Food was good and came out fairly quick, service was great but felt a little too warm inside. I went around 1 in the afternoon still pretty busy and parking was crowded just as an fyi but there is an empty lot next door that has additional parking

Went for a couple drinks last night (Fri) and there wasn't much of a crowd. They played good music and the drinks were very tasty even though the bartender was new (chupacabra & cucumber gimlet). She was friendly and we chatted with her almost the entire time. There were a couple of interesting incidents in the ladies restroom involving a very drunk girl and another girl who was crying from a breakup. Outside of that it was a very chill night. I didnt give them a 5 because the last couple times I visited I received pretty bad service.

Nice atmosphere, the music is nice and groovy. I enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, it was a nice breeze. The greeter hospitality was very impressive. The drinks & salmon dish I ordered was good. I certainly plan to visit again soon.

Good atmosphere with some great bartenders and decent music. The food is great here. Make sure to hit up Zack the bartender at the inside/outside bar where the swings are! They have a few specials - just check out their menu. There is a bouncer outside that checks IDs (they usually don't if you come inside before sunset) and there is no cover. I like the dimness here. Sitting outside also gives you a view of all the funny drunks coming in/out of HPC across the street.

First time going, I had a waitress who said it was her first day. She was sweet and tried her hardest. It was packed so there was only outdoor seating and it was a sunny and bright day. The umbrellas aren't adjustable so the sun made thr experience not so great. The Sangrias were amazing. Everyone at the table got their order but me and by the time everyone was done I still hadn't received my order but they graciously apologized and issued a refund. Would definitely go back but will definitely have and highly suggest having a reservation.

Tried this place for Brunch this past weekend. All in all it was a good experience. There were 5 of us and we made reservations beforehand so we were seated super quickly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Four of us had sangria and the other saw one of the Bloody Mary's and had to give that a try. The sangria is good, kind of has a different "spice" flavor to it.. Perhaps cinnamon or something. The bloody mary gets a perfect 10 on presentation, but she ordered it spicy and found it to be pretty bland actually. Food was good, photos below. My only complaint is that I ordered the guacamole toast and it was a very small portion size. Overall 8/10 and we will definitely give it another try.

The setting and environment is really cool. However, the food is kinda basic. I got the soho chicken sandwich and it was okay. I thought it was kinda weird that some meals were served on actual plates and some were paper plates. The vibe is cool though.

Amazing specialty drinks you truly cannot find elsewhere. Huge portions. Delicious Brussel Sprouts. If in the mood for brunch or a specialty cocktail, this is the place. Great music, fun vibe, lots of energy. A favorite spot to visit before seeing a show at the Straz in Tampa.

Sunday brunch Front host girl is maybe the most rude person I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. Unacceptable to be yelling at customers. Food was ehhh mimosas were great though.

We had so much fun at this restaurant! The wait staff is amazing. The food, while really good, I felt, was limited. I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted. We had a three year old with us, but there didn't seem to be a menu for her. However, she was really happy to eat a plate of bacon! The specialty drinks were very tasty though. Reservations are highly recommended.

Got to visit Thee Tree House on their 3rd day of opening since conversion from Platt Street Borough on Sunday for brunch. The atmosphere was nice and clean, the menus looked the same as prior concept menus except a few new additions. We had bottomless mimosas which as a result of the servers generous refills earned this review it’s 3 stars. For food we tried the Poutine and Kale Caesar which were both good. The Hot Chicken on a Datz Dough Donut was horrible. It came with a big scoop of hot sauce infused cold butter and the fried chicken was not nearly hot enough to begin to melt this big clump of butter inside the sandwich. Just didn’t taste right. My partner had The Presley which were bacon banana pancakes that were alright. For drinks the mimosas were awesome but we wanted to try their new ($13) Herbalizer cocktail that included CBD oil. Little did we know because the menu did not mention this, the drink had a large clump of dry ice in it to make it fizzy. It was very displeasing and didn’t barely drink it. I would probably try this place again maybe several months down the road when they have figured out their menu and food quality a bit more.

Is was disappointed in the food. The location is nice and the set up but I would have have loved for my food to be good. I think they have bottomless Mimosas but I am not a fan of Mimosas. I order the chicken sandwich with a donut as the bun. Being that they were Krispy Kreme donuts the should've used two donuts instead of one. The biscuits and gravy was okay. The service was excellent which I would give 5 stars if I could. Oh yeah it's a tree in the center of the restaurant.

The first time I came here for brunch I loved it. The service and food were great. I ordered endless mimosas and my glass never ran empty. Since I've been recommending this place but this past weekend that was not our experience. 6 of us went and sat quickly as it wasnt that busy. We waited 20 mins before our server came and greeted us and offered us water. We ordered endless mimosas again and they were not as good. The slow service equaled an empty glass for periods at a time. The cool thing is you can switch your endless drink for another option, I went with Sangria and that was great. Quick summary of the food: Chicken and waffles: chicken was great, waffle sub par. Nachos and guacamole: this was an appetizer but not really shareable. 7 chips and a spoonful of guacamole. Chimichurri ribs: 4 ribs and they were delicious Donut sushi: absolutely delicious if you have a sweet tooth but they only give you 4 small pieces.

It's a nice chill spot with good music and food. It gives off a ska/surfer, hippie vibe which is cool. The place was clean and the food was really good! There drinks are also really good but a little pricey for what I would normally spend. They have a swing bar outside and multiple bars inside. They have trees and vines throughout the place to give it the feel your eating in a treehouse which is different and really cool.

Tried out Platt Street Borough for the first time and it turned out to be so good. The layout is inviting and the decor is modern. We ordered the chips and guacamole which was a great appetizer for 2. For drinks we sample a few different ones such as the Moscow mule, North by northwest red blend, white lady and the cucumber flower. All were smooth and refreshing. Our food was to die for! We ordered the BLT-ish which has pork belly and was a great twist as well as the Romani Gnudi, it looks like a small portion but with so much flavor it was just enough!

Very interesting location. Loved the swings at the bar and the Dry Ice in our drinks was a sight to behold. Didn't have time to sample the food, but will likely be back to do so another day. The guilt free drink options were a nice touch to the menu, and were quite enjoyable for low-cal drinks.

The vibe , food ,and energy was great. Our server was TERRIBLE!! Asked her multiple times for things like water , and napkins that we still didn’t receive.I payed cash, and I was forced to give her a $40 tip because she couldn’t break a $20.

We found this place on the tampa bay restaurant week and were not disappointed. For $45 me and my boyfriend had 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts. The appetizer we chose was the truffle nachos. They were amazing, probably my favorite part of the whole thing. It's only cheese and mushrooms but really tasty. Then the entree we both chose was the steak frites, steak and fries essentially. It was pretty good, the fries had a sauce on them that was delicious and the steak was cooked really well and seasoned nicely but it was a little chewy. Not the best cut of steak. And for dessert you could choose either a cheesecake or a peach cobbler. We both chose the cobbler since it came with ice cream. It was a sweet tea ice cream and complimented the cobbler well. Overall, it was a lot of food and for a good price. The venue itself was nice as well.

First time there, went for brunch. Really enjoyed the environmen, laid back and relaxing. Played pool and darts with family while waiting for food to arrive. They do play music so we danced a little too. At brunch they have unlimited mimosas or you can get sangria pitchers both decently priced and good to the taste. I had wings they were delicious. Rated a 4 instead of 5 because some of the order was missed. We had an issue with where they placed us for seating with the high traffic of people coming in and out if it seemed like main exit/ entrance point on top of it was very narrow. So we just started asking people to use the main entrance to avoid us having to move our seats so frequently. Besides that great place and I would but definitely go back.

Nice environment for drinks with the girls or a cute date with your Bae. Food isn't that delicious but drinks were slaming. I had the salmon which was slightly season and undercooked but I guess the white gummy bear martini made up for it....lol

Delicious, great attentive staff, cute interior. Legit great for brunch. Bottomless mimosas, burgers, fried chicken on doughnuts, wings, salad that isn't iceberg, the fries were to die for. Highly recommend 👌 even have areas that can be divided off for parties, very idyllic decor.

What use to be Platt Street Borough is now Thee Tree House. Although I don't see much of a difference other than them.being out of several beer and food choices. They did add some new skeee ball machines and and some basketball machines. Great food, great service and great atmosphere.

Brandon was helping us out today and let me tell you, this man is a national treasure who should be protected at all costs. I love coming to Thee Tree House, but I’ll probably come back again JUST to see Brandon. You can tell he enjoys his job and it was more than apparent when he went above and beyond for my friends and I. They normally don't take reservations but we had a special friends birthday and they were happy to accommodate my group within all CDC guidelines. Just had to call the day off. Emily was our server and she did an amazing job! Food was 4/5 .. let's get more sauce options for taco tuesday!!!

First I need to start this review off with how amazing the wait staff is and we all know that makes or breaks a visit! Dani was our server and is absolutely remarkable super quick and answered all of our questions was really personable and funny, would just come back for her hospitality! However tree house out does themselves and also have amazing food, their menus differ from brunch to dinner but I've never tried an item that disappointed me! Make sure to pay attention to their specials on Sunday they have bottomless Sangria and House Wines for $20 and let me tell you that Sangria was delicious! When you and the ladies want to know where to go for brunch look no further!! The asethetic is super cute and definitely Instagram worthy they have swings out front and a great vibe throughout the restaurant even has stickers on the bathroom mirror in the girls room to partner with your selfies! If I could rate it 10 I would, truly a gem 💎

Sarah, my server, was amazing! It was my first time eating there. She helped a lot with the menu and as much as I felt I was being needy she took care of me with pleasure! I’m a very frequent traveler so I visit a lot restaurants. The restrooms, at least the males, were in the top five of cleanliness of the restaurants I’ve visited in the last year. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I could see managements touch through the consistency of the staff. My fiancé and I went during happy hour. I had the spare ribs appetizer and she had the classic burger. The ribs had an abundance of garlic on them, and were very good. (5 bones) The lady enjoyed her burger, but not so much the restaurant made ketchup. This will be my go to spot whenever I’m in Tampa. Thanks Platt Street Burger for a great experience. I expect you’ll be very busy very soon for a longtime to come.

Just had brunch here for the first time and our experience was fantastic! Bottomless mimosas, bloody mary's, and sangria (you can interchange) for $16 - so worth it! I ordered the jimmy cakes (phenomenal) and my friend had the biscuits and gravy. Both so good! Our server Shane was extremely courteous and attentive. Super cool vibe. Cocktail menu looked great, too. We will definitely be returning!

Had a 5:30 reservation on a Friday night. Valets were great, waitress was good, cocktail was perfectly made, and food was good. Only problem was the rap music was blaring loud and we could barely hear each other. We asked the waitress if she could get it turned down. She said she would ask, but didn’t think the manager would turn the music down. Unfortunately, she was right. The music remained at the same volume throughout our meal. I find it odd that loud music is so important to the manager at that time of day...

Mostly good , food was good. Had to request Hostess to assign a server to our table 4 times, waited 20 minutes before some one came to our table. Servers keep waiting by the bar while bartenders are getting their drink orders done. They could go to their other tables while waiting on the drinks. Almost left the place.

Pretty good food. Weird service style. One salad came out, then someone else's entree, then all the entrees but one. They call it tapas style service but they don't actually serve tapas and there's no sharing of food so you really just have that awkward moment when some people have food and other don't.

Tasty bloody Mary with a donut chicken biscuit on the rim (make sure you get the right one). Was so good! Had the avocado toast for brunch which was really good and fresh. Would come back. Good service. They have a life-size connect 4 game, ski ball machines and a few other fun games.

This is a great place to eat. We had the nachos to start followed by the curry cauliflower from the salads and greens section of the menu. I also had the Fremont burger with a side salad. That was one of the best burgers I've had. I highly recommend this new restaurant just outside the SoHo area.

Went on father's day, I'm not sure if they were under staffed like every one is these days and we took into consideration it was father's day but service was slow and for the price of the food it wasn't vary good.. I won't be back and not a lot of variety not sure if it was limited because of fathers day?

The food here is excellent. If you're on keto or vegan diet the menu tells you which choices are friendly to your diet. I had the Wedge salad with steak added and it was awesome! And I didn't have to break my keto diet. I went on Saturday night so there was a DJ playing good music which was nice.

We have been coming here since the restaurant first opened and the quality has remained consistent. Our favorites are the grilled buffalo wings and chimmichuri ribs and they are always on point. They seriously have one of the best charcuterie platters in Tampa. Their platters change daily by what the chef picks and its always something interesting like wagyu steak or cheese soaked in gin from Ireland etc. The atmosphere and vibe is hip and playful.

Food is good - nothing special. The place itself is cool, and the design is interesting. They have swings and a game room which are also cool. At times they are understaffed, and the staff can be really rude - especially if there is an event going on.

Went with 4 people around 7:30pm on a Saturday night and were able to get seated right away. The environment was quite drab. No music, low lighting, nothing exciting on the walls, etc. They have a very small menu as well. Ordered chips and guac to start along with the other snack option - some sort of fried rice balls. Don't make the same mistake we did with the chips and guac. They brought out a decent size bowl of chips with I kid you not, one tiny dollop of guac. The waiter (Max) came to see how things were going and I joked that we were still trying to find the guac. He said we were the 2nd table tonight to tell him that. I asked if we could have a side of salsa, and thankfully he went back to the kitchen and brought us out some additional guac and salsa, albiet still tiny portions - think the size of a dipping sauce container that may come with your chicken tenders elsewhere. The fried rice balls were good and definitely a much better value. My husband and friend both got the fried chicken sandwhich. It was very large! My husband enjoyed his, our friend thought it was very dry. He tried to order ranch, but they didn't have that. They brought him out a bottle of hot sauce, but after a few shakes, it was empty too. We joked with Max that the size of the chicken sandwich was making up for where the sauces were lacking (as I had to ask for more catsup too - in the same tiny dipping sauce container that the guac did.) I got the classic burger for my entree which was good. The pickles seemed to be homemade which was a nice touch. They also make their own catsup. I liked the uniqueness of that. Max was very patient and handled everything that was coming at him very well. I probably won't return here. The limited menu, the small sauces/dip, hit and miss on the entrees, and an underwhelming evironment made me think that they sadly won't be in business for long and we will see another business in this location come and go.

This is a nice hangout spot in Tampa. It's very busy and very popular. It's very small and parking is super tight. You may have to find parking elsewhere. It's highly recommended to Uber or take a cab. It does get very crowded, so if you don't like crowds, this may not be the place for you.

Chef Adam Hyatt provides really flavorful and well presented dishes to the Tampa area . Dinner was on point. As app, we got the tacos and the beef short rib. Ribs were amazing, with a poached egg that take that dish to another level. tacos's salsa has that charred taste that make Each bite special . For entree we got the ny strip and the salmon. Ny strip was really tasty, with a horseradish cream underneath the steak that match well with the other ingredients. Salmon was 5/5. Perfectly cooked with great taste. Apple galette ended the dinner with a delicious pastry with a molasses ice cream that don't play around. To sum up, good service , excellent food and nice atmosphere.

Max gave me amazing service. Most places down in Tampa you have to wait forever to get a refill on bottomless mimosa, but with Max he refilled our drink glasses after every sip we drank. Will definitely be back.

When ever I go to Tampa for brunch this is my Sunday go to. They leave no stone left unturned in assuring your satisfaction. A definite game changer.
