Outstanding choice of beers! The service was excellent! The grilled cheese sandwiches really surprised me how good they were. And while I'm not the biggest tomato soup fan, this stuff was awesome! The soup even had a tiny little kick of spice to it. Ohhhh, and don't forget to also get the pretzel! Highly recommend this place!

We were staying nearby and was in the mood for some craft beers which they have 30. Great variety of beers on tap. The food was fantastic. They did a great job building a menu that paired very well with the beers. Loved the atmosphere it was warm and inviting and the staff was great. Definitely will be back here when I'm in the area.

Guilty pleasure paradise! Great grilled cheese sandwiches. Kettle fries were nice and crunchy. Shrimp mac n cheese amazing. Tomato soup was good. Fast friendly service. TONS of options for beer!

This place is AWESOME! The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is great, and service is top notch. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat or chill and watch a game. The pretzel appetizer was fantastic. I had the Cuban grilled cheese, my boyfriend had the smokehouse grilled cheese and his father had the porky Mac n cheese. All of them tasted great!

Food was really good!!! Enjoyed the Loaded Nacho Kettle chips and the Pretzel Apps. Then we each got a Sandwich. I got the Mushroom Grilled, The others got the Smoke House and the Black & Blue!! Def will be back next time we are in Tampa !!!

This was such a fun place. My husband and I wound up here by accident. We aren't really beer drinkers but the server was so nice and didn't make fun of us at all - not even when my husband shot his sample of beer. 😂🤷‍♀️ The food was soooo good. Definitely the best comfort food we've had in Tampa. Will be back!

We stopped the night before to have a beer. While sitting at the bar watching the the person cooking, the sandwiches looked and smelled amazing. So the next day after site seeing I stopped for lunch. Had the best grilled cheddar cheese sandwich and bisque tomato soup. Nice and thick to dip the sandwich in. Service was great, definitely a good comfort food place.

Pint and brew is the best spot to get great food and beer in downtown Tampa. Their beer selection is excellent and constantly changing. It includes local breweries and a few other craft breweries. The food is incredible. The jalapeño popper grilled cheese and the porky Mac n cheese are unbelievably tasty. Burrata & Prosciutto is also fantastic. If you’re looking for a place near the lightning arena, go here.

At the top of my list when visiting Tampa! This place has a ridiculous beer selection, crazy friendly staff, and amazing food. We enjoyed the grilled cheese creations (everything is better with brisket) and the other items on the menu look equally amazing.

Great little place to grab a good beer and some food. They have the perfect bar type menu. We weren’t disappointed. Had several tasty beers, the pretzels and shared a vegan meatball sandwich on some really great bread. The staff were all super nice and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out there. Completely recommend trying this place out!

Absolutely wonderful experience here. Visited July 21st at 3pm. Juan Carlos was very friendly and provided excellent service. We were not from the area and so he gave us some pointers and places to check out. Food was delicious and service was 2nd to none. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tampa.

After having the Mexican dinner we were looking for a place to have beer and quick food. We searched for a place near us in tampa downtown and decided to have beer at the Pint and Brew - Downtown Tampa. They have an amazing choice of beers and have been marked in the board with the number. The atmosphere was great as the Saturday night atmosphere as we loved the atmosphere. From the beer list we ordered the beer flight which was 10, 17, 6, 22 and for the food we ordered Caprese Avocado Toast. The service is great at the brewery and it was amazing. We got the beer and food in 5-10 minutes. The 6 one was the coffee beer and 10,17 beer was like the juice beer. The caprese avocado toast was delicious too and we loved the beer along with the food. We had an amazing time at the Pint and Brew Brewery.

Stopped in here on a Friday night bar hop. Very nice craft beer selection and great food as well - we ordered a pesto pizza and the smokehouse grilled cheese, both were delicious! Servers were friendly and attentive, would definitely come back.

Stopped for dinner after touring downtown. Nice pub atmosphere with a diverse beer selection. All of the gourmet grilled cheeses are made on sourdough bread, had the Cuban it adds a different flavor layer. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Accessible rest areas.

The sandwiches are very good. Pressed perfectly. They are thin for $14. I expected a bit more in mine. In fact if I didn't know that I ordered a roast beef sandwich from reading the menu, I wouldn't have known there was any roast beef on it. The flavor was very good though. I liked it. Everyone in our party was happy with the taste of their sandwiches. Service was okay. She got everything right but it was always 5 minutes or more after the request. So patience is a virtue. Only 2 people working on a Saturday afternoon before the lightning game...seemed shorthanded. Had to walk up and ask for the check. Beers average $10 which is high in my opinion but they have around 30 choices which included seltzer and speciality. Something for Everyone. Overall an average experience but due to cost I would not make an effort to return.

Be aware that the CHEAPEST BEER is $9. Good selection, lots of local beer but $9 and up. We are locals and frequent many breweries and restaurants in the area and in my opinion this place is not worth the price. We went for lunch on a Saturday, had good service, there was only one other person in there. We split a sandwich, which was good but nothing spectacular for a $14 grilled cheese and bagged potato chips, a cup of soup for $6 and each had a beer. So thats 1 grilled cheese with a bag of chips, a cup of soup and two beers. With tip, $50. So many other places with better atmosphere and pricing. It was also hot in there.

Had a great time. Went Wednesday night, then Thursday day. Food is great, tried the Texas Cuban & Mushroom melt. Highly recommemd the tomato bisque dip. Lots of great beers to try. My favorite was the strawberry smoothie sour.

Food is very flavorful. Sandwiches are pressed and grilled, and tomato soup is pleasantly spicy. They also have a huge collection of beers and ciders on tap. The menu isn’t huge but they do have vegetarian and gluten free options.

Amazing spot! Beyond the great selection of brews, the food is made fresh and fantastic! I had the jalapeno popper sandwich and my wife had the Burrata and prosciutto. Both were amazing and a nice treat in a beer/wine bar. Above all, the friendliness of the staff made it an even better experience. Huge props to Leah, Chris, and Pauly for making our day so much better. Highly recommend!!! (We ate before we thought to take photos. Sorry)

Delicious! Not sure what else to say. The food was SO good. The space is clean, comfortable; service was friendly and professional. I wish they had a "flight" of their grilled cheese sandwiches, but short of that, it was fantastic!

Such a nice spot for beers and a bite to eat. We were exploring down town on scooters and happened upon the brewery and was not disappointed! There was a large variety of beers on draft, and the food was really good too. I wished the guacamole was not as chunky as it was but it was still delicious. It was not crowded when we went which was good bc there aren’t many seating options besides at the bar. The service was great and I will definitely be back if I find myself in the downtown area again!

Best late night spot in Tampa right now. Tons of amazing brews and the best grilled cheese sandwiches ever! A true gem in Tampa. Don’t miss this place!!! Jamie offers up a few samples based on my preferences. She helped me find two amazing new beers, Florida Avenue Brewing Lager and Big Storm Wave Maker. Bryce is new but a great conversationalist and very friendly. Ask for them by name!

Absolutely awesome place! Lots of beer to choose from and surprisingly delicious food...try the Mac and Cheese, the chef makes it heavy...YUM!! Cassandra makes great drinks and has an amazing personality! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

For having been open only two weeks I'd say they're doing a fantastic job! I used to frequent the pal harbor location and I can say the atmospheres resemble eachother for the best! We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Jason who prepares all of the foods and JC came over shortly after to ask what beers we wanted to sample. They have a good variety of beers and ciders to try. We made sure to get an appetizer to try and ordered the loaded chips which had REAL bacon, pork, melted blue cheese and scallions. If you go, definitely try them out! To top it off they have a variety of card and board games to pick from and we played cards, watched the baseball game and had great beer. They also are prepared with mini charging stations for your phone. We will be back!

I’m staying at the Hilton next door. This place is literally across the street, so in terms of convenience it’s hard to beat! Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by the bartender Stephanie. She was helpful in beer selection, spoke concisely, friendly, and offered prompt service. Stephanie even wrote down local suggestions to check out including train system info. Paul was also cordial with me. As a solo business traveler I appreciated the friendly vibe.

HAVE to try when in downtown Tampa!! Omg!!! You have to order the Tampa Cuban!! It's like a Cuban sandwich and a grilled cheese both!! So good! And great beer selection!!!! Jamie was our waitress and she was PHENOMENAL!! We're going back tomorrow!!

Local bar feel with delicious food! Everyone was friendly. The food is made right there. Wide variety of beers with recommendations if you can't decide. A place we would frequent if only closer to home. Definitely a place we will hit up again when in that area of Tampa.

Wandered in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. They have a great beer selection and the atmosphere is good. Service was slow, and as I was waiting to order, I just couldn't pay $14-16 for a grilled cheese sandwich with potato chips from a bag. The sandwiches looked good, but I paid for my beer and went somewhere with a better value.

Excellent place to stop by and grab a few beers while out on the Tampa Riverwalk. They have a great selection of pints. I got the Pint & Brew Pilsner, which is pretty good. Not only is their beer selection great, their food is awesome. Tampa Cuban: Honey ham, Swiss cheese, mojo pulled pork, dill pickle, with dijon aioli on sourdough bread. Served with chips. Its really really good. It is located directly across the street from the downtown Hilton right next to the riverwalk.

Pint and Brew is an oasis of great craft beer in downtown Tampa. Pretty small place across from a hotel, but they consistently keep fresh and interesting beers on draft; it’s among the best in the area and kind of underrated IMO. It also smells amazing because they’re always making grilled cheese and other food. Friendly staff as well. Check them out!

The grilled cheese was delicious and they use cape cod chips for the side! Lots of different beer options and they even let you sample them. Cool little hole in the wall would definitely recommend for a quick beer or a quick bite.

I stopped by today for lunch and had a great experience. I got the jalapeño popper which was delicious and a side of tomato soup to dip which was pretty good. This is a great stop for some local brews and a delicious sandwich. Will be coming back for sure.

I like the atmosphere and the fact that their food is good. I did not give it a 5 because my order was messed up twice and then it took for me to inquire about where the replacement was a while after they took the plate away. There is a great selection of beers though.

Edit: Given owner's response and apology, I've added a two stars. Original: We came in at 11:40pm. Bar supposedly open until 1am (per hours on Google). Neither bartender would serve us, noting "last call is in two minutes". All we wanted was a single quick drink. I understand they wanted to clean up and leave since no other patrons were there, but they should have served us a beer, run our credit card and allowed us to stay until close.

To be really honest, the same beers are on sale at tons of other places right down the street for $2-$4 less. Haven't tried the food but it smelled musty tonight when a friend and I stopped in. Probably wouldn't recommend this spot.

You will hardly find a better selection of beer outside of an actual brewery in downtown tampa. Beers are constantly fresh and there’s something new every time you come in, even if it’s just 3 hours later sometimes. Between the variety and high quality beer, along with wine, there’s absolutely something here for everyone. Food is solid as well, perfect accompaniments to the beer, and the staff is super knowledgeable and can guide even the most apprehensive beer drinker to their new favorite. Great beer variety and tasty menu, Zack our server was very friendly and had good knowledge of the beer offerings. If you enjoy good beer, you should not miss this place. Recommend Motorworks Mango Habanero IPA, with a spicy aftertaste.

Needed a late night at 11 on a Monday. We were fixed right up with wings, club sandwich, flat bread pizza. All delicious and reasonably priced. The BEERS !!!!!! A tremendous vast selection of local brews. Too many to try in one weekend -but would make for a great challenge. Enjoy.

We came into The Pint and Brew for lunch and it was amazing. They have so many beers on tap with a great selection. Megan was our bartender, she was great and knowledgeable. We also had the pint grilled cheese made by Anna and it was to die for. Highly recommend checking out this spot if you are in downtown Tampa.

Great, efficient service. We had a brisket grilled cheese and wings. The wings were huge! Nice and spicy too. I thought the sandwich tasted a lot like a Cuban, which I happen to love. Really impressed with this place.

I was staying at the Hilton across the street and ordered takeout. Ordered Hummus and Turkey Avocado to go. Ready when promised and delicious. Alex was great and greeted me by name. Nice place. First visit. Didn't have time to get food but looking at the plates going by me means I'm coming back for lunch. Sans beer. Because ... Beer is overpriced. CCB on draft is $9. So a six pack works out to $54. Yeah it's downtown (went on Sun) but if... I'll leave it at that. Staff is excellent. 👍 to Lee to who I could say I like this but not that and she'd pull the perfect pint.

Pint and Brew was great. Kelly and Jamie were very attentive to my wife and I. They let us try a few different beers they had on draft and came to our table often to ensure the meal was meeting our expectations. We had the classic Mac and Cheese to start and then ordered a few different grilled cheeses which were all fantastic. We will definitely return to try the rest!

Love this place! Great selection of craft beer! I was in town for a conference this past weekend and was welcomed by such a kind, attentive, and welcoming staff. Lacey took care to recommend the New American with the Excuse my French Toast stout. Both were delicious and satisfying. This is my second time eating at this restaurant and it's certainly a Tampa gem! Will be back soon.

Great beer and fantastic hearty, flavorful tomato bisque soup! Sandwiches are a decent portion and the vibe is always chill here. Spacious inside and plenty of room at the counter for a quick bite. I believe I tried their peach or pineapple beer here...it was that good I can't remember LOL If they have it, get it!

Exploring downtown today and stumbled upon this place. Attentive, friendly staff that made you feel at home. Menu actually had PRICES on them! I had a delicious glass of chardonnay and my husband ordered the 7venth Son beer. We will definitely be back to try the food.

Food was good. Staff was iffy. The bartender was preoccupied talking up a group of men and couldn’t pay much attention to anyone else. Took her 15 minutes to get our 4 beers to go, on her recommendation we got drafts canned there. 2 were only half full and all the leaked all over. 2 of the other employees were clearly on a tiff with one another. Over priced beer for 1/2 full cans.../ not worth it in my opinion but the sandwiches were good

3 Stars for the beer being pretty good and that's it. Not sure what other reviewers ate that was so good but we had two different grilled cheese sandwiches. They looked amazing but lacked any real flavor. The chips that came with the meal were straight out of a Lay's Kettle Cooked Chip bag as if they stopped by Walmart before opening. Seems like they expect you to not care about the flavor or quality of the food and just enjoy the beer. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Came in from a cold long day of walking and was pleasantly surprised by the food! We had the tomato bisque, the Bayou mac and cheese, Avocado Toast and The Pit sandwich. Delicious, fast service, easy and comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

The selection of beers was really awesome. I really liked the atmosphere and the staff were so nice. Interactive, helpful, funny. I liked the menu overall All . It was heavily cheese based. Lots of different types of grilled cheeses, pizzas and Mac and cheese. So if you are into cheese it's the place to go. I think it's good bar food but also has a cozy feel to it. Maybe because of all the warm gooey Cheese 😭🙌 I had a grilled cheese with apple slices and bacon. It was good but you have to eat it quick because once it starts to cool it doesn't taste as good. But that's the only "complaint" I guess haha. Would recommend.

We came here after Midnight Mass @ House of Shadows. Initially we went to GenX Tavern, but well... you can read my review on that if you'd like. This was a good time. P&B has a chill atmosphere, no loud music or obnoxious patrons. We sat at the bar, which wasn't uncomfortable as it can be at some places. Our server was friendly. Honestly I have nothing 'bad' to say. However there is room for a little improvement. The Cheese Pizza was good but the dough part could use a bit better consistency, it could have a better mouth-feel, was a bit hard to cut, and wanted to fall apart when I picked it up. It's an odd shape and can be difficult to eat with your hands, though I wouldn't take off points for it's just preference (they provided a knife and fork, but I'm originally from NY, so there was no way I was using that for pizza 😄) Girlfriend got the 'Ultimate Comfort Grilled Cheese', which she mostly enjoyed. I tried it as well and I think I liked it more than her, more than what I ordered actually. If you're a fan of sourdough bread it's a good order. Just asked my gf to check, and indeed, their current rating is 4.5, so I'm not surprised. Because this little late night date ender was fairly cheap ($23.66 after tax & before tip, and that's including the lager I ordered), I'm rounding up to 5 Stars 🤩

This place is beyond great. Just a short walk from the Floridan hotel that we decided to hit up before heading to the Tampa Theatre. CJ took care of us and was amazing. He was attentive, social and even shared some stories about one of the breweries of the beer we were drinking. I accidentally broke a glass that had the receipt in it and they were very nice about it. I felt very bad. Lots of local craft beers on tap. Mac and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches were really out of this world, so good. My wife loved the chips.

We walked into the Pint and Brew and knew right away that we were going to enjoy this new pub in downtown. The smell of fresh cooked food greets you when you walk through the front door. We ordered the Mac and cheese topped with bacon, yum and it was served piping hot. My wife had the prime rib sandwich. Since we were sitting at the bar we saw the chef slice the meat from a beautiful freshly roasted prime rib. The sandwich was served on a roll topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted cheese. I snuck a bite and boy was it good. What is nice about the beer selection is that they feature over 20 Florida drafts. The manager, Damon was most helpful in explaining the different brews. The Pint will see u again.

Meh. We stopped in for a quick, casual bite and brew while checking out downtown. Hubby got a couple IPAs, though wasn't thrilled with their choices. We were surprised there wasn't a bigger showing of local breweries. Also irksome: they have menus on ipads, even via QR code, but there's absolutely no way to place an order... doesn't that negate the purpose of the tech? Also, how many people scrolled on / coughed on / expelled air on it before we had to use it? Yuck. That made me question their covid safety as did the waitstaff's poorly fitting masks they kept pulling back up every few secs. As for the food, well, it's grilled cheese and mac & cheese, mostly, and store-bought potato chips. Not a lot you can do to screw it up, although the burning smell of the grill/s permeated everything - the food, the air, our clothing, our hair - even with the door open on a windy night. I ended up smelling it all night afterward, and it wasn't a 'good' reminder. Even the PPV MMA couldn't keep us there a second longer than needed.

We found ourselves making a friend rather than being served beers. Great, intimate place for excellent beers and interesting food. My favorite was the mozzarella cheese with tomatoes and arugula on toast with a balsamic drizzle. Superb soup - tomato bisque that I'd highly recommend. Melt in you mouth - rich and cheesy/creamy. Not a burger or steak joint or an expansive menu but a nice place to wind down and have a brew (30 different kinds!) I met the owner by pure chance sitting at a different restaurant where I was raving about their "caprese salad" item. Nice people. Highly recommended!
