure out which door to use. We did the Christian thing and pantomimed from the car which door to use, joking that Sushi Palace should give us a discount on our next meal for getting them some dine in customers. That humorous anecdote out of the way, on to the Restaurant proper. It has a buffet feel to it which make sense as that what it is. The seeting is comfortable and the decor is relatively plain. Where Sushi Palace shines is the food. For $27.50 you get all you can eat hibachi and Sushi. My wife and I went for a good combination of both, and the hibachi was good. But to be honest, the sushi is where it shines and if you go there sample the hibachi, but save your room for the Sushi. The Sushi is excellent here and there are a wide variety to choose from. This was our first time here, and when we return next time we will definitely zero in and sample a greater variety of the rolls and Maki available. This place is especially good for a friends group night out. Oh and the Strawberry Ice cream was amazing. You don't necessarily expect amazing Ice-cream from a buffet, but it was so good it bore mentioning.

I'm like 120 lbs standing at 5ft even and I ate SO MUCH SUSHI im sure the staff thought my husband and I were just shoving it in our pockets. The sushi, hibachi, tempura, you name it we had it was SO GOOD and so fresh. It came out fast and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Im pretty sure the hyper attentiveness after round 2 was to make sure we didn't pocket the delicious sushi they provided (trust me I thought about it). But having come to sushi palace more time than I care to admit, this place never fails to provide excellent service, food and hospitality. I'd legit die for this place (or die from????) And this is no exaggeration. The best sushi spot on central Ave no holds bar.

Not sure if I came on a busy day but food took a very long time (specifically the sushi) to come each time we put in an order. The place was also very crowded definitely not following capacity guidelines so maybe it was a combination of understaffed and too many customers. Most of the time there were a few items missing from what we filled out on the sheet. The food that did come was decent though and staff was attentive. Just wish they limited the amount of customers as it was a full house but not full kitchen.

I am not a sushi expert, but I can recognize the basics, and I know the difference between sushi, and sashimi. So, I can't really comment on the quality of the food except to say that it is comparable to other places where I've had sushi and sashimi. Besides sushi and sashimi, they also serve soups, salad, tempura, and they have a hibachi station that you can walk to and get grilled food. It's an all you can eat place, so the dollar value is very good. The service is prompt, and friendly, but sometimes (rarely) there is a bit of a language problem. The only negative is that with the high amount of orders, they tend to get orders a little mixed up sometimes, but it's no big deal, and they will correct it.

Sushi Palace is easily my favorite sushi place. Not only is their sushi and appetizers fantastic, but the $22.95 all you can eat is a deal! If you're the kind of person who can pack it away, you definitely want to check this place out. If you're the kind of person who only eats 2-3 rolls in a sitting, the all you can eat might not be for you. But they do offer individual items! Service is also quick and friendly.

This is an all-you-can-eat place, which I didn't realize until after I got a huge bill for three small rolls. The rolls themselves were flavorful, but the rice was dry. There were also way too many people; the place was full at 5pm during the pandemic, with no spacing between tables or anything.

Tasty sushi at an affordable price. I know "affordable sushi" sounds a bit scary, but I have been eating here for years and never have been sick. The food is pretty consistent and for the price, you really can't go wrong. It's all you can eat, at a flat rate (they charge slightly more on the weekends). It's not a buffet, you make selections off the menu and they serve it. If you don't like sushi, they have cooked appetizers and made to order Hibachi. Not a first date kind of restaurant, but good for groups or a casual lunch/dinner.

The food is great and fresh! But the person answering the phone and handling the orders at take out does not speak adequate English to do so. He mixes up the orders, has to be told at least 5 times what you want, and still gets the order wrong! You have to check your receipt and your bag otherwise you may get the wrong order! This is very aggravating and frustrating. If it weren't for him, I would have given it 5-stars.

Great place to bring kids. Friendly staffs who always have little kids running around. We came for a weekend lunch sitting. We recommended ordering a little of appetizers because your order will take some time. For sushi, we will give them an average. It is fine but not great. If you are looking to try different type of sushi, sashimi, and different type of rolls, this is the place for you.

The sushi is pretty good.. appetizers are good.. fair pricing. The place is kind of awkward as far as decor and feels a bit ghetto. The hibachi section is kind of strange and feels uncomfortable. It's all you can eat but every table has a note about being charged extra if you waste food. I do kind of get that it may be an issue with some customers and they are trying to protect themselves, but it makes you feel judged as a customer and not very welcoming. I've had several food errors, things not brought that I marked on the paper, etc.. no apologies ever and you get weird looks. I'll probably go back once in a blue moon still but just good to acknowledge the downsides.

The Sushi was fresh and delicious, but it seems that every time I go there they "conveniently" forget to make one of the rolls that we order. Last night they didn't bring one of the rolls and we pointed it out when they put the platter on the table. The two waitresses and the manager told us it would be brought right over...twenty minutes and 3 requests later we finally got it. This is unacceptable! Unfortunately the service is not what it used to be either.

If you'll eat a lot of sushi, it's a good value. But after going here for 2 years starting to notice that the guys behind the sushi pick and choose what rolls to give you when you order. Always seems to be one roll or two missing when you order more than 4 rolls (for 2 or more people too). Service is acceptable but come be more accommodating to new sushi eaters who don't know what the rolls are after they order. Still go here to pit out on sushi but not for the quality of sushi. You will not be blown away

At lunch time the prices are very reasonable! I cannot speak to the price at dinner time. We sat at the "sushi bar" and the sushi chef's were funny and very friendly. The quality and quantity of ingredients in the rolls surpassed expectations. Will be coming back as a repeat customer.

Price is good considering it's a buffet for sushi. Good all around food but not the greatest sushi ever, but again for what's included can't go wrong here. Pick your own stuff for fresh hibachi as well is a cool bonus. Would definitely mix in a trip here.

absolutely love this place! I came yesterday with my cousin & the service was great as usual. You get more than one waitress serving you and they answered any questions we had. The sushi was fresh and presented so pretty! Didn't go to the hibachi section this time (its included in the all you can eat) we got stuffed from the sushi lol but the last time i had it, it was very good! Definitely my go to sushi place.

Went here on a whim with some friends and had a really nice time here. It's a great all you can eat Sushi joint where they give you order forms and you fill them out, the waiter takes them, and will come back with plates of what you checked off on the lists. Could end up spending a lot of time here. There's also a buffet here that we were so consumed with ordering off the menu that we forgot about. Will need to come back here again soon with some friends to do this all over again.

Wasn't sure on what to expect with the bad reviews, but half way through the meal we knew we were going back. The sushi was delicious and the staff was very attentive and very friendly..even if they didn't wait on your table-multiple waitresses would check on us. The owners son kept asking how everyone was doing and made sure we got what we needed! Also, they were clean and they offered great options for vegans, which was a concern for my boyfriend. The habachi bar comes with the buffet and is made for fresh. You have to put the raw meats and veggies in a plate and they cook it for you. This will be our go to spot !

This is my favorite spot for an after work feast. The selection is quite good, not the most extensive. But what they do have it unique and delicious. Volcano rolls shaped like a volcano! Ha, never before have I encountered that. Definitely a sushi lovers spot, all you can eat is impossible to beat.

I used to eat here on a weekly basis. Their hibachi noodles was once my favorite and now they turned it into a cheap spaghetti noodle for their hibachi. Shrimp is full of ice and you have to actually “fish” if you want shrimp on your hibachi. The sauce they used to use was once a rich soy sauce which is now a diluted substitute. The rice on the sushi is somewhat old and overcooked. You can taste the actual “kani” on their dragon roll before but now, it tasted like mashed something. Another thing is that they really don’t give all your orders. I ordered 20 grilled squid and only receive a small plate after 2 follow ups. The quality really went downhill since 2 years ago.... i brought a lot of friends here but i simply just can’t recommend them anymore for good sushi.

This sushi place is AMAZING. I've probably tried a hundred different sushi restaurants and this is the one that I keep coming back to (along with my family and friends)! Although it is in a different class than say Nobu, the food is the freshest, and tastiest of all the mid-tier places I've tried! In conclusion, the food is worth double, if not triple what you pay for and I will continue being a loyal customer to make sure they remain open for all to enjoy!

Food is good. Prices are great (order from the menu instead of the buffet, trust me, it's cheaper - $5 tempura rolls and $3 veggie rolls!).. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. They watch you like a hawk to make sure no one who isn't ordering the buffet eats, but what's worse is they also count your rolls up while ur still eating it they think u may not finish. No smiles, lots of attitude.. asking simple questions or making requests garners more attitude. I felt like I couldn't enjoy my food with them staring us down all the time. Try to sit away from the buffet bar tables.. p.s. still got attitude and some stares even when ordering solely off menu, BUT I've been there 3 times because the food is tasty and priced well.

Our current favorite sushi place. Miso soup is good. Tempura is okay. Sushi and sashimi are excellent. Salmon teriyaki is very good. My kids and husband love this place. Good consistent social distancing.

This place is okay. Not much worth a revisit especially if you are a real sushi lover. The rolls are over packed with rice and very big. They dont have much of a variety of special rolls The habachi tasted stall the food does sit out. They do charge for what u dont eat. They fountain drinks even had a weird taste. Not sure why the vegetarian gave this place 1 star. Its sushi palace so the main food is Sushi. They have a menu available prior to eating so you can see the choices! The staff is polite and attentive. Sushi is fresh and the food comes out fast. The drinks add to the bill but so what. Its better than going all the way to the city. Theres always parking. I recommend this place.

You're probably not going to find another close by AYCE sushi place.... And that's ok. Because Sushi Palace has all you need for a fair price. Get in there with an empty stomach and get your money's worth in sushi! And even if you're not feeling like stuffing yourself full of sushi, their special rolls are pretty good too. Theres nothing better than all you can eat sushi and hibachi under one price! Went here with college friends and ate so much food. You sit at the table and are given a paper of all sushi rolls and different kitchen choices to choose from. You order and then you can get up to the hibachi grill and make your plate, give it to the hibachi guy, he cooks it. By the time you sit down and finish eating that, the sushi and whatever else you order comes out. Endless food!! But beware on how much you order, there is a sign saying any thing you cannot finish you will be fined for, but you can always keep ordering.

Not a good experience with the service of waitresses. Many times, I did not get the correct quantity of the order and I had to re-order. The empty dishes were not picked up by waitresses which sometimes I had to put them away myself. The owner needs to educate the waitresses and improve the customer service.

Amazing customer service every time. Hibachi is included in the $25 all you can eat. If you want a lighter sushi experience order a few different types of sashimi. The rolls are delicious but more on the American side. Lots of mayo or spicy sauce, many tempura options and the sushi rolls contain a lot of rice to fill people up. Get the most for your buck by trying out individual types of fish and making a plate of habichi choices before ordering the sushi. The rolls are very filling and more than one round is something I still haven't been able accomplish. Great for groups and a date night. Miao soup is also delicious and there green tea is a great way to end the meal.
