My friend took me here to try the Wednesday sushi for $5 for each order of 8 pieces. It is very good for the portion and price that we ordered the entire sushi section to sample them all. Service was great and fast. In the evening, I would recommend making reservations ahead of time. It gets busy, and parking spaces are limited.

Absolutely loved our experience here. Our server Karissa was great and made some really good recommendations and helped us choose what to get. We got the Volcano roll as an appetizer and for entrees we got the Take Me To Terri Town bowl and the Truffle Three Cheese pasta. Everything was delicious. Karissa also hooked us up with the Homemade Tiramisu for dessert and it was delicious too. Definitely will be back when back in town and already have recommended this place to a bunch of our local Friends!

This place is phenomenal. Brought my best friend here for their birthday and the food / vibes were immaculate. I had the spicy Brazilian bowl and truffle fries. it's been so long where I've been to a restaurant that I didn't need to add extra seasonings. Definitely a hidden gem. Will absolutely be back!

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere for family or friends. The food was very good and had lots of flavor. I got a bowl and truffle fries which were absolutely amazing. They give decent portion sizes and a a reasonable price. My wife got a margarita and it was amazing! Recommend eating here for an enjoyable dinner!

Food is fabulous and the service was great. Go on a Wednesday and they have a $5 "simple roll" special. Every thing was fresh and delicious. Even their bar drinks are great! Place is tiny and can get very cramped when busy and parking can be horrendous.

Consider me impressed! We tried a few different dishes. 3 sushi rolls, spicy Diablo, cucumber, and a essentially a California roll with scallions. Fresh tasting ingredients, looked well put together. Spicy Diablo is the honorable mention because...Wow! We also had a vergura wrap with fries, 2 impossi-balls, and a simple pizza. The pizza was "simply" amazing, best bite in my opinion. Fries so crispy, meatballs so flavorful.

Love! My husband and I shared the Tuscan brick oven pizza on sour dough crust. It was delicious. We also had the Midtown & Dino & Jimmy sushi rolls. Amazing. The Midtown roll was my favorite and I can’t wait to go back and order it again🤤😍 the service was also great! We went in a weeknight at 7pm and got seated right away. Definitely will be back.

this review is for their Happy Hour only - LOVED coming here!! Their happy hour specials are some of the best in the Tampa area - $5 appetizers and drinks. I've tried basically everything on their happy hour menu and the portion sizes are decent. My only complaint is that the Ciccio Margarita was not good at all - I would suggest going with the Ciccio Mule instead! The highlights on the happy hour menu for me are the Crispy Rice with Ahi Tuna, Edamame, and Truffle Fries. If you're looking for an affordable happy hour, choose Water + Flour!!

Quaint and modern spot with a fusion of cuisines, but doing them phenomenally! Pasta was al dente, fresh and hot! Sushi was beautiful and refreshing! Definitely worth it spot for a date night or in my case, in between shifts at work!

We were a group of 9 people and for dinner on Friday night we made a reservation at Water + Flour. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted at the front and then seated on our table. Water + Flour is an amazing restaurant with beautiful decorations with parking available in the lot and menu consist of different options varying from bowls, pizza, pasta, fries. Water + Flour also has different drinks on the menu varying from cocktails to wines and margarita. When we got seated we were greeted by our server Stephanie and first we decided to start with drinks which included Casamigos Single, Tanqueray Double, Velvet Double Merlot Glass and with drinks we ordered Uptown Parmesan Truffle Fries and Focaccia. First we got our food which included Fries and Focaccia. Fries were delicious and tasty cheese fries. Everyone on our table loved those fries. The focaccia was also delicious especially eating with its sauce was amazing. Then we started getting our drinks which were good and seemed like freshly made with ingredients. Then finally we ordered the dinner for food. The order for food included different options starting from Spicy Salmon Avocado Cucumber Roll, Tempura Shrimp Cucumber Roll, Spicy Brazilian Bowl, Cheese Pizza, Plant Based Alfredo Pasta, Pesto Verde Pasta, Green Peace Roll and Cali Chopped Salad. The service was good and we started getting our food soon. First we got our salad, Brazilian bowl and sushis. The salad was fresh with rich ingredients and tasty salad. Loved the healthy green salad. The Brazilian bowl was also healthy and delicious with amazing ingredients and good portions for dinner. The sushi was also good and delicious. Amazing sushi to have. The pastas that we ordered for dinner was also amazing and it was local pasta made with fresh ingredients. Amazing restaurant with different food options to have and must try restaurant.

We are regulars here and they appeal to vegans and non-vegans. Place has a great vibe, good drinks and delicious food. Their pizzas and pastas are phenomenal! They have a bomb focaccia and the price-to-portion ratio is solid!

I saw this place after grabbing a smoothie from Sweet Soul, right across the street and realized I needed to come back another day to try this place out. They offer food other than sushi, but the sushi they do offer are relatively basic rolls, but they are so incredibly delicious. I highly recommend the tuna and onion roll, that was my favorite out of everything I tried! The restaurant was a lot bigger than I thought, very cute inside and very clean. The staff was quick and friendly! I would definitely go back!

This is Crispy Rice with Ahi Tuna and a Heavenly Gates Roll. $40 before taxes. Pretty disappointed with both. I also got a Kale and Cauli salad which at $10.80 was a bargain and made the night. When I eat in I’ve been happier.

Wow. This place has phenomenal food!!! I ordered the Thai Bowl and my friend ordered the Poke Bowl. Both were fantastic!!! Our waitress gave us great suggestions for our meals. The server who brought our food commented that the Poke bowl was his favorite. Great service. Only downside to the place is it is a little loud so makes it difficult to have a conversation without struggling to hear the other person. Prob was where we were sitting. I'd suggest asking for a table away from the entrance. I still gave Water + Flour 5 stars. My new favorite place.

So delicious! Inside was a little loud for our liking, so we opted for some nice outdoor seating. My 7yo who is a rather picky eater, LOVED the Truffle Three Cheese pasta with rigatoni noodles. Our table also ordered the Hot and Crunchy Tuna Bowl w Lemon tumeric rice, Fitness bowl w cauliflower avocado rice, and the volcano roll. Nothing disappointed!! The server was also very sweet with great energy. Will definitely be back!

The atmosphere gives this place a chic vibe, and the mixture of pasta and sushi made it easy to supply food to mixed palates in my group. I thoroughly enjoyed the truffle fries though the pasta, pizza, and sushi was just adequate. I don't believe this place deserves a scathing review and all I would rather say is the food flavors needs a little extra umph. Food was delivered VERY quickly which is a plus as the place was fairly busy.

Lovely brunch experience yesterday. Food was tasty and service was friendly, so 5 stars. They’re crushing it with the mimosa drink specials… $15 for a bottle… fun for a large group, which we were. My main suggestion would be to put some more flair into the brunch menu. The regular menu is already pretty strong. So at a table of 8, no one was enticed to order a brunch item. I ordered the smashed avocado toasta “pizza” and it was AMAZING. But I thought after, I should added 2 fried eggs on the top, then the yolk would have oozed onto the smashed avo… and boom! new brunch item! ;-) ;-) Would return again from St Pete. Thanks.

Very nice food. I had a kale based bowl and it was lovely, the sriracha lime sauce was nice. Highly recommend the Thai chicken poke bowl. Delicious! Service was wonderful.

WHAT A VIBEEE. I went here last night with a party of friends for my 21st birthday and had an amazing night. We had Monica as our server and she was ON IT. Energy was immaculate, food was perfect and so were the drinks. Definitely coming back and will be recommending it to friends now. Thank you for the birthday shots too!!!

I visited this wonderful place with my family of 7 on a Tuesday Evening. My experience: 1. The FOOD (4.9/5): -> Spicy Brazilian and Thai Chicken Tacos: We replaced the meat with crispy Tofu and both were absolutely delicious. -> Focaccia: This is a steal for $5 -> Pesto Verde Pasta: My who family enjoyed this and this was pretty good too. -> Avocado Roll Sushi: This was a surprise and one of the best vegan sushi I've had till now. -> Plan Based Avocado Toasta: This was pretty decent but felt was a little bit expensive -> Desserts: I cant stress this enough. DO NOT MISS EATING the Desserts here. I do not remember the name but it was a cake with lemon syrup and it was a Delight. 2. AMBIENCE (5/5): This place looks upscale and I liked both the indoor bar and the outdoor seating as well. 3. PRICE (4.5/5): The place looks expensive, but I was actually surprised that everything was reasonably priced here (except for the Toasta). 4. The SERVICE (6/5): I wish I remembered the name of our waitress. She was really respectful and provided the best service. Most places make it a huge deal if we request to replace meat with vegan options, but this person was super patient with our requests. Cant thank her enough for the lemon cake. Overall, we just wanted to have dinner that evening and thought of trying this place. We left with a smile and I'll definitely visit this place again if I'm near Tampa in the future.

We had a great meal here last night. Our party of 4 shared a few appetizers - edamame, truffle fries, quesadilla. The customizable bowls we each ordered were delicious! Ordered the Mexican, Thai, Take me to Terry Town, and a spicy shrimp one. Our server was friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be lack of parking- since weather ended up being great, the street parking we eventually did find was no problem at all.

I was in South Tampa was looking for something different to eat. I hadn’t been to Ciccio Water in a long time and thought to try it out again. On Wednesdays they have a sushi special. You can pick from a selection off the menu and additional ones from a daily special menu. The restaurant was clean and the servers were friendly. They were not as attentive but they were friendly. The food did come out fast. The sushi wasn’t bad but I have had better. It’s very affordable and I would say it the sushi was average. The bowls on the other hand are awesome and something that I would come back for. I wish I took a picture of the bowl. It was a nice change to the other restaurants That I would normally think of. I would come back.

I ordered water+flour on uber eats 5 minutes before they closed…I felt really bad but also wanted something healthy after working a 13 hour day today. Their fitness bowl is the best healthy meal in Tampa! I appreciate you guys making this order so late for me it made my night!! ☺️

The service here was top notch! Our server was friendly and gave us plenty of time to order with no “pushing” (hate that) I was impressed by their $5 sushi roll special on Wednesdays. The options aren’t all basic either, I got spicy yellowtail and spicy tuna with cucumber and avocado. Lovely place in a lovely area.

Met up with a group of friends for dinner and drinks. Food was prompt, and server was attentive. I had the fitness bowl over yellow rice. Very well seasoned. No need for salt or pepper. Great dish. Had 2 rum and cokes and total came out to 29$ and change. For a single person. So keep that in mind for any dates. It can get costly quickly. Experience was good. And ambient sound was not overwhelming.

We started our night here because the other places on South Howard were too loud for us. Ciccio’s was the perfect place to start the night. Drinks were great, and not over priced. Jalapeño appetizer was amazing! I got the Chicken Marsala pizza. Wasn’t that hungry but it was so good I ended up eating the entire thing. The staff was very attentive and nice. We will definitely be coming back to this place.

We had a great experience. They were a bit busy, but not crowded. Note that there is on-site parking, and overflow parking to the south across the side street. It's very convenient. The food was excellent. Creative, but not silly. The menu has an astoundingly wide variety from sushi to pizza, and plenty in between. Brunch was very good, and we had room to share a dessert. The service was really excellent for the class of restaurant, cheerful and with a friendly sense of humor. We plan to go back to try more of the menu.

Was taken here for my birthday for lunch today. Had the spaghetti mushroom Marsala. Holy cow! Honestly, probably one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had, and I’ve been to Italy. I highly recommend! I’m from Orlando, but would travel the 1.5 hours to go back there for that pasta!

Very casual place, but very nice...went at brunch time (separate brunch menu) with good selection. Everything that we order (4) was a great presentation and great flavor. Tres leches French toast, pouch eggs with basil pesto, Philly steak with house potatoes... delight!

Went here on the referral of a friend. It was as expected. Not my favorite Asian fusion in Tampa, but here are the the things of note: the prices are great considering all the specials. Happy hour is 3-6 and the $5 rolls and truffle fries are a great deal. We had the Hot & Crunchy Tuna California Bowl which had ahi tuna (fresh), cucumber and jicama, avocado and spicy Mayo. It was topped with tempura onions which were a nice addition. The maximosa was huge and my girl loved it. The bowl was the best item. I feel the jicama and cucumber mix could have been fresher. It didn’t have that jicama or cucumber crunchiness I love.

Ciccio Water is a wonderful gem in Tampa's SoHo neighborhood. I was in Tampa for work and stayed at a hotel within walking distance. After a great first dining experience I returned twice more, and it was delicious every time. I first had the Sweet Ginger California Bowl with ahi tuna, and it turned out to be a fresh delight. I came back on Tuesday for $2 tacos, and the options were innovative and tasty. The last time I went I ordered sushi and enjoyed the surf and turf roll. Everything was expertly prepared, the service was very pleasant, and the atmosphere was that of a great neighborhood joint. The lighting is rather dim, which makes for a cozy feeling. If I lived nearby, I would be a regular at Ciccio Water.

The food is pretty decent here. Had the burger which was great, could benefit from more cheese. The sushi and poke bowls were also good. Pricing is competitive. Overall a decent eat and walking distance from our restaurant.

I've been to Ciccio Water several times, and I've always been impressed by the food and service. They can get a little busy around rush times, but the food is worth the wait. That being said parking can also be a struggle. I've sampled a bunch of menu items but I usually stick to the sushi and poke bowl items, which is why I enjoy coming to Ciccio Water over the other Ciccio Restaurant Group Restaurants. The Poke here is also much better than the trendy "assemble your own" poke bowl spots. The tuna is consistently good quality so I don't mind paying the $15.50 price tag. (Sometimes I order two bowls...) If you've ever bit into BAD tuna, it's not an experience you'd like to replicate. A great place to go if you are watching your weight or just trying to stay healthy, the fitness bowl manages to make chicken and broccoli exciting. If you go be sure to say no to the straw and make our planet a better place!

There's a reason some places are consistently crowded....the food, the atmosphere, the friendly, knowledgeable service....Ciccio Water has it all! Being new to Tampa, we've discovered the Ciccio branded restaurants on South Howard, and are working our way through them, one by one....and each one is excellent. At Water, try a cup or bowl of the aromatic and delicious Bang Bang Soup, with Alaskan crab, steamed shrimp Asian noodles and crispy vegetable medley in a miso broth. The Ole Poke Bowl with sushi grade Ahi tuna, cucumber, onion, pepitas, peppers, jalapenos, and smashed avocado and cilantro-lime soy sauce is excellent! The Spicy Brazilian wrap comes with blackened grilled chicken, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, crispy jalapeno, and lime sour creme is terrific.

Went on a Weds for dinner and didn't realize it was sushi special night, so we ended up getting sushi. They were great rolls. As it was just after 6p, end of happy hour, still a bit crowded and noisy but dinner crowd started rolling in and got a bit quieter, but still busy. Definitely going again for Weds sushi!

$3 valet. Jenn, so sweet and attentive. My boyfriend and I went for a chill and casual birthday dinner. She asked if we wanted a complimentary dessert for our first time, we declined as there was nothing vegan on the menu. Instead, she brought over a birthday shot for my boyfriend with a sparkler, SO GREAT! I had some sushi, he had the impossible burger, plant based, DELICIOUS!! Would return.

I am celiac so I like that they label a lot of their items on their menu (though they don’t label everything, which doesn’t make sense to me). Tonight I ordered an avocado roll (along with an entree that I don’t have any complaints about!) and indicated on my order than I have a gluten allergy and I specifically ordered gluten free soy sauce. Well, the first disappointment was opening the box to see regular soy sauce packets placed directly on top of the roll. I thought that was gross regardless of my allergy to the regular soy sauce. The second disappointment was how small the roll was. Typically their rolls are generously sized but this roll was so small I couldn’t believe it. Not even close to being worth $8. I probably won’t be ordering from here on Uber eats anymore but I always had a great experience eating in the restaurant. If I hadn’t had other great experiences here I would’ve given a lower rating, but I am hoping they just had a bad night. This is normally one of my favorite places.

I order from here every other day. From the gluten free to the vegetarian options, virtually everything on their menu is phenomenal. This is by far my favorite restaurant of all time. Get the sausage and broccoli pasta or the Tuscan pizza, you won't regret it. Update: I'm not sure what changed but my last several orders just weren't good. I even chipped my tooth on a piece of bone in the sausage. Hopefully it's an isolated event but I'm afraid I won't be eating here anymore.

We ordered food via Uber Eats tonight. It was our first time trying this restaurant. I ordered the spicy Brazilian California bowl with no corn and substituted for the cauliflower lime avocado rice?? OMG!! One of the best bowls I’ve ever had. I love California themed food (I’m originally from San Diego) so this was perfect for me. It was spicy, which I love. Those fried jalepenos were amazing! I finished my bowl within 5 minutes. I definitely recommend. It was very filling. My husband had the California steak and fry burrito. It smelled amazing and looked so appetizing. He is enjoying his food. And he is a picky eater that initially did not want to order from this place. He is a fan! We will definitely order from here again, and we hope to visit soon. We strongly recommend this place.

They were able to accommodate my party of 9 without any sort of reservation on what appeared to be a pretty busy evening for them. The menu has a little of everything it seems like yet somehow every single thing we tried was DELICIOUS. I've never been to a place that served tacos, burgers, AND sushi before so I was worried that the sushi might be awful. This was absolutely not the case. The sushi I had was surprisingly very good and everything else we ordered was given a thumbs up by some pretty picky eaters. If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely coming back.

This establishment will always be known as "Ciccio's" to me. The foccacia bread is thick and delicious. I stopped getting my regular bowl with grilled chicken because I do not enjoy the taste of their chicken anymore. The green peace roll is great - I wish it was included in the $5 sushi special on Wednesday's! Their spicy mayo is a good side dip. The sangria is strong and delicious. W+F is also known for Taco Tuesday nights. They do not take reservations - you have to put your name down on a waitlist, so I would suggest coming in 1-2 hours beforehand on a busy day, only. P.S Their parking is limited, which can be tough on a busy day/night. There is some parking spots across the establishment at Sweet Soul, if you're lucky.

The experience started off poorly though. Valet seems to have a sliding scale for the service of parking your car. Different prices for different locations. Was pushed to pay $10 to "stay close". Like all Ciccio restaurants, the food is delicious and you can’t make a bad selection. I recently went here for brunch with a group. We had a reservation and were seated right away. The server was not used to working brunch and it showed. Being a server is difficult so we were understanding despite the fact that she failed to put our order in for quite a while after taking it down. All in all, we enjoyed our meals and you can’t complain about $12 bottomless mimosas. I wasn’t drinking (due to being on antibiotics) but my friends enjoyed it. Will definitely be going back.

Great Sushi, Their bowls and even a couple basic burgers in the group which were good. Bar to relax. Only problem here is parking. Total mess. We were stuck in the middle of the road for a number of minutes while 3 other cars in front of us tried to figure out where to go. 10 point turns in a small parking lot no Bueno. Parked in the neighborhood down the street wondering if car would be there at end. It was!

Went there for brunch and then dinner again with Sweet Soul to follow. This is often a normal Sunday in the neighborhood since they have so many healthy options and are always very accommodating, friendly, and have a great atmosphere to enjoy time with friends, family, and out of town guests. I'm a somewhat regular. The lunch bar service is always amazing. The evening bar service is great and Brandon is talkative with everyone and attentive. The evening ambiance often includes live music or a nice mix. Inside is always clean. Only negative, table service is iffy. Delicious, laid back, and trendy spot in the heart of South Tampa. Our bartender was great, attentive, and knowledgeable. The service was awesome even with a packed house. Food is consistently great and on the clean and healthier side. They also have awesome lunch specials that are always ready quickly so you can actually enjoy your lunch break on the fly. The atmosphere is unique and love the decor. The bar is really really CLEAN which is rare in SoHo (no musty odor.) Strongly suggest a visit if you live in Tampa or are visiting. Fair for a “healthy” version of food, guacamole was a bit brown and the bowl was nice but nothing crazy.A nice service but a bit off, outdoor seating was right next to a gas station and so the smell of gas there was off putting. Great vibe...Hustle and bustle...tad bit loud, but accommodating never the less. Wonderful tacos tonight and even though servers may have been a little tasked at the volume of people the attitude never seemed to waiver. I even had the pleasure of meeting Jay the Asst. I hosted a baby shower here in their private room and everything went smoothly. The food was great, we were able to decorate how ever we pleased and their service was awesome. I ordered takeout, and it was great! The miso soup, edamame, and marsala rigatoni are to die for! It's reminiscent of Ciccios water, just with some slight changes (and, in my opinion, improvements). Seriously though, the marsala pasta is sooooo good!!!!!

States on the menu and online that there is live music but we just left and there wasn't any, the server also said we couldn't sit outside bc the server was backed up... but visibly had plenty of seating outside. The menu online states they have Specialty Lattes and they didn't have anything like that, just coffee. I wanted the Blue Dream Chai Latte on the online menu for this location. I ordered a coffee and asked for sugar and the server pointed to the cup full of splenda so I had to get up to get it and she never offered to refill my coffee during our visit. The server we did have also didn't give us straws for our waters even after I asked. After 15 minutes I went to the bar and got them myself. Service Could have been better. The food was absolutely amazing which is why we will come back to this restaurant. We ordered the kale and quinoa salad, Baja Bowl, and brunch special focaccia sandwhich. The restaurant was clean, relaxing, and the mimosas looked delicious. They have specials from 3-6 everday and $3 mimosas and $7 bowls. It is a family friendly atmosphere also but one of the servers had a see through jumpsuit on that wasn't too appropriate.

The atmosphere could have been great except, I assume a man who was the owner, wanted to play catch or golf or something in the parking lot and started asking people whose white jeep was parked in the lot. He actually had diners move around their cars midmeal. I understand the group has several restaurants in the area, if that's so, they should know how to act professionally, it was a ridicules scene. We couldn't enjoy the meal. I would go to two stars but the food was ok and I don't want to berate that.

Our family went here about a week or so ago. The service was incredible and the atmosphere was wonderful. However the food was disapointing. We had crispy chicken tacos that had no flavor. The blackened chicken taco was more disappointing! The chicken was covered in a spice paste and never actually blackened. No char, no crisp. Just paste on chicken( texture unpalatable) The jackfruit taco was underwhelming. My granddaughter irdered a pizza from the kids menu. The center was still doughy and not cooked all the way through. We also ordered a wrap to go. It was given to us very loosely wrapped and presented more like a bowl with a tortilla on the bottom. This was unfortunate because we were heading out on a road trip and needed hand held food. To end on a positive note, the crispy artichokes and sauces were delicious.

We found Ciccio Water after finding our original destination had been temporsrily closed for renovation. We knew we had found something good because we had to wait about 20 minutes for a table....on a Tuesday evening. It was a little loud inside but tolerable. Once seated, we were lucky enough to get one of the BEST SERVERS we have ever had. Jessica made sure we would want for nothing. She paid attention to our questions and made suggestions from their menu to suit our tastes. Our drinks never ran dry and she was prompt and very cheerful about fulfilling our requests. It would be wonderful to clone her and put her in every restaurant in America - yes, she's THAT great. The food was delicious and generous - I was really hungry when I arrived, ordered something I thought I could finish, and only managed to eat half of it. My only complaint is that they don't offer sweet tea to drink, and Jessica found a work around for that! (This IS the South, and Jessica's effort to bridge the gap is perfect Southern Hospitality!) At the end of the meal, Jessica knew it was our first time there and offered a complimentary piece of tiramisu. The tiramisu was delivered by one of the friendly co-owners who made it a point to let us know his appreciation for our visit and who invited us to come back again. While that may sound cliché, his attitude was definitely warm, inviting and sincere. We will definitely go back again. I give Ciccio Water a very high recommendation for you to try, too.

With a menu this large and diverse, there's something for everyone. I strongly recommend either a "water" bowl or the sushi rolls. Have yet to have a bad experience. Great ambiance and live DJ on Friday and Saturday. Parking is extremely limited, but there is complimentary Valet.

The service here has always been on point. I also really enjoy their paleo bowls. One of the best parts about this restaurant is the garlic edamame! I was sharing this with another person and we both agreed that next time for the protection of our friendship we should get our own bowls. lol. Also really enjoyed the slamgria. For $10 you are guaranteed to feel light on your toes as you exit the restaurant.

The place is a little crowded and the tables are way to close to each other. I suggest making a little more room to walk around freely and not be on top of others while going around the closely places tables. Also men also take care of new born so please place a changing table in your bathrooms. Above all else it was a great experience and very nice. Will go back again.

To leave here feeling unsatisfied is like going to Chili's and thinking all that fried food is so good. If only all these restaurants had a water view. This would be perfect on river walk. The food here is alright. It tastes fresh, but most of the bowls have an odd taste to them that I can't quite put my finger on. I mean, it is still good but nothing I would want to come back for or crave in any way, but at least it comes out fresh which is a plus. The lobster mac and cheese sauce was very runny and not special in any way. The cauliflower rice was mushy, while seasoned but again, odd tasting all together. It wasnt bad but it wasnt good either. Atmosphere was cozy and not busy at 3 pm on a sunday which was nice. 3 stars because of environment and food was just "okay".

Looking for a BOWL of good, fresh, quality ingredients, fast friendly service? You gotta stop in at Ciccio Water. We have visited Ciccio Cali in Tampa Palms many times but, we had some business in downtown Tampa and it was 2pm and we were starved. Ciccio Water is located a few blocks from Tampa Bay and you will enjoy the beautiful drive along the Bay looking at the magnificent homes. The restaurant offers casual California and Sushi cuisine. We came in for the POKE Bowl but my son and I decided to order the Mexican Bowl. Delish! These bowls are very generous portions and we usually eat every morsel, which we accomplished. Ciccio Water does have it's own parking lot so, no parking on the street :)

Ciccio's is a California-style restaurant that fusions asian cuisine with traditional West Coast favorites. The location is based in South Tampa which means limited parking, but, never fear for there is valet. The same establishment that owns Ciccio's also owns Daily Eats, Green Lemon, Fresh Kitchen, and the Lodge, so if you dig their styles you can be rest assured you'll enjoy the ambiance. The staff is courteous and very attentive. If you enter with the inclination to be served right away, you won't be left very long. The happy hour goes for 3 hours from 3 - 6pm with a very good deal for a number of different alcohols including domestics, crafts, sangrias, and martinis. The place is well-kept, with plenty of seating and a nice bar to lounge at if ever in need to wait. The more popular selections here are the California Bowls and the sushi. Be mindful that the food is meant to be light, fresh, and indicative of the food culture. So, if you choose a dish with a focus around tuna, the plate will come reflecting that of a sushi roll. Light, and not too filling. However, there are sauces (soy, aoilis) you can request on the side to mesh with the meal. The sushi is of rather good quality and their tuna is by far the best of the selections they have. Be sure to let them know if it is your first time, they'll take care of you very well and walk through the whole menu and give you some clue-ins on what is good! Suggestions from their menu: Bang Bang Soup, Spicy Brazilian California Bowl, Tiramisu (a must-have!)

Ciccio's Water, part of the Ciccio Restaurant Group, has the same vibe as their other properties. Service is fast and friendly and atmosphere bright and high energy. Our party ran into a problem at the start as we had no reservation and were told it would be 20 - 30 minutes. We first decided to leave but then came back prepared to wait. Upon returning we spoke with another hostess who seated us immediately. There were several open tables and the original delay made no sense. The brunch menu offers signature California bowls and variations on Eggs Benedict and pancakes. They also offer unique sandwiches involving eggs, burgers, and chicken. I ordered the Benedictwich- their edition of Eggs Benedict. The Florentine fried eggs was cooked with the center still soft. Nice. The menu calls the ham grilled and thick. It's not all that thick and not large enough to cover the entire sandwich. The fresh spinach layer is just right and the Hollandaise sauce is perfectly creamy and the right consistency. It is served on a toasted roll that's too soft for this dish. California Dreaming bowl- Scrambled eggs, spinach, fresh tomatoes, and fresh smashed avocados was ordered on a bed of potatoes. The dish is a nice combo of flavors and textures. Being our first visit the house threw in complimentary Tiramisu, a large square of the Italian dessert. With the Ladyfinger layers being spongy and firm and the creamy fluffy custard filling prepped just right we made a short story of the dessert. Nicely done!
