The food here was pretty good. I enjoyed myself and the bartenders were funny which made the experience even better. They played some really good old school music which I like. They do have both outside and inside seating which is a plus and outside is covered from the weather. Great atmosphere overall.

It wasn't too busy and the staff sat us pretty fast. She was so nice and was very helpful. The food came out in a timely manner not supper fast but it didn't take a long time either. But if your here you should definitely come visit. The food was really good too. And the portions were large.

Dog friendly and good food! We had some drinks and enjoyed having our pups with is. The server was very sweet and brought us a dog bowl with water. She also checked on us multiple times.

Cool location! They had a employee shortage that night in the middle of a busy rush so our server had to help cook, run food and serve us!! But☝🏾 he continued to check on us ,communicated with us we waited or wanted for NOTHING! Awesome dive bar with great food, good service, fun music, and hard working, fun servers. After reading reviews we had to try since we love a good dive bar. Some of the reviews are entertaining...it's a dive bar people! She- crab soup was delicious. Oysters fresh and tasty better than CP shuckers! Fries came out hot and crisp. Hush puppies were amazing! Frozen rum runners were refreshing. The hurricane category 5 was super strong but good. My husband was happy with how cold the beers were. Erin was exceptional, she ran the inside and outside with ease. My husband renamed her Karen to get a laugh 😃. They even found my husband a t-shirt he really wanted and made him very happy. We will definitely be back when in town.

I got the killer nachos and they were amazing. Waffle fries, shrimp, crab, class, salsa, sour cream, onions and smothered in queso. Very filling as a meal. Our waitress Tanya was awesome. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a party of 8 and they were able to get us seated fairly quickly. Great casual atmosphere with great food. We had a few separate checks and our Server, Jamie, was very nice and checked on us regularly. She handled the adults and kids superbly and we never waited for a single thing. We had many different dishes and each one came quickly and was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Haven't been to Harpoon Larry's in several years. Returned tonight to get some of the best jalapeño peppers that I have ever found! Been craving them. Even bought some uncooked, unbreaded extras to bring home. Going to wrap them in bacon and cook them in the oven. For dinner Mom had the Mahi grilled with mixed veggies and French Fries. I had the Stuffed Shrimp with mixed veggies and mac & cheese. Everything was seasoned and cooked great!

This place is dog friendly. Water was given to my dog. Food was small portioned. It tasted okay but not what we expected. Dirty inside, floors are dirty, people smoking outside. Would recommend for people with dog. But if you are looking for real food, find some other options around the area.

Very cool place. Been going there with a group of friends almost every other Thursday for a couple of years now. They always have great specials. Food is very good. The waitresses already know us and very friendly. The minus is their bathroom isn’t very clean and paper towel holder doesn’t exist and toilet paper holder is broken for years now. Also no mirror. It’s little things but would make it thaat much better!

I had the soft shell crab with cole slaw and it was really good. While I was waiting for my food I had a oyster shooter (vodka). It was just ok. Next time I will try one with beer. Overall pretty cool place. I visited on a weekday and the bar seemed to be full of locals.

Date night at the oceanfront. $11.99 1lb snow crabs and $3.50 run runners on Tuesdays from 5-9pm. Hush puppies were yummy. She crab soup was delish. Great service and great food!

Bought my family here for the first time because we come a lot. This time around I must say the service was not great at all. I’m not sure what happened since our last visit but to get here at 7 and not get the food until after 8 is the worst. I’m glad it’s not during peak season. Some of our food was hot but majority was cold. I guess I’m will just stick with there Newport News location never again at this one.

My wife and I stopped here because she wanted to have the clam dish. While waiting we ordered the frozen "rum runner". The drink was great but the clams were very small and over cooked. Too bad the location near the beach is nice.

Awesome food and an extremely helpful and friendly waiter. He gave us suggestions as to what the locals like and things that work well together. We’ve come here every time we go on vacation and the quality remains superb. Would definitely recommend!

I love the bartenders/servers here, they always do an amazing job and make great drinks. The food is always on point. I had a server named Theo come up to me and she was sweet as can be asking if I needed anything and also giving me genuine compliments. There’s always amazing service here and it’s my favorite spot to be at the ocean front.

We had a great time at Harpoon Larry's. We started off with some raw oysters ( they were excellent) and some stuffed mushrooms that were so so good. I had a chicken sandwich that I am still thinking about. The only issue was our server. She couldn't seem to get it together. The food being so good was the only reason we didn't get upset. We were a large group and we asked if she could separate the bill a little. It was over 400.00 and she made a comment that we could all cash app each other. We declined so she had to do it and got it all wrong. Still great food.

The stars of the show were definitely the appetizers. The crab dip, oysters and stuffed shrimp were SUPER yummy. However, the regular fries were not great quality - the waffle fries were better though. The Mac n cheese side did not have a lot of flavor, and the crab cakes were fine flavor wise, but had sort of too soft of a texture. I think this is more of a drink/snack kind of place!

3 stars for the fresh oysters. Hush puppies were very good and cooked golden brown. The service was up to par. My only complaint is the waiting time. It took 20 minutes for a server to come up and ask if we wanted drinks. Another 20 minutes to see those drinks. 20 minutes to receive the food. 20 minutes to receive the check after we waved down the server. And another 20 minutes for my debit card back. I have been to busier restaurants and I can tell you service was faster. But what do I know. But overall good experience with a view oysters on the side of the beach.

Originally went to 21st Street and they were upfront and said as they were shorthanded, the wait would be long for food and they suggested Harpoon Larry's. Checked out the menu and decided to give it a go. Isaiah H. quickly introduce himself and brought out our drinks. It took a good 7-8 minutes before we saw him again, but he answered all our questions and was back quickly with some crab soup (which was OK ... could use some more sherry, lots of crab though)! We ordered from the Raw Bar, yet we received our dinners first and Isaiah, who we now renamed "Larry"; kept reassuring us that our order was coming up. After finishing dinner, no raw bar ... Larry tried everything to keep us happy and had a great personality/attitude about the situation. After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical about trying this place due to service reviews, but service like "Larry's" made this a 3 star review; DEFINITELY NOT the raw bar! Clams were extremely small (and some hard), 3 mussels were served not opened, and presentation, let's not even go there lol The grouper tenders and soft shell crab were very good! The Coconut grouper was just ok. KUDOS to Isaiah aka Larry for doing the right thing and making sure the customers were happy all around!

We come back every year, and my husband sits exactly where he did in the early 90's when he was stationed at Norfolk Naval Base. It feels like coming home. We had fresh oysters, the stuffed blackened Mahi, seafood nachos (a MUST have) a Cat 5 hurricane and a virgin bloody Mary, bill came to +/-$70 this visit. We were so happy that Harpoon Larry's survived the pandemic.

We order from here at least once a week. Food is ALWAYS good. Our go to is the buffalo cajun chicken sandwich which is huge and delicious. Bartenders are friendly and kitchen is quick and consistent. My only complaint would be they don't do call ahead pickup. I understand their reasoning but after a 12hr shift, I just want to pick up and go.

They need to call Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue. This place used to be the first place we stopped to settle in. While the food quality wasn’t bad, it was not what it used to be. The service was abysmal. Beware of the optical illusion 10oz pint glass. Not sure we will be back unless there are some changes.

Do you consider yourself a popper connoisseur? Well look no farther, this is the end of your search. Poon’s Poppers are the best in all the land. Handmade and sometimes has large as pinecones. Do yourself a favor and order some along side your libations during your visit.

Have been there several times since it is very conveniently located to the municipal parking as well as to the beach ( short 5 min walk). Have to say it is loud, food quality is good for the money. Unfortunately we had to wait quite some time on our meals last time.....about 50 min. for pasta and burger. It is pretty dirty everywhere you go or sit. No soap in the the restroom every time we have been there. I always tell the service personal but never see any improvement. Given that we are not over the pandemic yet and soap should be available anyway, as well as clean tables. No mirror in the restrooms.

So delish! Stopped in on our way home from the beach for our Easter dinner. Fantastic service! We got a half dozen raw oysters, oysters rockefeller, grilled shrimp, coconut shrimp and stuffed shrimp. All delish, delish, delish! Fun environment, great food, great music, great service. We will definitely be back!

The girl who served us was nice and we gave her a tip for that, but our food took extremely too long to get to us. She did inform us that "The kitchen was running behind." but it was a while after our orders were made. We sat waiting and drinking our drinks for a whole hour before our food FINALLY got to us. Service is a little hit or miss. One server picked up our ticket for a dozen oysters and since it was not hers, tossed it back on the plate and walked past us. We were 3 feet away. Food was fine and price was good. It was loud with music. Didn't bother is, but seriously interfered with staff communication.

Everything was ok for the most part, as far as food, drinks and service. Super drunk and unruly crowd when we went though, and management didn't seem to care. Cussing in front of small children is never ok with us as parents, but hey, to each his own.

The raw bar offerings are reasonably priced and good, hence the three stars. The missing stars are because of the missing food from our order (2 items), one of which we just gave up/cancelled & the other finally coming out 45 minutes after we reminded our server about it. Also, the bathrooms will haunt your nightmares. To end on a positive note, our server was nice & the music they played was pretty catchy! Overall, a pretty "meh" experience.

We were here off season on a Wednesday night. The raw oysters were great. The cook may not have been as attentive as you might hope. The broiled seafood platter wasn't very good. The clams and oysters were definitely overcooked. My wife's stuffed mahi was definitely "crusty". Our server and the MOD took my wife's meal off the check. Very nice, but, the bigger message is to pay attention to the salamander.

We went last night for the Prime Rib Special. We expected it to be busy but didn't expect to wait over an hour for our food. We were seated at 6:04pm (my fiance sent a text as soon as we were seated so we're sure of the time) and our waitress took our drink order a few mins later. We waited until 6:25 to get 1 glass of Sprite and 1 Hurricane mixed drink! We ordered our Prime Rib meals at 6:25 and didn't receive our food until 7:18pm (we were getting ready to pay for our drinks and leave). Luckily our prime rib was cooked to the doneness we requested (our friends at another table weren't so lucky) because there was no way I was going to wait another hour for a new one to be cooked. Our waitress was pleasant but to say food service was slow is an understatement. I understand places are understaffed but the people at the table next to us arrived after us and had their food a full 30 mins before us and they ordered the same meal. I saw the reviews about the restrooms so I avoided them, however, my fiance used the mens room and said the reviews were spot on. Roll of paper towels on the sink (wet) and hand soap in a clear ketchup like squeeze bottle. The squeeze bottle of soap is completely unhygienic because if you grab it after using the restroom then the next person that uses the restroom after you touches whatever was on your hand before you washed it. They definitely need to install soap and paper towel dispensers in the restrooms. At this point we have no plans to go back to this restaurant.

This place was good. the platter was good enough for 1-2 people depending how hungry you were. Didn’t catch half off deal but it was a nice vibe. Waiter didn’t really check up but that’s ok. Enjoyed our time here.

We asked locals where to go for fresh seafood and reasonable prices and everyone recommended Harpoon Harry's. They were correct. Takes a while to get your food but well worth the wait. I wouldn't get the crab legs again but would definitely go back for the scallops.

Visited for dinner while on a beach trip, and my fiancée and I both enjoyed our meals. The seafood was delicious and prices were fair, servers were clearly busy but did a great job and kept checking on us, we were seated and served quickly.

The food was good. I had the crab cake sandwich and oysters steamed, raw and fried. I gave it 4 stars because I think I had a new waiter and he took a long time to serve. By the time food was served it was cold. And I could see him waiting more on the clients outside where the clients inside had to wait several minutes. One couple waited for about 20 minutes before being acknowledged..sigh. But overall I liked it..relaxed atmosphere..good food.

The positive: portions were ample , the food appeared fresh cooked, most items were prepared properly and tasted good. Price value was good. The Constructive Critique: the hostess kind of rolled her lip & had a bit of a pout when we asked to sit at a different table on the patio --mainly because we had children and we really didn't want to be right near the entrance with them... it appears our waitresses working both the front patio and the insideso we sat there for about 10 minutes before she ever came over to take the initial drink order... She was smiling and pleasant... Food kind of came out order at a time..the she crab soup tasted good had plenty of crab meat but was lukewarm like it had sat in the window... When she brought the children's chicken platter basket to split there were no plates to put their food on... And my Mediterranean tuna completely lacked any feta cheese whatsoever...she had to bring from the kitchen after I went inside to find her to ask for it... This is something that should have been checked before it ever left the window... I've eaten here many times before ...not in awhile..and this really wasn't my best experience.

This is a great place to have a good time with friends or to have a nice family dinner. The bar tenders are very good, on time and keep your mug, bottle or glass full. Cold beverages of all kinds. The food was cooked perfect no complaints here. The service was good. Our beverages were never empty and it didn’t take long for us to get our food. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. I word describes my experience AMAZING. I went in for appetizers and was full and happy. The crab dip is AMAZING, the crab nachos AMAZING, oysters AMAZING and the #5 hurricane OMG. I wish it was warm so I could sit outside because the inside is kinda small but still no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone who visits Virginia Beach oceanfront. I'll be down there once it warms up again and again.

We asked for nachos and with the chili on the side - they brought a basket of chips with everything on the side and the cheese was not melted Prices for food were good.

Christian the bartender and the rest of the staff were very inviting and accommodating. The chicken wings were very good. I had mild buffalo and garlic parmesan flavors. There is a great selection of craft beers along with great deals on daily specials of food items. I will definitely go back again.

The waitress was very helpful and sweet. Can't blame her. Don't get the claim strips-very tough. Don't get the oysters-too small for the escalated price. The shrimp and scallops were very tender and delicious. The cole slaw is to die for. The huspuppies are too thick and dry. Would not recommend the battered fries. But it was an experience.

the only issue we had was the smoking outside and when door opens the cigarette smokes really comes in strong, my companion had to use her inhaler,smoking area needs to be changed...would not eat there again unless this issue is addressed and several other parties complained as well

Just found it odd that it took almost an hour to get my appetizer. But noticed another couple came in and ordered the same appetizer we had. And they got theirs in about 15 minutes after being seated. Besides that, everything else was ok.

The good: We love the blackened tuna quesadilla, the grouper and many other fish options cooked how we like it, and the hush puppies are delicious. The bad: I changed my rating from 5 to 3 as the last three times there the cleanliness, service, and vibe was lacking. The bathrooms are nasty, grimy, dirty. There was a loud, crazy fight one day between patrons ( one being a friend of the wait staff). The smoking area is directly adjacent to the deck seating. There were four smokers next to our table, so we asked to move and they put us inside directly next to another family. ( So much for social distancing). To be honest, the staff was/is friendly, but our orders were wrong the past couple times and it wasn't busy.

I've been here before and had a great experience. The last time I went in, I was hoping to show some friends a nice hangout by the beach but left extremely disappointed. Our server barely checked on us and was terribly forgetful - the man couldn't have been bothered to write anything down. My friend had asked for a water that she never saw and they ran out of nacho cheese which left my friends who wanted a non-fishy appetizer without. It s a nice place if you like seafood and the service is always friendly. This last experience just put the nail in the coffin for me unfortunately.

Giving a 5star before we even get our meals. Holly was quick even though her second day. Loaded seafood nachos were delicious, although the waffle fries were slightly overcooked, there was plenty of queso to soften them up. The Cat 5 Hurricane was exceptional. Not a drink for the timid, hence the 2 drink limit under 3 hours. Bar atmosphere and food, so be patient based on crowd. Dog friendly is a plus. Jalapeno poppers are ginormous and delicious. My meal could pretty much suck and I would still leave satisfied. Definitely will return.

I really wanted to give them 5 stars. The food was very good, but the service was horrible. As someone who served tables for quite some time, during my life, I try to tip well. Our tab was over $100 and giving this young woman $2 was difficult to do. She not only rolled her eyes right off the bat when we got there to eat, she got our order wrong even after I corrected her the first time, her attitude was awful, she kept ignoring us and going to other tables, she took our menus after we got our starters, not even bothering to take the rest of our order, the list goes on. There was another server working that we watched run circles around her, next time we’ll be requesting her, instead. So.....food was great, service not so good.

I'm not sure why everyone thinks this place is so horrible! My fiance and I were just in VA Beach on vacation and LOVED Larry's! It's for sure a place geared more towards the younger crowd (our age, 20's-30's). We loved it so much we went back for the rest of our stay! I have no complaints, the service was wonderful. Yes the servers were young, but it can be expected as young people get jobs in the summer. One time we went they were understaffed, but still got excellent service! The music they had playing was awesome, and the crab cakes were AMAZING! If you're a young person looking for a fun time and good food, go to Larry's!

Came here on a Sunday evening with our family and dog. Excellent service from the hostess and waitstaff. The food was fabulous. The creamy crab soup was delicious. The seafood platter was cooked to perfection. They even have a menu of food to purchase for your pup. Our pup recommends the chicken slider. The staff were super friendly to our children and pup. “Rum runner” was excellent, bubblegum and boozy for a really low price! The cleanliness of the restaurant is essentially kitchen nightmare worthy, would not eat here ever based upon what I saw while sitting at a table. The wait staff cleaned tables with windex which is probably not a covid approved cleaner. They allowed patrons to smoke cigarettes throughout the establishment which really made me want to pay my bill and leave immediately with my plastic cup drink in hand.

Staff was fine, no complaints. Broiled platter is full of shells (oyster, clams) and little to actually eat. Scallops were small. The Rum Runners were cold and enjoyable, but shouldn't be the best part of a meal. Wife loves the crab dip, and really enjoyed her stuffed flounder. The floor was sticky, and the smell of the Friday night before had not been totally cleaned out by the time we arrived late in the afternoon (early dinner).

The place is a bit loud, the server really didn’t check after bringing us our food, the crab soup is actually crab bisque it’s ok but needed something different going on. We shared a family platter of a variety of fried seafood and a calamari appetizer and the mozzarella appetizer. They were fine but not special, we order a drink special the Rum Runner, mine wasn’t really alcoholic tasting at all unfortunately. Nothing to complain too much about but nothing to remember either.

We were warned ahead of time of the wait of about 45 minutes or less. Ended up waiting over an hour for our appetizer of 5 fried fish bites (which although not many were pretty darn delicious) and about an hour and 20 minutes for a bowl of gumbo and a chicken wrap with fries. Servers were very nice and apologetic and were nice enough to give us side salads on the house about an hour into the wait. Food was very good but hope they are able to get things straight in the kitchen as the wait was far too much.

We visit HL's routinely since we are locals. Wait staff, bar staff are extremely friendly as are patrons. Drinks are great and if you are lucky to be there when the Budweiser rep is in town, complimentary. The food has never disappointed and has a fair price. Parking is always available. This was our first visit after it was recommended to us while walking our doggies along the boardwalk. We were warmly greeted, and they even brought over a bowl of water for our doggies. This place was just average. It is not meant to be fancy, more of a hut hangout bar, relax and casual. Prices were slightly more expensive than needed to be for a dive bar type of place. We got the Po Boy Oyster sandwich and the Softshell crab sandwich.... nothing special about it. They both tasted the same, just deep fried something on a roll. It was $9 each and they charged extra $1.50 for fries. Entrees seemed a bit pricey for type of place. It would have been worth it if everything was about %20-25 cheaper. Service was fine. Won't go back.

This place is a definite dive bar. Great outdoor vibes for a beer, especially during covid. Fish tacos and crab dip were good. However, should not be calling themselves an oyster house in my opinion. Oysters (server did not know what kind they were) were served on a tray, NO ice, and tasted bad. ... and I realize it's off season and perhaps bad timing due to covid but that was the worst oyster I've ever been served. No pride in quality or presentation.

Great Oysters..but the grilled Mahi Mahi was EXCELLENT. I would drive back from NY to have more LOL. I was working in Virginia for a few months doing some contract work, and my guys wanted to try the spot because we wanted to celebrate the initiation of a new contract. My supervisor decided to treat us so I ordered the half dozen shucked oysters and the grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. I thought this was going to be just a regular bar or dive but believe you me they have a great menu. Whoever is doing the cooking back there knows what they're doing. The place might not look like much but I guarantee you you won't be disappointed. I'm not sure why there are so many low ratings but I had a great time, the bartender was upbeat, our drinks served on time, and this place is only about a half block walking distance from the beach itself. I definitely will be visiting this place if I'm ever near Virginia Beach again.

Walked in on a Wednesday in December, not the busiest time of year on VA Beach! Our server Andrew was totally rad; he gave us the best suggestions, he hooked us up with beer specials, he even lent me a phone charger! The food was great too, it was 59 cent wings and 69 cent jalapeno popper specials so clearly we tried both! Word of warning, those poppers are HUGE, just order one per person and you're fine, it's literally a whole entire XL pepper. Andrew was horrified that I'd never had a hushpuppy so he brought me one right away. Yum. I'm not into oysters and clams but I tried both and both were very good! The sauteed scallops are amazing. We could not have asked for a better overall experience.

First off let me start by saying this is my first experience here and I will be back for more. I had the not so huge combo and asked for extra garlic and I must say I was very please I pulled apart every piece of meat and inspected for quality and correct doneness and it was done very well. I'm no expert but have eaten many places while serving active duty Marine Corps. The children's food was great the girls finished all of their chicken strips. And my wife even thought about putting in an application as We are kind of new to the area but have visited in the past. Relaxed atmosphere and kid friendly. My wife also enjoyed her adult beverage as I do not consume alcohol.

Harpoon's is my go to place for either a quick bite to eat during work or a good drink afterwards. The staff there is so laidback, you'll feel at home as soon as you walk in. They have great specials for any day of the week and they do $2 PBR tall boys ALL DAY EVERYDAY. We went during offseason, after walking out from a couple places (not dine and dash, just unimpressed). We ended up here, and I am do glad we did. Great service. Excellent happy hour specials, and the food!. Best cocktail sauce I have ever eaten. The waitress insisted that it was made their, and if that's so, this stuff needs to be bottled. We had clam and oysters from the raw bar, and the stuffed flounder. Hands down the best fish I have ever eaten from a reasturant. The crab stuffing for the flounder was so fresh, I thought I was cracking legs open myself, and the fish was juicy and very well seasoned. The mac and cheese side is worth mentioning as well. Creamy, and delicious. Don't even get me started on the hush puppies, although I wish there were more per entree (2 simply is not enough, they are amazing!) First time to VA beach, and we already have our "go-to" spot. Absolutely loved it.

My family and I have been here numerous times!!! I just got back from the beach and we had tried to go there on Tuesday but there was an 1.5 hour wait. We returned the next day and it was empty. The seafood pasta dishes are excellent, the home made pepper poppers are huge!!! and very tasty. The Rum Runners are my wifes favorite (half off on Tuesdays) The softshell crab is my son's favorite (very good). We will be back the next time we are in VA Beach, that is for sure!

She is BEYOND dope. 🔥🔥 If we cant get a seat she moves people around to give us a spot and if shes busy we just always sit and wait for her at the bar. No one else delivers the quality service she gives. Everyone else is ok but she goes above and beyond. Her energy is great, the drinks are always on point and her attention to detail is spot on. We never have to ask for anything, she always knows what we need. We dont have to ask for the condiments she brings it without asking. She even boxes our food up for us. 🤯🤯🤷🏾‍♂️ Who even does that nowadays. We just love her so much so we had to go on here and show some love.

Wow. Get some jalapeno poppers HERE. I don't know if they buy or make them in house but they were huge and delicious! So we're wings. I also did raw oysters. I felt the local farmers market oyster farmers had a better ocean taste but they were acceptable. Well Drinks were stronger than CD Shuckers but we paid more? Definitely will be back for poppers and Coronas.

I had the scallops... Oh my goodness they were good! It wasn't like 3 or 6 like I was thinking it was more like 12! They are probably the best scallops I have ever had! My wife got the flounder "stuffed with crab". It was more like a giant crab cake with a couple pieces of flounder on top. Sooo good! At first I thought they were a little pricy (about $18 for anything) but the portions were good and everything was delicious!

Nice neighborhood bar kind of place. Food is good, though nothing special. Beer steins are too small (pint only). Friendly staff, though seem a little distracted at times. Relaxing, local crowd mostly.

The food was ok. The service was horrible. Three members in our party and nobody received their food at the same time. The waitress messed up one order and offered to just add a crab cake to it since that's what they top the mahi mahi with. She said that would be quicker than remaking the whole meal. Instead of bringing the original plate back they kept it in the back while they made the crab cake. After everyone else was finished eating she finally came back by to let ua know the other meal would be out soon. At that time I said I hope the rest of the food isn't cold and she assured me it would not be. The only thing warm on my friends plate was the crab cake. Our server never offered any kind of discount for our horrible service.

Update from previous postbeen back a few times during the summer but today we came back for the Prime Rib special and this time it was the thinnest cut me and my wife have received for a 9oz. One of my local favorites! Hang out in a Va Beach original and prospering dive bar. Enjoy the steamed mussels, raw oysters, and crab cakes over happy hour. Drawbacks: limited happy hour selection and rum runners FAR too sugary. Free and ample parking a big plus!

First of all the only beef I have with this place is that took us a while to be waited on after being seated. Other than that food was excellent and pricing was fair priced for the area. The staff was nice and friendly but they where all over the place but overall I would go again for the food.
