My first impression when walking into this establishment was very beautiful and well kept.The place was not busy, I am sure is because of the beautiful weather and everyone was either at the beach or enjoy this wonderful weather else where.The wait staff sat us down, we was greeted properly, the staff was accommodating through out the visit (with child). We was greeted by the own who was present and very attentive and welcoming. The place had a very good family atmosphere and comfort to it that was great for the area. The food came out fresh and hot.The menu was simple and not overwhelming. The food was fantastic..I totally will return and recommend this place if you are looking for a restaurant to dine with family that is well kept great setting, very good food..

The house bread smell so good you are almost force to order, is a soft and crusty thing layer, full of flavor. The Ginger and carrot soup was the best I tried before. But the meatball wasn't good at all, or at least no for my taste. Will come back for the eggplant Parmigiano.

I've lived in the area for 5 years and this was my first time dining at Bella Note, and WOW!!! I can't believe I did not know of this beautiful restaurant prior to today. From the outside, it did not look like the restaurant was opened because the windows have a tint on them. But once you entered, you are absorbed by elegancy and beauty. The decor of the place is elegant, modern, but yet simple. The seating was very comfortable. I ordered the calamari and chicken parmesan and both were FANTASTIC. Best tomato sauce I've had since I studied abroad in Italy and in this neighborhood. You can tell that Benny and his staff put a lot of love into their food and the service provided. Benny, it was a pleasure meeting you today and I will absolutely return. Thank you for being so kind and wonderful to us today. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY and HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if you want authentic Italian food and pizza in the neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Atmosphere is lovely, portion sizes are reasonable in size but pricey. If you bring your own cake, there is $3 charge per plate. Service is excellent and timely. We will come again for family gathering.

I usually use them for catering which is always a great experience. Food is always delicious and delivered on time. I brought my wife to enjoy some dinner. We were not disappointed. Appetizers were delicious. I had the dry aged rib eye which I loved, my wife had a pasta dish with plenty of seafood she enjoyed every bite.

I wanted to like this more than I did. It's local to where I often stay and has the potential to be a nice neighborhood Italian, with live music a few evenings a week. Unfortunately the food was just ok. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo and it was pretty tasteless and under seasoned. My wife had the linguine with clams and felt the sauce lacked body. Service was ok but I found myself asking for parmesan and black pepper as they were not offered and the dish certainly needed them. Would I go back? Yes but the draw would be the jazz not the food. All in all - mediocre.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. We started ordering from here at the start of the pandemic and we’re so happy they never closed. The chicken hero, side of shrimp, side salad, large salad, and stuffed mushrooms are some of our favorites. I’m in love with their creamy balsamic dressing and focaccia. I also like the rewards program from ordering online. I highly recommend this restaurant!

2.5 stars. It’s sincerely hit or miss. By far my favorite pizza spot in this neighborhood. The pizza on a good day is PHENOMENAL and can rival any “best nyc pizza” spot…. But then we have nights like last night when they disrespectfully sent me a clearly twice reheated pizza that was made most likely last week. Do not do that. Do not sit there and sell old food at full price. Donate your food to a pantry for those in need, but if I pay you damn near $30 for pizza I expect it to be fresh. Disappointed. It’s behavior like this that lowers the standard. Sincerely miss living in Long Island in moment like this. Hit or miss.

Great (albeit a little pricey) food. We haven't been to the restaurant itself, but we've been ordering from them for a long time. The food is consistent and we've yet to have anything we didn't love. The salads are massive and a real standout. The buffalo chicken roll is both cheap and delicious. Pastas are perfectly prepared. A nice week is that delivery is always speedy and they're willing to do completely contactless drop offs during the plague. One day, we'll actually make the trek to eat on site.

Ambiance is nice. Hostess is super friendly. Dinner menu is fancy. Food is good, but on the pricey side, especially considering the portion sizes. They don't serve a traditional style pizza during dinner service, which I find pretentious. I enjoyed this place a lot more when it was just a corner pizza place. It's a great place to take a date, but for dinner, I'd leave the kids at home.

We had a great dinner! I had the best chicken scarpiello that I have ever had! Other members of our family had fabulous eggplant parmigiana, gluten free pizza, gnocchi and ravioli! Everyone loved their dinners! The salads are plentiful, fresh and delicious!!!! We have had food delivered to home from Bella Notte but this was our first time eating there. We could not be happier!! We will be back often!! Thank you Ben for your gracious hospitality!

Their new space is beautiful. Most of the food is fantastic. We usually get the pizza and ceasar salad which is always fresh and very tasty. . I've had pasta dishes a couple of times and it's always delicious. I'm taking a Star off my rating for the service which is oppressive and annoying. If you do not mind having a server ask you every 4 minutes how you are doing, and trying to grab your plate the minute you take the last bite of food then you'll do OK here. I like service that is more low key. I blame management that doesn't seem to know how to relax and dial it back a bit. I understand the need for table turnover, but in a move to a space that seems to encourage a relaxed evening of cocktails and a nice meal, it comes off as weird and nerve wracking. I hope they can figure out if they are serving fast food, or something a little more upscale because the potential is there to be the best restaurant in the area.

Its a really great place for a family dinner! Pizza is AMAZING! And the spicy chicken wings are DELICIOUS! Owners & staff are super attentive and friendly. Great place to dine in or order out. Their ordering system is great too. Waiting time is not too long. You can also order to pick up. Great place! Highly recommend!

The owners are awesome and the food is amazing. The environment, decoration, vibe, and music playing in the background is also good. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars (I really give it a 4.8 stars but I can't do that on google) is because it can take a while to get the food and it's a little pricey but at the same time you can tell it's really made with love. Truly delicious food across the board. They even have gluten free and whole wheat options. You just have to ask. Makes a visit here well worth your while.

Great gnocchi, light and fluffy. A sausage sandwich with broccoli rabe was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. And just nice people who give good service. Don't know why we walked by for over a year before trying them out.

I've never been inside as we always get delivery but the food is very good. The delivery isn't the fastest (averages around an hour) but I love the baked ziti, the pizza, or the calamari. Big servings too as I usually get two meals out of it. Can't speak to atmosphere inside but the food is great.

The new restaurant is Bella and the servers are very attentive. The menu has not changed much, but with a few new additions. It is now one of my local favorites with the confort and charm of a neighborhood restaurant and the sophistication of any of the cities best restaurants. A great place you would be proud to bring visitors, friends and family any day of the week.

Big open space, really good food with creative variety. Space could use some artwork on their walls, as most of the place is devoid of decoration. Except the bar. They have several of the largest flat screen televisions I've ever seen outside of an electronics store! So, intro aside, the lunch my wife, daughter, mother-in-law, and I had was wonderful. The clam pizza (no red sauce) we very tasty and the crust was perfect: not too thin, not too thick. Just the right amount of crunch. I started with a Mediterranean Salad, complete with crumbled feta (not big chunk or block feta like some places), but it was nearly large enough to be an entree! Which, in fact, was what my wife had. But she added grilled shrimp, which were seasoned and done extremely well. I can't unfortunately remember what my daughter ate, but as someone who must maintain a gluten free diet, she worked with our server (more about her in a moment) to ensure that nothing was tainted and sure enough, it was perfect. She enjoyed whatever it was she ate. Including the tasting cups of the mushroom soup that our server brought out at the end for us to try. Yum!! My mother-in-law had eggplant parmesan, which I did not try, as I don't like eggplant! Salad dressing came in cute little "milk jugs" on the side, but were so filled that the amount if waste must be incredible. Prices, for the Bronx, were a little high. This isn't Manhattan! Now, a big shout-out to our server Trish (boy I hope I remember that correctly!) She was dynamite, pleasant, efficient, friendly, and above all else listened to what we had to say, wanted, and needed. So, bottom line, GO!!!!

Bella Notte is my favorite Italian spot in the neighborhood. The owner (Ben) is very nice and always comes by my table to say hi. The food is always reliably delicious (never had the pizza). Gluten free pastas are available.

So we invited weeks ago to a private birthday party food was very good , but I thought let's try on another night to make a better evaluation. Guess what ? First instinct is your best instinct. The food perfect! Portions perfect! The waitstaff perfect! Short ride to Riverdale from th Upper Westside and you have the busiest restaurant on the block and some excellent italian food at reasonable prices. We'll go back one Saturday night to see the live entertainment they have. Thanks to our new friend Ben and his staff ....tutto bene !!!!

Had dinner for first time on Tuesday, May 7th. The garden salad was fresh and the balsamic vinaigrette tasty. I had the chicken franchaise which was well prepared and flavorful. To top off the evening there was Judy Cantorino and her group playing and singing jazz favorites. I could see she had a following and the atmosphere made me feel right at home. I would suggest you give this up and coming restaurant a try.

I have eaten in the restaurant and ordered takeout (for delivery via Seamlees). Everything is always delicious and service is always on point. I have yet to order something there I don't love. Bella Notte Pizzeria is a pizzeria that provides much more than just pizza. This restaurant provides quality customer service, a mellow atmosphere and a superb dining experience. I work in the area and this is my go to place for lunch and sometimes dinner. I've tried so many of their selections and have always been pleased. My favorite would have to be the Philly Cheesesteak with the Carrot Ginger soup for lunch. But I also love the Teriyaki wings and Chicken Parm.

I went with my daughter for dinner for my birthday. I really liked the dinner and the courtesy of the employee, it was spectacular. I recommend it to everyone who likes to eat well.
