First trip, of hopefully many, here. The service was attentive, food was perfectly portioned and mimosas were not mostly OJ, which I appreciated. Ambiance was inviting and warm. The bar next door looks like a great chill spot that I can't wait to try. The outdoor seating looked comfortable and not too far out into the street.

Felt like I was really in the country, I loved the design, great place to take ur kids, or even a date, I got breakfast and you can't really mess up breakfast, but I loved the French toast, bacon was crispy, Irish sausage was perfect, I really enjoyed this place and can't wait to go back! Waitress was very nice, food came fast , fresh and hot!

Heritage is Replacing Rory Dolan's on my List of favorite Irish pubs nearby. Sorry Rory. I like the cozier feel here. The food is outstanding as is the service. The feel here is more family like and iblove the living room like setting on right side of entrance. I had the fish and chips twice! It was so crisp and delicious. Been back 3 times in one month.

There are two sides to every story...and the same goes for this place. My friend and I came here for the first time as a way to relax after a few busy work days and we walk in expecting to be welcomed but stand there a bit confused as to which side we go for-The Bar or The Restuarant. We go to the restuarant side. The ambiance of this side was very warm and welcoming and we were taken care of by the very nice waitress named Louisa. Our seats were so comfy and throw pillows were a great touch. The rustic center pieces immediately caught my eye. The prices are great and the portions are excellent. The food was amazing (we ordered the Heritage Nachos and Wings) and we will be coming here again. Oh, and the mimosa was awesome.

This is a spot along the Irish corridor on McLean Ave in Yonkers. Their Irish Soda Bread and scones are out of this world. It's definitely a great place to go for a relaxed breakfast.

I actually really like this bar. All the bartenders are pretty nice and the drinks aren’t to pricey. Plus, I never really had a long wait for a drink. I’ve been there a few times when they had live music which is always a good time. I still haven’t tried the food but from what Ive heard its pretty good.

I love coming here for breakfast or lunch. I usually stick to breakfast items and I haven't had anything bad yet. I'm not sure about dinner entrees but I'm sure it's good too. The service here is absolutely phenomenal!! Everyone is so kind, warm and very welcoming. The restaurant is also always very clean and it's good to see they are always sanitizing everything.

Had the traditional Irish breakfast that was absolutely delicious. The croissants that the breakfast sandwiches come on are awesome. They're like a cross between a traditional croissant and a really tasty brioche. I wanted to take more home. The coffee--always black for me--was also really good. Not bitter at all. Our waitress Meaghan (sp?) was also phenomenal handling all the tables with such grace. She was very sweet. Definitely going back!

Without doubt the best place on McLean Avenue in Yonkers to have breakfast. Everything is really good here-and Eileen is a wonderful lady. Have been eating here for years. Totally recommend this restaurant especially if you love a full Irish breakfast.

Thank you for an amazing party celebrating my parents 69 wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully decorated, staff were friendly and the food was great . Everyone went above and beyond to make this celebration special for our family .

I just had breakfast at Eileen's the place looks beautiful it's warm and cozy. The waitresses we're very friendly and sweet. My only problem is I thought it was a little expensive for breakfast. $9 for pancakes and an extra 5:50 for bacon. They were both very good the pancakes and the bacon I just think $9 for 3 pancakes is a lot. But I would recommend it.

Eileens is a very nice place to eat. It's located on McLean Ave in a good neighborhood. They don't have private parking though, you have to park on the street and pay the meter. There's outside seating in front. While there, I noticed customers outside with a dog. I saw the waiter bring a bowl of water for it. I'm an animal lover and it's nice to know that next time I go there, I can bring my dog with me and she will be welcome. The food is good here and made to order. They have daily specials and very reasonable prices. There's a separate bar area. It's clean with good ambiance and the waiters are polite. I will definitely eat there again soon.

We had our son’s communion brunch at Eileen’s / Heritage restaurant and the service and food was fantastic. The owner Eileen and her son Michael helped us prepare the perfect menu. Yanna and Kate setup decorations, customized our menus, and did a wonderful job serving our party of 20+ effectively and with great attitudes. Every aspect was perfect. Many people commented on the strong food quality, and top notch service as well, so it wasn’t just us. The prices are reasonable and the place has recently been remodeled. This place really is a hotspot for food, family, and/or local fun.

Get a taste of the UK with this place. Being an expat myself I love to eat here and feel nostalgic. The Irish breakfast is amazing and the Fish & Chips are great!! Well worth the wait as it is often busy especially on the weekend.

Went to watch the Ravens Steelers game with hubby. Decent amount of TV's. Despite there not being a crowd it took quite a while for a server to get to us and I had to finally approach the bar to find out about drink specials. It's a quaint and cozy bar with lots of seating as well as a full restaurant attached. Since it's a bar I was thrown for a loop when families walked thru with young children. I felt kind of weird since there was, what I thought a separate entrance. The servers were not well versed on the drink menu and had to go back and forth a few times to get basic questions answered, so we were waiting an unacceptable amount of time. Yet everyone was very nice and courteous. The bar is a good neighborhood spot for the middle aged, after work cocktail or if you want to avoid the rowdy football fan (like myself). Can't review the restaurant but quite a few families were there. I'd go back just because folks were nice and the atmosphere was warm.

I eat here at least twice a week and the service is always wonderful whether I'm eating in or having it delivered. The girls at the front desk always remember me when I call or come in, their delivery time is never more than 30 minutes, and the food is to die for while being very reasonably priced! I've tried almost everything on their menu and I've never disliked a thing! If you're passing through Woodlawn I would highly recommend stopping at Eileen's Country Kitchen for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!!!

I had the eggs benidict, which was cooked to perfection, and constructed very well. The hollandaise was smooth and not broken, my friend has the irish breakfast which he raved about. I will definitely be returning. The only reason why i didnt give 5 stars was the waitress. She seems inexperienced and she didnt know what she was talking about. Being in the service industry myself i know as well as anyone that if you dont know something you should always exclude confidence regardless

Just found out this morning that Eileen's is closed. They've been boarded up for a while and I happened to be in Artuso's across the street and asked the staff if they knew what was happening. One of the people said the owner actually owns Heritage as well. They closed Eileen's and expanded Heritage.

“Friends Brunch” I went to meet old friends for a Sunday morning brunch. We made a 12:15 reservation and when I got there there were a few people seated. The wait staff was very friendly, no rush as we waited for a few stragglers. We all ordered from the brunch menu and everyone really enjoyed the food everything was delicious.

Went here for breakfast with 3 others. We all loved the food - hence the 3 stars. The service was pretty bad, however. We were there on a Sunday around noon. It wasn’t very busy - they might have had 4 tables with people at them. Our order was taken in a timely manner, but service (though it was friendly) pretty much went downhill from there. It wasn’t a problem that it took the food about 20 minutes to come out - but it was annoying that in that 20 minutes, we never received our drinks that were ordered. We finally asked for them and received them about 1 minute before the food arrived. The waitress was spilling the coffee all over as she carried it toward us, she never gave us spoons so my friend mixed hers with her knife. We had to ask her to bring us sugar. In the meantime we saw another guest walk over to the staff and ask for utensils because they were never given any. When the food came out, she had forgotten to bring one friends toast and my sausages so we needed to ask for them. They never came to refill our coffees or ask if we needed more water (though our glasses were empty). Never removed extra, unused dishes from the table to help us make room for the plates that arrived with food on them. And after the bill had been paid for, they unnecessarily finally brought another jug of water to our table as we were basically getting up to leave. The food was really yummy. Loved the Irish sausage and the black and white pudding. The bar itself was nice, though the back room where the tables are and the breakfast was served had no windows so was pretty closed in feeling. Also - it was super chilly. We were all cold because the AC was on (it was a 59 degree spring day - not necessary for AC use). We could see other customers trying to warm up their arms from the AC breeze too.

A pretty solid bar. We enjoyed the atmosphere a lot, but without a doubt, the best part about this watering hole was the service. Our bartender was prompt and pleasant, and she made several drink suggestions which we quite enjoyed. A fantastic bar and restaurant with a terrific atmosphere. My brother and I brought my cousins visiting from Ireland in for dinner and we were all delighted with our choices.

I personally have not been here but this review I’m posting was from my wife’s overall experience of celebrating a private party held at the Heritage. This restaurant was recommended to my wife and co-workers who were planning a surprise retirement party for a beloved co-worker. The owner Eileen and her entire staff are simply amazing and were very accommodating from beginning to end. We had booked the private party room which had more than enough space for the event. The food was so delicious, decor setup was beautiful and charming.

Food is always excellent, however on this occasion the service was terrible, I called for delivery, pretty simple order chicken wrap with fries and a side of curry, got no fries and no curry, so I called the restersunt to ask them to complete my order and after waiting another half an hour I had to call to cancel, whoever the girl is that’s answers the phone on a Monday night can’t take a simple order.

Family run by Eugene and Eileen Collum. The best breakfast in town, a great lunch and dinner too. Plus everybody's favorite game is on the TVs there. And if you're not into sports, the back room is a cozy restaurant with many booths to slide into. And their staff is top notch.

This place is a very spacious bar/restaurant in the highly Irish populated area of Yonkers, and it shows this. The walls are adorned with antiques and Irish themed pictures. The drink selection is not to be trifled with and the food offered is quite good. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay here, be it for a few drinks or to sit down in the back for a nice meal.

Excellent food, the buffalo wings were delicious. I sampled them from my son's plate and will be ordering next time. I ordered the fish & chips which was served with cole slaw and baked beans. Everything was great tasting. Washed it down with a Sam Adam's Octoberfest. I have to say, the prices were extremely reasonable especially for the portions. Our waiter was very attentive but not in the way. Overall, great experience and will return.

The menu has great variety including many traditional irish dishes (I had the Galway Bay crab cakes and an amazing soup). Everyone was accomodating to our party including arranging shared plates.
