Absolutely amazing experience ❤️ We went on Sunday at 1 pm The restaurant was not very crowded The server was great, very attentive polite, and interacted with us with a big friendly smile ☺️ She made sure our party of 7 was well taken care of I had the crispy Brussels 😋 Stuffed flounder & 🥦 topped with a delicious sauce so lite and delicate paired very well with the tender flounder I will always order the crispy Brussels from now on I can't tell you enough how delicious this meal was !!! I was the only one who took a picture, but there were 7 of us, and everyone had nothing but praise for their lunch

After years of loving this place today my crab legs n biscuits were cold. Yes disappointing but easily fixed. The wait staff way awesome as usual. The Brussel sprouts, mixed drinks and broccoli way delicious. However the drinks were missing alcohol as usual.

Honestly was a bit concerned when we were pulling into the parking lot. BUT it was 100% worth it. Beryl was amazing!!! She kept our drinks and biscuits filled, and she got everything from our order correct. She was timely and checked on us, but didn't hover. I would absolutely go back to this location

Shrimp fest! Always a fan. Our server was the best, food was almost too hot to eat which is not a complaint and quite welcomed. Decor is a little dated, seemed very dark and lacking life, maybe get a new lobster tank? Other than me trying to find a reason to nitpick it was a great dining experience and this location tends to do very well in all the aspects of its intent. Will be back.

I'm a seafood lover and Red Lobster delivers every time! They deliver exceptional customer service and delicious meals. I can't believe I actually forgot Red Lobster existed! Our waiter, DeShawn was amazing and very patient. The restaurant was cold and he saw that I was shaking, so he adjusted the thermostat to a warmer temperature. How awesome is he?! In addition, I highly recommend any of the feast dishes. The plates are full and will definitely satisfy your hunger. And they have some great selections on their drink menu as well. Red Lobster does NOT disappoint - this location in particular. You'll see me again, that's for sure.

I had never been to Red Lobster in all my time in California and my five months here in Virginia. Service was very good and accommodated my being in a wheelchair. The food was excellent and I did not go away hungry. Our server even gave us some extra biscuits which are fabulous. Very pleased and hope to return soon. P.S. You serve delicious coffee!

My fiance and I have frequented this location on several occasions and we've always had a good time! Food was prepared and brought out promptly and our server JB was awesome! He communicated very well in letting us know what was going on every step of the way! Our food was delicious and presented well! This was our first time having lunch let alone it be on Christmas day but thinking ahead, we might make this a tradition moving forward!

I am hoping this was just one of those days event. However, we went to Red Lobster and was seated within a couple of minutes. Our waiter informed us that their was a party of 25 in the back and they didn't have enough wait staff. He, was fairly flighty, quirky and very loud for a waiter. I have lost 75% of my hearing and I had no problem hearing him several tables over. Let me just get to the point here. The waiter went outside and smoked and let 2 tables get up and leave and he reeked of smoke. Even though he was nice, he was wayyyyyy to nice, to the point if being annoying. Our food was great, the manager was nice and offered 10% off even though we never complained. It was annoying to see people leave, being in customer service for so many years, it really got on my nerves. Oh the funny part, every time he came by our table, or another table the large party kept growing and growing. By the time they left, the group had 45 total. Ohhhh...they left before we did that night. Hopefully, as I said, it was a 1 time thing. Yet that waiter needs to manage himself more.

Biscuits were excellent of course Mussels were good. The tomato white wine sauce was spectacular that they were in But I did have one broken shell and 2 unopened ones The lobster tails(I ordered lobster lovers dream) I had trouble cutting with knife If it wasn't for the butter not sure I would have ate it Shrimp and pasta was good but a bit rich. Needed something to cut that at least for my palate The crispy brussel sprouts at least for me were bitter and a little tough Orzo rice was bland for me Chardonnay was very good I'm taking this trip as just a bad day Because Ive been very pleased other times at this location So I'll be back PS. our server was wonderful

The food and drinks were great. A bit understaffed but just about everywhere is. However, I do believe it contributed to the extended wait time for out meal and drinks. Overall, a good experience and would definitely recommend this location.

Of all the things I can say about Red Lobster, the one thing positive thing I can say is they consistently have great tasting food! Now...for the negative... The drink they have on the menu that i wanted was not available. Also, i advise against having a large party of 6 or more people come to the restaurant! This is because on my last 4 visits there [all with large parties] the time from full table order to delievery to table has always been terribly long....[so long we went thru 2 baskets of their cheddar biscuits and still were waiting quite a bit]

We had a great time at Red Lobster tonight although there were no live lobster awaiting boiling water misery on display; the tank was full of bubbly water and shouldn't be on display. I tried to find some coupons but the red lobster rewards application was the only choice so did that. We ordered Dragon Shrimp, Atlantic grilled Salmon with Shrimp, Chicken Tocos and some Lobster dip all items turned out great in taste quality and quantity. We loved the food definitely an improvement from the last time when I tried a shrimp scampi and it tasted bland.

I absolutely love this location. Everytime we go the service is always Wonderful and they keep the table loaded with bread (my favorite part) I'm usually hard to please when going out because I hold high standards but this place always delivers perfection.

My daughter loves red lobster and we took her for her bday! I know management is telling the Servers to lie about the biscuits not being ready or their cookin or we ran out they just don't wanna be given out a bunch. Now I don't know this for sure but every time we go this is always the case when before there was no problem. Our server was kind and attentive.

Went here with my girlfriend and we both ordered the Salmon "catch of the day". She had it wood fired grilled and I had it with the Soy glaze. Absolutely amazing! And cmon who doesn't love them biscuits! The waiter was very friendly and kept our beverages topped as well!

Wait times for food were long but it was Valentine's Day & thus very crowded. The restaurant also wasn't fully staffed, and the kitchen was "slightly overwhelmed" per the Manager. However our server Tazha was very attentive & did a great job keeping us informed.

Let me tell y'all about this experience Wendy the waitress super kind and courteous sweetest lady I've ever seen at a place like this she apologized already for taking too long but she wasn't it was normal wait time but it just goes to show how courteous she really is we did get there at the end of the night that's our own fault I highly recommend you get there by 8:00 if you want to make sure your experience is good they close at 10:00 so you know everybody's running around trying to clean up and everything, so they can go home. the food was good only thing I didn't like is that I'm paying $100 for food and the lobster is small I have gone to a lot of other places you get a big lobster and I did not pay nowhere near $100. The manager came and took my small lobster and got me a bigger one that's why I say I really didn't have a bad experience but I know for sure being that they're trying to clean up at the end of the night I definitely recommend you get there by 8:00 don't forget it's usually a 10 to 30 minute wait so try to have somebody there so you can make the wait time a little less I also recommend getting the child's menu instead of being on your phone if you're on a date so you and your date can play the games on the children's menu while you're waiting for your food the biscuits are always amazing I really like Wendy she's a great waitress the drinks for adults are really good they do have children's drinks non-alcoholic make sure you have your ID card even though I'm almost 40 they still carding me. The only bad thing I can say is that for this to be Red lobster they definitely should have bigger lobsters you're literally called Red lobster I take half a star away for small lobsters other than that I have no complaints I enjoyed my food my broccoli was so delicious baked potato fire I had steak and lobster my steak was cooked perfect... Red lobster you guys need to make sure for the price we should get at least a 5 or 6 oz lobster I like the people the atmosphere was really good the music was good it's just kind of unfair you spend your hard-earned money and get such a small lobster ask for Wendy if you do go there she is super awesome

Food was quick and hot and service was good. The one caveat was that there was no baby changing station in the restroom, so I wasn't sure at that point if they want/don't want kids in there? I probably wouldn't go back due to that as it just felt awkward having to leave/go to my car in the freeing cold to change the kids.

The manager inquired if everything was alright too. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the hot food was quick. I will return to this Red Lobster again.

I don't want to bash this restaurant because, the staff was friendly and attentive, but it wasn't run particularly well. Our entrees came out before our appetizers, soup & salad. When mentioned they were prompt in bringing the first courses out, but my New England clam chowder was luke warm & watery. By time we finished the hot appetizer our entrees were cold. I'm not in a hurry to return.

I came in to order lunch to go, and the lovely host took my order, suggested that I park in the curbside to go parking and brought it out to me as I opted to wait in my car for my order to be completed. I ordered the shrimp scampi with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The food was awesome, of course, and the biscuits were fresh! I'll definitely return again soon.

the food was good, as expected, service was good/very good. but it was cold and a strong stream of air never stopped blowing on our table the entire 90+ minute dinner/8 top. the manager noticed we had donned every coat and jacket we could muster, and offered to lower the AC. the steady wind didn't stop but it was a minuscule warmer, for a short time. poor conditioned air movement. but Walt's fried shrimp were great! I did not mind the speed at which the food cooled as much as I did the blasting air of any temperature.

The service was friendly to me but there was an atmosphere that the wait-staff were just not into it. The manager popped her head out for less than a minute to deliver the sea scallops that I ordered which arrived after the rest of my meal. Overall not a bad experience, just seemed like the people working there weren't terribly happy with their jobs.

Lunch was delicious. We arrived about 3pm and there was no wait and a good amount of table being served. Our was friendly & efficient but not "warm n fuzzy ". We did have to wait for our drink service but our food came out in a timely manner from the time of ordering. We had the Pub Fish n Chips and the Lobster Shrimp Roll with Lobster Bisque. The food was very filling and good. The fish was crispy and golden. The bisque was warm and had a nice amount lobster meat in it. The bun on the lobster shrimp roll was soggy and needed to be grilled longer. Other than that , the roll was packed with lobster and shrimp and had great flavor. Overall a nice experience.

Arrived about 7 on a Thursday night. Not too crowded but it took about 5 minutes to seat me and a guest. Food was good and server was friendly. However it did take server a bit of time to get to my table so we could order. Manager did pitch in to help make sure customers were ok. Not many places do that. Would visit again when I am down that way.

I could eat cheddar biscuits until I explode. I brought my mom here for her birthday. While eating dinner, her battery died. We didn't have cables but another waitress did and she drove around to give us a jump DURING her shift. Thats how awesome the staff is here.

They aren't as good as they use to be. I didn't care for my food because it didn't taste right. The server was great so that's why I gave them 3 stars and I left him a great tip. I watched him take his time and help other people with ordering their food, even when they didn't know what they wanted...well he took his time an made suggestions to help them. I wish I knew his name. I hope you know who you are. I heard someone tell you that she thought you left or that you no longer worked there. I'm not sure of what you said but I think you said something about you changed days or time. I hope that helps with identifying who you are. Anyway thank you and yuck to the food.

Stopped here on a Sunday for dinner. Let me start off my saying the food was amazing. The customer service was perfect. Arrived was seated and had our drinks within 5 minutes. The biscuits were fenomoninal and arrived quickly and stayed warm. I got the Filet and it turned out perfect medium cooked. The math potatoes were seasoned perfectly not to much not to little. The rice was even perfect. I would highly recommend this place and will be attending again.

We had a long wait (45 minutes) because we didn't make reservations in advance and we were a party of ten. It's a good idea to make reservations, especially if you are a sizable party. We went during "Lobster Fest" and wow - were we served awesome lobster dishes! As a larger party, we also had two wait persons each handling their own ends of the long table. We wanted for nothing during our family dinner. It was an exquisite trip to the Red Lobster!

The first time i been in years!!! The hostess was sweet, the food was delicious but our waitress was not very good. We waited forever for our appetizer. Then we waited forever for our dinner. We got our FIRST drink refill 5 minutes before leaving. She never cleared one dish from our table so we were crowded with plates and bowls. She walked passed us numerous times without acknowledging us when we needed her. She was nice don't get me wrong, but I'm not sure we will be back😞

She checked on us throughout our meal and was not overbearing but still attentive to all of her tables as well as ours! My daughter received her coke refill without asking and we were easily able to get her attention when my wife needed a box for her take home portion. My dinner was a the seafood combo, once again perfectly cooked and served with a baked potato, side of coleslaw. My wife had the flounder dinner and they where awesome big pieces of fish not the pressed patty that allot of places use. And she thought that the coleslaw was awesome. We called ahead and where seated promptly . Our waitress was great she made sure we had everything and kept checking back often. So in summation we had a great time. Did the all your can eat shrimp fest! It was great. Ordered twice and tapped out. Went with a friend and her family. One of the drinks had mango in it, which my friend is anaphylactic to. The host apologized non-stop and had another drink made. If you have food allergies PLEASE notify your waiter! With that said it applies to ANY restaurant you go to not just Red Lobster. The Caesar salad was good as well as the fried broccoli! There was no wait time, on a Tuesday 2pm. Very family friendly.

Destiny was our server and she was excellent with a pair of 3yo kids at the table. One of the toddlers, for example, arrived first and mentioned - once - the other toddler's name. When she arrived, Destiny welcomed her by name and the looks on the kiddo's face and her dad's were priceless. The food was fast and delicious, kids meals were served quickly and not too hot for the little people. Adult meals were hot and drinks were refilling themselves it seemed. We had a great experience and I will definitely return. Thanks to the whole crew!

I hadn't been in years. It was nice to see that there are new items on the menu. I tried the salmon ginger soy bowl (?). It was a nice portion and came with salmon cooked perfectly, wild greens, crispy brussel sprouts, edamame and what looked like wild rice. The menu said quinoa but that's ok. It was delicious and very filling. My friend had a dish with shrimp 3 ways....in linguine alfredo, scampi and fried.....the usual red lobster fair. He had a baked potato and Cesar salad with it. It was decent. We both agreed that the cheddar biscuits recipe must have changed because they didn't taste the same and weren't as cheesy as before. They are practicing social distancing. Both the host and server were very attentive. It was nice to get out for a decent meal amidst all the uncertainty.

Red lobster at independence Blvd outstanding. I spent more than $100. But the first restaurant near lynhaven mall is totally unsatisfactory. My family had to leave this restaurant. Their host show us to seat in a booth, we ask if we can seat to a table that pointed, this yoing boy snapped that it is for group party of 8. To avoid more discussions we settle to seat in the booth but my wife asked if he could wipe the seat. He went and fetch a very wet rag. Result the seat is wet, and I complain, the seat is wet. Can you get dry rag. There is no response, so I used the table napkin to wipe dry. He came back, I asked just get me another napkin. He came back and throw the napkin. My wife noticed his action, she said we'll just leave. At this time I asked this young man to follow me, showed the table that we initially requested, what is wrong with this table. He said there is no server. The table for 8 was next to it. I told him your server cannot walk six more steps to serve us. I have been going to this restaurant for three decades, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. Since we decided to dine in Red lobster tonight we traveled much further and not to ruin our evening.

Food was wonderful and we love the biscuits, but our drinks came with straws in them and without consulting first. Had we been offered the opportunity, we would have saved them the cost and declined staws as they were quickly discarded and never used. We hope Red Lobster invests in reusable or eco-friendly staws and sauce containers. If Red Lobster doesn't care about plastic, how much care do they place on the source of the seafood they offer? We will not be returning until they adopt a more enlightened policy on straws.

My family of five enjoys a tradition of eating at Red Lobster about every 2-3 months. I think we've been to this particular restaurant about five times. The friendly staff serve tasty food (we love crab) and while the outside of the building looks a bit run down, the inside is well kept and spacious. The open atmosphere of the main dining room does tend to get loud when the restaurant is busy, so we tend to eat an early lunch to dodge the crowds.

Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants. I always get the crab legs. But here my crab legs were cold and the rest of my order was lukewarm. It was about 8pm. I find that these like this usually happen at restaurants close to their closing.

Well I have always loved red lobster and still do but we had not been for a little while and we were surprised by how much the prices has gone up. Man I don't think we will be going back again cause of the prices not the food cause it's still good but it's has gotten to be to pricey.

Between my husband's long hours at work and a busy toddler, we don't go out to eat much. Either we're tired or it's too late at night. When my husband suggested we eat out, I chose Red Lobster, and from start to finish it was a great time. All the staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the food was excellent. Our server even packaged the food herself while most restaurants will just hand you the container and doggie bag. She even included the delicious leftover cheese garlic bisquits. The portions are generous and I will be having lunch for at least two days!

Ok so it's red lobster and red lobster is OK.. We of course had a server that was brand new fresh out of training but with no common sense. I ordered a four course meal which the server brought all four courses at the same time thinking that I wanted to eat my soup, salad and meal all together but didn't even bring my gf her soup at all.

This place has some of the beat sea food evee. As.welk as food customer service, they are really polite and you can count on them to make tour dinner perfect. Ive been going to this same location for a while now and they havent disappointed me yet!! I strongly recommend this location to those who really like sea food and want a good night.!

Have eaten at this location many times , since I live nearby . Always great food and service couldn't be better . I have come to know and ask for Dana N. to be my server , she is by far the best ! I highly recommend this Red Lobster and if you want a server who is tentative and friendly then ask for Dana N. you won't be disappointed.

Ok its Red Lobster, everyone has been to Red Lobster. We had a great young waiter, Jesse, really went the extra mile. Cheese biscuits were better, less greasy, than ever. Do not order the asparagus (woody) or the (Brussel sprouts (inedible). Salmon New Orleans was ok.
